das wollten wir starten weil wir gesehen
haben okay wir können einerseits
Produkte zeigen aber es geht so viel ab

immer euch mitnehmen was so passiert und
deshalb starte jetzt das lockard Update

1 also das hier ist eine strahlkabine
die Strahl die Kunstoffteile aber wir
haben auch noch eine normale strahkabine
die haben wir gerade hergolt die bauen
wir jetzt auf die brauchten wir n ich
allgemein für die Silikonformen die
wollen wir strahlen mit Glasperlen dass
die schön matt werden und allgemein
Aluteile und die bauen wir jetzt auf los
geht's da okay wie machen wir das jetzt
mit einer Hand geht es ja ja
nice so okay also der Plan ist dass wir
Druckluft von da oben nehmen dann
Schlauch rüberlegen hier direkt hin und
hier neuen staubsuger anschließen weil
dieses Ding ist so dermaßen laut das ist
nicht mehr von dieser Erde

bereit und saugt irgendwie so halb so
stark wie so ein Staubsauger dann müssen
wir die wegmachen und staubsauge
anschließen das Problem in den zwei
Werkbänken man braucht entweder
doppeltes Sortiment oder man muss laufen
aber zwecksentfremdung können wir auch
versuchen falsches Werkzeug verwenden
einfach
so vielleicht geht der Ding auch das wä
natürlich noch besser das war ja was kan
jetzt eigentlich besser als die große
sonstrahlkabine die große strahlkabine
die ist nur für plastikperlenstrahlen
und die ist extra für 3D Druck
Nachbearbeitung und die ist halt
komplett manuell bedeutet die hat keine
Trennung von Strahlmedium zu Ding aber
die kann halt mit glaspellen Strahlen
bei der anderen könnte man schon
glaspellen rein es würde die aber kaputt
machen einfach das Sieb ist soweit ich
weiß nicht ausgelegt für Glas und wenn
ich hier jetzt Sachen Strahl
irgendwelche Aluplatten s habe ich nicht
wirklich Abrieb da muss ich nicht
wirklich viel viel trennen bei den
Kunststoffteilen da muss ja richtig das
Pulver weggemacht werden das muss man
irgendwo
hintun ah das ist Flügelschrauben drin
ich hätte es mir leichter machen können
du kannst festhalten ich schraub
raus
to haben das geschafft und jetzt können
wir darüber gehen da nämlich der dritte
stabsauger
okay entweder pushen wir das jetzt mit
ne das Pushen wir nicht muss man schon
was drucken eigentlich so checken wir
das mal ab 50 34 34 ich will ein Konus
hin machen das ist so ein bisschen sich
so ganz leicht verjüngt das halt drin
stecken bleibt außer das das sicher auch
konisch ja das wird das wird größer also
sowas würde sein dann zentriert sich das
hier ich kann hier hin kleben und habe
auß eine gerade

wir mal anschauen und hoffen dass der
von den Maßen passt und wie alle Profis
machen wir das natürlich mit Klebeband
fest das Ding ist wenn das Klebeband
nicht so gut für mega viele Sachen
funktionieren würde dann würde ich es
auch nicht die ganze Zeit verwenden
liegt als am Klebeband einfach okay
machen wir das hin und zwar ist es
grundsätzlich so dass beim 3D Druck
alles immer nicht passt wenn man davon
ausgeht tut man sich am leichtesten weil
wenn es dann passt dann ist geil
passt okay gerade das Prof sauber machen
ja
genau jetzt kommt der da
drauf so
let's go der ist halt leiser als der
andere das bringt halt schon mega okay
jetzt braollen wir nur noch ein
Druckluftschlauch und dann ist die Sache
fertig den gibt's hier das ist doch
einer neh den Länge perfekt sehe ich
direkt Länge passt oder ja schon
gell nicht gepfuscht das gehört
so
okay geil ready der ist
bereit hier das ist für MacBook stand
eine dicke fette 6 mm
Platte und da kommen jetzt 12 MacBook
stand drauf das ist das Programm da kann
man quasi eins machen de Programm sagen
was er machen soll und dann Mustern D es
dann hochverteilt das ist gut merkt der
macht den ganz am Schluss diese
Sternchen weg aber die will ich
natürlich am Anfang haben wow das n ich
mal einen
Adapter geil das ist wenn man kein
USBStick
findet hier jetzt sieht man das Programm
so
oh junge Vater ja ich hätte mir die
Simulation besser anschauen können also
das war ein bisschen viel querzustellung
ich sage es ich habe das ja nicht
gelernt ganze Sache und da kann man sich
das hart ausrechnen bei welcher Tiefe
und so das sind aber jetzt habe ich mit
spanungs Mechanikern geredet da geht's
irgendwann eh nach Gefühl und ich mag es
auch nach Gefühl aber das also ich habe
es mir einfach nicht angeschaut deshalb
Eier flattern die ganze Zeit weil sowas
passieren kann was ist eine
querzustellung das wie weit der Fresser
quer zustell bedeutet der kann wenn er
an der Kante kann er entweder
vorbeifahren ohne halt irgendwas
wegzufressen oder halt 1 mm zustellen
und dann das wegfressen und je mehr der
zustellt desto mehr wird der Fresse
belastet dann hat man Probleme entweder
dass der Fresse sich schneller abnutzt
oder die Spindel zu arg belastet wird
oder die ganze Zeit zu heiß wird let
go ja also der ist schon noch ein
bisschen bisschen Angst behaftet der
hängt jetzt hinter dem Fresse das ich
raus keine Ahnung was passiert wenn du
da jetzt durchfahren würde aber ich will
es auch nicht rauskriegen
deshalb ich mein lockard gibt jetzt seit
vier Jahren und im ersten Jahr hatten
wir gar kein Geld und haben halt immer
probiert irgendwie an Maschinen
ranzukommen wo wir Sachen ausprobieren
können und so eine CNC freismaschine das
war der fte draum da irgendwie
ranzukommen jetzt können wir halt weil
die Dinger hier sind bei uns können wir
halt sobald da ist direkt hier umsetzen
ist schon verdammt geil richtiges
rivileg schätzen wir alle richtig dass
wir hier Profi anutale einfach direkt
herstellen können und die Maschinen
rechtfertigen sich durch die Produktion
wir müssen damit produzieren aber können
quasi dadurch kostenlos einfach die
Produktentwicklung machen weil die
Maschinen eh schon hier sind die spinel
ist bis jetzt noch nicht kaputt gegangen
wenn man ein harten Crash fährt bedeutet
wenn der fräer wenn das Werkzeug gegen
eine Kante fährt ohne reinzufäen da
verbiegt sich Spindel oder macht die
Kugellager kaputt und dann muss man no
Spindel kaufen und ist noch nicht
passiert
h fertig schick
oder ja wir machen schon Bock einfach
ja so kommt freismaschine und wenn man
sie jetzt hier durch
jagt so sieht jetzt aus ist halt ein
großer manueller Aufwand und hier muss
man schauen wegen der Gleichmässigkeit
aber wir haben da wir ausprobiert für
bestimmte Sachen wenn wir das da
brauchen aber sieht geil aus so schiny
gell ja MacBook mäßig MacBooks sind ab
wahrscheinlich alle automatisch
gestrahlt dass die irgendwie aufgehangen
werden und dann es drum rumgeht Hal
vielleicht ein bisschen feiner gestrahlt
also das war's mitm lockard Update
