some questions were so unique that I remember one of them and it was like

I wanted a lecture in Hindi. Now I cannot make the lecture in Hindi but

in today's video I will try to answer each and every question of yours and if by mistake

Doubt So let's start the video and first let's see what is the term structure So

term basically you can understand like a semester the only difference is that the semester is of

six months and the term is of four. If it is of only one month, then it means that here

you have two semesters in a year like in regular colleges, here you

will have three terms, that means you will have three final exams in a year, so talking

about exams, exams raffle every month. There are assignments once, you

have to submit them every week and there are some courses which also have online exams,

so you will be seeing the exam structure of this term on the screen, so this

will give you a rough idea of ​​how the exam structure actually is. So now let's talk

about the academic structure, as you all know, BS degree

is basically divided into three parts, one is foundation, second one is diploma and the third

one is degree. After foundation, diploma has two parts, diploma in programming

and Diploma in Data Science degree also has two parts B.Sc and B.S. So you

can exit after any of these levels and accordingly you

will get your certificate, like if you exit after foundation then you will get foundation

certificate. If you exit after one diploma, you

will get a money certificate, if you do both diplomas, you will get two certificates and if

you do degree, you will get proper degree, so now I

will give you an overview of them one by one, what is actually happening in each level. First of all, let's talk about

the foundation level. There are a total of eight theory courses in the foundation level, the list of which

will be visible to you on the screen and the maximum time limit for doing these is nine terms

that means three years, so you can complete them from the time of your admission till the next 3 years. You

can finish these eight theory courses anytime and there is no minimum time limit. Some people

even finish the foundation in two or three terms. Even I myself

finished my foundation in three terms, so with this came our first. Question whether you

have to wait for Diploma after finishing Foundation in two terms, so the

answer is no, you do not have to wait for Diploma, you

can register for Diploma subjects in the next term, you just have to have these eight theories. You have to complete the courses

completely. You do not have to get I grade in any of them. If you have I

grade then you will have to repeat it. Until you

finish all the eight subjects of the Foundation, you can apply for any subject of the Diploma.

Coming to diploma level, we have two diplomas, Diploma in Programming and Diploma in Data Science ,

both have six theory courses

and two projects each. Here you have the choice, do you want to do one diploma or you can do

both the diplomas. But if you do a diploma then you

cannot proceed for the degree. For that you need to clear both the diplomas.

The maximum time limit to complete both the diplomas is your 12 terms that means four

years. You have to clear both the diplomas within 4 years- Both these diplomas have to be completed and you

have to keep in mind that when both your diplomas are ending, your overall CGP

should be six or more than six and the overall CGP of the projects

need 32 credits to clear foundation, same goes for diploma,

there are six theory courses in a diploma, out of which Five are of four credits and one is of three credits

and the projects are of two credits each so to complete one diploma

you need 27 credits and to complete both the same diplomas you

need 54 credits so coming to the degree level. The degree level

is also divided into two parts, B.Sc and B.S. To do B.S., you

need 28 credits individually. And to do B.S., you need 28 credits individually.

The academic structure of the degree is very fast and very huge if we go through this video. If we talk about it in

this video, it will become a very long video, so we

will talk about the academic structure of the degree in some other video. One thing that you have to keep in mind

is that these credits that I have told you, they are all individual credits, each

one. When you do Foundation Plus Diploma, these credits will keep getting added.

32 credits are from Foundation, 54 are from both Diplomas, 28 are from B.Sc and

28 are from B.S. So if you do B.S. degree then you need these total 148 credits

to get. The BS Degree That's Pretty Much It's About the Academic Structure Once we

see the fee structure also because a lot of questions came for that too, so

here even if there is no course on fee structure, there is credit for it, so for the foundation

like The cost of one credit is ₹1 so that means if a course of foundation

is of four credits then 4 * 1000 then one course is worth Rs 000, the same goes for diploma, the

cost of one credit course of diploma is ₹2500000

and the course which is of three credits is Rs. Cost is ₹ 5000000

Cost of one credit is ₹ 1 250 That means that projects

are of two credits so cost of one project is ₹ 2500000

and with that our next question was asked by someone that will we

get education loan on this degree so the answer You do not need an education loan. IITM

itself provides fee web year. There are different percentages of fee web year for each category,

so you can see the fee according to which category you are fitting in

. You can apply for the same fee waive, you

will have to present some documents at the time of your registration and once the documents are verified then you will

not be able to apply for the fee waive. So this was some basic structure of IITM BS, after this

we will talk. Let's answer questions. So whatever questions you people have asked in the post,

now I will answer them. So our first question is I want to start my term

a month later after my qualifier exams. Will I be able to start my term from

month to end? Month One So the answer is no, you cannot start after one month.

If once your qualifier is cleared, then after that your admission is

valid for three terms, so instead of taking a gap of one month, take a gap of four months. And you

this degree is stand alone. Should you do this or you can do this degree as a dual degree,

then see, you can do both, you have to manage that both your degrees are going on simultaneously

and there is no impact on anyone, if you ask me that after 12th.

Should you do this degree as a stand alone degree or

should you do this degree as a dual degree? Many people have asked me, so the answer is I would

suggest that you guys do this as a dual degree. Keep a backup of yours. Meaning

they drop you only after Deminse Foundation. Considering the difficulty level, this is
