Transcripts
was eine richtig gute Ernährung wirklich
auszeichnet bevor du dir also keine
was passiert nämlich wenn du dein
du zu wenige Kalorien konsumierst was
wiederum auch zu diversen Problemen
führen könnte in beiden szenari können
wir aber nicht von einer guten Ernährung
sprechen denn eine gute Ernährung führt
dich zum Ziel und nicht zu diversen
Problemen und wenn du denkst dass du
ohne Kaloriendefizit signifikant Fett
Glasflaschen trinken sollte oder was
auch immer und dementsprechend ist es
natürlich von größter Bedeutung
Übergewicht zu vermeiden oder wenigstens
zu reduzieren jemand mit Übergewicht
kann also per Definition keine gute
Ernährung haben und gleiches gilt für
eine Person mit Magersucht stell dir
einfach mal die Frage was würde die
Gesundheit einer Magersüchtigen Person
stärker verbessern 100 g Honig aus
wakanda oder eben ein Kalorienüberschuss
von 200 Kilokalorien selbst redend 200
Kilokalorien Kalorien also nichts
anderes als Energie ist eben von größter
Bedeutung und deswegen kann eine
Ernährung die diesen Faktor nicht
berücksichtigt einfach unmöglich gut
sein aber das reicht leider noch nicht
kommen wir mal direkt zu Punkt Nummer 2
und zwar du ernährst dich dann richtig
gut wenn du genügend Proteine
konsumierst Muskeln bestehen z.B SP aus
Proteinen dementsprechend wenn du
Muskeln aufbauen willst ja dann musst du
auf jeden Fall genügend Proteine
konsumieren ein guter grober Richtwert
wäre ca 2 g Protein pro Kilogramm
Körpergewicht wenn du also 100 kg wegst
dann wären 200 g erstmal pro Tag
natürlich ein guter Richtwert und in der
Diät könntest du ein bisschen höher
gehen aus ganz vielen verschiedenen
Gründen Thermic effect of food Sättigung
Muskelschutz und vieles mehr und im
Idealfall splitest du dann deine
Proteinmenge also in unserem Fall 200 g
noch essentiell also überlebensnotwendig
dein Immunsystem nur als Beispiel
braucht zwangsweise Proteine ob du
willst oder nicht ein gesundes Leben ist
demnach ohne Proteine gar nicht möglich
und dementsprechend kann man ganz klar
sagen dass eine gute Ernährung nicht nur
dein kalorienziel beherzigt sondern eben
pro Kilogramm Körpergewicht pro Tag an
ich weiß Leute EPA und DHA also Fischöl
ist halt einfach nicht so sexy wie
irgendein Wurzelextrakt aus den Tiefen
des Amazonas aber leider deutlich
wichtiger und wisst ihr was auch noch
viel wichtiger ist Punkt Nummer 4 deine
Ernährung ist dann erst richtig gut wenn
du genügend ballasstoffe konsumierst
denn ballasstoffe korrelieren extrem
stark mit einer niedrigeren Mortalität
wir sprechen hier nicht von weiß ich
nicht 1% oder so sondern pro 10 g umsage
und schreibe 10% das sind Effektgrößen
da kommt kein Essig egal welcher auch
nur annähernd dran und bei
Ballaststoffen kannst du ganz gr
zwischen 10 bis 20 g pro 1000
konsumierten Kalorien anpeilen also wenn
mikronerstoffmangel nun mal deine
Performance oder auch z.B deinen
Kalorienverbrauch negativ beeinflussen
also du achttest auf deine Kalorien du
wirklich 1600 Kilokalorien konsumiert
aber am 7bten Tag gibt's dann halt 6
7000 und dann ist die Wochenbilanz
wieder im Orsch deswegen Beständigkeit
ist das wichtigste es bringt nichts wenn
du ein Jahr lang wenig Alkohol trinkst
und dann im nächsten Jahr jeden Tag
gleiches Szenario mir schreiben Leute
dass sie 60 kg wiegen und 5000
Kilokalorien
Essen sehr unwahrscheinlich dass diese
5000 Kilokalorien dann wirklich jeden
Tag konsumiert werden denn ansonsten ja
also außer man geht irgendwie 80.000
beherzigst das Thema Ernährung also
wirklich verstanden hast dann verspreche
ich Dir wirst du auch deine Ziele
definitiv erre in diesem Sinne Daumen
nach oben nicht vergessen und wir sehen
uns im nächsten Video
