3 hours but if you imagine when you
sleep afternoon same thing happens right
even it's for 2 hours 1 hour or the
night 8 hours it's same you slept and
you go up only with the time you can
differentiate it you okay then you
accept key okay this much time has
happened so that's all about acceptance
this is something you slowly accept that
your subconscious mind can actually
activate so highly that is where the man
said two and half hours of past one

know someone in that state no they they
are not conscious so they never know all
