good reading okay this is like new the
past like three four days I've actually
started reading I started reading the
book thief and I really really like it
I'm like over a 100 pages in it's been
like 4 days but still I've not read in
about two and a half years and I used to
love reading as a child I was a prolific
book worm I might put on some
highlighter just
to spice up in my life I've been going
out on walks every day I've been out
every day do you know when your health
app tells you like you've been working
less this week you've been walking less
this month if my health app does that
that's like ne ne are you okay because
walking makes me feel better and when
I'm sad I tend to not do the things that
make me feel better I've started running
again which I'm really enjoying start
doing my yoga again skin care always oh
oh what's a king okay big one I've been
really trying hard to reduce my screen
time because during the day I don't
scroll however I often do it like to
procrastinate or kind of like
disassociate
um sort of before bed because I hate
sleeping and I'm no I love sleeping I
used to hate sleeping
okay mindset guys mindset I used to like
scroll in my on my phone just like for
hours before bed like Doom scrolling I
guess and often when I'd wake up the
first thing I would do would would be go
on my phone probably was a factor in my
mood and I just it gives me a headache
it does make me feel productive I don't
like it it doesn't make me feel like my
best self so I've reduced my screen time
and one of the ways I've done that I now
plug my phone in over
here not next to my bed and I bought an
alarm clock if I'm finding it hard to go
to sleep sometimes I will check the time
and then just like go my phone worse if
my phone's literally like away from my
bed I can't just reach out of my bed and
get my phone so I've got an alarm clock
my phone is being charged away through
my bed screen time done
feeling up I've been trying to journal a
bit more again making sure I take my
medication every morning because I
stopped taking it last month for like a
week no it was 5 days and I had really
bad
withdrawals and it wasn't fun another
thing I'm trying to meet up with friends
a lot more I'm trying to I'm trying to
really prioritize time with friends in
time with family because I'm quite bad
for like self-isolating and I think I am
an extrovert I think I'm like a socially
anxious extrovert which makes me think
I'm an introvert but I do like being
around people makes me feel better
