down in a comfortable position and you

hypnotized say it a little louder I can

to be hypnotized very good that's why

it's all about trusting the person
hypnotizing you and letting go all the

want you to hold your arm out in front
of you it doesn't matter which arm but I
want you to hold your arm out with your
palm facing up that's it very very good
you see how good it felt to follow that
one simple clear instruction now you
notice that your arm is a little heavy
in this position that all your muscles
are feeling so loose and Limp it would
be difficult to hold this arm out for
very long so let's not keep it there too
long now in a moment I'm going to be
counting down from five to one and with
each number I count off you feel your
arm relaxing more and more you feel your
body relaxing more and more you feel
your mind relaxing
more and more going down deeper and
deeper just wanting to let go of
everything and close your eyes and as I
count down you're slowly going to close
your fingers into a fist starting at
your pinkie and ending at your thumb
five that's it's slowly closing your
fingers up for just letting go relaxing
your arm three halfway there feeling so
good too
just letting your hand get so heavy your
arm relaxing completely and one sleep
letting your arm fall to your side as
you just sleep deeply deeper and deeper
feeling better and better because you
want to be hypnotized you want to go
deep into trance being deeply hypnotized
always feels good so just close your

deeper and feel even better just focus

feel so good knowing that you're always
safe in hypnosis so with that being said
I have a few more simple instructions
for you they're going to be very
familiar instructions I want you to hold
your arm out in front of you with your
palm facing up you know how to do it and
I'm going to count down in a moment from
five to one you remember this don't you
and as I count down you're going to
slowly close your fingers into a fist
starting at your pinky and ending at

good to drop deep into trance whenever a
person that you trust wants to hypnotize
you and snaps their fingers and say
sleep it always feels good to sleep
deeply going deeper and deeper into
trance feeling better and better no
thoughts no thinking just relaxation
right now sometimes it feels so good to
just let all your thoughts turn off for
a little while and just drift so very
deep feeling so very good knowing that
hypnosis is always something fun that
you can enjoy with people that you trust
and whenever a person that you trust
wants to hypnotize you they can all they
have to do is snap their fingers and say
sleep you'll go into a very deep trance
for them you might not be completely
mindless and obedient at just a snap of
their fingers that is unless you want to
be mindless and obedient but you will
drop very deep into trance and you'll
let your mind be very open and receptive
because having an open mind is a good
thing because listening to people that
you trust and accepting their words is a
good thing

and you want to be perfectly hypnotized
every single time a person that you
trust snaps their fingers and tells you
to sleep going deeper and deeper faster
and faster now in a moment I'm going to
count from one to three and when I reach
three you're going to wake up and open
your eyes ready to drop even deeper

open your eyes that's it now you're
learning how fun hypnosis can be and how
hypnosis is something that you can enjoy
with anybody all you need is a person
that you trust and all they need to do
is tell you to sleep after that you just
have to listen to them and they just
have to tell you what to do and you'll

you to imagine a person that you trust
and know very well has just snapped
their fingers and told you to sleep

hypnotized imagining how deep you would
go envisioning it and now you hear them
telling you that your arm is getting
