For example, if told to read books for self-growth, you should question whether it's for personal gain or simply because someone else said so. The speaker then introduces the first step to getting back on track: quitting all addictions and spending more time in nature. They highlight the need to replace harmful habits like TikTok and YouTube with healthier activities, such as outdoor time, as it helps clear the mind and provides more focus. The speaker mentions joining their community for support in overcoming these addictions and filling the void with positive actions like spending time in nature and developing focus for deep work, which is beneficial for personal growth and business success.

Transcripts
hey man for the past couple of days
you've probably been struggling not
knowing what to do and you've been stuck
in this Loop of addiction and things
that you don't want to do or you know
you shouldn't be doing that's why in
today's video I want to explain to you
how you can finally get back on track so
the first thing I'm going to tell you
and this going to apply for every single
thing that you hear me say in this video
I want you to ask yourself
why am I doing
this so let me give you an
example if someone tells you to read
books because it's good for you ask
yourself why am I doing this is it like
I said because someone else explained to
you that you should do it like
self-improvement YouTubers for example
telling you to read because it's good
for
you what is the reason you're actually
doing those
habits that's what I want you to keep in
the back of your mind throughout this
video so how can you
finally get some something done and get
back on
track the first thing I'm going to tell
you is quit all addictions and go into
nature now this may sound like something
impossible because you need YouTube you
need Tik Tok you don't need those things
at all
they're nice but you don't need them why
don't you need them because your
ancestors didn't e there they survived
so you need to get rid of all of those
addictions and I know it is very hard to
do but I've done it
myself if you are struggling with any of
these things you can join my free
community and I will help you
out
now once you have quit all these
addictions and again this can take a
very long time what you can also do just
replace these addictions with going into
nature because you do have the time if
you spend 2 hours every single day
playing video games you can afford to
spend two hours in nature now again you
need to find some places where there
actually is nature so again go to my
community it's free and you can ask a
lot of questions over there it will be
in the link in the description of this
video
so when you finally quit all these
addictions you need to fill your life
with something else because if you
don't those addictions are going to be
very tempting to fall back
into now what can you replace it with
like I said nature is a very good thing
to go to because it clears your it
clears your brain allows you to have all
these thoughts you'll be uh you're
becoming more present which allows you
to focus more and when you're able to
focus more you can do more deep work
which is good for
business for those people want to get
their money out for
example
now after you've quit all these
addictions and you need to find a
way to replace all these
addictions one other thing is
meditation meditation coupled with of
course going into
nature because that helps with clearing
your own
brain which leads into the topic I
discussed
uh
previously and then reading the thing I
mentioned at the beginning of this
video reading is something you can do to
expand your
knowledge what can you do with all this
knowledge well you become a better
person or you become a more
knowledgeable person which is good in
for a whole lot of ways or for a whole
lot of
things
now it's all nice of you to just go into
nature and be more
present but one thing I would also
highly recommend you to do is exercise
now this can
be you can find a whole lot of ways to
exercise this can be different for a
whole lot of people what I do personally
is I do uh one day's cardio three days
is push bu legs and one final day is
kickboxing and the other two days are
spent in
nature and are
spent um at the side job so basically
working physical doing physical work
so that's what I like to
do so yeah exercise very
important then journaling you can also
do
journaling let me see I'm going to into
this path right
here what will journaling do journaling
will allow you to write down your
thoughts why would you want to write
down your thoughts well because it will
become clearer for example with problems
you need to solve in your life become
way more clear if you write them down
write out whatever it is that you need
to
do that's better than to keep that in
your
head
now what I would stick away
from is perfect routines or perfect diet
plans or anything perfect like planned
out everything because practice will
prove you wrong you will be you will get
to a
point where your perfect
routine Isn't So Perfect anymore because
of external factors or anything
else and you'll end up spending a whole
lot of time making your routine perfect
instead of actually doing the work
required to become that best version of
yourself or a better version of
yourself
now now that you now that you have
quit all these addictions you find
things to replace the addictions and you
went into nature a whole lot
more you should be not set but you
should be off to a good start of a new
life the life as the best version of
yourself and the final thing I'm going
to ask or to say to
you is what will the what would the best
version of yourself do in that situation
so make a list of things that you don't
want to do that basically suck the
energy out of you and things that you
really want to do they really give you
energy now I would stick away from again
video games and social media and you
saying it gives you energy most of the
time it doesn't because it takes a whole
mental energy or mental capacity also
known as cognitive load being on social
media I'm playing video
games but things could be like meeting
new people as for me I've see myself as
not really an introvert or an extrovert
it really depends on the people I'm with
but you could say meeting new people
gives you energy or speaking to people
gives you energy for example then that
is something you're going to work on
there are many things you can do but at
the end or in the end you need to find
out what it is that you need to
do so start becoming the best version of
yourself and again if you need help with
anything you can join my few Community
will be be in the link in the
description of this video have a great
rest of your day stay focused but
