play00:12

all right so with no further i do how i reverse  five cavities in three months so is it possible

play00:22

to reverse cavities well as the title suggests  it is how i reverse five cavities in three months

play00:28

is it possible i would say absolutely i know it's  possible because it's something that i experienced

play00:34

for myself and if someone with dental health as  poor as me can reverse cavities then i believe

play00:41

that there is hope for you and um i hope this  is a inspiring presentation for you guys and

play00:50

i'm going to share with you my story and if  i can reverse cavities i just want to assure

play00:55

you that just about anyone can because i  have had a terrible history of cavities

play01:00

well as a young kid as a young boy all through  my teenage years i had immaculate dental health

play01:06

i mean just no problems ever i just had  perfect dental health till about the age of 23

play01:15

then at the age of 23 a few things happened  i um got kicked off my dad's dental plan

play01:22

which was the first thing and then also i was  in college and um in college i didn't even think

play01:29

about going to the dentist you know i thought  to myself why go anyways i always just hear the

play01:34

same thing you know no cavities looks good and  you know it didn't help that the last dentist

play01:40

i went to was really rough with my mouth as a  matter of fact he was so rough with my mouth

play01:45

that um i left that appointment spitting blood  for over an hour and so in college i thought to

play01:51

myself you know what i never have cavities  dentists are painful why even go so during

play01:58

those college years i didn't go to the dentist but  also i ate pretty poorly i had bad dental habits

play02:05

i honestly have no memories of brushing  my teeth i know it happened i just have no

play02:09

memories of actually doing it and one thing  i never did i never flossed and so finally

play02:19

after college about the age of 25 years old  i landed a good job and i got my own health

play02:24

insurance plan and eventually i thought you know  i'll go see the dentist and just i don't know

play02:30

just because i know it's a good  thing to do and see where i'm at

play02:33

and i went to a dentist and after the examination  examination she said you have 13 cavities

play02:42

and i thought to myself what i mean from zero to  13 cavities it just it blew my mind i thought this

play02:50

dentist is crazy this lady's out of  her mind i'm gonna get a second opinion

play02:55

and so that's what i did i went to another dentist  who came uh quite highly recommended and this

play03:00

dentist definitely seemed more professional than  the first one and after my second examination

play03:06

with the second dentist she said you have  15 cavities and i thought okay that's it no

play03:12

more dentist this number's just going to keep  coming up i'm just going to stop right here

play03:16

so um yeah 15 cavities so unfortunately i had uh  eight of them filled on my birthday happy birthday

play03:25

and then i had seven filled uh like two days  later and this whole this this process was so

play03:33

traumatic for my mouth going from zero cavities  to 15 filled in just a few days that i actually

play03:38

had pain in my mouth for uh over a month from this  all the drilling that happened it was a terrible

play03:46

experience and so started my journey with cavities  and it seemed like every six months every 12

play03:53

months every time i went back to the dentist  it was the same story you have one cavity you

play03:58

have two cavities you have three cavities that  just went on and on and on and so uh in 2016

play04:07

and many many cavities later i decided that i was  going to clean up my act and you know i'd always

play04:14

been a pretty fairly healthy person um starting  about the age of 25 but i really decided i was

play04:22

going to be on it and so i was eating really  healthy i had really good dental habits my wife

play04:28

and i stayed in shape and well hey eating rainbows  it doesn't get much more healthy than that right

play04:35

so anyhow i did really good did really good and  i thought this time when i go back to the dentist

play04:41

it's going to be a good report so i went back  to the dentist more cavities again more cavities

play04:49

and i was just so shocked i turned to the  dentist and i said listen i'm your model patient

play04:56

i eat a really healthy diet i don't i don't drink  sugary drinks i don't drink coffee i don't suck

play05:02

on candy i brush twice a day i floss every evening  what more am i supposed to do i mean just tell me

play05:08

i'll do it and i clearly remember his response he  was just so calm and he turned to me and he said

play05:17

genetics genetics i'm sorry it's really  nothing i could do for you genetics and

play05:25

that was a really depressing uh answer to hear  from the dentist essentially that told me that i

play05:30

was endless endlessly destined to get cavities  no matter what i did but i didn't lose hope

play05:37

so in 2018 i continued to eat really healthy  and i elaborated on my my dental plan and i

play05:49

used mouth rinse after lunch i would brush longer  at one point i was even flossing twice a day and

play05:58

i kept i kept doing that with the hopes that  things would get better so time came again

play06:03

another six or twelve months later to do another  cleaning and we found a dentist that was really

play06:07

cheap that was giving special deals for first time  cleanings and so i went to this dentist and um

play06:14

got x-rays done got the cleaning procedure done  and i could overhear the dentist and the dental

play06:20

hygienist whispering in the background as i looked  over my x-rays and they're saying hmm i see one oh

play06:28

actually i see two oh three oh there's a fourth  one i remember thinking to myself what are they

play06:34

talking about three what four what i thought  no no that can't be what they're talking about

play06:40

that's impossible and sure enough after a  few seconds a dentist came and sat down next

play06:46

to my chair and he says well definitely looks  like you have four but probably five cavities

play06:52

and i just stared at him speechless i  couldn't believe it after all i had done

play06:57

and i thought to myself are you sure and he said  oh yeah absolutely you got one here number three

play07:02

and one at number 30 and two in number  19 and i'm 28 and probably one here on 29

play07:09

and i just i couldn't believe it i tried to  hold my composition together i just kind of

play07:14

nervously smiled and said okay thank you very much  but then in the back of my head i thought i got

play07:19

to get another second opinion that maybe this is  you know out of control so my wife actually found

play07:26

a dentist online who would allow you to submit  your x-rays to him and he would look over your

play07:33

x-rays and give you a second opinion and so  i it's what i did i submitted these x-rays to

play07:38

uh this online dentist we found and um this was  his response gabe hi not sure what you want but

play07:46

it looks like there are several cavities here i  would probably fix number three probably number

play07:50

four number five number 14 looks like there may be  a cavity under that big filling which could end up

play07:55

needing a root canal number 28 and 29 also looks  a little suspicious to me hope that makes sense if

play08:02

you have any questions about specific teeth let  me know thank you for visiting my site dr gary

play08:09

and after this i i just about hit a breaking point  i was almost depressed i mean how long could this

play08:17

go on i mean essentially at some point i wouldn't  i wouldn't have teeth to drill on anymore and

play08:22

so what i did i prayed i put it in god's hands and  i felt this wonderful peace come over me and with

play08:30

this wonderful peace i decided to move forward in  research like i had never researched before and

play08:36

so i just moved forward with that confidence and  i started just really spending time in research

play08:42

trying to figure out what was going on with my  dental health and i started seeing these common

play08:48

themes popping up over and over and i started  putting these pieces together in my mind and i

play08:54

started getting these epiphanies of hey i think i  know what's causing cavities and i think i might

play09:00

know how to actually reverse them so i just i put  a little protocol together based on what i learned

play09:06

and i decided to give it a three-month  trial and so i did this protocol for

play09:13

three months and at the end of three months  i went to see my regular dentist not the

play09:17

one i got a special deal from this guy my regular  dentist didn't know of my previous diagnosis of

play09:22

five cavities i didn't want him to be biased i  just wanted him to take x-rays look at my mouth

play09:28

and tell me what he saw so i went in they did the  cleaning they took x-rays and i clearly remember

play09:36

sitting in that dental chair as he's looking  over my x-rays and i was so nervous i thought

play09:40

three months all that research did it work  i mean was this just a crazy idea of mine or

play09:47

did it actually do something and after after  several minutes of staring at the monitor he

play09:53

turned around and um after looking at these x-rays  here these are my actual x-rays from that visit

play10:00

and he said well i'm not seeing  anything that's concerning me right now

play10:03

just keep up your good oral health keep coming  for cleanings every six months and you're good

play10:09

and i thought wait what did he say a thrill went  through my chest i thought so you're like not

play10:16

seeing any cavities or anything that we need to  work on he goes no no there's a few spots i might

play10:22

monitor but yeah nothing just keep up you know  good oral health and i'll see you again in 6 or 12

play10:27

months and i thought you got to be kidding me did  i just reverse these cavities that's incredible

play10:33

and so i got so excited i left there i just  can't tell you the thrill that went through me

play10:37

and i told my wife and we were so  excited but i thought you know what

play10:42

i'd let me get a second opinion just to be safe  and so i emailed that same dentist who i had um

play10:48

gotten um that online uh um who looked at my  x-rays online and it emailed me his you know

play10:56

his opinion so i decided to email him again and i  sent him the old x-rays as well as the new ones i

play11:03

had just gotten that my dentist said he didn't  see any cavities on and this was his response

play11:09

hi strangely enough the lower more recent x-rays  look better than the previous ones so i probably

play11:17

just monitor the areas for now let me know if you  have any questions about specific teeth thank you

play11:22

dr gary it was it was official the protocol  had worked i was so excited i can't even

play11:31

tell you guys what a burden was lifted from my  shoulders and here's the before and after x-rays

play11:40

and you can see on the top section that is  my x-rays where i had gotten diagnosed with

play11:46

five cavities and then three months later  you see the set of x-rays on the bottom

play11:52

that's the second set of x-rays  i've gotten done where my den my

play11:56

normal dentist and that online dentist  both said no we're not seeing anything

play12:05

so i've actually had a  another dentist just recently

play12:10

someone i'm currently seeing who is  just an amazing really top-notch dentist

play12:14

i'm seeing look at this and she also confirmed  while there's definite re-mineralization

play12:20

in these more recent x-rays and so um it it  worked friends and i can just tell you it

play12:29

was such an amazing feeling to think that i  finally i had reversed these cavities it was

play12:35

it was incredible so that's what we're going to  talk about can teeth heal can teeth re-mineralize

play12:44

can teeth rebuild and i just want to tell you that  i'm living proof of the fact that the answer to

play12:50

all these questions is yes they can as a matter  of fact in my research i learned some fascinating

play12:55

things and one of the things i learned is that  your teeth actually re-mineralize every single

play13:00

day and if your teeth didn't re-mineralize you  wouldn't have any teeth in your mouth right now

play13:07

a lot of people don't realize that and all we need  to do is that we need to know how to boost the

play13:12

remineralizing action that is already happening in  your mouth every single day some of you might have

play13:18

some questions as we go on and i just want to let  you know that there's going to be a q a at the end

play13:24

of this presentation and you'll have opportunity  to ask me whatever question you want and i will

play13:31

do my best to answer those questions for you and  i already see some questions have come in and so

play13:40

um just go ahead and hold on to those and we'll  address them please bring them back up again at

play13:45

the end of the presentation and i'll do my best to  answer those but we first have to start by asking

play13:52

a question oh i just briefly uh i might have a  moderator helping me and some of your questions

play13:57

might not pop up in the chat box but we'll  definitely get to all your questions okay

play14:04

so what causes cavities this is the big question  that we have to ask right here what causes them

play14:09

to understand the solution for cavities you  have to first understand what's causing them

play14:13

and it's really two problems simultaneously that  are coming together now here is the concerning

play14:20

part here is that for some people maybe most  people a good diet and great dental habits are not

play14:27

enough to prevent cavities from happening and  you'll see why as we keep going on most dental

play14:33

professionals don't understand this but i'm  going to show you why i believe i understand

play14:38

the answer to this so let's start by looking  at this fatal formula as to why cavities happen

play14:47

here's the formula right here number one  weak teeth it starts off by having weak teeth

play14:54

and from weak teeth you add that with high levels  of bad oral bacteria and then you get cavities

play15:03

it's really that simple now i'll explain in a  little bit what do i mean by weak teeth what do

play15:07

i mean by high amounts of bad oral bacteria i'll  explain that but the great thing about knowing

play15:14

this formula is that when you learn this formula  it naturally leads you to what the solution is

play15:21

and so if weak teeth and high levels of bad oral  bacteria are what causes cavities can you guess

play15:29

what the solution is how we can actually  reverse and prevent cavities from happening

play15:37

well some of you are probably thinking along the  correct lines right now the solution would be

play15:44

strong teeth plus low levels of bad oral bacteria

play15:50

that will result in no cavities and from  what i discovered even cavity reversal and so

play16:00

let's look at this uh bad bat oral bacteria  part of the equation let's understand this

play16:07

so your mouth is both a mixture of good and bad  oral bacteria and the problem begins when there's

play16:15

too much bad bacteria in the mouth now the reason  why this is a problem is because it's the bad oral

play16:21

bacteria that are the what's causing cavities in  our mouths see what happens is you know we eat

play16:30

food and the carbohydrates and the sugars from  our food stays in our mouth after a meal and um

play16:36

after this the bad bacteria eat these sugars and  after they eat these sugars they excrete a kind of

play16:42

acid and this acid is actually what breaks down  the enamel and eventually causes cavities so

play16:51

here's a little illustration to make it simple for  you so you have bad bacteria living in your mouth

play16:59

these bad bacteria eat the  carbs and sugars from your meal

play17:02

and after this they excrete an acid on the teeth

play17:06

and that begins dental decay that's what causes  cavities now i oversimplified it a little bit

play17:16

here's a science behind it the mouth is  actually colonized by 300 to 700 different

play17:21

species of bacteria but only a few of these  are actually the ones causing dental decay

play17:27

so when i learned this i thought it was  fascinating but the natural question is which

play17:32

are the bacterial species that are causing dental  decay which are the ones that cause cavities

play17:39

and as i looked into this question i found  three major culprits and here are the three

play17:47

major culprits here are the three bacteria strains  causing cavities there's streptococcus mutants

play17:53

streptococcus sobrinus and various lactobacilli  strains but out of these three i learned that

play18:01

there's really one that's the major bad  boy that's the heavy hitter that's causing

play18:07

uh cavities and that is this one right here  streptococcus mutants notice this quote from this

play18:17

journal pathogens it says

play18:20

dental caries is a multi-factorial disease  with high counts of carcinogenic bacteria um

play18:34

and uh just go ahead and

play18:37

as you look at this quote and you read  that you can see that it's strapped mutants

play18:43

that's really causing the issues here

play18:49

and so

play18:52

theoretically if i could kill or reduce  streptococcus mutants i would be in good shape

play18:56

so here's the question how do i kill or reduce  streptococcus mutans and these other ones

play19:17

that's the big question well i was  able to research and thankfully

play19:21

i found answers to these questions so

play19:27

i'm going to share with you five things that  killed these bad bacterial strains specifically

play19:32

streptococcus mutants i hope you're ready i hope  you have a notepad and a pencil or something like

play19:38

that because we're going to go over some really  interesting information number one coconut oil

play19:45

coconut oil is has been demonstrated clearly  to kill not just any bad bacteria streptococcus

play19:55

mutants a study was conducted and which they  found they took 25 children and they asked them

play20:02

to rinse with coconut oil and after like two or  three minutes after brushing their teeth they did

play20:08

this for 30 days they took saliva samples on day  one day 15 and on day 30 and by the end of 30 days

play20:17

you know what they found they found statistically  significant decrease in streptococcus mutants

play20:24

from the coconut oil group the group that rinsed  with coconut oil and they compared it with this

play20:29

medicated mouthwash that dentists use called  chlorhexidine and they found coconut oil was

play20:36

just as effective as the medicated mouthwash  also second study finding the alms the exact

play20:42

same thing pretty much a significant reduction  in streptococcus mutants using coconut oil in

play20:50

comparison to the chlorhexidine so how  do you do it um it's called oil pulling

play20:57

and you take two teaspoons of coconut oil let it  dissolve in your mouth swish it back and forth

play21:02

occasionally for about 15 to 20 minutes and um  then you could spit it out and there's places to

play21:10

do it like that the car the shower if you have  prayer time that could be a good time to do it

play21:16

and how often do you need to do it about one  one to two times a day this is something that

play21:21

needs to be done very regularly and i on  my protocol i did it seven days a week

play21:28

and coconut oil is really good and very effective  all by itself but it gets even better i learned

play21:35

more as i as i researched the second thing  that kills bad bacteria is essential oils

play21:42

essential oils are known for killing bacteria  but i didn't want to just kill any bacteria

play21:47

i wanted to kill streptococcus mutants and so  i researched and i researched and i found that

play21:56

there are many different essential oils that kill  both streptococcus mutants and its biofilm layers

play22:03

now in case you don't know biofilm is a self  protection encasing that bacteria hide themselves

play22:12

in there's a little picture of it here and  whatever destroys biofilm layers is helpful

play22:17

because it it helps you get access to the bad  bacteria and i found 13 essential oils that

play22:24

kill streptococcus mutants and its biofilm layers  and i'm going to show those to you right now so

play22:33

here's the 13 essential oils that kill strep  mutants and it's biofilm layers and just a

play22:39

reminder to everyone i will be answering all your  questions at the end of this presentation so just

play22:44

hang tight and i'll answer those for you okay here  we go oregano cinnamon sweet basil peppermint mint

play22:53

coriander rosemary leaf broom weed and you go down  you can see all these different essential oils and

play22:58

the little asterisks at the end indicates that  not only does it kill streptococcus mutants it

play23:04

also kills its biofilm layers and so as i looked  at these i thought well this is awesome but i

play23:10

wanted to know what are the strongest ones you  know i want to go for the heaviest hitters and

play23:15

i had difficulty as i was reading through the  studies um different studies gave like different

play23:19

results and i had difficulty really finding  out what was the strongest but i found five

play23:25

the top five that were consistent heavy hitters  and these are the top five ones that i found

play23:32

that are very a potent against streptococcus  mutants and the other bacteria that kill

play23:37

that cause cavities coriander rosemary  leaf broom weed oregano and cinnamon

play23:43

those are uh the top five that i could determine  from my research that are the most effective so

play23:52

next question is how long how long do you need to

play23:55

expose your the bacteria in your mouth to  these essential oils in order for them to

play24:00

kill it down now the tough thing is most of the  studies didn't really give at an exact time but

play24:06

however i did finally find one study that gave me  a clue and here's a quote here from the study it

play24:15

stated that in one hour of exposing streptococcus  mutants to the essential oils cinnamon sweet basil

play24:22

and peppermint a 63 to 66 percent reduction was  seen in its biofilm layers that is significant now

play24:32

one hour that's a really long time to have  an essential oil in your mouth so what are

play24:36

you supposed to do about that well i figured um  if one hour did this well instead of doing one

play24:42

hour all at once maybe i could just break it up  in pieces throughout the week so what i did was

play24:47

i would spend 20 minutes a day swishing with  coconut oil with essential oils seven days a week

play24:55

and that adds up to two hours and 30 minutes a  week which is even more than the study suggested

play25:02

well the next question is won't these essential  oils burn your mouth anyone who's used essential

play25:08

oils topically you know that they can  actually burn your mouth depending on

play25:12

which one that you're using and the key to using  any essential oil that will burn topically is to

play25:18

combine it with the carrier oil and based on  what we just discovered what do you think is

play25:24

the carrier oil that we should use you probably  got it coconut oil that is the one that's the

play25:32

perfect carry oil to use for these essential oils  what it does is takes away the stinging sensation

play25:38

of the essential oils but without reducing their  ability to kill the bad bacteria and so um got to

play25:47

be careful these essential oils are very potent  and even just one drop too much is too spicy for

play25:52

most people i tested these these over and over and  i was able to get the exact ratios and i actually

play25:57

burned my mouth a few times in the process so you  could thank me for being the guinea pig of this um

play26:04

and what i found is you have to use a variety  of essential oils to kill both streptococcus

play26:09

mutants and its biofilm layers you don't want to  do too much to burn not too little be ineffective

play26:14

and how much you use is really dependent on which  essential oil that you're using so i'll share more

play26:20

on this later but i was able to nail it perfectly  now using essential oils should only be done for

play26:26

a short period as it's possible that they might  also kill some beneficial bacteria in your mouth

play26:33

so you want to alternate between like plain  coconut oil and coconut oil with essential oils

play26:38

like one week on one week off would probably work  well all right so here's the next thing i did that

play26:46

helped me in reducing the bad bacteria  in my mouth i used an alkaline

play26:52

antibacterial mouthwash and this is one that i  created myself and after every meal you know the

play26:59

bad bacteria are feeding on the sugars in your  mouth and secreting acid so a big part of the

play27:04

success of this program is you want to stay on top  of that bad bacteria level and keep it down so in

play27:09

order to do this after lunch what i would do is i  would swish with a special mouthwash that i made

play27:15

and this mouthwash i made it alkalinizes the mouth  and it neutralizes the acid that may have been

play27:21

produced during the meal and you see because it's  the acid environment that deteriorates the teeth

play27:26

and allows the bad bacteria to thrive and so it  was a great two for one you know it's alkalizing

play27:31

the mouth and also i have some the essential oils  in there that would kill the bad bacteria at the

play27:37

same time so uh it was uh i could tell you after  using this mouthwash my mouth felt so wonderful it

play27:44

was awesome i do it after lunch every day and  i would swish for about two to three minutes

play27:51

in addition to that i also kept up good dental  habits which probably goes without saying so you

play27:56

know brushing twice a day flossing every evening  and the only reason why i mention this is just

play28:00

to make sure that everyone knows that this is  not a replacement you know these things that i

play28:05

mentioned is not a replacement for brushing  or flossing that these things are still very

play28:09

very helpful to do then the last thing i did to  get the bad bacteria down is something called

play28:16

tongue scraping and i don't know how many of you  have heard about tongue scraping but the reason

play28:23

why you need to do this is because because  bad bacteria like to hide in your tongue

play28:29

and the tongue is one of the places that the body  gets rid of toxins and if someone's sick or if

play28:35

they're detoxing it's not uncommon to see a white  film line the top of their tongue and you want to

play28:43

get that stuff off because the bad bacteria  can hide there and so the way to do that is

play28:49

uh get one of these tongue scraping tools you  press it down at the base of your tongue and run

play28:54

it down to the tip and you do about five to six  passes the morning is the best time to do this and

play29:00

the great thing is it doesn't hurt it doesn't hurt  your tongue and uh i tell you when you see the the

play29:06

tan colored sludge that comes off of your tongue  you're gonna shudder to think that you have never

play29:10

done this before it's it's really interesting  and so this is something else that you can do to

play29:18

keep the bad bacteria down all right so we talked  about how to get down those levels of bad bacteria

play29:26

right that's one part of the equation now we need  to go to the other part of the equation which is

play29:32

how do you make strong teeth and i want to really  emphasize that in order to truly be successful

play29:37

in reversing cavities you have to do both of these  both parts of these equation you have to get down

play29:43

the bad oral bacteria and you need to make your  teeth very very strong so this is important you

play29:50

know it would be really difficult to eliminate  all the bad oral bacteria there's probably always

play29:54

going to be some acidic production happening in  your mouth and so you need strong teeth because

play30:00

strong teeth would obviously be able to endure  that process a little bit better now you might be

play30:07

asking what do i even mean by strong teeth what  do i mean by that well what are teeth made of

play30:15

well teeth are essentially bones and bones  are made up of 76 minerals and trace minerals

play30:24

and that's 76 not 7.6 and so there are 12 major  minerals and 64 trace ones here's the 12 major

play30:34

minerals right here you probably will recognize  most of these boron calcium of course chromium

play30:41

iron magnesium manganese all these constituents  are what make up your bones and your teeth

play30:47

and so we need all of these in addition to  these 12 major minerals we need like 64 trace

play30:53

minerals so a really wide array of nutrition  so let me ask you a question based on this

play31:01

if you have an unhealthy limited processed  food diet are you going to have strong teeth

play31:08

are your teeth going to be strong are  they going to be able to endure the acid

play31:13

that's secreted in your mouth from  the bad bacteria i think you probably

play31:17

know what the answer to that is feel free  to type in the comment section if you want

play31:21

but if you guess no and you're absolutely correct  you're just not going to have uh strong teeth

play31:29

and you know it's a natural part of the  ecosystem of the mouth to lose some tooth

play31:35

surface and to lose some minerals during a  meal due to the acid formed by the bad bacteria

play31:43

and so um what do you what is your mouth  what does your body do to compensate for that

play31:48

this is interesting i learned this in research  after a meal saliva comes into your mouth and

play31:54

it carries these minerals with it and these  minerals get deposited back into the lattice of

play32:01

your teeth when you're not eating so there's this  constant breakdown and buildup demineralization

play32:08

re-mineralization process that's happening in  your mouth all day every day and that's why i

play32:13

said in the beginning your teeth remineralize  every day and if they didn't you wouldn't have

play32:18

teeth by the age of probably seven or eight years  old and so um we need to know how to boost this

play32:25

this natural process called remineralization well  here's a question where does your saliva get all

play32:32

these minerals the chromium and calcium and boron  and magnesium where does the saliva get those from

play32:41

it doesn't pull them from thin air the answer is  the saliva derives these minerals from your blood

play32:50

it gets them from your blood now the next question  is where does your blood get them from right the

play32:58

answer to that is really simple these minerals  end up in your blood based on what you eat

play33:05

that's all based on our consumption what we eat  and you see the food we eat it's broken down in

play33:11

our gut it's absorbed through our intestines and  it goes into our blood and if your blood does not

play33:17

have these 76 minerals and trace minerals your  saliva will not have it either and your saliva

play33:24

will not be able to re-mineralize your teeth  between meals properly so we want to ask the

play33:33

question well what foods have the most the highest  amounts of these minerals and trace minerals well

play33:41

we probably have some pretty health-minded people  here i bet you're a health-minded person if you're

play33:45

attending the seminar and i bet you could guess  what food groups have the highest amounts of

play33:50

these minerals and trace minerals vegetables  plants fruits and vegetables but specifically

play33:59

vegetables by far the science is clear it's the  most abundant source of minerals in our foods so

play34:07

you might be wondering well all you need  to do is eat healthy right and then we can

play34:12

start reversing cavities the answer is no wrong um  that would that would you would think so but um i

play34:21

have a shocking thing to share with you the  unfortunate truth is the majority of my cavities

play34:27

i got while i was eating a plant-based vegan diet  and not i wasn't an unhealthy vegan too i like

play34:34

lots of plants and salads and stuff like that as  you saw from the pictures in the beginning of this

play34:39

webinar and so um i'm not downplaying the need to  do that you need to eat plants it's very important

play34:46

eating plants is an important part of this  diet as a matter of fact it's the best way

play34:50

to populate your mouth with good bacteria  which actually fight against the bad bacteria

play34:55

you need to eat plants every day but what i'm  trying to share with you is that um you know as

play35:02

part of my protocol i ate a salad every day  but all by itself a good diet is not enough

play35:08

there's something we need to do to go above and  beyond this now why is that why do we have to do

play35:14

something extra why can't we just eat healthy  and have our bodies function properly and just

play35:20

not have our teeth rot in our mouth and not get  cavities there's a very good reason for this i'm

play35:24

going to share that with you right now the reason  is is because our soils unfortunately are depleted

play35:33

our soils are depleted and cavities are just  the canary in the coal mine if you will you see

play35:41

when a plant grows it's drawing from the soil  all of its nutrients and minerals that it needs

play35:47

to make a healthy plant the farmer needs  to put all that stuff back into the soil

play35:53

before he grows another crop again and so what  if the farmer doesn't do this year after year

play36:00

well think about it what would a bank account look  like if it has only withdrawals and no deposits

play36:07

that's a no-brainer right it'll be bankrupt  well to a large degree this is what's happening

play36:12

with many of the many of the key minerals  in our soils that they're just not being

play36:17

put back they're constantly being taken out  by the crops but they're not being replaced

play36:22

and the result is bank wrapped soil and in  some instances some soils can go decades

play36:29

without being replenished with certain minerals  and this really made sense when i understood this

play36:35

this made a lot of sense to me because what  it did is explained the great lack of flavor

play36:42

in most of our grocery store produce have you  noticed that i mean if you've ever grown your

play36:49

own garden if you've ever gotten like a tomato  for instance from a garden and tasted a real

play36:54

garden tomato and then tasted a grocery store  tomato it's a huge difference the flavor is so

play37:00

much more rich with a garden tomato or you know  what i'm talking about you go to the grocery store

play37:06

you buy a peach it looks perfect it looks  beautiful and you wait till it's ripe and it never

play37:11

really does but you eat it and it tastes like  cardboard right why does that happen that's not

play37:16

the way peaches are supposed to be it's because  the farmers are not putting back into the soils

play37:22

the nutrients that's necessary and in some  instances you would have to eat i had a master

play37:27

gardener tell me you'd have to eat five to ten  times the amount of produce to get the nutrient

play37:32

content you should get in just one produce item  that's it that's that's pathetic that's that's

play37:37

really terrible i found data to back this up let's  take magnesium the mineral magnesium for example

play37:46

research has shown that 48 percent of people in  the united states eat less than the estimated

play37:51

daily magnesium needs now why is that well the  same study had a very good answer to this question

play37:58

magnesium content in our various  foods and vegetables has declined

play38:02

by 25 to 80 percent since 1950. did you catch  that 25 to 80 percent decline why because our

play38:13

soils are bankrupt because of modern agricultural  techniques that do not take care of the soil

play38:20

now this is all pretty depressing information  what are we supposed to do how then are we

play38:25

supposed to get the amount of nutrients that  we need if they're just not in our food and the

play38:30

amounts that we need them in well i was able  to come up with a solution and that solution

play38:39

is not eating five to ten salads  in one sitting who's gonna do that

play38:44

how does anyone get enough nutrients to make  strong bones of strong teeth the answer juicing

play38:51

that's how i was able to do it juicing it's  the only way i know to take high you know

play38:57

large amounts of produce as you see here and boom  just turn it into something that you can you know

play39:04

consume in a short amount of time it's the only  way i uh i knew how to do it at the time so this

play39:11

is what i did i'm going to share with you i've  actually found another way that i'm going to

play39:14

share with you but this is this is what i did so  for my protocol i drink about 10 to 15 ounces of

play39:20

fresh juice that consisted of mostly vegetables  some fruits for three to four days a week and this

play39:26

is what i did um these were the different produce  items that i used on a regular basis they're all

play39:35

very good and there's ones that aren't on here  that you could use as well that are really good

play39:40

but these are the ones i had good success with  and people were always asking me for a recipe

play39:44

so here's a good juicing recipe that i use you  know four medium leaves of swiss chard or kale

play39:51

or collard greens a quarter bunch of parsley some  cabbage half cup of cucumber four celery stalks

play39:56

six carrots you could throw an apple in there  also a beet you could throw a beet in there so

play40:03

really good juicing recipe this is what i did a  lot of now when i mentioned juicing maybe some

play40:08

of you your heart sink what if i don't have a  juicer they're so expensive they take a lot of

play40:15

time they're a pain in the neck to clean well  they are a pain to clean and they are expensive

play40:20

and it does take time that's absolutely true if  this is if you're in the situation you don't have

play40:25

a juicer and uh don't have the money to get  one don't worry i've come up with a solution

play40:31

and i'm going to share that with you in just  a minute but i just want to share with you

play40:36

a little bit more evidence about how important  nutrition is when it comes to reversing cavities

play40:42

during my research i came across this gentleman  here dr weston price this was so interesting

play40:49

and he is a canadian dentist that's famous for  his research on the relationship between nutrition

play40:57

and dental health and he came up with this  groundbreaking book called nutrition and

play41:01

physical degeneration it's an amazing book and in  this book he documents how he traveled all over

play41:08

the world taking pictures of native peoples from  all these different isolated parts of the world

play41:16

showing their amazing beautiful strong teeth look  at there's some of these pictures from his book

play41:24

this is incredible now the thing that's really  amazing about this as you look at these native

play41:29

peoples we see we got people here from fiji  from northern canada most of these people have

play41:33

never seen a dentist and many of them have never  seen a toothbrush so you gotta ask the question

play41:40

how do they have been better dental health  than we than we do who has you know a dentist

play41:46

on every corner and as many toothbrushes as  you could want it's very interesting um as we

play41:53

i'll share he brings out how all these people  did is they just ate from the land their diet

play42:00

was really high in minerals and we're going  to i'm going to show you more about that but

play42:06

look at this new caledonia pacific islands look  at those beautiful teeth the seminole indians

play42:11

of southern florida beautiful just really  well-formed arches really well-formed jaws

play42:20

excellent dental health same  thing congo africa beautiful teeth

play42:24

tahiti polynesia beautiful teeth all around the  world all these indigenous peoples never seen a

play42:30

dentist never seen a toothbrush beautiful teeth  what's going on here that seems to go against

play42:35

what we've been raised to think isn't doesn't  it so he found out something really shocking as

play42:43

he was doing this he went to as he was traveling  he found different parts of these same countries

play42:50

and different people groups well it's the same  people group but they just had one difference

play42:56

they ate a western diet so he found the same  africans the same polynesians the same fijians

play43:02

but they ate a western diet and you got to see  these pictures look at we have a take fiji for

play43:08

instance here's the fijians here on your left that  are eating a native diet look at on the right same

play43:17

peoples different part of the country and the only  difference they ate a western modern diet their

play43:23

teeth are just rotting literally rotting out of  their mouths i mean just horrible horrible dental

play43:28

health on this about the fijians really sad dr  price said no dentists or physicians are available

play43:36

on most of these islands toothache is the only  cause of suicide that is so sad the new generation

play43:42

born after the parents adopted the imported modern  foods often have a change in the shape of the face

play43:50

and the dental arches the teeth are crowded as  shown below referring to a picture look at this

play43:56

tahiti polynesia native diet beautiful western  diet look at those teeth just just rotting out

play44:04

same thing in africa native diet beautiful teeth  western diet horrible horrible dental health

play44:12

and uh this it was same all over everywhere he  went and one interesting case two brothers he

play44:19

went to this uh island called the isle of harris  it's a really isolated place off the northwest

play44:25

coast of scotland he found two brothers look at  the guy on the right look at those teeth they're

play44:30

great the guy on the left you see he's already  missing teeth brothers what's the difference

play44:36

this brother ate a western diet that brother ate  a native diet that's the only difference and the

play44:43

the different shows dramatically in their dental  health same thing two little girls on the same

play44:49

same island that girl ate a native diet the  other one ate a western diet that's that's the

play44:55

only main difference between these people and  he actually analyzed the nutritional content

play45:01

of the foods and he found something interesting  uh the modern diet and the indigenous diet

play45:06

comparing them the indigenous diets had over  three times the amount of minerals and over 10

play45:13

times about 10 times the amount of fat soluble  vitamins can you see why those people's mouths

play45:20

started rotting out they didn't have strong  teeth they have very weak teeth so based on this

play45:28

information that you're maybe you're wondering now  okay so gabe if i just kill the bad oral bacteria

play45:33

eat healthy juice will i reverse my cavities the  answer friends is no there is still something else

play45:43

that these native peoples had that we don't have  today that's crucial to the big picture here and

play45:52

let me introduce vitamin d vitamin d out of all  the fat soluble vitamins it is the most important

play46:00

one for dental health and it's absolutely  crucial to the uh the dental picture here

play46:07

i ran across this gentleman sir uh professor sir  edward melbani and this is a guy who discovered

play46:13

vitamin d notice what he said by far the most  important factor producing well-calcified bones

play46:20

and teeth is vitamin d so there it is from  the guy who discovered vitamin d itself now

play46:28

we know that the most um the most important of  the 76 minerals for the bones is calcium that's

play46:35

common knowledge most people know that  phosphorus is a close second phosphorus

play46:39

is also very important for your teeth but calcium  is number one as a matter of fact uh your bones

play46:46

contain 99.5 percent of the total calcium in your  body i don't know if you knew that and vitamin d

play46:53

plays a big role in helping your body to both  absorb and utilize calcium and phosphorus

play47:00

notice something i found in this 2007 study this  is interesting from the new england journal of

play47:07

medicine without vitamin d only about 10 to 15  percent of calcium and only about 60 percent

play47:15

of phosphorus is absorbed by the body can you  believe that do you see how crucial vitamin d is

play47:22

so think about this you could be eating all the  salads you want and drinking all the juice you

play47:26

want you're only getting about 10 of the calcium  and about half the phosphorus that you need

play47:31

so simply put minerals are what make strong teeth  and vitamin d is the most important nutrient

play47:38

needed to absorb and to use them and this helps  explain why cavities are so common now this is a

play47:48

big issue because vitamin d insufficiency  is really prevalent it affects almost

play47:54

50 percent of the tested population worldwide so  half the people that were tested in the world are

play48:02

insufficient they do not have enough vitamin d and  i'm going to share with you the reasons why that

play48:09

is but i'm also going to share how i learned a  simple work around to help overcome this situation

play48:16

now on vitamin d how much do you need  vitamin d is measured in something called ius

play48:22

and in case you don't know what that  is that stands for international units

play48:26

and the standard recommendation on google or you  know your doctor will say it's one to two thousand

play48:31

i use daily but i did more research and i  discovered another piece of really shocking

play48:37

information and let me introduce this guy  dr michael hollock he's probably the most

play48:43

notable present day researcher of vitamin d and he  came up him and his colleagues found a surprising

play48:50

recommendation for those who are deficient  in vitamin d look at what he found

play48:56

they stated that in order to treat vitamin d  deficiency and to fill up those depleted stores

play49:02

a person should shoot for 50 000 ius per week  of vitamin d2 or d3 for eight weeks straight

play49:11

did you hear that 50 000 a week so what does  that look like per day well that breaks down to

play49:19

about 6 600 to 7 100 ius of vitamin d a day for  eight weeks friends that's almost six times the

play49:28

normal recommendation so can you see if you just  listen to google or if you just listen to you know

play49:35

common knowledge amongst your doctors that you'd  still wouldn't be hitting the mark listen to the

play49:42

experts the your doctor i'm sure they're they're  smart they're smart individual but the experts are

play49:48

the people that are on the cutting edge and this  guy is the expert on vitamin d in the world today

play49:54

now just so you know how maybe you're wondering  how do i know if i'm deficient you'd have to do

play50:00

some blood work and deficient on blood work is  anything less than 20 nanograms per milliliter

play50:06

insufficient is 20 to 29 sufficient is 30 to 100.  however that's a really broad range 30 to 100

play50:14

personally i believe you need to be above 50 in  order to be in this situation of really being able

play50:20

to reverse cavities and also they're finding for  to be able to kill viruses like covet for instance

play50:28

you should be about 50 and above between  50 and 100 is really the better place to be

play50:36

so a lot of people are deficient in vitamin d  why is that well you might be surprised how did

play50:43

i get my vitamin d i actually didn't even take any  supplements i got 100 of my vitamin d needs from

play50:50

the sun now most people have difficulty  with this you have to be really healthy

play50:54

to just get it from the sun vitamin d is very  sensitive and if you're not in good health

play50:58

it's usually one of the first things to  drop and there's a lot of reasons for

play51:03

this i found 17 reasons why people are  deficient in vitamin d and take a look

play51:10

i mean wearing sunscreen that makes sense right  naturally dark skin tone you need a lot more sun

play51:16

exposure to get the same amount of vitamin  d if you have dark skin versus someone who

play51:20

has fair skin obesity really drives down your  ability to get vitamin d from the sun showering

play51:27

with soap after sun exposure old age impaired  liver impaired kidneys living in an area with

play51:32

high air pollution magnesium deficiency vitamin  k deficiency anyhow you can see the list goes on

play51:38

so there's a lot of ways to mess up vitamin d and  most people have one of these situations going on

play51:47

and so can you see now why vitamin d is  so um so common for it to be deficient

play51:54

now i just want to share with you i actually  experienced this personally i was initially

play51:59

when i reversed my cavities i was able to get up  get my all my vitamin d needs from the sun but

play52:06

um unfortunately um 2020 2019 2020 was a really  rough year for my wife and i in 2019 my my wife

play52:15

was actually diagnosed with cancer towards the  end of 2019 and i was her caretaker for a year and

play52:26

during that time it was a really stressful  time my vitamin d dropped i was almost never

play52:32

outside i was just indoors just serving her  constantly and uh unfortunately she did end up

play52:38

passing away well after in the aftermath  of that whole situation i decided i wanted

play52:46

to try to get my vitamin d back up again and i  tried using what i did before just with the sun

play52:52

and it would not come back up after spending 20  to 40 minutes in the sun five to six days a week

play52:59

for about two months my vitamin d level you can  see on my my blood work here was only 36 which is

play53:06

just barely above into the acceptable range that's  really not enough to you know thrive and reverse

play53:13

cavities and um you know i it's i believe  it's because my health took such a hard hit

play53:20

during taking care of my wife you know my sleep  was off my gut was damaged i was underweight

play53:26

so what did i do i started supplementing with  5000 iu a day of vitamin d and look at what

play53:33

happened to my blood work within uh i think it was  like two months boom 93 just under a hundred so

play53:42

that was really effective and you know the issues  that are causing low vitamin d are things that we

play53:48

should work on reversing but let's face it  they're not gonna get better overnight and

play53:52

most people who i meet who have cavities  wanted to start reversing them like yesterday

play53:57

so this is what i suggest everyone needs to spend  regular time in the sun it's still something that

play54:02

we should do it's the original way to get vitamin  d and there's health benefits for doing that but

play54:08

just moderate amounts 10 to 20 minutes a day it  should be enough and then in addition everyone

play54:14

needs to supplement is my opinion and i could  spend a whole hour just talking about vitamin d

play54:20

you know how long you need to spend in the sun  and what time of day the time of year and it's

play54:24

all in the book that i wrote and i'll share with  you i'll make that available to you at the end

play54:30

but what supplement do you use there's like a  kajillion vitamin d supplements on the market and

play54:37

just like other supplements not all supplements  are created equal but i found several that really

play54:44

stand out i have very high standards and here's  my standards when i was researching for vitamin d

play54:50

it had to be cloaca chloe calciferol preferably  from lanolin and that's the form of vitamin d

play54:56

that's readily absorbable and ready to use for  your cells it doesn't need to be um the chemicals

play55:02

don't need to be changed in your kidneys or your  liver so it bypasses that whole process in case

play55:07

your kidneys and liver are not up to par easily  absorbable also called my my centalized high

play55:13

potency so i was looking for four to five thousand  ius three months supply past purity standards for

play55:18

heavy metals and contaminants no gelatin no gmos  and a reasonable price so that eliminated a lot of

play55:26

the vitamin d supplements out there but i  did find one that stood out above the crowd

play55:31

and i'll share that with you more in a little  bit but as we uh wrap this up here you can see

play55:37

now why cavities has been a mystery for so many  people there is just a lot of places where you can

play55:45

really mess it up and so um and the thing is if  all these pieces aren't in place you know that the

play55:53

the getting the bad oral bacteria down  and getting enough you know eating lots

play55:58

of vegetables and on top of that getting you know  high amounts additional amounts of nutrients and

play56:05

vitamin d and the right amount of vitamin  d if all that stuff isn't in place

play56:09

you probably the cavity reversal  probably is just not going to happen

play56:14

now i do want to be realistic i want to  share with you there are some limitations to

play56:19

this uh protocol here are some reasons why you  could do all this do everything right and why it

play56:25

could still possibly not work number one if you  you got a big gaping hole it's probably too much

play56:30

to fill back in um that with uh by natural means  that would actually need to be done via you know

play56:38

sing a dentist and getting it filled in now dark  spot on the x-ray when decay is occurring that's

play56:44

reversible that's the stuff that i'm talking  about in this webinar that's what we can reverse

play56:48

and that's what i reversed but big hole that's  different also if you're clenching or grinding

play56:54

at night what this does is it makes micro cracks  in your teeth that are very hard to clean and that

play57:01

can undermine the effectiveness of this protocol  also if you have a damaged gut that causes poor

play57:08

absorption of nutrients so you know you could  be juicing eating good foods but you're still

play57:12

only getting a fraction of the nutrients because  your gut is damaged so you need to heal that gut

play57:18

also if there's lack of blood  supply to a certain tooth or

play57:21

a row of teeth that's going to be an issue because  no blood means no nutrients to build the teeth

play57:28

and this could happen if you get an injury in  your face or you know something's happening

play57:33

under the surface there to cause a lack of blood  supply so but besides that if none of these are

play57:40

issues or issues then you're a good candidate  for reversing cavities using this protocol

play57:45

now i'm going to do a q a in several minutes  i see several people who are you know have

play57:50

typed in lots of comments and questions in  the chat box i'm going to get to that but

play57:55

let me just take a few second few minutes to bring  up the q a questions that people commonly ask me

play58:04

can this protocol help gum recession so there's  a lot of reasons for gum recession and here's all

play58:10

the reasons that are known for gum recession  but out of all these reasons there's one that

play58:16

most professionals agree is the main reason that's  periodontal disease which is a bacterial infection

play58:22

so if again if we can take care of the bacteria  that are causing gum recession then guess what

play58:29

we could get on top of it couldn't we notice this  quote from the study periodontal infections are

play58:35

usually mixed most often involving anaerobes  such as tryponomia dentacola and p gingivitis

play58:43

you probably remember that ginger that  gingivitis probably sounds familiar to you

play58:48

so those are the bad bacteria strains that are  causing inflammation in the gums and receding gums

play58:55

well is there anything in nature that kills these  bacterial strains guess what from this study here

play59:03

from the university of indonesia using pure  coconut oil showed a decreased amount of p

play59:08

gingivitis and t dentacola so coconut oil  comes to the rescue again it kills these

play59:15

bacteria that cause gum recession another  study same thing virgin coconut oil found

play59:22

to have notable antibacterial activity against  a i'm not going to pronounce that bacterial name

play59:29

and p gingivitis so two other uh p gingivitis  is this one that you we talked about before but

play59:36

there's that additional one there  that also causes gum recession

play59:40

coconut oil reduces the amount of it so will  this protocol help gum recession if you do the

play59:46

oil pulling it i believe it will based on this  research i have to believe that yes it would

play59:51

people have asked me is this safe for kids  yes it is safe for kids there's nothing

play59:56

harmful about this protocol to kids just make  sure they don't swallow the oil pulling blend

play60:00

make sure they spit it out when you spit it  out you don't spit it in your drain because

play60:05

coconut oil can harden at cooler temperatures  you want to spit it in your trash

play60:11

all right root canals can this help root canal so  i'm going to tread lightly here i'm just going to

play60:16

say possibly maybe now root canal for those of  you who don't know it's when the dental pulp

play60:22

often called the nerve becomes exposed to  bacteria and develops pain due to an infection

play60:29

and the nerve can get exposed either because you  know there's a crack or the decay has gone down

play60:35

so deep it actually reached the nerve so um it  i would say you know it's risky it's possible

play60:43

it's risky a decay or crack that reaches to the  pulp or nerve could possibly be remineralized

play60:49

but it could take a while and you know it could  take months and the entire time that pulp that

play60:55

nerve is being exposed to more bad bacteria which  would further increase the risk for infection so

play61:00

you know what i would do if i was in a root  canal situation i would see how serious the

play61:04

situation was and if it wasn't super serious  then i would try the the anti-cavity protocol

play61:12

really aggressively for like a month or two and  i would just look and see if my symptoms subsided

play61:18

and the symptoms would be you know sensitivity  that's often one of the symptoms of needing a root

play61:22

canal let's see if thy sensitivity went down the  swollen or tender gums went down if the dark spots

play61:28

and the teeth start start going away and if it did  then i'm heading in a good direct good direction

play61:35

but what do you do now so what what could you  actually do right now you know everywhere i went

play61:41

i would find people who just by eating a good  diet and being model dental patients still got

play61:46

cavities just like me so i thought you know what  i'm gonna do i learned all this awesome stuff i'm

play61:51

gonna write a book and so i did i wrote a book but  then in the process of writing the book i realized

play61:57

i actually created a set of specialized products  that i used to reverse my cavities and so a little

play62:05

light bulb went off in my head and i thought you  know what instead of just selling a book telling

play62:11

people you know what to do why don't i just give  them the whole protocol set that i developed and

play62:18

you know it was a it was a ton of work honestly  to create this protocol set and it took me months

play62:23

to put everything together i had to source  different products from all over the place and

play62:27

get them in the right amounts and and you know the  fact is people are busy not everyone has time to

play62:34

put all this stuff together and to do this and so  i thought you know what for the people who are too

play62:39

busy i'll do it for them i'll just put this stuff  together for them so i develop my own protocol set

play62:44

now you might be wondering well how did you  overcome the juicing thing because you know not

play62:48

everyone has a juicer it takes so much time what  did you do about juicing i mean quick question how

play62:54

many of you don't have a juicer you could type  in the comment section if you want to interact

play62:59

with me but i'm just curious how many of you  don't have a juicer i find that a lot of people

play63:06

do not have a juicer so feel free to type in the  comments section if you like but what i also find

play63:14

in addition if they do have a juicer many times  it's not even the right kind of juicer it's old or

play63:19

it's not the slow masticating cold pressed juicer  which is the kind you need and juicing takes a lot

play63:26

of time and you know i hate telling people to go  do something i just know they're not going to go

play63:30

do so what i wanted i wanted to create a protocol  kit that is a one-stop shop it's just like all you

play63:36

need to reverse cavities so what i did to overcome  this challenge of people yeah you're saying you

play63:44

don't have a juicer yeah i see that what i did  to overcome this challenge is i created my own

play63:51

tooth building nutritional powder it's the very  next best thing to juicing and i specifically

play63:58

chose out the powdered vegetables that are the  absolute highest in calcium phosphorus iron

play64:04

vitamins a c and k with those are the fat  soluble vitamins by the way folate and b12

play64:10

those are all very essential for building strong  bones and teeth and so i as i was creating this i

play64:20

was able to pull these ingredients together nettle  leaf parsley collard greens kale spirulina and

play64:26

monk fruit extract these are super high and all of  those vitamins and minerals that the teeth and the

play64:34

bones need as i was putting this powder together  i did research and i was like man there is a lot

play64:40

of powders out there a lot of nutritional powders  and i thought i want to make the most nutritional

play64:47

one on the market for dental health and so guess  what that's exactly what i did i put all of these

play64:55

powders after after i made my powder i compared  them with all these other powders so here's a

play65:01

an interesting little chart you can see my powder  there is in the baby blue and all those out these

play65:06

other powders are uh and the other colors and  i analyzed the nutritional content of all these

play65:12

based on their labeling and look what i found  vitamin a vitamin c vitamin k calcium iron mine

play65:19

my powder just blew them all away i was  pleasantly surprised that i had created

play65:24

something that was so much more nutritious than  any of them on the market there was one however

play65:30

one green powder that i found that  was like but the best of all of them

play65:35

and i wanted to see how did my powder stand  up against this one and so i compared them and

play65:43

this garden of life powder actually did a little  bit better in mine than mine than vitamin a

play65:48

and vitamin c but when it came to calcium and  iron mine absolutely blew it out of the water

play65:54

and so i was really pleasantly surprised to  find out my powder was more nutritious than the

play65:59

best powder on the market and then i i wanted  to say well i wonder how my powder compares

play66:05

against a 16 ounce fresh vegetable juice that's  like the ultimate challenge i mean that's that's

play66:11

as much condensed nutrients as you could get so  um well i analyzed the nutritional content of them

play66:21

and i compared it and i wasn't surprised the  juice did better in vitamins a c and k but i was

play66:28

shocked to find that my powder actually performed  better in calcium and iron than a 16 ounce fresh

play66:35

vegetable juice i mean i was that was really  impressive to me i was i was really shocked so

play66:42

i mean what's the absolute best if you could do  both using this nutritional powder and doing a 16

play66:48

ounce fresh vegetable juice like once a week or  something like that that's the absolute best but

play66:55

you shouldn't need to i created this powder i  designed it so that it should be all that you

play67:00

need it has all the nutrition you need to build  strong teeth it's a three-month supply pretty

play67:05

much you take three tablespoons do it three to  four days i'd say four days a week mix it in one

play67:10

cup of water however i found something else really  interesting as i was doing research you could you

play67:16

mix it in water but it's better to mix it in  something else it makes it even more powerful

play67:23

uh grape juice i want to talk to you about  grape juice and fluoride sometimes people

play67:26

ask me about fluoride and this is a long  discussion and i don't have time to get into

play67:30

but what i will tell you is that grape juice is  the highest source natural source of fluoride

play67:40

is found in grape juice the highest source of  florida in nature is found in grapes and raisins

play67:45

and not only that raisins and grapes actually  contain compounds that kill streptococcus mutan's

play67:52

biofilm can you believe that i mean it's just  amazing stuff and the fluoride that's found in

play67:58

grapes and grape juice is what's called calcium  fluoride and this is the natural kind this is

play68:03

no one in all research studies no one considered  this toxic but what we get in our water supply is

play68:09

what's called sodium fluoride and this is not  bound to calcium it's highly soluble and it's

play68:14

considered toxic some studies think it's okay and  some are like no this stuff is is uh it's toxic

play68:22

also i found a study that showed that grape seed  extract has compounds that positively affect the

play68:28

remineralization process of dental lesions and  this is what the study says it could even be used

play68:34

as an alternative to fluoride in the treatment of  root cavities during minimally invasive therapies

play68:41

incredible grapes who knew who knew so the  idea is you take this nutritional powder

play68:49

with fresh grape juice and boom  you have greater healing power

play68:56

in addition to that i had i made this nutritional  powder but also i made my own oil pulling blend

play69:03

and with this oil pulling blend i used  high quality organic coconut oil and i

play69:07

used a special blend of essential oils that kill  streptococcus mutans and its biofilm layers and

play69:13

you do this for 15 to 20 minutes a day in addition  remember i told you about that mouthwash i used

play69:19

when i reversed my cavities and i created my own  mouthwash it contains essential oils that kill

play69:25

the bad bacteria specifically strep mutants  and it alkalizes the mouth in just minutes

play69:31

you only need to use it for two to three minutes  after lunch and you could feel the difference

play69:35

if you have tooth sensitivity like i would  get too sensitivity if i had like lemon on

play69:39

my salad or lemon in my email and i would rinse  with this and it would just take it away it was

play69:45

so wonderful in addition to that there's a tongue  scraper and that removes a lot of the bad bacteria

play69:52

hiding in the tongue just do a few passes on  your tongue use it one to two times a week

play69:57

and again that's going to be another  factor reducing that bad oral bacteria

play70:02

now what about the vitamin d supplements now  remember i told you there was like a million

play70:07

of them on the market and so i reviewed 30  of the most popular vitamin d supplements

play70:12

and by far i found this one was one of the best  ones i found it's from a company that i trust

play70:18

called neurobiologics it's a four to six month  supply it's very potent highly absorbable and i

play70:25

have two different kinds in my kit they're  both really good either one you get and

play70:31

i made it so that this is a three month supply  i reverse my cavities in three months and so i

play70:36

figured that should be long enough for people to  reverse their cavities and everything you need and

play70:42

there's three months supply and on top of that  i got my book where it's got more information i

play70:47

haven't even covered all the information in this  webinar there's not enough time to cover all of

play70:50

it there's therapies i didn't even have time  to share my juicing recipes my exact schedule

play70:56

um there's a maintenance protocol like after you  reverse cavities what do you do after that there's

play71:02

a maintenance protocol to go on that i've used  to you know continue to keep your cavities at

play71:07

bay it's not very intense but it's something that  needs to continue to be done so the entire set

play71:13

three months supply everything you need to reverse  cavities right there i've got a limited amount of

play71:20

sets available but i am making this available  to you guys since you attended this webinar

play71:25

now the retail market value is 281.87 on this  but that's not what i'm going to charge i'm doing

play71:32

a special sale on my current webinar of just  154.68 for all of this stuff three months to

play71:39

reverse your product to reverse your cavities and  i'm also giving a 90 day money back guarantee so

play71:46

if for some reason you don't like it or it didn't  work for you in my opinion if it didn't work for

play71:51

you you shouldn't have to pay for it so you have  90 days a whole 90 days to get your money back

play71:56

also if you don't want the whole  protocol set there's also a partial set

play72:00

that's just the mouthwash the oil pulling blend  the tongue scraper and the nutritional powder

play72:04

for just 107 50. or if some people just want  the nutritional powder you could get that also

play72:10

for 68 dollars i'm making that  available to everybody as well so

play72:18

i want to go ahead and make  that available to you guys

play72:25

now think about this how much  is just one composite filling

play72:31

have you guys done the research you know it's  about 200 250 for just one composite filling so

play72:37

think about this for less than the cost of one  filling you can reverse as many cavities as you

play72:42

have in your mouth i i think that's just amazing  to me that's that that's incredible and if you

play72:48

break it up into the three months just for just a  little over fifty dollars a month you can reverse

play72:53

all your cavities that is just wonderful and so  think about this once you do this as long as you

play73:00

your overall health stays stable and you don't  have any of those limitations we talked about

play73:04

continue the light maintenance protocol you should  never have to get a cavity again i mean just like

play73:10

those natives that dr price found you should  never have to get a cavity just imagine that

play73:15

never being nervous of going to the dentist  again never having to pay for another cavity

play73:20

or dealing with tooth pain or or you know gum  pain so i i'm just so happy to you know make this

play73:27

available to everyone so go ahead and type in your  questions um let me see can you get the same in v8

play73:37

uh splash juice juices as fresh juices yeah that's  a good question some people also ask instead of

play73:44

juicing can i just make smoothies well the problem  with that is with smoothies and like v8 juices it

play73:53

has a lot of the fiber and it's the fiber that  fills up your stomach really fast that makes it

play73:58

hard for you to get the amount of nutrients you  need before you get full so juicing it takes all

play74:04

that fiber out so you're just getting the pure  juice and that's how you're able to you know

play74:08

drink like 10 apples you'd never be able to eat  10 apples because of the fiber but if you did a

play74:13

smoothie of 10 apples i guarantee you wouldn't  be able to finish that smoothie because it has

play74:18

the juice and the fiber and that fiber would  fill up your stomach and make you really full

play74:23

and so um you know v8 and stuff like that i'm  sure it helps but when it comes to reversing

play74:30

cavities you know that's a tall order so it's kind  of like you need to go all out you really need to

play74:38

do either juicing or get the nutritional powder  that i've made available there all right um yeah

play74:47

people are saying they don't have a juicer someone  is talking about using a blender or a magic bullet

play74:53

again you're gonna run into the same problems  with those because you don't really um you're

play74:59

retaining the fiber you're not going to get the  amounts of nutrients that you need if you would

play75:05

um as opposed to if you had just extracted the  juice all right you guys wishing you all the best
