سمت دیگه افراد معنوی یک اصل مشترک دارن
پرهیز اما این به معنی پرهیز از گناه و
چیزایی از پیش تعیین شده نیست به قول جناب
عطار توبه عوام از گناه است و توبه خواص
از غفلت افراد معنوی به این دلیل که پرهیز
کردن از لذت و توی خودشون تقویت کردن
آزادن اما بیاید به مفهوم آزادی بپردازیم
آزادی اصلاً یعنی چی اگر بخوایم به صورت
لغوی بهش بپردازیم آزادی یعنی بتونیم هر
کاری که میخوایم رو تو زندگیمون انجام
بدیم به نحوی که هر جوری میخوایم زندگی
کنیم و نظرات شخصیمون رو بیپروا و بدون
ترس از سرکوب شدن بیان کنیم داستایوفسکی
توی رمان برادران کارا موزو به نکته
بسیاری درباره آزادی اشاره میکند او
میگوید اگر نمیتوانی رنج را تحمل کنی پس
آزاد نیستی بلکه برده چیزی هستی که از تو
محافظت میکند اما چطور بعد نیست کمی
دقیقتر به این قضیه نگاه کنیم درد دنیوی
معتقده که آزادی یعنی اینکه هرچی قدری زه
میگه رو انجام بدیم مثلاً اونقدری پول
داشته باشیم که برای به دست آوردن چیزی
قبل از اینکه لب تر بکنیم داشته باشیم
ماشینی گرون قیمت لبا سی برند سفرهای
آنچنانی ویلا و کلی چیزای دیگه انسانهای
مصرف گرا زمانشون و صرف ساختن قلعهای از
خواستهها و نیازهای مادی شون میکنن و یک
محدوده امن درست میکنن اما صبر کنید اگر
شرایط برگرده و تمام چیزایی که جمع کرده
رو یه جا از دست بده چی اگر اون پول
موقعیت رابطه خونه یا هر چیزی که با هزار
امید و آرزو به دستش آورده از چنگش برن چی
این فرد شروع میکنه به رنج کشیدن مفهومی
که چندان براش آشنا نیست این فرد همیشه در
حال دنبال کردن غریضه هاش بوده حالا توی
یک رنجی گیر کرده که قبلاً اصلاً تجربش
نکرده چرا چون دور و برشو پر کرده بود از
لذت و بعدم اینجوری میشه که به هر چیزی که
اونو از رنجش فراری بده خدمت میکنه به
سمت هر کسی که بهش قول رسیدن به اون
امکانات و بده جذب میشه و حاضر میشه هر
کاری بکنه تا دوباره برگرده به منطقه امن
و لذت بخشش و یا حتی به سمت الکل و مواد
مخدر پناه ببره تا بتونه این رنج رو
فراموش کنه
به همین دلیله که داستایوفسکی به مفهوم
آری گفتن به رنج پرداخته اون معتقده
انسانی که نمیتونه رنجو تحمل کنه برده هر
چیزی خواهد شد که بهش اجازه فرار از
مشکلاتش بده اما این به معنی اینه که
امکانات و همچنین پول و سرمایه و اینجور
چیزا بده به هیچ عنوان بلکه مفهوم اصلی
ماجرا اینه که وابسته و برده اون نباشیم
فرد معنوی معتقده که آزادی یعنی توانایی
ما در برابر مشکلات و ناراحتیها در واقع
انسان معنوی نه تنها رنجهایی که از سمت
زندگی بهش تحمیل میشه رو میپذیره بلکه
رنجهای انتخابی هم داره این افراد
زندگیشون رو صرف تسلط بر ناراحتیها و
غلبه بر لذتها میکنن و نتیجه این میشه
که اونقدر قوی بار میان که میتونن مشکلات
دور از انتظار هم حل کنن به نظر شما اگر
یک فرد معنوی وقتی چیز مادی که داشته باشه
رو از دست بده چیکار میکنه شاید یه عده
بگن همه رو رها میکنه و به دعا و راز و
نیاز میپردازه اما نه اولشم گفتیم فرد
معنوی به این دیدگاه نیست مفهوم رنج
انتخابی دقیقاً اینجاست که اهمیت خودشو
نشون میده داستی اوسکی نگاه ارزشمندی به
رنج داشت اون میگفت تنها از یک چیز در
هراسم اینکه سزاوار رنجهایم نباشم یعنی
اون نه تنها فرار از رنجو پیشنهاد نمیکنه
بلکه نظرش این بود که رنج رو باید در آغوش
بکشیم حالا برگردیم به سؤال قبل فردی که
خودشو با رنج وف داده در مواقع بحرانی
چیکار میکنه اونا به هیچ کدوم از این
مواردی که گفتیم مثل پول و موقعیت و شهرت
و اینجور چیزا وابسته نیستن اما به خاطر
شخصیت قوی که دارن بعد از اینکه تمام
داراییش از دست دادن دوباره میتونن از نو
بسازن و بهتر از قبلم بشن باز هم حواسمون
باشه که منظورمون این نیستش که کسی که به
شهرت و موقعیتش وابسته نیست یک انسان
غارنشینی که از مردم دوری کرده نه منظور
اینه که این افراد میتونن بفهمن که
ارزشمندی شون به اینجور چیزا وابسته نیست
و انقدر روی خودشون کار میکنن که عزت
نفسشون و به شدت بالا میبرن در اصل
دیدگاههایی مثل کارما رو بیشتر
انسانهایی میپذیرن که توانایی تحمل این
رنج رو ندارن و ممکنه اینجوری به قضیه
نگاه کنن که یک روزی این رنجی که بر ما
گذشته با عذاب کشیدن اون شخص جبران میشه
ولی نیچه یه حرف جالبی داره که میگه
هیچوقت متوجه نشدیم عذاب دیدن یک فرد در
دنیای دیگر چه ربطی و منفعتی به مردمان
این دنیا دارد متفکرانی مثل نیچه و
داستایوسکی اینگونه اعتقاد د دارن که شاید
چرخ روزگار اون فردو به سزای عملش برسونه
ولی ما این حق رو نداریم که بشینیم و
منتظر باشیم تا هر کسی که از راه میرسه
از ما سواستفاده کنه و به ما ظلم کنه و ما
هم حواله بدیم به کارما و سرنوشت افراد
معنوی بعد از از دست دادن چیزهای مادی
همچنان ذهن منسجمی دارن و به خاطر همینه
که میگن آزادن اما سؤالی که پیش میاد اینه
چه چیزی به فرد معنوی این اجازه رو یا
بهتره بگیم این جسارت رو میده تا رنج رو
تحمل کنه
این سوالیه که خیلیا دنبالشن اینجاست که
به نکته بسیار مهمی از ویکتور فرانکل توی
کتاب انسان در جستجوی معنا میرسیم او
میگفت شما فقط در زمانی میتوانید رنج را
تحمل کنید که باور داشته باشید ارزشش دارد
ویکتور فرانکل اینگونه مینویسد رنج
دقیقاً زمانی که معنی پیدا میکند دیگر
رنج نیست انسان فقط زمانی میتواند رنج را
تحمل کند که بداند انتهای آن تونل تاریک
نور است

باشگاه بدنسازی میره ممکنه کلی بهش فشار
بیاد عضلاتش درد بگیره و اینجور مسائل ولی
چرا این کارو میکنه به خاطر اینکه میگه
ارزششو داره چون قویتر میشم بدنم
متناسبتر میشه سالمتر میشم و از نظر
روحی روانی هم احساس خوبی خواهم داشت پس
این کارو انجام میده این همون ارزش در
مقابل رنجه اما شاید با خودتون بگید که
معنای پشت رنج کشیدن یک کودک بیگناه چیه
و پاسخ اینه که نمی میدونیم آیا معنایی
وجود داره این سوالیه که هزاران ساله
داریم باهاش دست و پنجه نرم میکنیم و هیچ
مدرکی برای اینکه تمامی این رنجها دلیلی
دارن یا نه نداریم ما نمیتونیم ثابت کنیم
که تمام رنجها معنی دارن اما از اونورم
نمیتونیم ثابت کنیم که همشون بیمعنی
بنابراین این یک انتخاب شخصیه و به خودتون
بستگی داره این شمایید که انتخاب میکنید
رنج هاتون معنیدار باشن یا بیمعنی ولی

توضیحات میشه حس کرد که اتفاقاً تفکراتی
چون کارما رو بیشتر انسانهای دنیوی و
مصرف گرا قبول دارن تا افراد معنوی چون
انسان معنوی اگر رنجی رو ببینه منفعل
نمیشینه زندگی در هر صورت یک بخش رنجوری
داره که حداقل یک بار توی عمرتون بهتون
نشون خواهد داد همونطور که شوپنهاور
میگوید زندگی همچون آونگی بین رنج و ملال
در نوسان است به هر حال یا خودمون رنجی رو
انتخاب میکنیم یا دنیا به ما رنجی میده
هیچوقت خارج از این دو حالت
نبوده اگر فکر کنید که با فرار از رنجوندن
