Takeaways
- 💡 Pricing your content is about quality, not your self-worth. Your worth isn't tied to how much you charge.
- 📊 Consider competition when setting prices. If someone offers similar content for less, subscribers might choose them over you.
- 💰 Adjust pricing as demand grows. Higher demand allows you to charge more for your content, just like celebrities do as they get more famous.
- 🔑 Subscription prices can vary. Offering lower initial fees and running constant sales can attract more subscribers.
- 🎥 Pre-made content pricing tip: Charge $1 per minute. Increase the price for more explicit content (e.g., solo play).
- 🔄 Pre-made videos can be resold multiple times. You can circulate the same video to new subscribers for recurring revenue.
- 📈 Experiment with pricing: Monitor sales of different content types and adjust future prices based on past performance.
- 👥 High-paying subscribers are more likely to buy premium content. Consider their willingness to pay when setting prices for pay-per-view (PPV) content.
- 🛠 Custom videos are premium. Charge at least $25 per minute for customs with a 5-minute minimum, as they require special effort and attention.
- 📦 Bundle content or offer 'mystery' deals to boost sales. This taps into curiosity and makes subscribers feel they're getting a good deal.

💡 Introduction to Pricing Strategies
Katie introduces herself and the video topic, which focuses on pricing strategies for mass messages, PPVs (pay-per-views), customs, and pre-made content on OnlyFans. She explains that this is a highly requested topic and emphasizes that pricing content is not reflective of personal worth. She mentions that creators often feel their content should match their perceived self-worth, but pricing should be based on the content's quality and competition in the market.
📊 The Importance of Competitive Pricing
Katie discusses the importance of being competitive with pricing, noting that creators need to consider the number of photos and quality compared to others in the same niche. She warns against pricing content too high if competitors offer more content for less. The goal is to balance pricing with competition, ensuring that users choose your content over others based on value and affordability.
🎤 Building Credibility Like a Musician
Using Morgan Wallen as an example, Katie explains how creators can gradually increase their prices as they build credibility and demand, just like musicians who start with smaller shows and eventually command higher ticket prices. She highlights that over time, with more popularity, creators can increase their prices, but early on, they need to build their audience and reputation.
📈 Subscription Pricing Strategies
Katie shares her own subscription pricing strategy, setting her monthly price at $20 but offering a continuous sale of $3 for the first month to attract new subscribers. She explains that the majority of her explicit content is reserved for PPVs, while her feed includes more modest content. She emphasizes the value of understanding the balance between subscription costs and additional PPV pricing to keep users engaged.
💵 PPV Pricing Based on Content Type
Katie breaks down how she prices her pre-made content, typically charging $1 per minute for less explicit content and adding $5 for more explicit videos. She stresses that pre-made content can be resold multiple times, which increases the overall profitability. She also advises creators to analyze past sales to optimize pricing for future releases.
🔄 Adjusting Prices Based on Performance
Katie advises creators to evaluate the performance of their PPVs and adjust pricing for future content accordingly. If a particular video sells well, she suggests slightly increasing the price in future offerings. She emphasizes that creators can find a balance between subscription prices and PPV costs to maximize profitability without alienating subscribers.
🔍 High-Paying Subscribers and Content Value
Katie explains that subscribers who pay higher subscription fees are often more likely to purchase PPVs and are more engaged with the creator's content. She suggests that creators consider the trade-off between having more subscribers at a lower price or fewer, higher-paying subscribers, noting that both approaches can yield similar earnings depending on content quality and audience engagement.
📹 Custom Content Pricing
Katie outlines her approach to custom content pricing, charging $25 per minute with a five-minute minimum. She explains that custom videos are special requests and often require more effort, so they should be priced accordingly. After fulfilling a custom request, she repurposes the content (by editing out the personalized elements) to sell it as a generic PPV, maximizing the value of her effort.
📉 Reselling Underperforming Content
Katie shares a tactic for reselling underperforming videos by repackaging them as a 'surprise' PPV. She sets the price lower, allowing subscribers to feel like they're getting a good deal on longer content without knowing the exact details. This strategy helps boost sales for videos that didn't initially perform well.
📝 Effective Titles and Bundles
Katie emphasizes the importance of effective titles for PPV content. She explains that more descriptive titles help subscribers know what they are purchasing, while less descriptive, mysterious titles can drive curiosity. She also advises creators to offer bundles of shorter videos to make subscribers feel like they are getting more value for their money, which encourages more purchases.
💼 Final Thoughts on Pricing Strategies
Katie concludes the video by summarizing her strategies for pricing pre-made content, customs, and PPVs. She stresses the importance of balancing subscriber needs with profitability and encourages viewers to experiment with different tactics to find what works best for them. She invites viewers to comment if they found the tips helpful and reminds them to check out her guide and referral link.

hey YouTube what's up it's Katie back
here with another only fans video
today's topic is going to be pricing how
to price your mass messages ppvs Customs
pre-made content I've gotten a lot of
requests for this one I've gotten a lot
of requests in general however this was
one of the top requested Custom Custom
top requested topics and so I wanted to
go ahead and do it and kind of do them
in order
um based off of the demand of what
people want to hear and what people want
to see as far as videos and content on
YouTube
so let's get right into it first I'll
link the guide that got me to the top
point one percent down below check it
out number two I'll put my referral code
there if you haven't signed up for only
fans please use it it doesn't take from
you it only takes for many fans got it
got it so
Mass messaging and pricing your ppvs
I want to start off by saying that
a dollar sign is not
equal your worth
you know you are worth more than a
million dollars you're worth more than a
billion dollars pricing your content
is not in configuration or in comparison
of what you are worth as a human being
I hear a lot of creators say and I once
thought like
oh like
if someone wants to see me naked they're
gonna pay this much because I am worth
20 I am worth thirty dollars I'm worth
fifty dollars and yes you are you're
worth everything in the absolute world
but how you price your content
is based off the quality and what you
can give not what you're worth
y'all chill
so with that being said I want you to
keep in mind that there is a lot of
competition out there and
users and subscribers want to see you
and they're willing to pay for you but
they're not going to pay an astronomical
amount if they can get it elsewhere for
cheaper price
um there are so many creators out there
and so you have to stand out not only
Niche specific but you also have to have
competing prices
so if someone has the same niche as you
and let's say they have 200 photos on
their page
and they price their ppvs anywhere from
five to ten dollars
let's say you have the same exact Niche
but you only have a hundred photos on
your page versus 200 and you price your
stuff 15 to 20 dollars well if y'all are
producing the same thing the same Niche
the same quality and giving out what
each other give
why wouldn't you go with the the Creator
that has 200 plus photos which is more
than what you have and that price is
from five to ten dollars and has the
same quality versus fifteen to twenty
dollars
so I wanted to say that first just come
out about it because
the price that you price your content is
not what you're worth and you have
competitors and so you want to make sure
that you can compete with those prices
and not overprice your content
with that being said I wouldn't
underprice your content if you have a
what I like to go by is since I have a
lot more subscribers I have 3.8
000 paying subscribers
um when my on my VIP page or my free
page I think I have about 15 000
subscribers right now
and what I have found is once you get
more popular and more credible well
known you are able to price your content
a little bit higher because there's more
of a demand to see you if that makes
sense so I love country music right
I love Morgan Wallen let's just put that
out there I love me some wallet so when
Morgan Wallen first started out he was
on The Voice right I think it was the it
was the boys
no one would pay to see you know this
man this little boy singing teenage I
don't know how old he was singing and he
built up his career so he went and he
I'm sure he opened for some concerts to
get his name out there he didn't like
come out full-blown like
you know oh I can charge 500 for a
ticket I paid 500 for a ticket for
[ __ ] Morgan Wallen it was worth
it it was well worth it but what I'm
trying to say is
if he was at the stage he was when he
first started which was opening up for
other artists
he wouldn't have been able to get 500 a
ticket he had to build that credibility
and he had to have that demand for so
many people wanting to see him before he
could price it that high if that makes
sense
and when your prices are higher it kind
of gives the feel and the
picture that hey if you want to see me
you can you can see me but you have to
pay such and such to be part of the
special VIP Club that gets to see all of
me with that being said let's get into
exact numbers so
I see only fans girls the average only
fans girl I would say price is their
subscription price from anywhere to six
to twelve dollars a month mine is
personally twenty dollars but that is
because I run a sale 24 7. so the first
month of my only fans is only three
dollars to get into and then if you like
what you see on the feed obviously you
can pay that premium price per month
that comes by twenty dollars I find that
that works very well I have 65-ish
percent I believe of my renews on which
is not bad for 20 a month that's pretty
good
um all my feed I only show my boobs and
my ass so I don't show my cat uh that is
for ppvs and messaging only
ah
can't wait till they grow up y'all I
can't
I can't wait um they're like kids
um but yes the cat and everything else
that's a little bit more you know
tantalizing is for the mass messages now
specifically number wise here is how I
price my ppvs typically I price for
pre-made content a dollar a minute
and so let's say a video is 10 minutes
right
it would cost a minimum of ten dollars
now depending on what it is if it's like
stripping and a little bit more on the
less explicit side I'll keep it at 10 or
11 if it's like play like solo play and
there's more showing what I'll do is
I'll do a dollar per minute plus an
extra five dollars so if it was solo
stripping it was 10 minutes I charged
ten dollars but if it was a solo play
and it was 10 minutes I'd charge the ten
dollars plus an additional five so I
would charge fifteen dollars for 10
minutes of solo play
and I know what you're thinking that
might sound you know like oh that's not
a lot of money but
the video that you made was pre-made and
so that video can be sold to everyone on
your VIP and everyone on your free page
so if you think about it let's say you
have 200 fans right if you send out a
ppv for ten dollars okay and 50 of your
subscribers out of 200 buy that 10 ppv
um that is
500 that's pretty damn good money for
making a 10 minute video not to say too
that you can also resell it and
circulate it to New incoming subscribers
and so just keep in mind that your video
Once made can be resold again and again
and again the first time that you send
it out isn't the last time so don't
stress too much about pricing it high or
the outcome of purchases with that being
said also look through your mass
messages and see how your videos are
performing so
see like hey this type of content when
it was this length sold at most for this
price
and if something sells really well let's
say something is 10 minutes and you
charge ten dollars if it sells very well
meaning like I don't know 20 because
that is a lot of 20 of all your
subscribers buy it maybe next time you
send it out to newer subscribers push
the limit a little more you know up at
one to two dollars so maybe a set of
pricing at ten dollars for ten minutes
because you've already experimented with
your previous subscribers go ahead and
up it to twelve dollars for the 10
minutes so it's all kind of like a you
know weighing back and forth uh between
what you want to do for your ppvs
um I will say that men in specific do
not want to pay a [ __ ] amount for one
video they're already paying a
subscription amount which already which
which also depicts what you're going to
price your pbvs if you have a lower
subscription amount like three four five
dollars entry fee wise then you are able
to price your videos a little bit higher
because they only paid a small amount to
get into your page if your page is 25
for the first month and ongoing months
with no sales and they pay 25 you're
going to want to make your ppvs a little
bit more cheaper because they already
paid so much just to be on your feet and
to talk to you
um that also gets into quality of
subscribers so what I have found maybe
what's wrong
what I have found is the more that
subscribers pay if a subscriber is
willing to pay more for subscription
that means they're probably willing to
pay more for ppvs and they're probably
more quality of a subscriber than the
subscribers that subscribe for three
dollars
um so it's all on how you want to do
your page do you want to have a lot more
subscribers for a lower price that will
purchase ppvs more or do you want to
have less subscribers for a higher price
and have higher quality more respectful
subscribers in the end they can like
equal out to be the same exact income
you know less people just does not mean
less money it's all in what each
subscriber contributes
with that being said let's talk about
Customs so the way that I do my customs
is well hold on let me let me first say
solo content and boy girl content I do
not charge like differential prices for
so ten dollars of solo is charged the
same for ten dollars boy girl
um so just keep that in mind now boy
girl I do like consider it like a play
play so like I would do the one dollar a
minute plus five dollars so let's say
it's a 10 minute sex tape I would do ten
dollars for each for because of the
length and that would add five dollars
so probably about fifteen dollars for a
sex tape
um
as far as Customs let's talk Customs so
for my Customs I like to charge around
25 a minute I would say is the average
of What I charge with a minimum of five
minutes
so what's five times 25
that's
125. y'all my brain ain't working that's
125.
so at bare minimum I will be making a
five minute video for a subscriber for
125 dollars
now when I make that video and I do a
bare minimum five minutes because you
don't want a bunch of people saying oh I
want this minute video this two minute
video and then you're only getting 25 or
50 because like it's a lot to set up
what you like what they want you to do
and then to actually do it take the time
out of your day because it is a special
request and so it's not just a usual ppv
that you were just naturally gonna do
it's special
and so I also take those custom videos
and because they more than likely want
their name set in it what you can do is
use splice
the app splice is great for editing
videos I will take a custom after I
send the custom to the actual user and I
will edit out their name and then edit
it to sell it as a generic ppv which is
priced originally how I price the ppvs
so a five minute custom for someone with
their name in it might be 125 dollars
once I edit out all the customization to
sell it as a generic ppv let's say it's
four dollars I still go buy like a
dollar a minute so I might sell that
video for five or six dollars to all my
other subscribers that's because it was
a special request to that one person
their name is in it I went out of my way
to make it if you want my attention then
you're going to have to pay more that's
just how it is because I don't go off my
content schedule just for anyone so if
you're going to go out of your schedule
make sure that they know make sure it's
worth it make sure that they know that
it is special and that
it's for them and if they want to pay
the price then that's fine but if they
don't want to pay the price then
you know maybe find it find it from
somewhere else
that's just my opinion I think 25
dollars a minute for a customer is very
cheap very very cheap okay I see girls
getting 500 for like three minutes on
Customs so to do like a five minute
custom for 125 or a six minute custom
for 150 an eight minute custom for 200
like I think that's very very doable and
respectable
so if they can't pay that amount then
they're not me they're not they're not
made to have a custom so that's that
don't don't you know weigh on it because
you're worth it
okay especially Customs you're worth it
so
um so we talked about pre-made
solo and boy girl and then we talked
about Customs was there anything else I
wanted to talk about
oh okay so
um
occasionally what I'll do is I'll send
out like let's say an eight minute video
boy girl or solo
I tend to make it a video that people
previously have not purchased a lot and
what I'll do is I'll put the video there
because you know when you get a mass
message you're able to see the length of
the video so let's say this video I sent
out before flopped and it didn't do well
but it's eight minutes I will put that
video as a ppv for eight minutes and
then I'll price it for five dollars
because so it's a it's a great deal
right five dollars for an eight minute
video and all I'll say is Olo caption is
surprise with a heart that way no one
knows what it is they know it's a video
that's eight minutes long but you're
only charging five dollars for it and so
that is a super great amazing deal while
they you know might have not purchased
it before based off the description
because you're now sending it out as a
surprise and they don't know what
they're exactly getting that like
mysterious mischievous energy kind of
pushes them to get the deal they're
gonna say oh five dollars for an eight
minute video like she never sends out
these deals they're gonna be more
tantalizing to to purchase that not only
that but because they didn't perform
like as well as she wanted them to in
the past that is a way to push and get
your subscribers to purchase ppbs that
you worked hard on but didn't end up
being you know the hottest sale on the
market
if that makes sense
um I have also found when I title titles
have a lot to do with sales I feel like
the more descriptive you are the more
people will know what they want
it's effective but if you're less
descriptive then it also leaves room for
imagination and mysteriousness and that
can also push sales so both are very
important I noticed that one caption I
do
um
what is like my porn from a couple years
ago if I caption it do this I swear to
god it works
here are some tapes I made
when I was Fairly Legal meaning 18 years
old
don't put when I was illegal because
that's that's illegal but when I was
barely legal and I
sent a couple like small Clips let's say
I said five small clips for like four
dollars or five dollars all they see
axel
all the subscribers see is that this
girl bundled five videos and she's
sending it for five dollars they don't
see the length per video and also for
whatever reason people absolutely love
young porn So when you say oh this is I
recorded this when I was barely legal
it's it's sexy it's hot people want to
see what you were like before you had
all your experience so use that Caption
This is my poem when I was barely legal
and then also bundles the more they
think they're getting bang for their
Buck the more Willy they are to spend if
you see
okay this girl bundled three videos it's
gonna pop up in their Mass message as
here's a bundle of three videos and then
it's gonna show the price so let's say
you send three videos
let's say you label it ten dollars well
those videos can be two minute videos
they don't have to be three full like 10
minute videos so if you send out three
videos each for two dollars that's
or each for two dollars sorry three
videos each that are two minutes that's
two four six minutes worth of content
for ten dollars because the subscriber
on the other end does not get to see the
length per video and so it kind of
leaves for that mystery like what am I
paying to get you know I know three
videos is a lot and ten dollars is
pretty cheap so they're often willing to
make that jump and purchase your content
um I believe that is all I have to say
about pricing pre-made Customs ppv
strategies
um
and all the tips and tricks that I would
