hello everyone so I'm just going through
the things that I do in a consultation
um yeah the subjects that I go through
so the next thing I look at in a in a
consultation would be your nutrition so
question simple question what is your
daily nutrition so I'll be looking at
what your breakfast is what your lunch
your dinner and your snacks are I'll
look at how much alcohol drink and from
there I can get a total amount of the
calories you'd eat daily um the macros
is something that I'll would be advising
you to look at um which is the protein
carbohydrates and fats and this is
important because it it gives you an
idea
of what the distribution of the
different things you eat is and if
you're looking at meal planning you'd
have to look at the percentage of your
total calories
um which which um different
macronutrient it will be made up of then
I'd also look at what supplements you
take if you do take any supplements at
all um supplements are very important um
they they're micronutrients so they're
very important to help you to reach your
fitness goals they're very important for
things like um fatigue say for example
you might need extra iron uh you might
need magnesium because there's all these
different functions in the body that
require it water water is another really
important thing if you do not have
enough water um you're definitely not
going to be able to do the workouts that
you want to do in the way that you want
to do them so I look at how many liters
of waters you you drink a day and then I
also look at if you're using a calorie
tracker because calorie trackers are
very important to give you an idea of
how you're spending your calories so if
we say look at the protein CA and fats
you can get a breakdown of the different
values you're eating for the protein
cars and fats and from there um we can
create a meal plan we can say okay so
these are the things that you need to
eat based on your fitness goals so and
and we can look at even a certain style
of dieting so some people might want to
do intimate and fasting if they're
already doing it or some people might
want to do a ketogenic diet some people
may be pescatarian but there's all these
varieties and styles of eating that you
can have to make up your diet to help
you reach your fitness goals thanks for
listening
