So, first let's talk a little bit about your position and, and what

your responsibilities are Julian.

Well, I'm the Executive VP of Ultra 2.

0 and also the Chief Padel Officer.

That sounds like a very important position and I know it is,

um, so what does that entail?

Basically running the entire club operation with the help

of different certain managers.

Uh, we have a facility manager We have a customer delight manager that uh will

be introduced shortly We have a head Padel coach head of operations as well

that we're going to introduce shortly but basically make the the club become a

excellent to start with So i'm really excited to see what you're going to add

and what ultra is going to add to to make it Much more better and bigger.

We're gonna be the biggest club in the world and you listen that right?

And what I mean by that is we're gonna have 29 to 9 Padel courts we can have 19

outdoor Padel courts and 10 indoor Padel courts So pretty much we're gonna be that

we're gonna be the biggest Padel club in the world The exciting part is we're gonna

be with a new Padel courts as of March 15th The rest of the courts, the indoor

part is going to be ready by June 1st.

And you know what's exciting?

So we're so excited to have our studio here.

It's going to be a beautiful studio.

We're going to be creating some great content.

Okay, so let's first talk about location.

Where is this thing?

It's North Miami.

It's, uh, 6301 North East 4th Avenue.

That's where the original place of, of ultra.

And we're going to be in this same location and we're expanding pretty much.

We're taking the lot right behind us.

This area is kind of up and coming, right?

It's called what little river, little river.

I see a lot of breweries, a lot of, you know, Uh, a restaurant starting

to kind of develop in this area.

So this area is starting to become a little bit better and better.

Right.

Um, okay.

So now let's talk about the court.

So what, what, what courts are you guys using?

Well, we're going to be building all the courts are going to be done by a horse

set, and we're going to have a very unique color and it's going to be beautiful.

It's going to be red brick and white red brick color.

The new owners of, of ultra, uh, they're French and they're

in love with the French open.

Of tennis, obviously, and they love that clay court color.

So they're going to be exactly like the same color as the French

Open tennis tournament, which are beautiful, beautiful colors.

I mean, we had an opportunity to play yesterday on the courts.

And they feel incredible.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I mean, we just played right now.

Yeah.

And, uh, I mean, they play amazingly.

Um, it's a beautiful color.

Good, um, what they call, um, contrast between the brick color and

kind of like the off cream color.

Yeah.

With the framing.

So, really, really, really nice.

Uh, especially when you have all the courts in that same color.

So, what do you guys use for the carpet?

So, we're using Mondo.

And it's a texturized carpet.

Good.

And it's, um, it's just outstanding.

I mean, the way it looks, the way it feels, it's truly, truly an incredible

feel when, when you get to play.

Um, the, the ball really bites on it.

And uh, it's just I mean, it's it's an it's an incredible experience.

So let's talk about the cost Uh, what are the costs going to be?

Are they going to stay the same or is it going to go up more?

Is there memberships?

Uh non memberships and if there's memberships, what are the The benefits

from that now we're coming up.

Honestly, we're not ready yet to come up with the memberships But as soon

as we have all the courts ready, we're coming up with very exciting Memberships,

uh the cost right now of the courts.

It's 120 dollars to play outdoors for an hour and a half And 140 to play indoors.

Most likely we're going to keep the same pricing, but you're going to, you're

going to get so many discounts on perks, uh, for you to become a member that

we're going to be a very unique and special place for you to play Padel.

You know, um, so when are you guys going to figure out that membership or do you

think you're not going to do a membership?

No, we're doing membership for sure.

Uh, we're finishing the last details.

Um, we're trying to be as, It's as flexible and friendly as possible.

And like I said, it's going to be a great place for you to become a member and

really enjoy all the great amenities that we're going to have here at the club.

Let's talk about the amenities.

There's, you know, it looks like they're going to have a lot of amenities.

And that's what I think this club is going to differentiate itself from other clubs.

is that it's going to feel like a mini resort, kind of a place where

you can hang out most of the day.

I remember when I was younger, I used to play tennis with my family.

We'd go to this club and we'd be there all day.

There was restaurants there, there's playing tennis, there's video

games, there's things for kids.

That's what it feels like this is going to be, you know?

So let's talk about those amenities.

The most important thing that we have, it's which everyone loves it right

now, we have one of the best coffee.

And coffee makers here in, in, in South Florida.

And I got to say here in Miami, coffee is very important.

Very very important.

I mean, uh, it's, it's, it's part of your life, right?

Part of mine, at least here in Miami.

Weya, uh, it's, it's our coffee provider and, and coffee maker.

He's an incredible barista.

I mean, they create, the coffee creations he makes are top of the line.

I highly recommend it.

Uh, he's in a few places, but he's here every single day, seven days a week.

So I highly recommend if you're here at Ultra, let's have a cup

of coffee because you'll be mind blowing, you know, what that'll be.

So that's one of the exciting things.

As soon as we open on the first week of June, the big club, we're

gonna have a top notch restaurant.

Full meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We're having a spa, full on gym.

Uh, cold plunge, cryogenics.

Uh, we're having our studio right there.

Yeah, that's right.

It's going to be exciting.

We're super, super excited.

I mean, a place not only for you to stay here.

We're going to have a sort of like a, a we work type of

place where you can stay here.

Uh, the local, the local rooms are going to be absolutely beautiful and,

and, and full on with all the, you know, perks that you need for you to.

So stay here, do your work here, play some Padel and really enjoy, enjoy your time.

So you're saying they're going to have locations where they can get on Wi Fi,

they can plug in and charge the things, kind of more of a private area where they

actually do some work if they need to.

So the entire club, the 20, 29 courts, indoors and outdoors, they're

So you can be in one of the gazebos at your court and you can be working on it.

You have your own table, your own, you know, couch and all that.

And you will see it on the renderings.

You can be inside on the clubhouse and you will see your, your, uh, your

place where you can see it and work.

And then we're going to have a VIP access or VIP area, which is, uh, one

of the, where only the VIP members, that's what we're going to be, right?

So that's going to be the VIP access with their own private parking and all that,

uh, for our exclusive members and they're going to have their own private parking.

You know, uh, customized courts and their own customized place

and their own customized, you know, locker rooms and all that.

It's going to be super, super interesting and super nice.

Okay, so if I rent a court there, um, I heard That um, you're able to they're

recording it and you're able to come back and watch it afterwards I've also also

heard there's gazebos and kind of like your little location there when you're

playing explain that to me a little bit So each court will have a gazebo right in

the in between the two courts Where you can uh, you're gonna have a television

you have a place to sit a really nice luxurious place to sit Uh, you're gonna

have a television and all the courts are connected through uh, wi fi and you're

gonna have cameras connected on your court You And you have a television where as

soon as you sit in there and you press play, you're going to see yourself playing

Padel, the match you just finished playing, and you're going to see the best

highlights of your match you just played.

So how does, how does, how does that work?

The highlights?

We have a new technology that is connected to AI, which is going to pick the best

shot, the best place of your match.

And they're going to be showing.

You know, right after you finish, when you press play, it's going to

be showing right on the television.

And not only that, you can send yourself an email with your best highlights of the

entire match, or you can upload it to your social media and show it to the world.

Well, the club we're gonna have, or we, we'll, we will have, right

Uh, we have, uh, uh, junior Development Academy right now,

which is gonna be expanding tremendously with, with 29 chords.

We're now really focusing on becoming the only and number one

junior development academy, Padel academy in the United States.

I think that's so important.

I don't see enough clubs doing that.

Maybe one other club does that, but I think that's going to be great.

Right now in the United States, we have zero junior development programs.

And that's something that we're trying to work with the USPA to help us

develop a junior development program.

Okay So you guys have clinics for for adults for mix and for women?

How about leagues do you guys have any any tournament leagues in house leagues?

We have in house leagues We have uh, we're setting up uh interclub leagues with

different clubs here in the let's talk about that Yeah, that sounds really cool.

I've never heard of that.

So what does that mean interclub leagues?

So basically, we're, we're working, uh, with all the new different clubs

and new, all new clubs coming up into the, the, the south, south of Miami

area, where we're gonna have, uh, playing against each other pretty much.

You know, we're gonna create those leagues where, you know, you play home and away,

and then at the end of the year, you have a master championship, the best

teams playing against each other, and, and, you know, getting bragging rights,

uh, you know, to become the best Padel club with the best players in the nation.

Wow.

So how many clubs do you think are going to participate in that?

And I assume that's to hear the miami.

They already agree about 20 23 clubs.

They agreed to become part of the league So we're super super excited about that.

That's gonna be really really it's gonna get pretty competitive man, right?

Huge and don't forget we're gonna be covering this at palace match academy.

So that's gonna be awesome.

Okay, so Um, what else you guys have the regular leagues right regular

tournament leagues and what days are those tuesdays and thursdays?

We have the ladies leagues Um, uh, when, uh, Saturdays and Sundays,

we have the men's leagues, uh, on Sundays afternoon at 6 p.

m., we have a, um, competition league, which it gets very, very exciting because

we have all the best players in Miami come and compete here for a, uh, a prize money.

We're having the first, uh, competition showdown, okay, showdown, the best

of the best of the United States.

They're going to be here and competing here.

For, uh, the, the, the winners will get 1, 500.

Wow, 500 for the winner.

Yeah.

So how many people do you have committed already?

Well, right now we have, uh, nine coaches on, on staff, and

we're going to keep growing.

We're, uh, growing tremendously.

Uh, we're high, we're, you know, our mission is to have the best

coaches, you know, in the United States, and if not in the world.

The coaches that we have right now, it's, uh, my head assistant, it's,

uh, Nico Clark, an outstanding, uh, top five player in the nation.

We have Anna Cortiles, uh, W, you know, W World Padel Tour

player, third in the world.

Uh, she's coaching.

She's going to be one of our coaches, Maria Magraner.

She's also one of the top ranked players in the nation.

Uh, Juani Fernandez, Debbie Aguambides, Alejandro Suarez, Alfredo Suarez.

Honestly, I mean, we, we have the best coaches pretty much in the United States.

Okay, so what is the cost for, for a class, uh, you know, a range,

a range in cost for a class?

A private lesson is 150.

Um, a clinic it's, it's 40 per person and runs for an hour.

Um, And then from there it changes, you know, if you're two people, it's, it's

another extra ten dollars, uh, three people, another ten extra dollars,

and, and, and that's pretty much it.

I mean, there's not much difference.
