oil for face and lashes I have been
doing this for the past 4 months now and
honestly it has been amazing cter oil is
an oil that is the deepest penetrating
oil so when you put it on your face or
anywhere people use it like they put it
in their belly button because it can
help with PCOS it can help with bloating
so they put it in their belly button at
night before they go to sleep and also
people use it for example to detox their
liver they they'll take like packs and
soak it into castor oil and they put it
over their liver and when they remove
the pack it will be black from the
toxins that is sucked out it's the
deepest penetrating oil so when you put
it on your face it becomes very

wooden one cuz they I they said that the
plastic one is not good for your hair
okay so I started using the wooden one
and guys like damn my hair has grown
like crazy remember I cut those bangs
with the razor and it was up until here
my bangs are till here now this in a

shave it I say I would say like once a
week is good enough um I don't shave my
mustache though I tread it so I get it I
get it treaded and same for my eyebrows
but all of the rest I in here like a
razor so my other point laser hair
removal I have had so many laser hair

example on my legs I have lasered it and

to become depressed you're G to like be
very anxious but it once you start
working out that stagnant energy through
any type of workout you will start to

your body and you will look more alive
and also the muscles and the toning
that's why I'm saying like strength
training or Pilates it will tone you and
lean you out yoga will stretch you out I
feel like when people do yoga they
become taller like when I start doing
yoga I become very flexible and I just
look taller food is very important you
can do whatever you want but if your
food is bad you're going to very look
very bad okay sorry so foods like high
in fatty acid so like avocado Walnut

can all help in building collagen in
your face and making your face glow and
making your hair grow okay our whole
thing is to look healthy here you have
to look healthy it's what people don't
understand is beauty means looking
healthy and what healthy is is just

people I see them for example when I
when I was anorexic right so I had my
eating disorder I was like only focused
on losing weight so I lost a lot of
weight and when I looked at myself I was
literally the ugliest I've probably ever
been in my younger years because my hair
was barely surviving I barely had any
hair on my head uh I was pale so pale
and my face was completely fallen in
also so back then no one thought that oh
she looks amazing no I looked sick and
this is what a lot of people don't
understand as humans we naturally look
for health in another person so if you
want to be like for example skinny make
sure you do it the right way that you
still have hair on your head that you
still look like glowing and healthy also
a very important thing is become more
educated because I feel like a lot of
people they just focus only on looks and
other appearance but when you sit down
with them they have like nothing to say
or you're just boring okay become
educated because this is for me the most
attractive thing the one thing that I
look for in a partner is intelligence I
want them to be able to talk to me I
want them to able to also be funny and
funny people are intelligent notice this
a lot of people that are able to be
funny have high intelligence because you
have to come up with these jokes you
have to have quick comebacks you have
you need intelligence for this but a lot
of you guys you focus too much on oh
what hairstyle oh with this oh with new
fashion trend man your brain think about
your brain first so get alive you know
like imagine you're sitting down with
someone and they have just nothing to
say cuz they don't do anything get a
hobby become good at something start
going to Art Gallery start going Museum
or any other type of events start
playing golf start playing tennis
there's so much to do you know but
create memories and also things that you
can talk about with like a potential
partner or friends that you want to make
that will make you more attractive cuz
who wants to be a part of your life if
you have no life if I'm sitting down
with someone and they literally only can
talk about hair products makeup and this
and that I'm bored have something that
