Transcripts
in this video I'm covering the top five
faceless businesses for introverts to
make $110,000 a month with the help of
AI so look I get it you want to generate
an income online but you don't want to
be putting yourself out there in public
dancing on Tik Tok making videos making
an Instagram to get people to click on
links to other
things you know you don't want to be on
what I call the content hamster wheel
you're probably more analytical you want
to use data look at reports build
content funnels and see money enter your
bank account now if that's the case this
video is for you I've done all of these
different methods I'm also going to
share a bunch of AI Frameworks to help
you pick the niche to get into create
this content create these businesses so
if you want the AI Frameworks along with
my free AI Master Class click the link
in the description and top comment below
I'll send you all the resources that I
cover in this video now let's get into
it the first business model is something
that most people don't even notice and
that is PPC affiliate marketing it is a
form of Arbitrage where you bid on
keywords on Google and Bing and then you
send people to affiliate links to make
money on the difference now what's
interesting is you can find this in a
number of different categories that are
very lucrative and competitive so like
student loans for example you search
student loans and you can see like
consumer's voice and they have
comparison charts so this is a
comparison chart type of business model
or you search like you know best website
builder and you see like this one
website builder Planet website
planet.com it's a comparison chart game
of Arbitrage where you're bidding on
clicks on Google and Bing and then
you're getting people to click on these
links to generate affiliate Revenue now
this is mainly run through comparison
chart Pages it's optimized to get people
to click through it's a very data-
driven thing and there can be CPA CPL
CPC deal structures getting paid per
click per lead or per customer
acquisition you can check out other
videos on my channel for affiliate
marketing if you're interested in
general but uh if we look at one of the
sites like consumer.com we can actually
see their strategy here they have
student loans travel insurance Moving
services electric bikes Auto Transport
there's 70 different pages that they're
running PID traffic to so if we just
look at one again electric bikes the
mock wheel you click buy and then this
is an affiliate link that sends people
to the actual website selling the bikes
themselves so all kinds of different
product categories here now this is a
different business model than like
normal content this is a Google AdWords
and Bing strategy so you have to set up
a Google AdWords account Microsoft ads
account you build campaigns ad groups
simple ads based on keywords you have a
big negative keyword list because a lot
of the times your ad can show for
irrelevant things you build a simple PPC
comparison page like this one with one
format you re replicate that format over
and over again change the brands change
the words and then you have to join the
affiliate programs add the links in run
the ads and optimize now the problem
here with this model is that you need to
negotiate higher commissions or the math
breaks so the normal affiliate like deal
that you would get like a 10% commission
or something isn't going to cut it for
this CU usually the clicks cost a lot
more so one of the cons is one it's
risky to spend your own money to start
start with you need money to start you
have to negotiate for higher commissions
so there's some bigger Brands like when
I was an affiliate manager back in my
career I worked for I worked with
literally some of these sites there's
one that one of the big ones is like
natural intelligence they have tons of
these comparison chart Pages they drive
you know $700 million in affiliate
Revenue they're a huge company and they
work with and they have tons of vertical
markets to do this now they were shrewd
negotiators you have to get a much
higher commission rate than normal
affiliate marketing I'm talking like not
double but like 5 to 10 to 15 times
higher commission rate to really make
the math work so it requires not just
you sitting by the computer creating the
pages joining the programs it also
requires you to like talk to people
which can be annoying get them to
negotiate and get higher commission
rates so you have to talk to the
affiliate managers however it is very
scalable it's very lucrative you see you
Google it you'll notice different things
you Google student loans you start
noticing H credible then you'll see like
Consumer Voice consumer Advocate these
consumer brands that are making money
through this Arbitrage method all right
let's get to the second option and that
is a local digital marketing agency so
the agency business model is a good one
because you're selling services doing
consulting or something like that and
you can charge hundreds or thousands of
dollars per client so ultimately there's
like 33 million small businesses in the
US most are not good at marketing you
look at your local dentist office your
local pawn shop they don't know what
they're doing when it comes to marketing
they're Focus entrepreneurs are focused
on running their business not marketing
so they need done for you Services now
you come in as the expert you offer your
services you do the work you charge a
flat monthly fee so with this agency
model it's kind of easy to hire in scale
because you get more clients and then
you hire somebody to do the grunt work
you get more clients you hire people to
do the work so it's a very scalable
business model uh Services you can offer
SEO Google my business reputation
management local PPC campaigns social
media video creation AI content creation
the agency business has been around
forever a lot of people on YouTube teach
like SS smma social media marketing
agency so you can go The Agency Route
you just need an actual Market to go
after and know what you're doing so you
can learn how to do this stuff it's not
that hard you can take PPC classes
Google analytics training you can get
decent at marketing it's kind of how I
started when I was like 26 I was working
at a pizza place making $9 an hour and I
started teaching myself just AdWords so
I started going to local businesses I
got a couple clients under my belt that
actually helped me get my first job cuz
I padded the resume a little bit but
that was my entry point into this world
and then I also ran an agency before
when I started my blog I was selling
links and doing SEO for bigger Brands I
made you know over six figures doing
that in 2019 and 2020 before I took over
you know the blog affiliate Revenue took
over um but you can see you know
different companies that do this there's
different service I mean look at all
these different services on Thrive
agency.com there's all kinds of SEO PPC
link building social media media
production eCommerce reputation blah
blah blah blah blah down the list tons
of services web services is video
marketing e-commerce local services so a
lot of these one siiz fits-all agency
models so what you need though I think
that works better for this is actually
finding a vertical Market because it's a
lot easier to Market on like because
this is this requires Outreach so you're
going to be doing not everyone's just
going to find your website when you do
this you do like LinkedIn Outreach
LinkedIn sales Navigator sending emails
to potential clients and when you have a
vertical market like dentists or law
offices and you have a set service
around specifically what they need
related to either an aspect of
reputation management or content for
them then it's a lot easier to sell
because you have a targeted list of
people that you go after don't be
everything to everyone there's plenty of
full service agencies out there you need
to find what you're good at it could be
a specific aspect of creating Tik Tok
videos and creating the captions for
them and uploading them it could be an
aspect of PPC it could be a certain
aspect of e-commerce just find one thing
you're good at to a certain vertical
Market maret and the good thing about
this is and you know you can do AI
Services too so AI writing scale
people's content with not just copying
and pasting AI writing but using AI as
Frameworks to get outlines and create
content a lot faster for Brands so the
pros are you can charge money to do this
you don't need an audience you don't
need traffic it's easy to get clients
that are local rather than National
Brands they don't have a lot of
experience you will seem like an expert
to them the agency model is also very
scalable again you get more clients you
hire more more people however the con
are does require some handholding you
might need to explain the data to local
businesses who don't understand
marketing at all and it isn't very
passive until you've hired a team to do
this you're going to have to talk to
these people do their work for them so
it's a form of freelancing at first that
can turn into an agency model a real
business over time and it does it does
require Outreach especially at the
beginning let's get to the next option
number three LinkedIn to newsletter
business so LinkedIn there's a billion
people on it it's kind of like the
self-important workers form of Facebook
where they are bragging about how they
grilled a chicken in the hotel room with
a George Foreman grill to save the
company money and they're just working
and they they hired this homeless person
that they just saw and then their
six-year-old told them all about
business and this amazing statement
anyways linkedin's somewhat annoying
however it's great for Business and
Professional niches if you're talking
about sales or AI or you're if that's in
your you know area of your career then
you can build a personal brand on here
so you can create LinkedIn posts the
main way to monetize on LinkedIn is is a
newsletter so you get people into a
newsletter and these newsletters can be
monetized via paid newsletter like $9 a
month for people to have your newsletter
or just with sponsors so it's a free
newsletter you grow it really rapidly
and then sponsors pay you to be in the
newsletter an example here is like my
friend Andrew who does this so he has uh
he helps CEOs and Founders create
Pipeline with LinkedIn so you can see a
LinkedIn post is pretty simple first
intro sentence that's interesting a
hook the content he's got a good image
here and that's it and he you can see
subscribe to newsletter is right here so
every post there's potential people that
can follow And subscribe enter their
email get into the newsletter so how do
you write a post on LinkedIn well it's
pretty simple there's a couple
components of it but you can use like
the Ada framework so awareness interest
desire action uh one to two sentences
per paragraph you see how they're kind
of formatted and then you have like a
scroll stop or the interesting sentence
the interest Builder and a hook line so
then really to start it you want to just
create the middle of the post the main
thesis the main argument that you're
making um keep it to three lessons Max
nothing crazy focusing on One Core point
and then you want to start a post with
some interesting hooks so for example
these are three hidden secrets that
every blogger knows about AI interested
they're right here so get people
interested first and then you end it
with a summary and call to action so to
recap blah blah blah what else do you
want to know learn by commenting below
amazing stuff very interesting but uh
LinkedIn is it's kind of like what
organic Facebook was like 8 years go so
people are building big audiences
newsletters especially like AI
newsletters are really all the rage on
LinkedIn and things like that so this is
a LinkedIn uh post generator I created I
pasted it into Claude which is like chat
gbt it's a large language model but I
like Claude a lot better I think it's
smarter and it'll say you know okay for
a LinkedIn post give me your Niche give
me your tone give me the message so I'm
going to say I am in the niche my Niche
is um B2B no I'm going to say my Niche
is AI content my tone professional and
my message is that AI is only as smart
as the
creator doesn't matter right as you just
you're just entering some information
and then with this it'll use the Ada
framework to give you an interesting um
starting point for your content so it
gives you a full LinkedIn post remember
a has a tool and a replacement it
amplifies human creativity how are you
leveraging LinkedIn so something really
simple like that so the pros and cons of
this is it's a free organic audience you
just make some posts it can automated
too with make.com and AI so there's a
lot of people that create these make.com
templates where it's like automatically
create a post put it in Google doc at a
certain date upload automatically to
LinkedIn so I don't always recommend you
to automate everything you say you do
want to edit it yourself especially if
it's coming from your own experience but
it is a way to build a free audience now
you can make a lot of money over time
with a newsletter um there's some big
Brands out there if you're getting you
know some news-based newsletters like AI
news that go out three to five times a
week if you Ma you know talking about
$5,000 to $10,000 per sponsor we're
talking a few $100,000 a month from
these small newsletter businesses
however it requires a lot of content you
need to do Outreach for sponsors at
first and it's dictated by open rates
and click rate in emails so you need a
very engaged email list in order to
impress Brands enough to want to be a
sponsor let's get to the last two and
these last two are my favorites so
number four here is faceless YouTube
tutorials so YouTube is the number one
platform to build an audience of fans
now the algorithm is all based on
click-through rate and retention can you
get people to click your thumbnails can
you get them to watch your videos for a
long time YouTube they just want to they
want to keep people on YouTube to watch
as many ads as possible so if you can
create high quality tutorials teaching
it opens the door for four revenue
streams affiliate Revenue recommending
products uh ad Revenue getting sponsors
and selling your own product so without
that if you just do YouTube you just
have to focus on ad revenue and you need
to get a ton of views in order to do
that but when you start teaching and
doing tutorials you don't need as many
views you can make a lot more money with
first affiliate links to products that
you recommend when you're teaching how
to do stuff and then eventually selling
your own product so let's look at a
couple quick examples this one is the AI
guy he's got some good videos on like
creating monetizable faceless YouTube
videos so interesting angles on you know
creating different types of small you
know documentaries and things that can
do well on YouTube he's got his a link
to his community and then he's got links
I think these are probably maybe
affiliate links I don't know to
different products and tools used in the
video so I think a YouTube description
is kind of like the sales engine behind
a YouTube channel and the good thing
about these four revenue streams is that
they don't interfere with each other you
could have a sponsor you can make ad
Revenue affiliate links and your own
course Community product all in one
description all on a YouTube channel
without interfering with each other uh
another one like how to make a 3D
website with no coding here's another
one again links to sign up for things in
the description making money that way or
a nice you know one that's the cutest
drawing ever how to draw a nice little
unicorn that's a completely faceless
thing just your hands if you're really
worried about what your hands look like
you know maybe put some gloves on and
draw I don't know but you know you can
draw you can do other types of tutorials
the ones that make the most money you'll
see that there's not really any links
here he could have a course on drawing
there could be a affiliate link to a pen
but the tutorials that make the most
money are things that are teaching
people how to build businesses how to do
things that can make them money how to
um do real business things and a
tutorial is easy like this video is a
tutorial my face is on it you put my
head in a bubble if I'm not in a bubble
would it be that much different not
really right so the AI guy has just an
AI version of himself in here so anyways
tutorials on YouTube teaching monetized
through courses and affiliate links is a
really good strategy so when you're
creating a YouTube channel with AI you
can use AI for idea generation and
script writing now what a lot of people
tell you to do is fully create like a
fully scripted video and then have an AI
voice do it and while that's possible
there's still a ton of editing involved
in that so there's a difference between
like faceless documentaries versus
tutorials a documentary takes a lot more
editing and work because you're creating
something that is pretty profound
there's a lot of good channels out there
that do this the editing just takes a
lot more work whereas a tutorial it's
actually really simple you just sharing
the screen doing what you're doing and
it's a lot simple to simpler to edit
together but we could use something like
like this uh my framework the AI idea
engine take that put this into Claude
and this can kind of come up with like
General video ideas if you're just
starting out in a brand new Niche so
what Niche am I in let's do uh day
trading for beginners let's just say I
trade stocks or something like that so
it'll give these five sub Niche ideas
you know we want to cover different
categories sometimes we can't just cover
the same stuff every time so risk
management technical analysis day
trading Basics psychology and the
strategies for beginners so let's do it
once we put in a sub Niche I'm going to
do day trading Basics and then it'll
give me 20 video ideas so something that
could be good is day trading 101 day
trading tools paper trading brokers risk
management trading versus swing trading
plans best times patterns you know
Candlestick charts all of that stuff so
then what we can do is if we have some
video ideas if these make sense for you
right it's all about The Human
Experience then we would use what we
would call this script generator I would
take this and I would throw this
into here and then it's just going to
ask for a keyword and then it'll create
based on a good called action Ada
framework all of that so I'm going to
say um Candlestick charts for beginners
so if you have to explain it and what's
kind of nice about this way of doing it
is like if I create a YouTube video
that's a tutorial I don't need to have
it fully scripted I can just look at a
bullet point and I can kind of say stuff
that I know so with this format I could
probably take something like this like
if I was well versed in day trading and
can Candlestick charts I could take this
I could read it like the intro is
important you'd want to like keep people
hooked and really focus on this add a
call to action sentence for affiliate
link your own course whatever it is here
in the first couple minutes of the video
and then cover each of these sections so
what are they the anatomy of a
Candlestick and like you could just show
this on the screen be like okay open
close high low prices explain that
explain bullish and bearish different
types of Candlestick charts dois
different stuff going through it have a
conclusion wrap it up so instead of
having like a fully scripted crappy AI
script make it your own but it's good to
have these Frameworks in place so that
you can do it a lot faster so the pros
and cons of this is you can build a true
brand on YouTube monetize in four ways
it's scalable lucrative make a lot of
money with a small following and YouTube
pretty much Works in any Niche cons it
takes a while to build an audience right
you're going to have to create videos
over the course of time and it requires
work to script and shoot the videos but
it is easier with AI all right let's get
to one of my other favorites and that is
blogging with AI
so little story I published an article
on my blog atam enr.com every day for 6
months so from like January to June of
2024 every day I publish an article and
it was pretty easy using AI Frameworks
now you can monetize in the same four
ways as YouTube so it's first affiliate
marketing ad sponsors and selling your
own courses so let's go through the
whole process of choosing your Niche to
creating your content with AI so what we
do is we take this AI Niche Hunter
framework so this will pick your five
categories of content your sub niches
that you're going to go over in your
content strategy and then we'll get into
actually the keywords in the content
itself so pick a main Niche we're
interested in let's just say healthy
eating healthy cooking we'll try that so
if we have a healthy cooking website a
Blog what would the main categories of
content be well it could be plant-based
cooking low carbon keto cooking
gluten-free cooking Mediterranean and
healthy cooking for weight loss okay
perfect let's pick one of those because
we want to dive deep into a topic so I'm
going to pick plant-based cooking so
inside of that it'll Now give me 20
keyword ideas to write with a couple
pillar posts that will kind of stand out
like we want to have the main post so we
have the main Ultimate Guide ultimate
beginner guide to plant-based cooking so
this is a really good starter content
strategy so the pillar post will be the
ultimate beginner's guide to plant-based
cooking and then an affiliate post as
well so we have keywords like
plant-based Pantry Staples vegan meal
prep ideas nutritional yeast uses all
kinds of different keywords we could
write best vegan cookbooks for every
skill level affiliate post so let's say
we have our strategy say you like these
you can always run it again but you like
one of these let's say we'll take um
we'll take the first one like
plant-based cooking for beginners now
the next step is we would take a Content
generator version
one and this is the free way to do it
are there tools that do this yes but
they're expensive so we're hacking it to
the freeway people okay so we're going
to do this this one will now take a
keyword and create the outline so from
that let's do uh
plantbased cooking for beginners So
based on that keyword it will now create
an automated or optimized H1 title metad
description written introduction and
then all the headings that you would
need so what is it the ingredients you
need for your pantry it covers the
search intent really well behind the
keyword and what you would want to do
here everything and then the written
conclusion now we could take it a step
further and use this AI paragraph
generator that we can use it kind of
helps you know write it like a human
writing at a certain grade level short
and long sentences all these things that
the AI typically doesn't do and then
we'll paste that in so again we're
hacking it together people making it
free Claude will cap you at five or 10
searches a day but you can do a lot of
this for free and then what we'll do is
we want to get it to write one of these
sections so let's have it right probably
this one here simple plant-based cooking
techniques I'm just going to take this
this I'm going to paste it in I'll add
the keep the bullets in so it kind of
stays with that information and then it
writes it for you so it writes the whole
thing we can see it's probably about you
know once it finishes it's usually like
500 Words so we would take this 500
Words 500 500 it probably create like a
3 to 4,000 word article it has semantic
keywords here too to rank on Google and
what we would do is we would take this
copy and paste it into WordPress or a
website builder and then publish it now
we definitely there's a I have video on
how to humanize the content how to make
it better how to edit it because we
don't want to we need to validate the
data we need to make sure it is actually
correct especially if there's statistics
in here which I have it do but there's a
clear format here if we're thinking of
AI content and faceless businesses
there's really only three ways to make
money online there's selling your own
product so it's like e-commerce or
courses or Services there is selling
someone else's product affiliate
marketing and then there's ads and
sponsors so getting paid to promote
other brands it's really that simple and
then when it comes down to it it's
either text or video now there's audio
there's podcasting that just takes a
long time so video for YouTube text for
blogging and we can use AI as Frameworks
and then we add in our Human Experience
our personality let that shine through
teach be as helpful as possible and then
monetize in one of four ways again if
you like some of these prompts I'll give
you five of them if you enter your email
address click the link in the
description below enter your email there
I'll send you five of the prompts plus
my free AI master class so you can get
get started with this once and for all
because the old way of assembling
content is it takes a lot of time to do
keyword research outlining writing
editing publishing updating ranking
monetization now ai takes over a lot of
this takes over the first most you know
a lot of the initial planning so that
you can spend more time on adding your
human touch and monetization now a quick
note on picking a niche you should pick
something that makes sense not something
that you hope works so a lot of people I
have videos on exactly how to pick your
Niche but like you need a direct product
category so it's a lot easier to
monetize via affiliate marketing and
selling a course when you're talking
about something specific and there's
actually products in there not like one
product like we've had people that want
to do you know journaling for 60 plus
age adults it's like well there's only
like a pen and a notebook for that like
I mentioned before so you want to have
at least 20 affiliate opportunities so
20 pieces of content that you can create
for affiliate Revenue you need to have
teaching opportunities which pretty much
every Niche does and then you want the
ability to sell your own product in the
future cuz those are the that's the kind
of the Holy Grail of multiple revenue
streams at once so here's an example of
like one article on how it's monetized
in multiple ways so you can see like if
you scroll down on my website there's
going to be ads so you can see ads
playing here that's one and there can be
affiliate links to the companies in the
list and then when you go to leave exit
and 10 pop up to a paid product so
ultimately you can monetize in a lot of
different ways from just a single
article so there's pros and cons to this
one you get the build a true brand again
monetized in one of four ways it's
scalable AI speeds it up a lot you can
go deep on topics and build topical
Authority quickly things that media
sites aren't doing cons it takes a while
to build an audience right this isn't an
overnight get-rich quick scheme it
requires work to edit the content and
some niches are harder than others you
pick something like credit cards or
Finance it might be a little bit
difficult so what do you actually do
well you pick something you're good at
doing faceless for the long haul you
don't want to build your business and
want a house of cards you don't want
some hack or trick or little tiny little
thing you're going to do with some
faceless business that you make you $50
or something we want to build something
that can sustainably make a thousands of
dollars every month and that typically
requires building a real brand and it's
about consistency so building an
audience requires consistency so if
you're really introverted you want to
just do affiliate Revenue do a Blog if
you're a little bit more extroverted you
want to sell courses build communities
do YouTube it's really that simple so
