Transcripts
what's up what's up YouTube well if
you're living in the UK this is this
video is for you
so chilling here on the weekend see this
beautiful beautiful community
we're banging the center of Bahrain
it's actually on an island
side by side by the waters
it's all Green Landscaping here
super relaxed and super
chilling environment now what's
interesting I was talking to some of the
guys in the UK I mean I grew up in
London myself
and you guys are paying some crazy
crazy rents these days and more
importantly I hear you playing some
crazy
crazy electricity energy utility bills
so you might not know much about Barry
you might know more about Dubai as
everyone knows about Dubai
so let me just give you a very quick
comparison for you to the UK
so if you were living out here
now let's say you're renting you can
purchase a property one of these
beautiful beautiful buildings let's say
modern modern development again bang in
the center of town
here you could be renting a beautiful
two-bedroom apartment inclusive of all
bills and electricity and internet and
all of that stuff
for around 700 Dinars which is like 1400
pounds that includes everything
and it's stunning out here now let's say
you're more into that Villa lifestyle
want a nice house you've got a big
family you want a garden
you want to live in a compound in a
community
well to give you an example of that
so I actually do live in a five-bedroom
Villa Standalone with a swimming pool
with a front yard
so I pay rent of like 800 Dinars which
is like 1600 pounds
now my electricity bills being an
Australian nationality so I pay the
premium rates
and so as a premium rate in a five
bedroom house
which is probably the max you'll ever
end up paying I pay around
200 to 220 Dinars 400 to 440 pounds and
that's in the summer obviously when all
the ACs are on everywhere it gets
cheaper in the winter when we don't need
to use the ACs all the time so all in
all I'm paying two thousand pounds to
live an amazing lifestyle now you might
be wondering about the country itself
well
I have a business here so
as you know
or don't know
we don't have taxes on business here
which is great
so setting up a company here takes about
one to four weeks
and it costs you if you're doing it
yourself will cost you about a thousand
dollars like I guess that's like 800
pounds
someone was doing it for you to make
your life easier because you don't want
to run around in all those government
buildings and stuff and do paperwork and
get everything done see behind me is the
iconic Financial Harbor I thought you
were banging the center of town
anyway to do that and pay someone to do
it for you
yeah really looking at like
2 000 pounds two and a half thousand
pounds something like that something
that actually helped with by the way
depending on your activity
so now you might be like well I need to
rent an office
or renting an office here I mean you can
rent office as cheap as 400 pounds a
month
and you can get as fancy and elaborate
as you want depending on what kind of
office you want what kind of space you
want but on average let's say you're
paying a thousand pounds a month
that you want to rent stock you want to
have all your stuff well
you get your stuff that's cool they get
their visas if they're locals if you
hire locals the government actually
encourages you to hire bahrainis
and so depending
on the Bahrain you get the experience
Etc about programs where they actually
subsidize their salary so you get
they'll pay 70 of their salary the first
year
50 percent the second year 30 the third
year
so
you're getting so much support now let's
say when you first set up your business
as well
we even have other support systems where
the government will help you by paying
50 of machineries or whatever it is
depending on your business plan they
approve different budgets
so all of that support is here
you become a resident immediately
so yeah why would you want to live in
the rat race you can escape the rat race
and move to Bahrain
and yeah just check this out so
is that nice enough landscaping for you
wood is right behind me there
absolute beautiful
beautiful day
escape the rat race my friends
or not stay in the rat race
I mean we only talked about
accommodation and stuff but you guys
know you know all the other expenses you
have taxes on absolute everything anyway
everyone have a chat about it
drop me a what's up or hit me up on
Instagram at the same official
peace
