필요한 거 같은데 왜 이렇게 파업까지

늦춰진 분들 너무 많더라고요 그런 거

보면 이게 너무 장기화되면 좀 문제가

될 거 같 같서 좀 그냥 안타깝게

생각하고 있습니다네 그 바로 그냥

가까운 지인인데 지금 당장 수술을

받아야 되는데 수술 날짜는 물론이고

그 외래 잡는 거부터가 지금 두 달

후로 잡혔다고 하더라고요 그래서 당장

이제 치료받고 해야 되는 사람들이

많은데 이렇게 늦어지니까 좀 문제인

거 같아요 예 근데 지금 해외

언론에서는 이제 의사들의 인권이 좀

치매가 되고 있다라는 여론이 좀 많이

있어요 뭐 임금 문제라든지 아니면은

어 장시간 근무로 인한 뭐 피로도가

높아지고 이런 문제들이 어 이제

국내에서도 대두되고 있잖아요 이제

해외 여론은 그런데 여기에 대해서는

좀 어떻게 생각하시는지 어 일단은 그

근무를 오랫동안 한다든가 아니면 뭐

바꾸거나 좀 력 인력이 딸리는

거잖아요 그것 때문에 인력 충당을

제한을 한 거고 그거를 밀 붙 거라서

있는 거고 이제 의사 쪽은 아 그럼

사람을 살리는 거에 대한 엄청나게

노력을 했고 엄청나게 공부를 했고

그만큼의 고상을 바라는 거기 때문에

그러진 않습니다 단지 이제 단체와

단체가 강대강으로 만나는 거에 대해서

조금 더 서로간의 양보가 필요하다고

정말 고마운 분들이 적으로도 저도

아팠던 적이 있고 저희 가족들이

친구들이 모든 분들이 아팠던 적이

있었고 그거에 대해서 의사분들 도움을

당연하게 그거에 대해는 굉장히 좋

좋아하는 직업이고 굉장히 감사한

직업이기도 합니다 그리고 자신들의

권리를 찾기 위해서 저렇게 얘기하는

거 당연히 옳다고 생각합니다 그러나

이제 그 단체에 대해서는 조금

서로간에 좀 양해를 구하면서 양보를

하면서 이렇게 하는게 어떨까 싶습니다

예 의사 개인 개인 개인은 괜찮은데

단체로 했을 때는 조금 시민들 불편해

하니까 뭐 국가에서도 의사 대한 의사

협회에서도 조금 서로 얘기를 더 잘해

의사분들 일단 우리나라에서 공부 제일

잘하시는 분들이가 가지는 직업이고

항상 존경하는 마음이고 감사하기는

그런데이 대한민국의 의사수가 38명

있데 갑자기 2천명을 늘린다는 그

숫자 자체도 문제지만 그

2명이라는 그 숫자를 결정하는 과정은

전 근거가 없요 그

정정회 해 정했 그 이후에 4개월

동안 수많은

명령들로 우리 대한민국 의사들에게

부당한 압력을 행사하고 있습니다

국민으로서 의사로서 행할 수 있는

권리들을 다 제약하는 오늘

아침에도 의료 진료 개시 명령이라고

합니다 저희가 환자를 다 보고 지금

낮 2시에 잠깐에 우리의 의사표현을

하기 위해서 나와 있는이

순간에도 부터 진료를 개시해 진료를

하지 않으면 당신들을 행정 당신들을

처벌을 하겠다라는 행위를 하고

있습니다 보통 이제 교육이나 어떤

기본적 정책이 수립이 되려면 충분한

전문가들의 의견과 그리고 전체적인

사회적인 집안 시설에 대한 고려가

있어야 되는데 그러한 고려가 전혀

없이 갑작스럽게 2천명에 대한 증원이

발표가 됐고 그리고 이제 일방적으로

거기에 대해서 이제 교육이라

아니면은의 의사 사회나 병원에 해서

일방적 따르라고 했기 때문에 이제

저희 의욕이나 아니면은 교육하는 그런

입장에서는 이런 부분에서는 저희가

전문가적 입장에서 저희가 조언을 하고

저의 조언이 따라야 된다고 그런

의미로 저희가 지금 항의하고 있다

만들어서 80년 90년 2000년대

그럴 때 또다시 밑으로 너 떨어지게

하는 나락으로 떨어지게 하는 조치를

취하는데 대해서 대학 교수들도 다

붕괴하고 그리고 아 말씀드린 대로

자꾸만 정부가 어린 학생과 전공의를

상대로 맨날 처벌하고 크리미널

만들겠다고 자꾸 협박을 하는 거는 더

저희가 견디기 힘들어서 이렇게도

나와서 걸기를 하게 된 것입니다

그렇다면은 현재 한국의 의사로

계시는데 근무환경이나

이 지금 상황이 어떻다고 생각하시나요

어 그냥 단적으로 말씀을 드릴게요

대한민국에서 의사를 만나는데 돈이

얼마 들 거

같아요 맥도날드의 하프 맥도날드 값의

발 절반 값이면 한시간 이해 대한민국

어느 곳에서 모든 원하는 전문의를

만날 수 있습니다 전 세계 그런 나라

없고요 그다음에 일주일 이내에 원하는

모든 수술을 다 받을 수 있습니다

심지어 백내장 수술 같은 경우는

아침에 와서 그날 다 수술을 받을

수도 있습니다 세계 최고의 의료

시스템이고 이거에 대해서는 정부도

인정하고 자랑하고 있어요 그런

시스템이 뭐가 문제가 있어서 갑자기

2천명을 늘려야 되는지 그리고 그로

인해서 4개월 넘도록 모든 국민들이

이렇게 국민들도 불안해하고 의사들이

이렇게 부당하게 느끼는 일을 진행을

해야 되는지 공감을 할 수가 없습니다

아 우리나라 그 의료 시스템에 대해서

사실 저도 잘은 몰랐어요 근데 우리

애가 이제 의과대학생이 되면서 아이

사태를 좀 더 알게 됐고요 그리고

이제 우리나라는 지금 사실 전국민

의료보험 체제를 갖고 있지만 그게

의사들을 되게 좀 뼈를 갈아 놓는

그런 시스템으로 갖고 있기 때문에

지금 이게 언젠가는 한계에 봉착할

문제인데이 모든 책임을 의사들한테 다

떠넘기면서 지금 이제 의사들을 다

희생을 시키면서 정부가 관찰하고 싶은

개혁으로 가고 있어 가지고 지금

우리나라는 뭐 어떤 식으로 하겠다는

아직 미래 비전이 없거든요 그니까 뭐

미국식으로 가겠다 아니면 영국식으로

가겠다 이런 것도 전혀 없이 일단

지금 정부에서 의료보험 보험 그 사인

금액이 적자가 될 거를 예상해서 지금

먼저 의사들 이렇게 공격하는 거거든요

예 이번 사태가 생기면서 저도 이제

한 개인의 국민으로서도 한번

알아봤거든요 근데 단순히 늘구 질구를

떠나기 전에 그니까 뭐 많다 지금

충분하다 아니면 줄여야 된다 아니면

증언을 해야 된다이 세 가지에 있어서

어떠한 그걸 도출하기 위해서는 그니까

우리가 어떤 식으로 의료를 앞으로 갈

것인지가 더 중요한 거 같아요

그러니까 예를 들어서 우리가 그냥

사회주의 시스템으로 갈 거냐 그러면은

의사가 더 필요하겠죠 그냥 싸게 많이

뭐 양지를 보지 않더라도 근데 만약에

우리는 그렇게 하지 않고 조금 효율을

높여서 우리나라는 인구도 사실 많지

않잖아요 근데 그 모든 인구가 다

의대를 가고 의사가 많아지고 그럼

의사가 많아진다는 거는 환자도 그만큼

많이 늘리겠다는 건데 그거보다는

우리나라 국민들이 워낙 똑똑하니까

요즘에 AI 시스 도 많잖아요 그니까

그런 식으로 뭔가 부족한 사태에

대해서 현대 기술을 접목해서 뭔가

혁신적으로 발전하는 그렇게 좋은

방향으로 가야지 숫자를 늘려서 되는

거는 굉장히 구시대적인 발상이라고

생각해요 그러면은 현재 파업을 하고

있는데 그래서 이제 병원을 가지

못하는 환자들도 있잖아요 거기에

대해서는 어떻게 생각하시나요 아 지금

의료의 시스템에 있어서 금 가장

피해를 보는 건 환자 저도 언젠가는

환자가 되겠죠 당장 오늘 될 수도

있고 근데 지금 제가 알아본 바로는

제 이제 정확하게 그 아래 내부에

있지는 않지만 서울대에서 지금

총파업을 한 것조차 그 그까 세계의

파업 지침이라는게 있대요 의사들의

파업 지침 그니까 남겨야 될 둬야

되는 인력이 있어요 그니까 은급

음악가라는 중환 자신이라 그거를

합법적인 서원에서 지키고 있는데 그게

이제 국제 기준에서는 합법인데

우리나라 정부 입장에서는 합법이 아닌

거죠 이거는 불법이 된 거죠 그니까

그 차이가 굉장히 크다고 생각하고

그거가 우리가 그 준법로 지금 파업을

하고 있고 국제적인 기준 스탠드에는

맞추고 만 정부에서는 그게 무조건 다

파워 불법이기 때문에 국민들이 어느

정도 우리가 수치를 지키면서 하고

있는 거를 전혀 모르고 지금 환자들이

다 거리로 내몰리는 것처럼 그렇게

호도되는 것도 문제가 있다고

병원이 파워을 하고 있는 상황에서

혹시 어 그 환자분들 환자분들이 이제

조금 어려움을 겪고 있 있으시거나

하시는 거에 대해서는 어 어 걱정이

보면 환자분들게 더 큰 피해가 가기

어쩔 수없 이런 선택을 했다고

제대로 알리고 싶은 거예요 우리

왜냐하면 이런 상황이 되면 의사들도

사람이기 때문에 대한민국을 떠날

것이고 지금 얘기하는 그 환자의

생명을 지키는 의료를 하지 않게 돼요

그면

적으로는들이 같은 이런 그 싸고 세계

최고의 의료 의료 서비스를 받지

못합니다 이러한 시스템이 무너지게

돼요 이러한 위험성 그다음에 앞으로

의사가 더 늘어나게 되면 그 의사들이

경제적인 활동을함으로써 건강보험료는

더 많은 돈을 지불할 수밖에 없게

됩니다 이러한 문제점들을 알리고

잘못된이 정책 결정 그리고 그 이후의

과정에 불합리성 인권 탄압에 대해서

알리고자 하는 겁니다
