Transcripts
I've read a dozen books on mindfulness
and selfawareness and being present in
the
now and in this video you are going to
literally find out one exercise that if
you apply in your day-to-day life I
promise you I promise you like I
literally can guarantee it because I've
experimented this on a hundred people
and every single one of their lives
changed forever
all you have to do is watch this video
and understand exactly what I'm trying
to convey and apply the knowledge and do
the Practical exercise that I talk about
in this
video and just let me know what
happens because you are what you think
your thoughts shape your
future like our minds is a
supercomputer and the Ram is the
attention of that
supercomputer and the programs running
in the
background is
causing heavy heavy impact on your
performance slowing down your
performance and most people they have
several high demand programs running in
the
background like thoughts of the future
regrets in the past
several things on their task list that
they haven't yet
completed um desires of hunger and
entertainment to distract
themselves a strong sense of urgency to
change the
now like loads of people literally
message me and I can see from someone's
Words Their desperacy and urgency to
change their current condition
their situation that they're
in and I'll be honest with you we should
be moving in a sense of urgency but in a
healthy manner that's completely
different so I'm talking about for
example if I'm walking to the gym I'll
be walking really
fast I won't be just taking my time and
I'll be moving in a sense of urgency but
actually acting from a place of urgency
I don't think success comes from that
place that's almost like trying to rush
your
destiny and you can't you don't really
want to rush something that you want to
last
forever I'm going to get straight into
it I'm going to give you a task that I
promise like I'm so certain that this
will change your life
forever and you will
literally you'll be you'll be the
person in
control of the direction you're going
in all you have to do is just listen and
do this t
so the first thing you need to do is
clean out your
environment you have to clean out your
environment as much as you
can so clean your bedroom
completely doesn't matter if it takes an
hour 5 hours an entire day just clean
out your
bedroom and part of that cleaning
process get rid of anything you don't
need and notice your attachment to
things when you're doing them notice how
you're like holding this jacket and
you're thinking twice about giving it to
charity even though you you don't wear
it you haven't worn it in the last year
and you probably won't wear it you're
just you're attached to things notice
that
attachment get through it and give it to
charity anything you don't need in your
environment anything you think twice
about wearing or using give it to
charity this is very serious this is
like everything I'm saying is part of
this
task if you miss something You Hinder
the task you might not see the results
from doing
it so clean your environment
thoroughly like thoroughly like Hoover
the room clean the desk the windows the
inside the out outside the dust change
your bed
sheets make the room as simple as you
can like literally make it as simple as
you
can once you do that you move on to the
next part of the
process this is very very important like
honestly if only you can
speak to the hundred
people that I've experimented this on
every single person their life has
changed because they've been able to
become
aware of that Ram which is the same
as your attention your focus where that
is
they've become aware of there's hundred
of open tabs in their supercomputer
that's slowing down their performance
they've been able to close all of those
tabs down so they can let the computer
run and focus on that which needs to be
focused
on the first part of the process you
clean the environment thoroughly the
second part of the
process
is that you drop
everything you're trying hard to do and
you drop everything that you're trying
hard not to do so what I mean by that if
you've been trying to stop a bad habit
really hard and you haven't been able to
stop that bad
habit then stop
trying stop trying to to stop the bad
habit because you're using a lot of
energy and effort and you're not
succeeding so just for now just stop
that
if you've been hard if you've been
trying hard to stop eating junk food
stop trying to
stop it's clear that there's a
problem if you're trying to if you're
trying really hard to stop something
then that's not who you
are you're getting in the way of
yourself if you're trying hard to do
something such as eat healthy or go to
the gym five t five days a week then
stop trying to do that if you if you
keep going like two three times and then
stopping and then starting again a few
weeks later then just stop stop trying
hard for one week
stop trying hard to do something and
stop
trying to quit
something that's the second part of the
process Now we move on to the Third
third I hope that's clear so far the
third and there isn't one part that's
more important than the other literally
if you like I'm giving you this exactly
how it was revealed to
me from a higher power I'm giving you to
like I'm giving you this task exactly
how it was revealed to me how when I did
this it was the beginning of my whole
life transforming forever it's never
been the same
the
supercomputer has never ran me I've had
thoughts my thoughts haven't had me
since doing
this number
three you need to get a pad and a pen it
doesn't need to be no fancy expensive
pad just get a pad and a pen get a pen
that you enjoy writing with get a pen
that you enjoy writing
with that pad and a pen that's going to
become your best friend for the next
seven
days now it's not going to be easy but
it's going to be one of the most
rewarding things you ever do for
yourself you'll never ever forget this
for the rest of your life if done
properly
so in general
normally we focus our attention on the
task at hand so we might be driving and
you're focusing on like the driving and
you place a little bit of attention on
your like internal activity your
internal world right such as like your
thoughts and your feelings and Your Body
Sensations and your
urges now this time is different for the
next s
days if you're serious about changing
your life
becoming in control of your mind your
supercomputer then you're going to turn
most of the
attention on your internal World
throughout the entire seven days 24
hours a day as much as you can now there
are probably over 20,000 thoughts a
day and every day we get 95% of those
thoughts are the same and that's why
most people are recreating their past
rather rather than creating a future and
not only that they're unaware of those
thoughts
so this task is going to change
everything for
you so now I'm
assuming you've started the process
right like after this video you should
start the process immediately you clean
the you clean your environment
thoroughly right
you drop everything you've been trying
hard to do you drop everything you've
been trying hard not to do and you focus
on writing a list of the main tasks that
you have to do that's obligatory upon
you that you can't live without such as
going to the toilet okay it might sound
silly but just write it down going to
the toilet having a shower eating
drinking sleeping
for some it might be praying these are
these are things you don't have an
option you have to do them they're as
important as
breathing those are just what you're
going to focus on nothing else none of
the stuff you're not consistent in doing
none of the stuff that you've been
trying really hard to do but haven't
been able to do consistently and none
and you're not trying hard to stop the
bad habits as bad as it sounds you
you're not trying hard to stop them at
this point you just stop doing that just
for seven days
you have to stop trading as well you
like you literally have to
stop like that thing that you're trying
hard to become consistent in you have to
stop that immediately for seven days if
you can't stop something then just
notice that you're you're you're
addicted like you're addicted to
it if you can't live without it for S
days
then you're not really serious about
this
so you're turning a flashlight
on
everything internally you're turning a
flashlight on your mind your body the
memories the thoughts The Body
Sensations the urges the feelings you're
turning a
flashlight down the
line those things those memories those
past those regrets those doubts those
worrisome thoughts those fearful
thoughts those anxious thoughts they're
not going to survive under this
flashlight it's like it's like literally
like you ever seen those videos where
like there's a monster and soon as light
goes on it it starts to like dissolve
and blow up that's literally what's
going to happen I promise you they're
not they're not going to survive but
what's important is you become aware of
them because they're they're destructing
they're slowing down your performance
they're they're limiting your creativity
your creativity they're limiting
it you're going to carry this pad in a
pen so once you've I'm going to
summarize the task at the end of the
video but you're going to carry this pad
in a pen you're going to literally it's
a brand new pad in a pen this is going
to be your laboratory like this is going
to be your literally like
it can get dark like it can get dark for
some it can get really dark it got dark
for me you're about to literally find
out the unconscious thoughts that have
been making you feel whatever way you
feel whether it's negative worried
fearful you're about to find out there
are going to be thoughts that are
reoccurring as well they're the ones
that turned into beliefs because you the
more you think something the more it it
becomes a belief start believing that
about
yourself it turns it goes from like a
thought
to a mood to an
emotion to a personality like if that
mood and emotion remains for long enough
it turns into a
personality and your personality shapes
your personal
reality how you are inside is how you
see the world
outside you don't see the world as it is
you see the World As You Are
and you you're you're doing this task to
find out how your world looks like how
your real world actually looks
like it might look dark there's negative
thoughts you're worried about like
creating a relationship that's better
than the last one you fear not amounting
to anything and making the money that
you desire you fear staying stuck in a
job that you don't
like you resent someone
you can't forgive yourself you're
self-critical of yourself you're you're
self judgmental you could you could find
out that this is how your world looks
like on the
inside and if it
does then your world on the outside is
probably manifesting it's probably
materializing it's probably aligning
with how you look on the inside
all it's doing is literally just you're
you're you're confirming how you feel
you're confirming that's just outside is
just a confirmation of your word on the
inside it it's literally like a blessing
from God that one of the most blessed
things that can come from God is being
able to see the world as it actually is
without conditioning and filters
and but most people are blinded they
they can't actually see reality for what
it is they see it for what they
are so you're going to carry this pad in
a pen for 24 hours every single day for
seven days and you're going to write in
this manner this is really important
that you write in this manner whenever
you notice a thought or a feeling you're
going to write I am noticing
that I am feeling
anxious it doesn't matter about getting
the feeling like precisely correct
because this is something I'll talk
about again in the future that the the
more
accurate the labeling of the emotion is
the higher chance of it um minimizing
the the the intenseness of that emotion
and calming it down
but focus on writing it down in this
manner because what you're doing is
you're breaking out of your mind you're
separating yourself from your
mind like I've literally read a dozen
books on awareness mindfulness Power of
Now like so many books but I never truly
saw a difference until I did this until
this was revealed to me and I did this
once I did this I was literally
I was so compelled into sharing this
that I jumped into my Discord group
immediately and said guys do you
actually want to change your life I
figured out
how I told them to do this and I promise
you their life's never been the
same so you're going to have the pad and
pen for 7 days for 20 24 hours and
you're going to write down like um
you're going to write down I am
noticing angry
thoughts cuz remember you're not angry
you're having angry thoughts you're not
anxious you're having anxious
thoughts you're not frustrated you're
having frustrated thoughts you're not
nervous you're noticing feelings of
nervousness
you're not scared you're noticing
fearful
thoughts you're going to write down the
time just above that sentence so you're
going to carry the pad in a pen for
seven days and every time you notice a
thought or an emotion like literally
like even even like literally just as
small as like the thought to like just
go and watch a movie on Netflix or like
go downstairs and get a cookie whatever
it is Lally going to write down like I
just noticed the
thought to go and grab a cookie it was
it was a imagination so as in sometimes
you
visualize the action before going to do
it so you picture like eating a pizza
after ordering it and feeling really
nice then you just go and walk to the
pizza
shop so just to summarize
I'm going to summarize from the
beginning this task this is the most
life-changing task that I've
ever done and given to anybody else this
is the beginning of everything this is
the door to
outside so the beginning of the task
is that if you go to school or college
or work you continue with
that
however everything you've been trying
hard to do consistently such as eat
healthy go to the gym
consistently anything you've been trying
to do consistently you've been trying
hard to do but have failed to do so you
stop trying anything you've been trying
to stop doing so you've been trying to
stop bad things such as junk food
smoking
pornography um music anything you've
been trying hard to stop
doing stop
trying I'm not saying do it but I'm also
I am saying stop stop trying to quit
that action the sent the time for it
there'll be a time where you'll be able
to stop all of these you won't have any
bad habits I promise you it's
possible the next thing you're going to
do is you're going to buy a new pad in a
pen
and you're going to carry that for 24
hours for seven
days you're going to write down the
obligatory tasks that you have to do
every day the ones you can't live
without it's the same as breathing
eating sleeping going toilet shower
drinking for some like I said it's
praying you need to do that you don't
have a
choice once you've written these down
you're going to you're going to turn the
majority of your attention like 90% of
your attention to your
mind like 90% of your attention to your
mind and your body and your body this is
your internal
world every time you notice a
thought a feeling a memory an
urge a body sensation like a Feeling on
your like like it might be like sweat or
you might notice like your hands
twitching like your whatever you're
going to write it down and you're going
to write the time above it but the
format the way you write it is the most
important thing you're not just going to
write I'm angry 10:31 a.m. no you failed
the task if you do that you won't see
any change you're actually reinforcing
who you currently
are you're going to write I am noticing
thoughts of stress I am noticing
memories of the
past about XY Z I am
noticing the fear of prop firms
disappearing 10:46
a.m. I am
noticing images of someone in the
past and that is causing me to
feel XY Z like your you're you are the
Observer of your mind you're becoming
the
Watcher the moment you've done the
beginning of this task you've done the
other things and you're ready you're set
up you've got the pad and Pen just
imagine yourself as the camera forget
everything
else like don't pay too much attention
on actually the thing you're in like
this is like a step back and a million
steps forward you're not fully immersed
in the task you're doing anymore for
seven days you're turning the attention
on your mind and body whilst you're
doing that task like literally whilst
you're in the bathroom turn the
attention onto your thoughts and your
feelings whilst you're speaking to
someone whilst you're going to sleep is
one of the most important moments and
the moment you wake up I want you to
turn 100% attention to your thoughts and
body whilst you're going to sleep and
whilst you're waking up why because it's
possible it's not going to be possible
when you're in the conversation with
someone just turning your attention onto
yourself you have to somewhat give a
little bit of attention to listening to
what they're
saying but whilst you're falling
asleep and whilst you're waking up your
mind goes into like the the door of your
subconscious mind opens and it tells you
a lot about yourself and your current
situation and your inner
world I want you to turn 100% of your
attention to your thought in your
feelings as you're waking up and as
you're falling
asleep and trust me you're going to see
things you're going to notice things
that might make you jump up and get the
pad in a pen and write down and it's
going to get dark like you you you
you it's going to get dark like you
could cry it could get
emotional and it doesn't matter that's
that means you're making progress
don't feel sorry for yourself during
this task just sent the time and place
to feel sorry for yourself continue with
the
task don't judge the thoughts don't
don't notice a thought and be like why
am I thinking that
no that's like your ego that's that's
that's another problem that's your ego
that's your self-critic judging the
thought that you're noticing just focus
on the thoughts and emotions you have
write down
what you notice for seven days but but
you have to make sure you have to
promise yourself that you're not doing
this for me you're doing this for
yourself I don't benefit from you doing
this at all you
benefit you have to do the things prior
to the pad and Pen you have to clean
your environment thoroughly you have to
drop everything to trying to do like
close the laptop do not back test do not
forward test do not look at the charts
like you you are not allowed any
involvement with trading once you drop
it for 7 days just do this for S days
and just see what happens I promise you
like like if there's one person that
sees change if there's one person that
goes through the biggest shift of their
life just let me know in the comments I
will find you I'll see
it like I want to hear about it because
I I can guarantee this is going to work
if you have any questions regarding this
task then let me know in the comment
section if I have time and I manage to
see it then I'll respond if you have
time like if you have a question about
how to do it or you get stuck on but
it's really simple don't over complicate
it don't don't let your
mind ask things that are irrelevant like
almost like creating a problem and then
you're you're wondering what the
solution is it's as simple as I said
it what your life change in seven days
