Q & A
What is the main topic of the video?
-The main topic of the video is how to manifest and change your life using the Law of Assumption. The speaker explains the roles of thoughts, affirmations, and imagination in creating one's reality.
What is the Law of Assumption, according to the video?
-The Law of Assumption suggests that whatever you consistently dwell on and believe to be true in your mind will be manifested in your reality. It involves feeding your subconscious mind the thoughts and beliefs that align with what you want to experience in your life.
How do thoughts and affirmations influence your reality?
-Thoughts and affirmations influence your reality by shaping your subconscious beliefs. Consistently thinking, imagining, and affirming positive outcomes feeds your subconscious mind, which then reproduces these thoughts as experiences in your external world.
What common mistake do people make with affirmations?
-A common mistake people make is getting into mental conflict after saying an affirmation. For example, if they affirm 'I am rich' but then think 'No, I'm not,' they create a contradictory mental loop that undermines the affirmation's effectiveness.
How can one avoid the mental conflict associated with affirmations?
-To avoid mental conflict, it is important to be consistent and persistent with affirmations without looking for immediate evidence. Understand that changing your beliefs takes time, like laying bricks to build a foundation.
What role does imagination play in manifestation?
-Imagination plays a key role in manifestation by allowing you to visualize and emotionally experience your desired outcomes. The consistent use of positive imagination helps feed these desired scenarios to the subconscious mind.
Why is it important to be mindful of thoughts before sleep and in the morning?
-It is important because your subconscious mind is most receptive to suggestions during these times. Feeding it positive affirmations and thoughts before sleep and upon waking helps reinforce desired beliefs and outcomes.
What advice does the speaker give for using affirmations effectively?
-The speaker advises being disciplined, persistent, and consistent with affirmations, focusing on what you want without looking for immediate proof. Over time, this will help reprogram your subconscious mind to align with your desired reality.
How can you make your desired thoughts and beliefs unconscious habits?
-You can make them unconscious habits by consciously repeating and affirming them until they become a natural part of your thinking, similar to how learning to ride a bike becomes second nature after enough practice.
What does the speaker mean by 'laying the foundation' for manifestation?
-'Laying the foundation' means consistently building new positive thoughts and beliefs, one step at a time, without reverting to old limiting beliefs. This process involves being persistent and not getting discouraged by the lack of immediate results.
Outlines
đ§ How Your Thoughts Shape Your Reality
In this section, the speaker introduces the Law of Assumption, emphasizing that what we constantly think, imagine, or affirm influences our subconscious mind, which in turn shapes our reality. By dwelling on specific thoughts or narratives, we feed these ideas to our subconscious, which manifests them in our external world. The speaker explains the importance of consistently thinking, imagining, and affirming what we want to experience, rather than focusing on the absence of these desires. The key message is to remain persistent and disciplined in thoughts and affirmations.
đ ïž Brick-by-Brick: Laying the Foundation for Change
This paragraph focuses on how people often face mental conflicts when using affirmations, especially when their current reality contradicts the affirmation. The speaker explains that change takes time and requires consistent effort. Using the metaphor of laying bricks, they emphasize that positive affirmations need to be repeated persistently without allowing opposing thoughts to interrupt the process. By consistently feeding the subconscious mind with affirmations, even if the current reality doesn't align, we can shift our perception and ultimately manifest what we desire.
đ± Shifting Mental Patterns: The Role of Habits
The speaker expands on how thoughts, affirmations, and imagination are interconnected. They explain that what we habitually focus on becomes part of our identity, and the subconscious mind accepts it as reality. By consistently identifying with positive 'I am' statements, we train our subconscious to align with these thoughts, creating change in our outer world. The speaker warns against feeding the mind negative or contradictory thoughts, especially before sleep or first thing in the morning, as these times are critical for subconscious programming. Instead, we should use these moments to reinforce positive thoughts and affirmations.
đŽ Mastering Your Mind: The Practice of Consistency
Using the analogy of learning to ride a bike, the speaker explains that repetition and consistency are key to mastering new mental habits. Just as riding a bike becomes second nature over time, consistently affirming and imagining what we want eventually becomes an unconscious process. They stress that limiting beliefs can create mental arguments, and it's important not to get discouraged. Instead, view affirmations as part of the roadwork needed to achieve the desired outcome. By practicing consistently, we train our subconscious to accept and create the reality we seek.
đ The Power of Affirmations During Sleep and Waking Hours
This final paragraph emphasizes the importance of feeding the subconscious mind with positive affirmations during key moments of the dayâjust before sleep and upon waking. The speaker explains that during these drowsy states, the subconscious is more susceptible to new ideas, making it the perfect time to affirm what we want to experience. By regularly reinforcing positive 'I am' statements during these times, we can effectively reprogram the mind to manifest our desired reality. The video ends with a reminder to check out the speakerâs available resources and an encouraging sign-off.

yo what's good it's your boy mental G
Kings back with a another video for you
guys
today this is going to be a very short
and simple video on how to manifest and
change your life using the law of
assumption and I'm going to be talking
about thoughts um affirmations and your
imagination and how it
all plays its part in creating your
reality all right
you have to understand that whatever you
are essentially dwelling on whatever
story whatever narrative whatever
thoughts imaginal things that you are
consistently revisiting dwelling on and
giving life
to that feeds into your subconscious
mind and your subconscious mind then
reproduces evidence of those things in
your out
world right your job is to essentially
give your subconscious mind what you
want by
consistently
thinking imagining and creating the
things that you want to experience in
this outer
world
right and what you have to understand I
think a lot of people you can see the
problems they run into simply by the way
they approach something as a
affirmations right A lot of people will
approach affirmations as you know
they'll say something and then all of a
sudden they'll get into this mental
conflict with themselves they'll say I
am healthy or I am rich or I am whatever
it is and they'll get into this mental
conflict because they'll be like well no
I'm not look at look at what's around me
but you have to understand that you have
to be laying Brick by Brick and you have
to understand that for so long you've
had these maybe opposing views contrary
to now what you are stating or de
clearing you have to understand that
it's a step-by-step thing that you have
to lay each brick down right because you
can say I am rich or I healthy or I'm
strong or whatever these things are but
then a minute later are you reaffirming
the opposite are you then going well no
I'm
not and you have to understand that if
you're always in this Loop what do you
think is going to
manifest what do you think is going to
consistently reproduce in your mind
you have to lay the foundation by one
not wavering be disciplined with what
you want be persistent with what you
want and lay the foundation and don't
look at it as this thing of like I am
and then look for the evidence no just
say it and go about your day whatever it
is that you want but be consistent with
saying that because you're feeding this
new idea to your subconscious mind the
same thing goes with the things that
you're imagining because thought
affirmation all these things it's all
imaginal if you really think about it
right and it's whatever you are
identifying or whatever you are placing
your I am with or whether it is an I am
affirmation your imagination your I
am um nation in a sense right so
whatever you are putting with these
things whatever you are identifying
yourself as consistently and habitually
that's what you're giving more life to
and that's what your subconscious mine
essentially creates this agreement with
you with and then it says okay this is
what you're constantly revisiting this
is what you're constantly imagining this
is what you're constantly saying about
yourself and others sure here look right
so be careful with what you are feeding
yourself on a habitual and consistent
basis especially what you're feeding
yourself prior to going to sleep at
night and what whatever you're feeding
yourself in the morning how many of you
guys are watching you know something
that you shouldn't you're watching
before you go to sleep or you watch the
news the or you you you you read the
news the moment you wake up you check
your phone all these things and you
automatically get locked into your
previous imaginal patterns imaginal
habits that you've already manifested
and you fall into the chaos of the world
instead of using that time to establish
new
thoughts typing in a new code for the
computer of your subconscious
mind and when you start to do this
habitually and frequently you'll start
to see changes unfold in your
life okay but you have to be like I said
consistent with this persistent with it
you can't be halfast you can't be just
going okay well I want this and then all
of a sudden where is it where is it
because that's
also a conversation you're having with a
subconscious mind where is it you know
what I mean so you have to lay more
foundations you have to be consistent
with it and be dominant with what you're
feeding and what you want what you want
and what you're feeding has to dominate
and until you make it R like anything
anything you do when you first start to
learn a bike you struggle but the more
you do it the more you do it and you
finally get it it becomes more natural
right and then all of a sudden it's a
natural way of thinking a natural way of
being that you don't even have to think
about how you ride a bike you just do it
right but you have to be consistent with
these same things here you have to make
what you want unconscious you have to
consciously put the effort in to make it
a habit first especially if you have a
lot of limiting beliefs around things
you
know so lay the New Foundation don't get
into mental arguments yourself because
when you say I am this and you look for
it and you go well I'm not that's also
an affirmation and the affirmation I am
not or where is it is also if that's a
foundation that's been laid so
understand just look at it as a way of
I'm this and you understand that you're
putting in the road work to get you
where you want to be right same with
your imaginal axe all right an emphasis
on on these periods during the day prior
to sleep and in the morning when you're
in those States a little bit drowsy your
subconscious mind is more susceptible to
impregnation this is when you want to be
feeding yourself loving the loving
affirmations things you want to be
experiencing right and you say it and
you identify your I am with these things
all right I'm sure you found this video
helpful make sure you check out all the
things I have available in the link in
the description there um whether it's
you want some personal advice you want
to listen to my audio whatever it might
be it's all there and um I'll see you
guys next one yeah peace power
prosperity it's been your boy and love
always
