gente tem a distribuição da prevalência
desses comportamentos Suicidas da
população e aí na população brasileira a
gente tem que dezessete por cento das
pessoas em algum momento da vida vão ter
algum pensamento sobre isso cinco
porcento talvez Cheguei a pensar num
plano três por cento vão ter alguma
tentativa e um por cento vai de fato
conseguir realizar esse ato isso é muito
importante a gente vai falar disso aqui
ao longo porque por exemplo uma
a prévia aumenta muito o risco da pessoa
cometer suicídio em algum momento então
a gente perceber esses estágios

quem é da área da saúde da prevenção é
fundamental para conseguir intervir
início de uma forma adequada nesses
estágios anteriores uma coisa importante
cima da gente falar já de cara de início
é que o suicídio ele é um comportamento
com determinantes multifatoriais ele é o
resultado de uma complexa interação de
fenômenos psicológicos biológicos
inclusive genéticos culturais e
socioambientais dessa forma a gente tem
que pensar nisso como desfecho de um
conjunto de fatores e não de uma forma
simplista que foi um evento uma situação
na vida da pessoa que desencadeou aquilo
o que gerou aquilo na verdade vamos
falar de uma coisa então super

existe uma falta de compreensão sobre
esse fenômeno alguns mitos alguns
preconceitos agora eu vou falar então
sobre os sete principais mitos sobre o
comportamento suicida é bem importante a
gente desmistifica isso o primeiro mito
é de que o suicídio é uma decisão
individual já que o indivíduo teria
então seu livre-arbítrio para decidir o
que ele quer fazer com própria vida e
isso é falso por quê que são um mito
especialmente para aquele dado que eu
falei no começo
96,8 por cento das pessoas
invariavelmente estão passando por um
transtorno mental em estando passando
por um transtorno mental essa questão do
julgamento da capacidade de tomada de
decisão ela já tá altamente prejudicada
e a gente está falando de uma pessoa que
não tem discernimento para tomar esse
tipo de decisão na vida dela ela tá
altamente comprometida É por isso que a
gente precisa intervir é por isso que a
gente precisa ajudar segundo mito quando
uma pessoa pensa em se suicidar e
lateral um risco de suicídio para o
resto da vida isso é falso até aquele
dado que eu falei né da pirâmide de
distribuição que dezessete por cento das
pessoas algum dia vão pensar sobre isso
e mais importante ainda o suicídio ou a
ideação suicida ou na tentativa de
suicídio quando bem tratado até aqueles
aspectos que a gente falou como um
transtorno tô mais quando bem tratado
ele não tem mais esse risco ele não tá
mais nesse risco eminente ou seja ele
pode ser eficazmente tratado terceiro
mito é muito importante as pessoas que
dizem que vão se matar não farão isso na
verdade ela só querem chamar atenção
isso é absolutamente falso a gente nunca
pode negligenciar uma ameaça uma é
porque eventualmente especialmente
daquela pirâmide que eu falei são
comportamentos
antecedentes a um risco real de suicídio
então é bastante comum que as pessoas
que chegaram a cometer suicídio
sinalizaram isso para alguém às vezes
até num contato médico que não tenha
sido né muitas vezes um psiquiatra mas
atenção primária já sinalizaram de
alguma maneira então isso deve ser
levado a sério quarto mito se uma pessoa
que se sentia deprimida e cogitava
começa a suicídio de repente ela tem uma
melhora então significa que ela não tem
mais risco não isso é falso então por
isso que sempre isso pessoal será
avaliado Porque se ela já sinalizou não
é porque você percebeu Às vezes uma
melhora espontânea que aquilo significa
que ela não tem mais esse risco Então
realmente a gente não deve negligenciar
aquele sinal se ele já apareceu quinto
mito quando uma pessoa exibir sinais de
melhora ou sobreviveu a uma tentativa de
suicídio ela está fora de perigo
e esse também é um minuto
especialmente para aquele aspecto que eu
também falei depois de uma tentativa na
verdade aumenta o risco da pessoa
cometer ou tentar cometer novamente esse
alto porque logo após ainda um período
que a pessoa vai estar bastante
fragilizada então é um momento ainda de
cuidado sexto mito e esse é bem
importante porque essa é uma informação
muito mal compreendida às vezes de que
nós não devemos falar sobre suicídio
porque isso aumenta o risco isso é falso
falar sobre o suicídio não aumenta o
risco muito pelo contrário isso ajuda as
pessoas a terem mais informação a
sentirem que elas podem ter uma corrida
ou mesmo ajudar a aliviar a angústia EA
ansiedade que esses pensamentos trazem
para pessoa sétimo me também um pouco
ligado com esse é proibido de que a
mídia fale sobre o suicídio também é
falso e muito pelo contrário na verdade

entendimento caminhos e recursos para
