Transcripts
what's up everyone so it seems the Joker
2 ending has leaked
online earlier in the morning and lots
of people do not know what to think to
say or to even acknowledge what they
have read now I'll say
this so far there's lots of turmoil
online based on people saying what is
Todd Phillips the director of the first
film and the second film thinking when
it comes to trying to um make this the
path they choose for the Joker Arthur
Fleck character now I'll say this I'm
intrigued but even I said it myself in
my head reading off the leaks and I will
post some imagery of the leaks as well
and I'll actually have the
link um but I I thought to
this and I was like okay so I mean we we
had some confirmations before from Todd
Phillips stating that Arthur Fleck isn't
necessarily the Joker or not The Joker
you actually want reflected from the
comics but this is just taking it to a
whole another level and again trying to
connect this to to an possibly at least
based on rumors or assumptions trying to
connect this to to a already established
Batman
Universe I just I don't understand you
know even I'm
confused but let's actually start
reading what is being stated
um Arthur Fleck dies at the end so it's
confirmed he's not the Joker which is
kind of like I I thought to it myself I
mean I know Todd Phillips stated that
joker 3 might not happen even though yes
he has said it with the first film that
you can't possibly see a sequel
happening but of course we got a sequel
but it's like Joker or should I say
Arthur is facing the death penalty
penalty after what was um previously
happening in the first film with you
know the murders and all the stuff has
happened with the riots killings in his
name so it's like they they turned him
into a type of symbol to cause Anarchy
and Mayhem and destruction upon Gotham
so it's like take that all into account
this person has to be um dealt with now
let's keep reading also Harley doesn't
really love him and breaks up with him
and gives him to the police cuz she
understood he's not the Joker but just
Arthur and she only was interested in
Joker thing so basically
um what I don't understand and this will
make more sense later on but what I
don't understand is so basically I mean
Arthur never
really never really um cared about the
Joker Persona he was just trying to make
a statement about the you know
inequality and and harsh treatment of of
godam citizens by the government
authorities and all that stuff and how
it was reflecting off of his life and
his
hardships but the whole clown thing was
not
really his thing until it turned into a
symbol and I guess Harley had this false
sense of of this man being a um type of
Godlike figure or or a person for um I
don't really know how to explain it like
never meet your Heroes it's basically um
how I can sum it up as so basically like
like um syndrome and Incredibles how you
know he might mention incredible and
then all this stuff happened so
basically like this isn't the person who
I thought they were based on the
interactions with
them but let's okay let's keep reading
um the real Joker kills Arthur while
Arthur is dying he carves a smile into
his face just like Heath Ledger Joker so
basically the real Joker comes out of
nowhere and kills him where it's like I
guess you can see Arthur as the false
Joker Joker
persona but then it's like how can that
really be a thing cuz he's the one that
really um created that type of of of
character to begin with so this utter
Joker taking over the Reigns or sees
Arthur as unfit for the Joker
mantle and to have all these adoring
fans you know so it's like is is that
that type of of of scenario that's
happening but it's like another Joker
just coming out of
nowhere and yes this this definitely
will confirm when we're definitely not
getting a third um film if um Arthur
dies in the end um Harvey so Harvey D is
in this film Harvey is the district
attorney and seeks the death penalty for
Arthur he appears in a few scenes but is
but is the main antagonist in the trial
Harvey accuses The Joker of killing five
people but Arthur admits that he also
killed his mother he laughs
uncontrollably and several people jump
on him to beat him at that moment a bomb
explodes in a courthouse Arthur days
escapes and a scene shows Harvey with
his face damage so it looks like Harvey
is already getting that Two-Face
treatment um something I never liked and
I get it this is El world you know we're
we're most likely never going to get a
continuation especially with the Batman
character but it's like setting up these
villain before Batman even exists cuz we
saw in the end of
of of of Joker where it's like you know
Crime Alley Martha and Thomas Wayne that
still happened and then Bruce obviously
standing there after his his parents
were gunned down but this time did they
actually
um they they actually had it as a plot
point in the film where it's like the
Joker supporters you know when they were
causing that Riot went and killed them
so they tied it to the actual events of
the film which was interesting I do like
that so um and this this film takes
place two years after that so I don't
know what Bruce is exactly doing I'm
pretty sure he he's starting I mean he's
still a kid but he's starting that
Crusade about learning all he can about
the crime the criminal um aspect you
know um and and mind and um all that
stuff you know that's that's the journey
he goes to I
guess um let's see what else but but it
is interesting that you know Harvey gets
up in the end even though it's
like well probably not even get like
anything else from that um Arthur is
taken to Arkham after the explosion and
is his captured by the police therefore
the guards tell him he has a visitor he
believes it's Lee on his way the
character played by Jacob Laughin and
inmate close to Arthur tells him he's
going to share a joke he then savagely
stabs Arthur in the stomach leaving him
to bleed out out as Arthur dies the
inmate laughs like the Joker and carps
smile into his own face similar to Heath
Ledger so so you're telling me
um let me go back to that previous um
thing I read where it's like okay so the
real Joker killed Arthur while Arthur is
dying he carves a smile into his face so
you're telling me um The Joker guy
carves a smile to his face of course he
Ledger Joker had um that thing as well
you know the the the cut on his mouth
but there's
more okay um let's see so Arthur bleeds
out car smile on his own face okay the
camera Zooms in on Arthur's eyes as he
loses his life and that's life sung by
Gaga plays in the background I think I
we have heard that in a promotional
material where we have heard singing the
song okay and this last thing is it's
just a rumor but apparently this is try
this is them trying to connect it to the
Dark Knight so that's something that had
me saying what I mean I I've heard
people trying to um make the case of why
something like the Joker can take place
in the Batman Universe with mt Reeves
but
um trying to connect the Joker with the
dark
night that definitely is interesting I
mean mean the timeline I I I'll say this
the timeline isn't that off since this
definitely takes place in what the 80s
late 80s and if you're going by the
actual dates of the film you know Batman
Begins happens in
2005 so that's not that much of of of
space that's only what like what um that
would be I mean I'm I'm guessing late '
80s so again around
like 12 to 15 years 16 17 years I don't
know cuz the Dark Knight is 2007 so
again I don't know if exactly what
they're trying to go for but I'm pretty
sure something like this would have been
common knowledge in in um noan you know
film Universe about you know this Joker
guy cuz even you want to make the case
that the other Joker was heading I mean
what why would that the other Joker be
hidden for so long though you know what
I mean you know he's leser
Joker
and I I I don't know again this might be
an assumption maybe this is just
something he did that someone recognizes
that joker doing Wing you know the
carving of the smile and all that stuff
but it's
like I again I will be
dumbfounded if they're trying to to
connect this to um The Dark Knight where
it's like there's there's so much stuff
that's just inaccurate and not not
similar at all even the death of the
wayes where it's like Joker supporters
and obviously in in the in the um film
classic Joe
Chill you know so it's like
I yeah I I I I don't know what to say
about this I I think the last part might
just be someone assuming it because they
recognize something previously um having
the same similar um I I I guess
theme but I don't think it's actually
them trying to connect it to that to
that I mean again if they want to they
could go ahead and Recon stuff but it's
like why you know that movie Universe
has been over since is
2012 and um and and going by this film
you know I mean we're not going to get a
third film unless you want to do like a
the third film could be like you know
the new Joker taking over and then doing
all this
you know something similar to like
um for example I know people would say
why bring this up but it's the same
thing you know with the MCU and Captain
America how um Sam Wilson is is getting
the you know the new Captain America
movie comes out in a few months and that
counts as Captain America 4 so it's like
you know you could you could do
something like that
right where it's like Joker 3 but with
this new
Joker and then some other stuff I mean I
I don't know man I don't know you
know I I think this is just classic um
fandom Theory cuz I I doubt
