work session and this work session is
going to be from right now which like
11:45 I till like 4:5 p.m. Iman is still

to be one session from beginning till

prefer to do reverse interm fasting so
what I mean by that is I have a late
breakfast so I eat breakfast around
11:00 I have a late lunch and then
ideally I don't even eat dinner if I eat
at 11:00 and then maybe at 4:00 again
then I'm pretty good this is
