it's basically a page like this where

right in exchange for their information

now believe it or not there's three

different ways that i make money with

landing pages and what's cool about all

these three ways i'm going to share in

this video is they all cost 0 to start

right so you can get started with any of

these ways

for completely free and you can start

making money you know within the next

couple weeks

or month if you actually put in the work

make money with landing pages first way

that i'm going to be talking about

is actually building them for clients

now this is not something i do

as like my main focus i do this

sometimes if people want a custom

landing page

if people want a custom consultation for

the landing page something like that

because obviously this is a more

hands-on way to make money with landing

pages where you're actually building

them for clients

all kinds of different niches you can

actually build landing pages for so

anyways

the way you're going gonna start making

money with this is number one

i would start out trying to get some

experience right just trying to get

a few dollars coming in and start

listing services for landing pages

and sales funnels on fiverr and upwork

right or freelancer.com as well

right just start listing your services

and you're gonna start getting a couple

clients you're gonna start building your

portfolio

and you're gonna make some money along

the way let me just show you like

what i would first do is just go on

fiverr right people are searching

landing pages people are searching

um often pages right and you want to

list your services for that

again i would just model someone who is

getting good results on here so for

example this guy is charging

dollars starting at 60. he has 159

reviews

right or this person starting at 30 384

reviews so i would actually go on their

listing and build a similar listing to

this

right and see what they're doing see

what they're saying see exactly what

services they're offering

so 250 words of irresistible copied to

hook everyone's attention and turn

visitors into customers

right and obviously they have all the

descriptions there

we could also go back here into this guy

and as you can see this one actually

puts in some demos of his work right so

obviously you're going to want to do

something like this

to show people what you can actually

build for them so that's why i say if

you have no experience with landing

pages i would take a couple weeks to

learn about them

learn how to build them out look up some

tutorials on youtube i have some myself

i'll put some

videos up above but anyways you're going

to want to do this to start

getting some experience to start getting

some money rolling in start getting some

you know testimonials basically right

and i would just list your prices pretty

low right that way you can actually

stand out and you can start to get some

customers pretty fast

another thing you can do is if i go on

fiverr again

if you go to digital marketing and then

go to affiliate marketing

right this is another niche you can go

into right and a lot of people say i'll

build an autopilot clickbank affiliate

marketing sales funnel so you can start

doing it for

affiliates right so there's lots of

different niches you can actually build

landing pages

and sales funnels for now what i would

do to really scale this i know a lot of

people who do this

and you know it works really well for

them right

if you don't have an audience or

anything like that to sell landing pages

to

right obviously you can build an

audience on youtube and tick tock

and start getting clients that way but

another like

fast way to do this and to get good

clients that are willing to pay you

you know 500 to a thousand dollars for a

simple landing pages

is i would go inside of marketing

facebook groups right

so for example uh we could go inside a

builder all

you can go inside of groove funnels

click funnels

kartra right all these different

softwares that allow you to build

landing pages

go inside their facebook groups and

understand

how to build landing pages on that

specific software so for example if you

want to do this in builderall

you can go in their group right and for

example this guy

is a perfect example this someone who

does this

right and he says builderall makes it

easier with the endless possibilities

and features just saves a lot of time in

creating funnels

blah blah blah right and basically what

this guy's doing is trying to provide

some value to the group and show off

you know builder all how it's a good

product you can build awesome websites

on here but another thing he's trying to

do on this post

is he's actually trying to sell his

landing page services

and what they're doing is they're

showing off their work they're showing

off landing pages

that he is building on the software

right now as you can see

it says built on builder all right and

he's not like directly saying hey

uh message me if you want me to build

you a landing page because

honestly that kind of post would

probably get removed from the group

probably get you blocked so what i would

do is just show off your work build a

nice landing page

right and then you know obviously put

built on builder all or whatever

software you're using

and then what's going to happen is

people in the comments

people who see this and are having

trouble building a landing page

having trouble actually designing their

stuff writing the copy

all that good stuff right they're gonna

go on your profile and they're gonna

start

messaging you like hey could you build

me a landing page

could you do this right and if you put

out one of these posts per week

right of a new funnel design that you

made right and again

that means you only build one design per

week and that's how you're going to get

all your clients and i guarantee you can

at least get a couple clients

uh per week or per month right doing

something like this

obviously the more you do this the more

authority you're going to have in the

group and you'll eventually be the go-to

expert for designing funnels and landing

pages

for this specific software and if you

really want to scale this right you can

start out with builder all

and then you can start going to other

softwares and learning how their

software works and building landing

pages

on their other softwares right so this

something that can be skilled because

you can do this in multiple groups

this can easily be scaled to around ten

thousand dollars per month

again a little bit more hands-on work

but it's a great way to start making

money if you enjoy landing pages

building them out designing them

and writing the copy okay so the second

way that i make money with landing pages

is actually by using them to build my

email list so i can start selling

affiliate products that i make

commissions from right so that's one of

the main things i do is affiliate

marketing as a lot of you guys know

and like i said right landing pages not

only can you sell them as a service but

you can also use them yourself

to start promoting either your own

products

services or you can use them to sell

other people's products and services and

use them to really just build your email

list up

right so anyways as you see this is one

of my main landing pages

i use it's called my your first

software maybe they need services maybe

they need coaching

right so i can start to help them out

with whatever they're interested in

right so for example if you know they're

interested in

dog training and use a landing page like

right now you can start selling dog

training

products you can start recommending

solutions to them right

and what's cool about the landing page

like this

right and if i actually opt into this

page i'll just use a random email here

right what happens is it actually goes

to my affiliate link

and video right here right so i didn't

have to make this video or anything

all they had to do was option this page

and if they start a one dollar trial

right i'm going to make my first

commission obviously there's all kinds

of upsells i get recurring commissions

from this product

right so this is another great way to

use landing pages

right so anyways let me show you another

example let's say they were interested

in something like this right discover

the number one subject that makes your

kids most successful in life and how

it's way more important than traditional

math science and writing especially at a

young age so basically i know

anyone who puts their name and email on

this page and i start getting you know a

thousand two thousand people

opting into this i know they're parents

right and i can start selling them

products that

is for parents right so for example

uh the product for this page that this

promotes is actually like a

reading course for children and

obviously as i start building this email

list up not only can i promote that

first product but i can also start

promoting multiple

other products on the backend as well

right and this is why i build my email

list because my email list is something

that makes me money every single month

because i can do new promotions i can

offer

more solutions offer other products

right

that's the point of building your email

list that's one of the main ways to make

money with affiliate marketing

another example right i can start

selling them car loans

and this is pretty cool because it's

just a simple landing page

the easiest car loan you'll ever find

right this is my landing page i built

when they enter their email right it's

going to go to a cpa offer

for a car loan right and if they apply

for that car

loan i'm going to make around 50 so they

didn't really have to even buy anything

they're just applying for a car loan

from a company

who wants more car loan leads and what's

cool about this is not only am i going

to make commissions through the car loan

right but if they enter their email here

i'm going to have an

email list of people who are interested

in getting car loans right so if they're

interested in getting car loans

what i can also do is start selling them

other stuff

that they're going to need right so if

someone's getting a car loan

chances are they're also going to need

car insurance right and i can start

promoting different car insurance offers

to them

there's a bunch of them on max bounty

for example right so this is more

cpa marketing but it's all the same

concept where i build an email list

of a certain topic people are interested

in

whether it's credit repair car loans dog

training

affiliate marketing make money online

right there's literally

dozens and dozens of different niches

pick one building landing page around it

and that's the number two way i make

money

with landing pages this is where the

bulk of my income

comes from when it comes to landing

um and you can actually do this in a lot

of different ways so

what this is is actually selling landing

page

or funnel templates to a certain

audience

so this is something i recently started

and this something i love i love landing

pages i love funnels i love

you know writing the copy for them and

you know i just think it's a skill that

i built up

over the past couple years i'm good at

it so i

actually create a whole company around

this and this is lead boss

and basically we're selling a whole

library of funnel templates

for marketers and really most of these

funnel templates are

for affiliate marketers people looking

to build their email list

and stuff like that and promote you know

products as an affiliate

um so anyways um the whole idea here is

we're basically giving away a bunch of

templates right so we have local

business funnels we have weight loss

funnels digital marketing funnels make

money funnels

rent to own solar energy right dog

training all kinds of

funnels you can use to promote products

as an affiliate

right so this is just one idea of

templates

um obviously i'm selling these templates

to affiliate marketers right people who

want to build up their email list

and start making money with affiliate

marketing right because this is

something i know

i'm good at and i have a lot of

experience in so i decided to create a

product around that

because i know this is something a lot

of people struggle with and also by the

in a lot of different niches like i said

there's lots of different ways to sell

landing page or funnel templates one

thing you could do

is you could sell it specifically to

fitness coaches

right and you build a whole membership a

whole training

and a bunch of funnel templates

specifically

just for fitness coaches right you can

start running facebook ads to fitness

coaches you can start doing direct

outreach to fitness coaches on instagram

or send them a video through their email

start getting clients that way

right and you can actually charge a

pretty high ticket price for

this template service right because

obviously

if they use one of the templates for

their business and it's going to really

help them out and you also include

training with it as well right you can

sell that for a nice

you know 500 price point and

you know unlike the first way we're

actually building out the landing pages

you know individually this it's a

digital product right so you can sell it

to as many people as you want and

there's no extra work once you create

the product once

right you don't really have to do

anything other than sell it and handle

customer support and helping

out your clients who buy the product

right so there's not really any manual

labor with this so

it can actually be more passive which is

something that i like

inside of my online business right so

anyways i want to show you another

person who does this really well

and he makes good money doing this so

this is a guy named

um it's the guy i follow on facebook his

name is daniel barbosa

and he's actually like a younger kid he

lives in mexico i think he's like 18.

he's making like 10 grand a month doing

this right

and this is his product right so he has

a product called funnel

lux and basically it's um

a huge funnel template for different

softwares right so let me go down where

it actually talks about the product

so for example uh introducing funnel

licks the last collection

of beautifully designed high converting

funnel templates you'll ever need for

click funnels group funnels and

wordpress

right so his niche is going after

customers of software's right so he

knows that he has an audience around

click funnels

groov funnels and wordpress he also has

an affiliate program for this product as

right so that's how he gets a lot of the

sales right so

that's another idea you can do is just

build an affiliate program for your

funnel template product if you want to

build something like this

out right and basically when you buy

funnels or wordpress he's gonna have a

bunch of funnel templates

training bonuses all this cool stuff

right

for the specific software that you use

right so maybe you want to build

something like this for build rail

or for kartra or you could do it for

multiple softwares right so kind of pick

what you want to use but anyways i

thought this

really cool idea a really cool way to

make money and

you know this is something i make money

with too with lead boss

right it's kind of the same concept but

just we're just have different niches

right i'm selling this to affiliates

he's telling this to customers of these

different software so anyways that's the

last way to make money with landing

pages and well it's also what's cool

about this

is think about it right if someone

bought this who doesn't have

access to click funnels or groov funnels

or wordpress or maybe

they're using a different software and

they still wanted access to these

templates right

he can actually make a whole bunch of

money from affiliate commissions because

all these software's right click funnels

builder all right they all have

affiliate programs so if you build

funnel templates around builder all

right and you sell it to a specific

niche as your own product

not only do you make money as your own

product but you also make

and this is actually one of the ways
