Transcripts
hi my name is Victor zash and I am proud
that I start her because if I didn't I
don't think I would have had that
passion to improve like for example I am
constantly setting difficult challenges
for me like in the past that was playing
the game Hitman in the most restrictive
and difficult way now I am trying to
record a month's worth of content so
that's 12 videos in a week so if you're
watching this in August
2024 the whole month's content was shot
in the last week of
July and if you're watching this right
now that means that I have succeeded or
two days before I was writing the script
I I challenged myself to do 1,000 body
weight squats instead of my normal uh
gym session which I knew would be easier
so I challenged myself to do the harder
thing let me know if you too uh set out
some kind of challenges for yourself by
writing a comment down below anyway the
following post from the stter subredit
shows what I have been feeling before I
ever saw any Improvement to my stutter I
feel frustrated that I have to work so
hard to overcome something that 99% of
people don't deal with I hate to sound
over dramatic and feel bad for myself
LOL but does anyone else get how I feel
I don't know maybe I've just had a tough
week or something but this is how I've
been feeling for days now I just don't
know what I did to deserve to speak this
way it feels like a prison sentence most
days I know people have worse problems
but I just hate that speaking and
socializing is so uncomfortable and
draining I don't know I just feel like
it's a big obstacle for me in life and
just needed to vent a bit I'll do more
speech practice with others on this sub
soon and maybe that will help me at
least feel better but I am frustrated
today thanks for reading I promise I'm
not normally this
negative this feeling was one of the
first obstacles that I myself had to
overcome because at first I thought that
I just could wing it at any speech
related activities whether that may be
presentations oral exams public reading
without any preparation beforehand
because I had seen many times that
people in my class just
went on on the podium and presented
their presentations read their um essays
without any
worry they did it perfectly and I knew
that they didn't recite the script for
the presentation for example now when I
tried that that didn't work as you may
imagine but after a while I realized
that I had to give myself time to
prepare
because without it every presentation
was a failure so I printed out my script
and I recited it many times like around
5 to 10 times before each presentation
and I also gave mock presentations in
front of the mirror and for more
information on this topic on how to
prepare for uh presentations and any
other public speaking events watch this
video
also if you want my personal onet toone
coaching for me to personally help you
and guide you on your path to a worry
free stutter click the link down below
right now and yes that goes without
saying you just have to work harder than
anybody else in any speech related
activity the faster you realize this
fact the more embarrassment you're going
to save yourself from you have to
embrace this as a fact at least in in
the early stages of improvement you have
to realize that at the start you will
have to put in more work just to get the
same or sometimes even better results
than the person who just goes without
any preparation fortunately this hard
work pays off a lot of benefits in your
life for example a consistent gym
routine a uh good academic per
performance in school and overall
success in life that is the Hidden Gem
of stuttering watch this video subscribe
and have a nice day
