well thank you so much for joining me
here today I really appreciate your time
I just have a few questions for you can
you share with us why you decided to go
solar well um I I just finished up and
retired from a career of of uh selling
and installing sustainability so on my
previous home before we built this one
we had had uh energy efficient equipment
in it and uh it was a goal of ours when
we built this home which is our
retirement home home we retiring to um
we wanted to be as sustainable as we
could fantastic and are you the first in
your area area to go solar or the first
out of your friends and family members
to go
solar um as far as my family goes my
immediate family I'm the first extended
family no um and in this area there's a
lot of people that have solar okay great
so solar friendly and can you share with
us why you decided to go with green home
systems
originally well um like like around like
it the issue around the country is is is
getting the installation done um the
local contractor here who is a very
reputable
contractor
um back in April when we started looking
at this actually with them it was March
um they had told me they probably
couldn't get to it until October
November the earliest of
2023 and of course I had spoken with uh
a rep a sales rep from Green home I
think in 2022 or 21 even um and so I
reached out to Green home again and I
was promised we would have the system
installed by August the latest 2023 the
goal was was actually
July of 20 23 so okay and one more
question for you what is some advice you
would give to anyone new to going solar
since I know that you are knowledgeable
when it comes to instulation and
solar well just from retiring from
running a very large business a lot of
project work uh not only locally here in
Colorado but around the country um so I
know what your challenges are being
extended as you are um I would just tell
all all of um you know if anybody asked
me I would just say understand the
contract um and before you buy in 100%
full understand the payment schedule as
well perfect amazing well thank you so
