buongiorno a tutti oggi siamo qui contro
soffiato amministratore delegato di
marketing arena giorgio marchetti carina
e una di vita a tesi di asset e rovigo e
coinvolge 35 lavoratori
abbiamo dovuto tutto sfruttare quello
che il vantaggio del digitale quindi
semplicemente noi siamo già tutti i
venerdì soft walking o remote working
corretto dire ed abbiamo esteso
ovviamente al cento per cento
quest'attività quindi abbiamo avuto
degli impatti sicuramente lato cliente
che sono state infatti rispetto al
mestiere dei nostri clienti perché
alcuni clienti che lavorano con le
gelaterie sicuramente avuto ben fatti
rispetto a supermercati e banche
tendenzialmente e sulle persone in
realtà no perché realtà stato sempre
venerdì quello che noi avevamo già prima
che era il venerdì di stalking motor
king diventare abbiamo esteso a cinque
lavorativo l'organizzazione ci dovremo
abituare a strutturarsi proprio in un
altro maniera e soprattutto secondo te i
tuoi lavoratori i lavoratori in generale
persone perdessero messo a lavorare in
situazioni complicate diventare i meno
preparati e quindi penso che le persone
si penso che in generale tutti i
lavoratori
nel senso che probabilmente una persona
che lavora in comune è abituata in altre
condizioni in banca fare un pochino più
fatica
probabilmente cambieranno molte cose io
riunioni potevano tranquillamente
diventare email
quindi questo sicuramente è vero ci sono
ancora alcune riunioni con i mestieri
che andranno fatte di personali e quindi
o immenso che semplicemente se metteremo
molto di più i mestieri che facevamo
prima
quindi prima dividiamo tra qualche
telefonata qualche riunione oggi invece
qualche modo clientela comunque proprio
di dipendenza un rapporto di
condivisione del
del progetto lavorativo proprio questo è
l'obiettivo quindi sì quindi ecco
vediamo che anche nella situazione
critica in questo senso comunque un
minimo di opportunità si riesce a
trovare ci sono degli aspetti positivi
che magari non eravamo preparati a
vedere pensavamo che fosse tutta la cosa
vada gestire però qualcosa
effettivamente li positivo possiamo
contare casa anche come imprese nella
sessione con i lavoratori
giorgio grazie mille davvero tua
buona pasqua
