answer's obvious it's uncomfortable but
it's obvious but jeffrey won't take it
well that means that his life will never
change adonis
adonis totally understands purpose and
mission he knows what it takes to find
out what to do with his life he spends
time in solitude in deep contemplation
in journaling all of the strong men of
humanity have had journals they've spent
time in nature and solitude so that they
can hone in on their masculine energy
and find out what their purpose is
you're watching this video you're
somewhat of a normal young man and you
feel directionless in life you feel like
you don't have a mission now you're
probably expecting this to be like i
really feel good like don't worry king
the type of [ __ ] soft weak media
that you see of like oh well it's okay
it's not okay if you're a young man and
you don't know what to do with your life
you should feel like [ __ ] no one's gonna
tell you this everyone's gonna tell you
it's okay to be a loser i don't think so
if you don't know what to do with your
life if you don't have clear big
ambitious goals if you don't have like a
mission which dominates your mind that
is not okay you should feel bad about it
because it's that bad feeling that
causes us to take action and actually
find the thing that we're supposed to do
there is a lot of young men your peers
people you went to school with if you
visualize them they don't have that
negative feeling they don't feel bad
about not knowing what to do with life
because they don't feel bad about it
because they have this like yolo it
doesn't matter kind of personality they
don't end up taking it seriously and
actually sitting down and contemplating
watching a video like this and so they
never actually find like real direction
or purpose or mission in their lives and
that's [ __ ] sad as a man the number
one thing that will fulfill you is like
some big mission that you care deeply
about that you feel is like
self-transcending it's bigger than you
it helps other people it helps your
community it's like your act of taking
responsibility for other people men are
supposed to be leaders providers
protectors and we don't have these
missions anymore so how do you actually
find like your purpose and your
direction in life i don't want to give
you like any kind of wishy-washy advice
because you often see that in these
kinds of videos this is like a full-on
practical specific no bs piece of advice
right there is a book called the way of
the superior man literally one of the
best books i've ever read i talk about
it in pretty much every video that i
record there's a chapter which we're
going to talk about and it will
something we'll just click as i say
these words there's a chapter in this
book that this author writes that the
way to find your purpose and to find
fulfillment and mission in your life is
a process of
solitude contemplation and
non-destruction followed by intense
action once a discovery has been made
this is what it means practically right
if right now you don't have a very clear
purpose or mission what this author
suggests is that you have to go and live
in total solitude with no distractions
turn everything he doesn't specifically
say this but this is my practical advice
turn everything off turn youtube off
turn literally i know you haven't done
this for a while it seems [ __ ] weird
turn your phone off and i'm not just
talking about press the [ __ ] power
button i'm literally pull the power
button down turn it off leave it off for
three days and shut the [ __ ] up yo
jeffrey bro i can't do it shut the [ __ ]
up oh my vacation is it someone might
shut the [ __ ] up emerging there might be
another shut the [ __ ] up the emergency
is your lack of purpose and direction in
life that is the [ __ ] emergency that
we're focused on you cannot find new
direction new like it's like a masculine
ambition when you're constantly
distracted clicking on videos you know
when i was watching videos like this
they feel productive don't they you feel
productive watching this video right now
it'd be awesome for my sort of brand and
my business for you to feel productive
when you watch my videos guess what it's
not productive you're being a [ __ ]
loser when you watch videos when you're
on youtube i'm a youtuber right and i
make videos and i post videos every day
guess what bro i don't watch youtube i'm
actually doing the things in real life
instead now 100 if there's value to be
gained and you know it's like a lesson
learned just the same way as you would
from reading a book then perhaps it's
okay but i want you to grow i want you
to be able to experience the best parts
of life and that will not come from just
compulsively clicking on every [ __ ]
video that you see and scrolling down
you know instagram motivational quotes
and like this this business but shut the
[ __ ] up there's like a business page
business motivational tips on three mo
shut the [ __ ] up you're looking at all
this like [ __ ] which makes you feel
productive you're not doing anything
with it what you need which i if i could
convince a couple of guys from this
video to do this it'd be [ __ ]
phenomenal it's total solitude for about
three days i'm talking turn everything
off do it at a time when you know you
can safely do so maybe you don't have
like anything you know to message your
family or anything turn everything off
and just sit there in your room walk
around walk around in nature and just
allow your brain to really think and
like think about the the magnitude of
life and existence think about what is
actually truly important think about
what you value think about what your
core desire is what is like the one
thing that your life revolves around
these kind of big thoughts only you can
have them but most young men don't have
the most young men don't know what to do
with their lives and we're supposed to
act like it's okay you know the reason
why i'm kind of aggressive against this
you know why most people don't know what
to do with their lives because they
spend eight hours a day on [ __ ]
instagram and youtube and tick-tock so
of course you don't know what to do
because you're not allowing your brain
to think i said this is the start of the
video every successful strong
accomplished man has had a journal and
intense periods of contemplation and
solitude and we don't have that in the
modern day we are so hyper-stimulated we
just watch [ __ ] youtube videos and
feel productive about it the strong men
with direction weren't doing this [ __ ]
they were sat there like a visualize
like winston churchill visualize abraham
lincoln how were they spending their
times how were they thinking about the
direction that the decision to be made
were they [ __ ] constantly reading
newspapers after newspapers and getting
like an overload of information or
whether they sat back on like a rocking
chair with a cigar literally deeply
thinking about something processing
connecting the dots between a few
different things every day for like two
hours at the end of the night you can
almost see those strong accomplished
world leaders kind of retreating to
their own private dorms like their own
private rooms and literally just kind of
sitting there in complete solitude just
contemplating life contemplating
decisions that's how those men were so
dive like with so much direction with so
much purpose with such a mission how the
[ __ ] can you have a clear head if you
see a thousand pieces of like new
information every day when you when you
click on youtube and there's like 10
different thumbnails and it's like your
brain's just like everywhere like wait
the seven tips to become a millionaire
when are you when you're like shut the
[ __ ] up
joe rogan's new shut the [ __ ] up how the
[ __ ] are you supposed to think straight
there's like so much [ __ ] coming up then
you open instagram with this ass and
there's like some guys more muscular
than you know your testosterones went
lower your brain's processing probably a
hundred times more pieces of information
which is totally irrelevant to your
biggest purpose your mission your goal
right now you need to take a step back
from modern technology you need to take
a step back from these apps i hope you
can see some level of authenticity here
because the advice that i'm giving out
for this is literally gonna have a
negative impact on my business because
there's gonna be thousands of people who
watch this who are my boys who are my
subscribers who won't watch my videos
after this when i started this channel
it was always with purpose always and
the purpose was to save men from the
kind of life that i was living two years
ago this is my purpose this is what i
know what i want to do with my life when
you have this clear direction when you
know what you want to do in your life
and you're like a strong discipline or
you're not like i'm trying to be a
strong disciplined man you make some
decisions which
which make you very proud because the
easy choice for me right now is to keep
trying to make you addicted to my videos
and to make like clickbait [ __ ] nofap
videos and semen retention because all
the dumbasses click on those videos like
the no [ __ ] benefits timeline like
all those [ __ ] i'm kind of offensive
man but all those [ __ ] dumbass nofap
youtube bro if you know you no fap
youtuber just know that i [ __ ] hate
him i hate no fab youtubers they just
make clickbait videos day 1000 go [ __ ]
yourself you're not helping anyone when
you live with purpose and direction it's
it's a beautiful thing and experiencing
this kind of life now compared to what i
used to live like very big difference
very positive very like there's so much
direction like i feel like a man i feel
like i'm on the right path you know i
click on youtube sometimes when we're
uploading videos i've been doing it a
lot less recently one of the biggest
improvements i've made which i'm really
proud of i've literally just logged out
of my youtube account you know this
youtube channel hamza all of my editors
my assistant all of my teammate members
have like access to their account but i
don't even have access like obviously
signed out of the account and i just use
like a like a default hidden account so
that i'm not seeing like all the data
and comments on my brain is just clear i
go onto youtube because i'm specifically
looking for a video on like decision
making by sam evans or minimalism by
alex becker so i'm not getting
distracted that's like a side note but
that's something i'm really really proud
of i've made this big big step in terms
of reducing the distraction i'm not
logged into the youtube channel anymore
so that's maybe why you might not see me
kind of like come into comments or
anything like that but when i would go
onto youtube i would keep seeing the
same video and you might have seen this
it's kind of like a somewhat depressed
looking guy and there's a couple of them
which went kind of viral so you might
have seen like the thumbnail of them of
a guy the title something like i'm 24
and i don't know what to do with my life
or i'm 30 and i wasted my 20s i'm an
[ __ ] i'm a total [ __ ] i'll just
say this as a disclaimer when i see
those titles first of all i don't have
much respect for the guy who's made that
like i've not watched the video so he
could like you know give a really good
learning lesson but all i just see is
like a weak man who's like making a
viral kind of clickbait video of like oh
look look at me guys i'm a loser and i
bet you're a loser too so we can all be
here we could be losers to get the
relatability because people will click
on it because they're like oh well
i'm 24 and i'm a loser too so you know
i'll click on that video i saw that
video when i was 24 the first thing i
meant i'm an [ __ ] the first thing
that popped into my mind was i'm 24 and
i know exactly what to do in my life if
you don't know what to do with your life
it's your [ __ ] fault you can change
that in three days or you can sit here
and make [ __ ] youtube videos and keep
coping your choice right now are you
gonna change in three days or are you
gonna be just a dumbass and keep wasting
months or years of your life with this
sense of like oh well this guy who's
making this video he's so obnoxious he's
so egotistical he's you know he's so
negative huh he's making me feel
offended he's insulting me are you gonna
be sensitive or you're gonna shut the
[ __ ] up and do the work like a man
because i'm gonna teach you in literally
three days you will have such a clear
direction of your life you need to
dedicate three full days to this you
will have such a clear direction for
your life it will be a new chapter of
your entire [ __ ] life you will
literally see this as a new like chapter
of your life if you implement this but
the three days are going to be
uncomfortable they're going to be
uncomfortable and you're going to get
jeffrey thoughts which say like oh well
i i can't do this here's an excuse hamza
here's a limiting belief hamza if you
implement the steps that i'm about to
tell you in three days your life will
never be the same again you will have
such direction that you will stand out
amongst men ruthless relentless focus on
your direction in life onto your mission
and purpose that is worth so much if
you're weak
if you want to stay weak click off and
click on a video that that motivates you
instead [ __ ] david goggins
motivational this one jordan pearson
piece of advice will change shut the
[ __ ] up this is what you do you need
maybe a hundred pounds 200 pounds for
this like 200 or whatever your currency
is right go on to hotels like websites
you know like you can go you can find
them on on google or go on to like
airbnb book somewhere for three nights
which is affordable somewhere that you
could get to fairly easily so if you've
got a car you could drive to it if you
don't have a car hopefully maybe it's in
your city or something somewhere which
is outside of your normal home book it
for three nights yes it's gonna cost
like a few hundred pounds and like
uh but i was saving this is gonna have
incredible high roi book somewhere that
you can be in total solitude okay it's
like a full big decision it's like wait
i'm spending money on this i'm gonna
have to go you know this is getting
serious now this is so much more
effective than just staying in the same
environment and saying oh well i'll
follow the steps anyway but you need to
do this okay the roi of this is [ __ ]
insane walk somewhere like that get away
for like three days go online find a
hotel an airbnb whatever it is for three
nights somewhere that you can get to
like as soon as possible whenever you'll
have like three days completely free to
dedicate to finding your direction in
life which is so [ __ ] valuable when
you really think about it you could
literally save years of your life if you
do this holy [ __ ] if i did this when i
was like 20 years old imagine the
[ __ ] progress i would have made if i
started like i'm two years into my
journey right now of like wealth and
success and everything if i started
another two years earlier [ __ ] hell
find like some kind of affordable hotel
book it in
and then go take your phone if you know
you absolutely need to for emergencies
but then when you get to this place at
this place of solitude if you're not
gonna like in a box some hotel or
something wherever you're gonna do it a
place of total solitude turn everything
off absolutely zero technology of like
smartphones and laptops you can't even
check it once don't be a little [ __ ]
the value of staying detached from your
phone and your computer goes up kind of
exponentially as time goes on so an hour
after not checking your phone like
nothing's happened it's you know you've
just went for dinner it's nothing you
know abnormal to not use your phone for
an hour but to not use your phone for 12
hours it's oh that's you know you're
gonna get a bit of benefit but to not
use your phone for 24 hours that's kind
of serious okay when was the last time
you didn't use your phone for 24 hours i
can't even remember maybe i was in high
school then 40 hours and 72 hours that's
extreme that's what we want take
multiple like journals like notepads and
pens and everything stuff that you can
write on and literally
it's gonna be pretty boring actually i
mean it depends what your mindset's like
in terms of contemplation i find it
pretty interesting i literally find like
thinking fun for three days straight do
nothing other than just look at your
wall literally just sit there and just
look at your wall and just see what your
brain wants you to think about ask
yourself some questions like meditate on
some questions what is the greatest
mission that i could have what is a
mission that i could somewhat reasonably
accomplish in my life that would give me
the greatest sense of meaning and
fulfillment a sense of success
brotherhood social connection love
wealth ask these deep questions perhaps
go on like a walk in the morning and you
know like speak to people like be a
little bit be present meditate journal
this advice
almost no one's gonna take it people
will do like a bunch of small variations
of this advice they'll spend the next
like 10 minutes with a [ __ ] document
open on their pc like a modern
dumbass who's like oh well hamza said to
journal with no technology for three
days i'll open my notion app and i'll
write it with my [ __ ] mechanical
keyboard that's surely the same thing
isn't it hamza no no it's not pen paper
no technology three days you will know
the direction you want for the next
years of your life if you're not gonna
do the full extent of this at the very
least do like the small version which is
okay stay in your home stay in your
bedroom wherever it is and just turn
everything off and keep everything off
for at least 24 hours if not more like
72. the real magic like the real
thoughts come in two to three days in
when you've not used technology for two
three days and you've literally just
been thinking about [ __ ] that's when
like you really start to [ __ ] open
your mind and get like decisions and
thoughts that you weren't previously
getting which are so valuable and then
this is how purpose works which is
explained in that book the way of the
superior man this is so incredibly
interesting let's say you get your
direction i have my direction right help
young men with their self-improvements
what this author said in this book is
that we have a core purpose that is deep
inside of us like a core desire the
reason for like everything that we do
that's our core purpose and each layer
of purpose is something that we have to
fulfill and peel back so that we can get
to the next level so mine is okay help
young men with their self-improvement in
terms of okay you know make these
youtube videos give the best piece of
advice i can help hundreds of thousands
of men maybe millions of men that's like
my layer of purpose the author says that
there will be a point when your purpose
feels somewhat fulfilled and it's very
anticlimactic you almost look back at it
like with a sense of like resentment and
a bit a bit of a cringe when you really
look back and you're like why did i just
spend so much time doing that and this
is what
you hear those
loud ass bugs you almost look back at it
with a bit of cringe thinking like why
did i just spend so much time doing that
but that actually shows the completion
of that layer of of purpose and so the
author says when you kind of feel that
about the big task that big mission that
you've had and now it doesn't feel as
important it's time to let it go you've
peeled it back there was once a point
when like a certain mission was so
important it was like like the full
thing that your brain and body was
obsessed over your soul was like so
utterly connected to the progress of
that that mission and now it just
it just isn't you've peeled it what's
the next layer now so the author says
once you've peeled a layer of your
purpose you will experience days weeks
months where you don't actually know
you're not aware of what the next layer
is this is the stage in life that you
are in you have peeled a layer
previously maybe months ago maybe years
ago maybe weeks ago and you just don't
know what the next layer is and so again
the author in this book said to find out
what the next layer is you cannot
distract yourself he specifically says
do not play computer games do not watch
tv or drink beer he says spend time in
solitude and spend time around masculine
men spend time contemplating the what
does he say the the magnitude of
existence you know some kind of like
spiritual [ __ ] of like thinking about
the universe and thinking about life and
everything you are here you've peeled
back the previous layer who knows when
it was and you just don't know what
this layer is just yet that
means that this is now your purpose your
mission is finding your mission does
that make sense so whatever your mission
is as a man you're supposed to obsess
over and like align 100 of your life to
it you know really really like obsessed
focus on it that's the thing that you
know you wake up with since we don't
know exactly what your mission or your
purpose is you have to assume your
mission and your purpose is to find your
mission and your purpose so you should
be waking up like yes come on i'm gonna
find my mission today like you should be
like making tea making food whilst
thinking yeah i'm gonna find i'm gonna
