do we kind of like position out of that
now you need to partner with high ticket

appointment setting is where you
obviously book leads onto an appointment
for the business to then close that sale
so for example if it's a 4K coaching
program people book on the appointment
and then the closer closes the program
uh closes the uh the student right now
it's important to understand that in
every single business there's other
variables inside of one specific sector
okay so for example with offer it isn't
just like oh like let's make a good
offer no like what does that actually
mean it means positioning it means
messaging positioning price points I
don't know why I put positioning twice
um if we're talking about traffic what
does it mean it means market research it
means reals it means long form it means
paid ads okay if we're talking about an
appointment setting what are we talking
about we're talking about understanding
the ICP we're talking about skilled
Talent we're talking about scripts we're
talking about tracking we're talking
about weekly training and when you sell
this which I'm going to tell you how to
do then you're actually going to start
making progress because business owners
are going to be like whoa whoa like I've
never seen this before okay and you're
going to go against all of the
competition who are selling red ocean

right now if you're doing sales is a
little bit the same and if you're doing
delivery it's like that as well there's
other variables that go into creating

example in my agency we do all five or a
little bit more right but if you're just
starting or if you're below like 10K a
month then just do appointment setting
okay because it's by far the easiest and
business owners will always need sales
and leads okay so how do you build the
offer well like I said the first thing
you need to understand is the client ICP
so on the onboarding you need to
understand the pain points of the of of
the client Prospect okay the desired
outcomes of the client Prospect the
habits the current situation to
understand their ICP why well because if
you go into a business you're trying to
set appointments for someone that you
don't know they paying you don't know
their their like what they're doing you
don't know their habits you don't know
anything about them so this will be
within the onboarding course so maybe
you can write down right now like
onboarding understand ICP right if
you're going to deliver the service
right the second thing is hiring okay
and placing the talent okay now the four
platforms that you can leverage to hire
good appointment Setters is really about
your training but you can use Instagram
if for example if you have a bit of an
audience or assume you always get
appointment settings dming you saying
hey we can book appointments for you we
can book appointments for you and that's
why you need to do this offer anyway
because like I said Freelancers are here
and Freelancers are taking your jobs
right because people can pay them $200
to do the thing that you're charging 2K
for okay you can also use upwork you can
also use online jobs pH but you're going
to find more like VA types um and then
you can also use community so we partner
we have our own set of community that we
leverage for our students but we also
partner with set communities if we're
ever in need to place a Setter okay now
this isn't the most important part the
most important part is cracking this and
it's cracking the overall placement and
quality of your appointment CER when you
place them for your client so we've
understood that you need to do your ICP
okay so you need to understand like okay
who your client is helping for you to
build the scripts and build place the
right set now we're hiring the setter
okay so for your job post it can look a
little bit like this now you might you
can pause this video and you can like
take a screenshot of that or you can
like this video so you can always see it
and then come back to it um but
essentially the headline skills required
appointment set scope more than 6 months
um you want experience contractor hire
now this would be like more upwork um
type stuff now for the conversation I've
just put this here as like more like
random but when you are paying VA
appointment sets are more like virtual
assistants then it could be anywhere
between maybe $2 200 to $500 a month if
you're paying more High tier um vas an
appointment says it can be 1K to 4K a
month okay now you just want to express
your interest then you want to move in
on to a test trial period okay now
within the job role this is where you
essentially just write what the rle is
going to look like so getting more into
specifics right if they're going to be
on Instagram or they're going to be on
LinkedIn for your client or whatever
they're going to be okay second thing is
your company kind of breaking it down
because you want appointment out to kind
of be in your company culture right most
of you probably get appointment say will
leave you one because you probably don't
pay them you're just like oh please do
it on commission right like just pay
them bro like you're never you're never
going to get Talent doing that um and
then testra okay so obviously to see the
replies of the set see the work okay so
for example State a previous appointment
set and experience I worked in an
appointment set for a digital marketing
agency for 3 years I'm a beginner but
I'm willing to work get rid of right you
need to understand who you're bringing
on calls the the funniest mistake
beginners make is they get a set up on a
call and that they haven't Ved the set
so like they're just lying to you okay
so have this in place where you have the
test trial you have the systems and
because it's a very particular process
when you are bringing on appointment
says for your clients it's not something
to overlook because they're going to be
in the client's they're going to be
appointment setting okay you're not
going to be appointment setting for the
clients you're the you're the agency on
you're the CEO now the third thing is
building out scripts for your clients so
this is me um building out script one of
my clients obviously blood them out um
essentially you build the script and
workflow with the client okay so for
example right if it's Instagram
appointment saying what's the connection
message what's the follow-up what does
it look like this is more like outbound
if it's inbound then obviously you have
an inbound conversational workflow
script if it's outbound is more of a
connection message and then follow-ups
if it's dialers so placing appointment
sets over the phone which you'll do in
this whole system which I'll go over in
the later in the video um you want to
use something like this right it's the
first 36 seconds to a minute Bill
Rapport clarify why you're asking uh why
why they're calling uh where they're at
figuring out the designed outcome and
then transition to the sales called
booking that's if if you're dialing so
for example if if your client has a CRM
or if you build out a CRM for the client
and they can dial leads obviously you
place a dialer into to do that client
this can absolutely print if you're
running out to the client at scale as
well okay just I'd add like scripts and
screenshots so this video is just as
valuable as possible okay so that's the
third step you build the script out for
the client so can you instantly see how
you're so much more valuable to
a business owner you're going to go in
whilst everyone else is pitching hey you
know can I appointment set for you
you're going to sell I'm going to build
out this entire system this entire
structure business own is just going to
throw money at you okay now the fourth
thing is actually installing systems to
track data for your clients and this is
what's going to make them just like hand
over payment okay now for example right
when you are working with your client if
you're doing for example optins so they
run a lead form they've got an ad team
eventually you can build the skills to
run the ads as well like we're doing for
our clients um this is what you want to
do okay so training optim bang you can
put in for example like if if You' got
two different tradings whatever it is
the phone number whe they answered your
your appointment seter would do this
okay so you want to build Sops which are
videos which go through like this like
as a manual okay now here you you can
say whether it's called um whether
they've had an SMS followup whether
they've answered whether they're not
interested whether they're interested
essentially you track all the data for
the client so when you say every single
week to the client hey we've done this
many dials it's done this many
appointments we've set this many calls
they're going to be like yo let's pay
you more right let's run it up because
you actually buildt the system you built
the infrastructure so instead of just
being like hey I'm appointment setting
for you hey I'll build it all out for
you hey I'll manage this I'll look over
this okay and this is how you're going
to be a valuable Agency on it okay so
this is for dialing but if we move on to
for example Instagram you attract the
entire Instagram campaign now when you
sell this service you're going to sell
it to rich people why cuz rich people
can't be bothered to do this we're
working with clients who are doing over
100k a month we're really looking for
clients that are doing over 50 now for
my actual agency offer because they're
rich people right they'll pay to do this
because it's it's valuable for them okay
now like I said you can have the sub
Niche the Instagram Euro whether you've
connected so liked and comment I
wouldn't do that now cuz Instagram are
like doubling down of banning people
I've heard so many stories about like
yeah I've been banned on Instagram
whatever um message follow-up one
follow-up two Etc you can track the data
for the client so for example the
conversion percentages Etc right we do
this for all of our clients at mob
clients Doo as well if you are an agency
oner and you want this system done for
you um but this is really really
valuable okay now you know you sitting
there right now you didn't think about
pitching this but when you start
pitching this to business owners your
pitch is is going to be 10 times more
stronger so that's the fourth step
actually looking at the data looking at
what's working for the client okay
instead of just being like ah you
know I've set these many appointments
that there's no system there's no
strategy there's no market research you
haven't done anything when you do this
you can charge 6K up front you can
charge 4K up front you can charge 14k up
front I've seen okay now the final step
is obviously training the Setters okay
so this is me as you can see here
training one of my setters this right
here is what's going to make the
business owner again never churn okay
because you manage the Setters you train
the Setters you do everything in that
department okay when it comes to
training sets all you want to do is a
shadowing session so shadowing session
um where you essentially you watch them
Prospect from their first day so add in
there um day one you want to do this so
if you're writing down right now like
how you can actually deliver this is
what you're going to need to understand
then you need to get a Setter manager
to look over the daily reports okay
because you're a business owner you're
busy you're busy scaling you're busy you
know living life you don't need to be
doing everything inside the
business okay you need a set a manager
who looks over the daily report okay
this set of manager must also jump on
weekly calls with all of the Setters
okay because you're going to scale this
okay so we're going to be going of a
scale as well right so they're going to
drop them weekly calls of all the
Setters okay I'm literally just giving
you our our back end right so they're
going to drop a weekly calls of all the
Setters they're going to check up okay
and the setter manager based on this
call okay is going to give you a report
as the agency owner right so this is
kind of how to deliver on the back end
this is what it looks like so CEO equals
you you're chilling you're making money
and not doing anything um we doing a
little bit but this is you right you get
the reports from your manager okay and
that's how you kind of manage that
process on the back end now the actual
seter so they've done the shadowing
session okay they've done the shadowing
session they've you know they're
ingrained into the offer they are going
to send so this is kind of the SS for
the set right they're going to send
daily
reports they're going to send daily
reports this Daily report is going to
consist of for example if it's on
Instagram okay I don't know why it's
done that um okay let's say it's on
Instagram okay so Instagram report right
X
messages
sent X warm leads or X replies
sorry X warm conversations and X
obviously just means number for you who
are like set eight um um x free training
sent so like for example if like a
client if a prospect doesn't want to
book a call because obviously you're not
going to book on everyone get them into
the free training and then the dialer
can retarget them okay so x free
trainings X book
calls um book
calls anything else and anything else to
report okay and this is just essentially
where like the setter can be like oh hey
we're running out of leads or we're
doing this whatever so that'll be the
daily reports for the Instagram seter
right they look at that Etc now if you
are partnered with your client you can
actually have your seta message their
closer if your client has a closer just
to give them a bit of information on
leads as well okay now if you've got a
Setter who's calling leads okay because
in this in this offer you're going to be
doing everything there going to be high
value and if you're sitting there
thinking like oh this is like too much
for me like I can't do this like skills
pay the bills like if you haven't got
these skills you're not going to get
paid by business owners okay especially
nowadays like I said where there's AI
there's Freelancers everybody
everybody's agency is just clients are
churning left right and center but with
this it doesn't churn okay now let's go
over pricing okay so the final thing how
should you price this offer what is the
pricing how should you price it okay so
you can price it in two ways honestly
and I wouldn't recommend any of a way
now you can do it where you can do this
um and then you can also you can
also do like a a paper appointment fee
but I would price it like this okay so
you charge a setup fee to integrate this
entire system and this is how you want
to picture you want to picture like you
know you you integrate this entire
system this is not a service you
integrate this into their business it's
like a machine that runs inside
of their company okay um and you're
going to charge free to 10K okay now if
you've like just started if you if
you've got no results then maybe charge
like 3K maybe 2K but probably 3K and
because it does cost a little bit money
to put together once the client has
booked 25 qualified appointments which
is probably resulted in at least 50 cash
or maybe like 20 qu appointments
depending on the business right
obviously different NES Etc then the
service changes to free care month plus
a um performance fee so you could do rev
share based on what you're making um
that would probably be better or you can
just do a performance feeld of like
appointments or you could do r share um
but not of the whole company cuz you're
not taking over everything like when we
do rev share obviously we take over like
pretty much the entire business business
operation so it makes sense but if
you're just doing setting then you can
do based on what you're making the
client and obviously this is actually
going to allow you to have a ton of
profit right making for the client or
you can charge a two to three C of
retainer up front but I wouldn't really
do this so we're going to get rid of the
retainer because everybody selling
retainers client like prospects are so
burnt by uh marketing a retainers I
personally wouldn't do it um and you'll
get way more success if you pitch it
like this like trust me if if one of you
watching this video because obviously
you know what we 15 minutes in some some
people have clicked off if you right now
