this is our project called minutes for
life life skills for a lifetime from the
Care Center here we go look oxygen is
obviously super important right duh
however most of us do not breathe
properly all day long we take too many
breaths per minute the type of breathing
we do is super shallow too often we
breathe in through our mouth we got to
stop our brain interprets this type of
breathing as uh fight or flight like we
have to panic about something or be
anxious about something or stressed out
about something that's not cool optimal
breathing mean like the right kind of
breathing is I breathe way less and I
breathe deeper and I breathe in through
my nose
slowly here's one to practice so once
again do this while you're feeling good
practice it every day it's a skill it
needs to be a habit right so here we go
it's called three four five we're going

so look I do that when I'm feeling good
my body gets used to it when something
is jumping off I know how to breathe
properly I know how to breathe my way
through it we try and think our way
through it too often which is part of

said I can exercise I can do listen to
music do a hobby that you like those are
helpful but once again breath work and
my perception of stress together are
