Transcripts
the ability to sell software Solutions
is a very lucrative Market therefore in
today's video I'm going to be comparing
two the main providers in this context
which is
Vesta and go high level when using a
platform like Vesta we are able to sell
software solutions to small to midsize
businesses allowing us to access
scalable products this is a great way to
access uncapped income if you have
little to no coding experience as now
we're able to access software Solutions
at scale welcome back yall in today's
video I'm going to be going over two
different companies one's called Vesta
one's called go high level and just as a
disclaimer this was sponsored by Vesta
but as you know on this channel I don't
typically deal with sponsorships unless
I actually think the product's good and
I like this product today because this
gives the ability for people that maybe
don't know how to code or people that
want to get into the software industry
in a fast way to access services for Mid
to small siiz businesses like the idea
behind these companies is giving you the
ability to give other companies software
Solutions through giving these other
companies software Solutions we now have
the ability to access income that is
uncapped because of the fact that is
digital right you don't have to you know
that's the beauty of software once it's
set up once you have it in that small to
midsize business it works through code
so let's going to jump into today's
video let's compare these two platforms
and see which one is the best with both
platforms it is free to sign up but with
Vesta here is why I like their sign up
compar to go high level it truly is just
asking for your email and login that's
it no credit card information nothing of
that nature so you can get right into
their dashboard and get comfortable with
their user interface before you even pay
a dime coming over to high level signup
page it will ask for similar information
but it will also ask for your credit
card not that fun we're going to Simply
either choose between Google LinkedIn or
a work email proceed once you put in
your email we're going to go ahead and
put in our company name here so I'm just
going to go with an old company of mine
called tube stamp number employees we'll
put in the amount we'll say one to two
country we'll say United States from
what you see so far this platform does
accept across the world we're going to
put in our phone number here and our
account is on the go once we provided
that information we're going to simply
just add our logo I'm going go ahead and
use an old logo from The Old Company I
used to run and save and we're in our
dashboard then now the one thing that
stands out about Vesta is man do they
have a ton of resources of how to get
started we'll go ahead and say we're
still deciding and proceed got in our
account here we got our trial we got two
weeks to basically check out this entire
platform and get comfortable with it no
credit card down nothing let's go ahead
and now create an account with high
level as you see to even create an
account with go high level it's already
asking for my credit card information
I'm not even sure if I'm comfortable
with the platform I don't even know if I
like the dashboard of the platform and
I'm already getting paid W here so keep
that in mind with go high level so now
that we got both dashboards enabled
let's go ahead and go over three main
reasons why you would go between the two
first let's go over pricing now Vesta
has a lot of options but here's the
biggest Advantage between Vesta and goh
high level at least in this context what
you'll notice for most things that
you'll need you'll only pay a flat fee
with Vesta where it's like truly only
$79 a month comparative to go high level
which is $97 a month plus a lot of
variable cost so after searching through
the documentation a little bit one
example of This Is How They price their
AI outputs and inputs they priced their
AI outputs drum roll please with the
first 500 Words Free and if you know
about artificial intelligence you'll
basically get 500 words within the like
three outputs and then everything past
that it's going to be a th000 words is 9
cents I'll say that again a th000 words
is going to be 9 cents to give you an
actual applicable comparative to that if
we use gbt 3.5 which is like one of the
standardized AI models in the industry
to get a th000 words that's going to
cost us
0.005 so keep that in mind when you go
with high level you're going to be
susceptible to variable cost that are
pretty costly coming over to vessa
though we get access to a lot of stuff
at unlimited tiers really allowing us to
basically leverage that $79 a month at a
good amount of value furthermore Vesta
offers their own email marketing
platform customized workflow automations
and a lot more well they will provide
you a baseline number of emails you can
send and then every 100 emails plus that
will be a cost associated with it beyond
all that though between go high level
and Vesta the reason I lean towards
Vesta in this context is just because of
the fact that I typically like fixed
cost when dealing with software as it
becomes very clear to me when I schedule
out months ahead a year ahead what I
expect to pay you know in six months how
much cost is associated with that
because we all know we do not like it
when we get a bill we aren't expecting
because all of a sudden for some reason
I'm paying a thousand for a thousand
words of output from AI I'm paying 9
cents which in this current market maybe
that would have been allowed or seemed
reasonable in 2016 so now that we got
past pricing let's go ahead and see how
you would acquire clients through this
kind of system now this is probably the
more powerful feature found on Mista
comparative to go high level so we're
going to go and compare the two with a
bakery that's here in San Francisco
called Jane the bakery I'm going to
Simply copy the name come back over here
I'm going to say create company once I
hit create company I'm going to go ahead
and put in the company name as you will
see we get a pretty much using Google's
API here all the relevant information
perfect I'm going to go ahead and hit
create once I have created it here is a
very powerful future we're going to come
over to reports create snapshot report
so while that's being generated we're
going to go ahead and see what it'll
look like in go high level here we go
we're going to go ahead and click this
go ahead and save the prospect here and
currently their audit report is being
generated these auditing reports take a
little bit of time so we can go and view
it right now this isn't going to be the
complete one but it's slowly generating
more and more data here this is
basically what you would use and
leverage when reaching out through an
email so we're getting it generated here
and also generated over here I would
download this PDF I would reach out to
the underline Bakery here and this would
be a nice way to introduce yourself as
you're kind of giving value already with
kind of like a report card like
information we're still in progress here
so the final score isn't 7% as we are
grabbing more and more data the
information is still coming in but let's
go and just check out the user interface
and how a potential client would see the
information that they received this is
go high level report now imagine you're
a business owner and you see this you
don't necessarily get right off the bat
of what's going on here there is no like
General score it's rather online Health
score but there's no percent so as you
see with Vesta we get a report card here
underlined with each Associated topic
the data is still coming in so this Jane
the bakery did not received all FS the
data is still coming in but that's the
first thing that I like about vesta's
report he's right off the bat we
obviously get the information we get a
report card on the top of the line
rather than just looking at this and
being like okay wait what's going on
here I don't even want a chat widget uh
I see my bakery there's supposedly some
type of diagram here scrolling down here
we get a visual aspect of the social
media channels from the information
we've gathered so far it will go over
Google Facebook and X which are probably
the three most important in the context
of a physical retail business and then
it'll provide in the relevant
information based off whether these
reports or business exist on these
platforms more data is coming in as you
see we got Bing now we're getting more
information on whether or not it's found
on Facebook and coming down here we see
that this is kind of more with the
percents come into play but as we know
with website development and just PDF
development in general you want to have
a lot of like relevant information above
the fold that's the first thing that the
user is seeing or the potential client
is seeing more data is coming in the
score is getting increased as we come
down here we will get access to more
information such as how many likes the
business has gotten that's pretty cool
coming over to the website side let's
compare it to go high level so this is
how visually go high level shows their
website with mobile and desktop just
giving like very ambiguous percents
coming over to Vesta though I like how
they actually show an image of the
website that makes it feel more
personalized also giving nice little
scores like the speed large content
interactivity visual stability so maybe
one of the projects you could do for
this business specifically is offer a
website development SL software that
would help them in this context notice
as well how it has the personalized
business and the industry average this
is where go high levels audit report
kind of stops so it's very limited with
Vesta though we get even more intricate
here we go over things like e-commerce
advertising coming down here we go over
SEO they go over SEO analysis as well
but what I like about mesa's version of
this is that we do have a nice little
search query of like what people
typically search to find your place
furthermore as you see we get even more
in depth about your search query where
we organic keywords estimate search
traffic Jane the bakery Jane on Filmore
like this kind of stuff a business owner
would actually seem valuable to them
because they like okay wait that is what
people are searching that find us go
high level is kind of just like hey you
exist in this chart finally technology
things we can suggest you to do in order
to improve your underlying small to
midsize business and what's also great
about this nice little PDF is look at
the CTA we got a bunch of get in touches
allowing you to maybe they don't want to
send an email they want to just simply
click that button the score is going up
the score is going up the first distinct
advantage that Vesta has compared to go
high level is that their snapchot
reports which is basically the thing
that's going to convert a possible
client or more intuitive and more clear
when a person responds to an email or
receives an email that wants to do
business with underlying person you are
going to want a report card like thing
above the fold something that inherently
clicks that is relatable and
understandable comparative to something
that is more ambiguous would you rather
open up a PDF that looks like this or a
PDF that gives you a score and all all
these different categories you can go
ahead and click through which makes
vessa stand out in the snapshot realm or
quality report as this is the thing
that's going to basically convert the
client or not in the small to midsize
business that you would want to
potentially sell software solutions to
through ves's platform furthermore when
dealing with potential clients with
these snapshot reports we can add little
notes about the potential client that is
maybe seem relevant to us you can also
add tasks like to do for us to you know
whether to email call message whatever
it may be so you can really organize all
the relevant companies you may be
reaching out to so you don't get like
overwhelmed right now let's say with
that PDF we were able to convert a
client so we have this Jane the bakery
as a client here we can come over to
task here and here is another big
selling point that I found within Vesta
is our ability to create templates which
allow for scalable Solutions in the
context we provide the same Services
type software to each of these
businesses saying all that I'm going to
jump to Future Corbin to show us how to
start leveraging projects and the other
benefits of the Vesta platform see you
there now finally there is certain tools
within Viesta that makes workloads a lot
easier compared to go high level and I
think one of the biggest ones that I
personally found was the ability to
create templates for projects so your
first question might be asking is Corbin
what is a project a project is basically
a Associated amount of Labor that you
would have you know reoccurring with
different clients what does that entail
for example a blog post if you get a new
client on boarded they're using software
Services you're getting paybacks on that
and they want to do a blog post instead
of you having to manually input the
steps associated with creating a blog
post we can go ahead and grab a blog
post template we've already created so
what this allows us to do is that when
you onboard five different clients you
can just reference your blog post
template and automatically have these
steps associated with that research
individuals who are supposed to be
associated with the blog post and
everything of that nature this is an
example of that as it came from a blog
post template as you see with the steps
that are outlined here this is going to
be crazy good when you're dealing with
multiple different clients as
comperative to go high level they would
basically require you to outline every
single one of these every single time
you create a new project and these
projects are you know very very broad
you can do any type of project but a
blog post is just one example now we
have a better idea of both these
platforms the values they provide and
basically why you would lean towards one
platform or the other furthermore what's
great about Vesta and what I found with
Vesta compared to go high level is his
customer support you don't need to have
crazy amount of experience in the realm
of what these softwares provide due to
the fact that we can contact here we can
chat with an expert there and on top of
that you can even get in like a live
phone call with a real person right
nowadays with AI and artificial
intelligence you're expecting a robot
but no no this these are real people and
they're really trying to help you
understand their platform and build with
their platform now if this kind of
business model is interesting to you and
I've kind of caught your attention you
can go Ahad and check out their website
here you can go to Solutions and see
everything that they offer I want you to
think of Vesta like this
basically if you had 10 20 different
softwares and they all came into one
software that would be Vesta in the
context of helping small to midsize
businesses access digital Solutions so
in other words basically really
streamlining small to midsize businesses
and helping them operate more
effectively especially in this modern
day and age a lot of businesses want to
access stuff like AI tools they they
don't really know how to so by offering
them a platform like this and onboarding
them as a client with you you're able to
start leveraging artificial intelligence
as a selling point to these small to
midsize businesses if you don't want to
go like for with alternative routes such
as coding out an entire software
platform or through automations and
offering it through other services
taking it one step further here you can
go ahead and check out their Marketplace
these are basically all the software
Solutions you can offer to these small
to midsized businesses and create income
through as I say before you get access
to TurnKey Solutions for these different
small and midsize businesses such as
social media marketing reputation
management but on top of that which is
really cool is it integrates with other
softwares that are really helpful for
example active campaign I know people
use that a lot in their funnels when it
comes to email marketing or receiving
some type of income based off other
services like GoDaddy domains therefore
when I was looking at both of these
platforms I kind of broke it down into
those three major categories we talked
about earlier first being price end of
the day when you create Excel sheets for
your business and you have your like
burn cost every single month or that's
what I like to call it burn cost
and you basically are saying no matter
what every single month I'm paying 300
bucks for all the softwares I use in my
backend it is nice to have fixed cost I
always lean towards fix cost typically
when dealing with softwares that I use
in my business because of the fact that
is clear to me how much how much I'm
paying and there is no hidden fees in a
way that all of a sudden I'm getting you
know charged based off usage for stuff I
didn't even realize it so instead of me
getting that bill for 97 a month we
don't even know what the bill is
therefore you got to take into account
more complex like variable cost that we
may not even know how to associate cost
with because there's so many different
like little you know metrics to it when
it comes to go high levels platform next
what's great about ves's platform is our
ability to create projects like I
described earlier this really gives us
the ability to create almost like
catalogs that we offer these small to
midsize businesses so they can start
leveraging you know for example a Blog
article service you already have it all
structured out into like 10 different
steps and however you may want your team
to approach that for that specific CL
Cent you've acquired finally you can
really choose your use case and paired
of your use case we now have a snapchot
report therefore we get free value send
it to an email see if they convert if
they convert now you have an entire
ecosystem built on vesa's backend but
it's digital solutions that you can
start selling on your behalf That Just
About Does it in today's video if this
is the kind of business model you want
to approach where you can access digital
and software Solutions and sell them to
businesses then I would lean towards
Vesta based off what I out in today's
video person personally I find the
snapshot report to be the most like
crazy obvious thing of why you would
want to go to Vesta because end of the
day as we know if it looks better on the
surface and you provide the value you
will have long-term good relationships
with businesses the last thing a
business wants to do is get a Snapchat
report and it's just blocks of text I
don't got time to read that you don't
got time to read that give me visual
elements give me more analytics give me
stuff that I can actually read rather
than two blocks of text and proceed so
I'll see you in the next video I hope
you enjoyed today's video where we
compared Vesta and go high level seeing
which one performs better for our
specific use cases if we wanted to
access a business model like this go
ahead and check out that playlist right
there that's AI tools for modern
businesses I'm going to add this video
to that you can also see other tools
using artificial intelligence that you
can start leveraging in your business
and finally that's my face right there
something happens when you click it I'm
not too sure
