save you some time I just took the most

important notes and lessons from this

podcast so that you don't have to spend

an hour and a half watching it but the

lesson the most important lesson is that

Instagram algorithm values content that

is shared through DMs if it's a valuable

piece of information people tend to

share it with their friends and family

through DMs direct messages and also if

it's something funny then they just

share it but we don't want to be posting

memes because that doesn't really make

much money and the most important

metrics are average view duration how

much time someone spends on your

Instagram post and are they sharing it

with others and the key features are

Instagram reals or those short videos

and direct messages as well so now that

we understand how the algorithm works

you have a full conversation right over

there and and the notes that I took so

you don't have to watch it if you if you

don't want to then let's actually start

creating these reals so right over here

we're going to start off with the viral

you the Spectrum and how you can

actually create the right viral short

form content now if you go way too much

on the education Spectrum so you go all

the way to the left then you're creating

means that I would probably just go to

PubMed and I would be pulling out these

research papers that no one really

understands 90% of these words unless

you are some neuroscientist and then I

would be way too specific and people

wouldn't be able to understand and I

wouldn't be able to Target the mass

market so it wouldn't really work but on

the flip side if I'm making just memes

about smoothies then that would get a

lot of views but it's just entertainment

and it wouldn't make me any money so I

want to make sure that I'm somewhere in

between that I'm providing value but I'm

also being a little bit entertaining and

I'm being as simple as possible so that

everyone can understand and I also left

out example Instagram reals and I broke

down the scripts that I used to get

millions of views here's the first scrip

breakdown this guy was so rich he could

have bought America and still had enough

money left over to buy every company in

the world that was the hook and then

they ended with the gasan so they just

finished it and instantly ended so they

didn't signal the end so that was a

really good script breakdown there's a

few other ones as well it also shows you

in which Spectrum it is and then you can

watch The Reel or the short and you can

see exactly what they've done if you're

feeling a little bit lazy there are also

some AI tools that will allow you to

just generate scrip bar reals with one

press of a button just bear in mind that

they're not free and they're not going

to be as good as you might think and in

terms of making sure that your Instagram

reals would go viral I have a checklist

that they always go through so I ask

myself is this idea aligned with my

target audience the target Avatar that

we previously made is this idea

intriguing how strong is my hook the

first sentence so this is the first

sentence over here it's a very strong

hook it really grabs attention right

away you don't want to start your reals

with hey welcome to my new real because

people would just slide and they will

click off or whatever they would not

really pay attention for visuals I

either just use I candy or hyper AI or

story blocks if I going to use I candy

then all I do is just search for things

from my script so let's say for instance

this was my script so I started off with

this guy was so rich all right let's go

to I candy and let's search for a rich

guy so that's going to give me a bunch

of these different videos that I can

just download with one press of button

so let's remove that let's just go with

some that is Rich so if I like this clip

for example I will just click on the

download button and it's going to be

onto my computer I could also do the

same thing with Hyper AI so I can

generate videos with AI just describe

what I need or I can just go to story

blocks and if I need for example America

and I need a video of America then I can

just open up one of these and download

them with one press of a button and then

use them it's copyright free for

voiceovers I personally use 11 Labs it's

the most realistic tool out there but it

does cost about $29 $30 a month or

something like that so just bear in mind

I think you can start for free though so

you can just select a voiceover here and

then you can just take parts of your

script if I want to start off with this

my hook I just need to copy that paste

it here click generate speech and in

seconds I get the voice over so rich he

could have bought America and still had

enough money left over to buy every

company in the world I like that so I'm

going to download this voiceover and

then we're going to go to cap cut to

start editing so you're going to upload

all the files and especially with

Instagram real you want to make sure

that things are changing pretty fast in

the screen just so that people don't get

bored in terms of captions you just

click Auto captions click generate drag

that to the center click animation

select bounce out animation change the

font make this a little bit bigger add

some stroke so that it stands out maybe

also add some Shadow and let's watch the

real so far this guy was so rich he

could have bought America and still had

enough so we also want to make sure that

these are applied to every single one of

them so I'm going to click to apply to

all so that every single post is just

one word once you're done editing just

click export click download and when you

have a full reer just select the 1080p

resolution select format MP4 and click

export in terms of post things are a

little bit easier because you can just

go to canva and you can start editing

here for completely free you can

basically just go to The Element Section

you can search for whatever you need so

if in this case I need some walnuts then

I will just search for some nuts here

and then I will select one of these so

these nuts look pretty good so I'm just

going to put that here search for brain

etc etc so that's how I can continue

editing here and basically create a

freid and just click share click

download when I'm done creating the post
