hi guys I'm back from my like two month
Hiatus I know I dropped a little Vlog
but I know that's not what you guys are
trying to see so I made a list of a
bunch of beauty tips that I have
gathered and learned from many different
types of people I've learned some of
these from my mom and and a bunch of
them I learned from when I was at Miami
swimweek and I observed all the
different models and all their little
tips and tricks that they would use a
lot of them
did I was asking the right questions
that's what I did I asked the right
questions and I literally just stared at
everything they did so I don't really
care if that sounds creepy but I think
that's just the way to get info first
thing is
exfolia exfoliate as much as you can
without hurting your skins on completely
cocky [ __ ] guys I have the softest skin
that's like my top compliment my mom
random people men my friends everybody
they'll touch my skin they'll be like oh
my goodness it's so soft and I know why
I know why cuz I work very very hard to
have very soft skin I think that's such
a fun compliment and I just love having
soft skin I exfoliate a lot so even if
I'm not using like a physical exfoliant
I use the African n like sponge thing
and I use that every single single day
so that does like a gentle exfoliating
on your skin anyways some people think
it's rough but for me I don't know my
skin can handle it especially like on my
body I can do that and then I also dry
scrub every day I dry scrub before the
sauna I used to do it before I got into
the shower but I found out if you just
dry scrub before the sauna like it helps
you sweat more so I've been doing that
and I use the sauna every single day for
my skin and just being able to sleep
better because I have insomnia low key
this is something I learned in Miami so
so a lot of people saw my video of me
walking I don't want to get copyrighted
so here's me singing she got the million
dollar million dollar ooh ooh ooh make a
tap out and everybody was like oh my God
your Skin's so shiny like how you get it
so soft looking how you make it look so
good girl when I tell you every an stop
playing isn't that meant for your hair
or something no not for your hair and I
never knew of this product guys I know I
S it completely like uncultured right
now but I never heard of this product
but when I tell you these girls are
spraying this [ __ ] all over their bodies
and it's because when you like just do
normal oil it's so sticky and it's
annoying to like have to like squeeze it
a little thingy or squeeze it out of the
bottle and put it on your skin this you
just spray it whatever area you need it
to
shine and look you're literally shiny
you're literally beautiful so use oil
sheen use olive oil sheen you can get it
from like a beauty supply store you can
get it anywhere guys and get the little
one so you can keep it in your purse
when you go out and just spray it over
your lotion guys you can use it like on
top of your normal oil but like for my
girls that like to be really extra and
do too much just like me cuz I'm an
extra girl get some oil sheen and just
spray it all over yourself and you're
going to look like a sexy sweaty model
but in a good way like it doesn't do too
much with the oil and it's not sticky
and it doesn't feel uncomfortable one
thing about me guys is I'm going to make
sure my eyes are the main attraction
eyes and hair is my main attraction for
me so what I've been using and which was
probably the best tip I've ever learned
I don't know who I learned it from but
I've been doing for 2 years lumify eye
drops lumify eye drops is the go is that
girl is amazing it will make your eyes
look so big and bright and just alive
and especially if you wake up with like
more like red eyes or your eyes are just
look you know dull do it every morning
guys I don't know if it's once again I
don't know if it's healthy I don't know
if it's healthy but not everything's
healthy guys so I do it and I think it's
it it is FDA approved because a lot of
like eye drops were removed but that was
the one that never got removed so I use
it every day um obviously I'll take a
break from it when I like run out but I
am very much addicted to it I have four
of them like in my little different
makeup bags and skincare bags cuz I love
it it makes me look like I have the
biggest dough eyes ever it makes me look
awake and just doesn't make me feel
sluggish like after I put put that on
it's it's amazing while we're still on
the topic of eyes a lot of you guys been
asking me like how can I get rid of like
under eye bags and like dark circles so
two things I use eye creams every single
day I use one from Santella and then one
from that other Korean skincare brand
called karx I should have them all
linked to my Amazon but I'll show you
guys in these pictures right here but
definitely definitely when I say this
sleep and ey masks I don't know why I
don't see people doing it but I did it a
lot when I was like a freshman in
college because I would have to wake up
really early and I didn't want to look
like a bomb in the mornings so I would
sleep in my eye masks and it was
specifically these eye masks called Tony
moly and I have them right here they
should be here so okay they're right
here and look they're complet completely
gone guys this is like one of my
favorite products and you can get them
at Ulta or you can get them on I don't
think you can get them on but you can
get them on Ulta or their website and
it's also K Beauty but all I know is
they stay on if you sleep right like if
you wait for them to dry so let's say
you do your skincare or nighttime
routine like 2 hours before it will be
completely dried and stuck on your face
by the time you fall asleep so I think
it's worth it I don't think there's any
loss in it um and it's it's not
uncomfortable and you wake up with like
really bright under eyes and if you do
it consistently it really like has shown
me a lot of improvement in my under eye
area Okay so for you really like nasty
nasty girls let me not call you guys
nasty girls but like I understand that
we wash behind our ears in the shower
but like if you want to feel clean like
squeaky
clean get some witch hazel this was the
best tip that I've ever learned
especially if you have a boyfriend or
like people that be like behind your ear
when they hug you and stuff like that
get some witch hazel guys and take a
little like cloth and clean behind their
after your shower and you'll just feel
clean you'll feel squeaky clean it's
amazing I will die on a hell with this
and it's the cheapest way to clear skin
waking up fresh in the morning and just
feeling amazing ice plunge it is so
painful when you first start doing it
but ice plch every single day it's
literally free all you need is ice and a
bowl and some water so free so easy and
you just have to be consistent with it
but I've been doing it every single day
guys and I posted about it on Tik Tok
but I just haven't told you guys about
it yet but ice puning has completely
helped my skin I used to spend a lot of
money on like like pimple creams and
stuff like that but once I start ice
puning every single day I I I I've seen
a huge Improvement in my in my acne and
especially on days where I see like a
big make pimple I will really focus on
Ice punching a little bit longer that
day so the next day it will be less
inflamed it will be less red and I'm
just not like feeling as groggy also
I've seen Improvement in how like tight
my skin feels I don't know why but it
does make my skin feel a lot tighter
afterwards and I've seen an improvement
in the Deep puffing that's the huge
thing if you have a very puffy face if
you carry a lot of weight there and it's
not baby it's not baby fat it's just
puffiness do that do that every morning
plus squash sha oh my goodness snatch
like you see my face I don't have a
jawline but like I think that's just the
natural structure of my face I'm not
going to lie like you know some people
they either have like that super like
cut crease jaw or they have like more
softer features I have softer features
so but still I feel snatched I look I
think I look amazing so definitely ice
punch every single day so this is
something that I've been recently doing
and I've seen an improvement in just my
energy and just overall sleep is using
the sauna at night I used to just use
the sauna like in the afternoon or
whenever I went to the gym but I became
very mindful of when I would go to the
gym and when I would use a sauna to
actually like reap the benefits from it
and the sauna is supposed to really
improve your sleep so if you do it
before you you're about to go to bed you
know so let's say you go to B around 10
use the sauna at 8 guys right so go to
the gym from 7 to 8 use the last 30
minutes 10 minutes to be in the sauna I
have seen such an improvement in my
sleep and my energy and I feel a lot
better and I just love the sauna guys
look up the benefits of the sauna you'll
you'll love it it's uncomfortable at
first but like just put on a YouTube
video and usually your phone will stay
alive and not overheat for about 10
minutes and that's usually my C to leave
it's like once my phone shuts off that's
just when I go but just go lay in there
sleep just lay in you can do an AB
routine but some people are saying don't
do an AB routine cuz it's too much but
if you want to do it do it this is for
my girls that wear extensions wigs and
that don't have a lot of time in the
morning wig behind the hairline you
Parts don't even attempt clippings I
have done I have tried it with clippin
and the only way that I like them and
make them look full is if I have like
five bundles and if I add it to a up
part but guys the quickest way to have a
bomb hair is wig behind the hairline
that's what I'm doing right now guys
literally looks like my hair literally
looks amazing so sexy so perfect or a
you part and then add clippin at like
the top so you only add like two wops
it's not what it's called rows two rows
of clippings at the top of your you part
and then that'll give the full look but
I am a huge believer in big hair is sexy
hair so the bigger you can get your hair
the better you'll look I think big hair
looks good on everybody I think it
shapes everybody's face better if you
feel like you have a really like round
face like I feel like big hair can just
improve just the fa the the shape of
your face so I feel like most of you
know this tip already but shower oil
then body lotion then body butter and
then a scented oil so your shower oil
should be like an essential oil like
almond oil or I mean I mean natural oils
like almond oil things like that you
know but a nice scented oil after your
body butter that matches your body
butter and then a shimmer and then a
perfume you will smell amazing have the
softest skin the natural oils will help
even out your skin tone and you'll just
like just look amazing like come on girl
and you'll be shiny and who doesn't want
to be shiny so definitely try that if
you've already tried this routine you've
obviously graduated from Badd Academy
but definitely give it a try the best
thing that I did for my skin
was oil cleansing guys and I oil cleanse
with this one product from anua it's
amazing and I used to use the cantella
one so I just go back and forth to
whichever one I want to use that night
but they work the same and it's better
than any type of makeup remover it's
better than micelar water just go ahead
and oil cleanse because when you wear
sunscreen and really heavy heavy um skin
care you need something good that can
take it off because you don't want to
you know wash your face but not get
everything off and then put new skin
care on top of that I feel like that
causes a lot of texture on your face and
that causes a lot of peeling when you
put your makeup on because you're not
getting everything off so definitely oil
cleanse guys and then you need to oil
pull your teeth get some a not avocado
oil I'm messing up you need to oil pull
your teeth with coconut oil guys
everybody always ask me about my teeth
and I just do two things oil pull and
then like once a month but I haven't
used this in like 3 months I use Vivid
White teeth whitening strips they're
amazing love them but if you have
sensitive teeth girl they're not the
ones for you they're not the ones for
you they're a little rough but they do
the job but oil pulling I do it for 20
minutes but I put the oil in my mouth
before I get into the shower so I just
do a deep cleanse of my body while I'm
swishing that around in my mouth and
then when I get out the shower I spit it
out into my garbage can don't be like me
and be stupid and spit it out into your
drain your um what do you call it your
sink drain because it will completely
clog up hey guys wait let me fix this
hey guys so my camera died and I had to
charge my battery so sorry if my hair
looks all messed up it's been like 2
hours waiting for this thing to charge
but my last Beauty tip is intermittent
fasting guys if you struggle with
bloating if you struggle with really
losing some pounds intermittent fast
it's a lot easier than trying to stick
to a diet giving yourself a little
window of time to consume foods like you
only eat from 12: till 8:00 those are
your eating periods those are when you
have your meals it just will be a lot
easier you won't feel as stuffed when
you go to bed you won't feel as heavy
during the morning times because you're
fasting in the morning time till 12:00 I
really love to intermit and fast and I
think everyone should try it out at
least once especially if they're just
trying to lose some weight and the last
I have one more tip and I think I've
talked about this a bunch of times on my
Tik Tok but juice so for the
intermittent fasting like in the morning
times drink your tea drink some juices
my favorite juices is celery juice and
aloe vera juice and I can do a whole
video on that too but those are just my
tips and tricks guys and some beauty
tips that I've learned and I wish I knew
