How to do an Astral Projection? (Video 3)
Summary
TLDRThis video delves into astral projection, explaining it as a journey into a parallel dimension while maintaining consciousness. It contrasts the physical world's 48 laws with the astral world's 24, highlighting abilities like floating and instant transportation. The speaker shares techniques to achieve astral projection, such as focusing on the heartbeat before sleep and meditation on a candle. They also introduce the 'soul technique' for daytime practice and a mantra to recall dreams, emphasizing the importance of dream diaries for self-improvement.
Takeaways
- 🌌 The physical world is governed by 48 laws, such as Newton's law of gravity, which restricts us from floating or flying.
- 🛌 Astral projection involves entering a parallel dimension while maintaining conscious awareness, similar to when we naturally enter the astral plane during sleep.
- 🔗 An 'astral cord' symbolically connects our astral body to our physical body, ensuring a safe return.
- 🧘♂️ To achieve astral projection while awake, one must train by quieting the 'chattering mind' that keeps us in a metaphorical daytime sleep.
- ❤️ Focusing on the heart and its beatings can help maintain concentration and stillness, facilitating astral projection.
- 🕯️ Meditation on a candle before sleep can calm the mind, aiding in astral projection by reducing mental noise.
- 🛏️ The 'soul technique' or 'salt key' involves remembering one's being, focusing on the task at hand, and checking one's location to stay present and avoid 'sleeping' through life.
- 🌟 Upon entering the astral world, one can perform actions like floating or passing through walls, which are governed by different laws compared to the physical world.
- 📔 Keeping a dream diary is advised to remember and analyze dreams, as they may contain important messages about one's actions and behaviors.
- 🔮 The mantra 'raw ohm ohm' can help recall dreams, which is beneficial for understanding subconscious messages and guiding personal growth.

How many laws govern the physical world as mentioned in the script?
-The script mentions that the physical world is governed by 48 laws, such as Newton's law of attraction.
What is the significance of the 'astral cord' in astral projection?
-The 'astral cord' is a natural connection between the astral body and the physical body, which remains attached even when the astral body is projected into the astral dimension.
Why is it important to keep the mind blank during the daytime to facilitate astral projection?
-Keeping the mind blank during the day helps to prevent the chattering mind that keeps one asleep, which in turn increases the chances of being awake in the astral world during projection.
What role does the ego play in the physical world according to the script?
-In the physical world, the ego is in control of the body, mind, heart, and motor and sexual centers, keeping individuals in a state of 'sleep' or unawareness.
How can focusing on the heart aid in astral projection?
-Focusing on the heart and its beatings can help quiet the mind and maintain concentration, which is a technique used to resist the natural process of falling asleep and to initiate astral projection.
What is the purpose of meditating on a candle before sleep as a technique for astral projection?
-Meditating on a candle helps to quiet the chattering mind, which is an obstacle to astral projection, and prepares the individual to be more conscious during the astral projection.
What does the SOL technique stand for and how is it used in astral projection?
-The SOL technique stands for Subject, Object, and Location. It is a method used during the day to maintain awareness and prevent falling asleep or being 'asleep' in daily activities, which can aid in astral projection.
How can remembering dreams and keeping a dream diary be beneficial for astral projection?
-Remembering dreams and keeping a dream diary can help individuals analyze their subconscious and ego, which can provide insights and corrections needed for successful astral projection.
What is the mantra suggested in the script for remembering dreams?
-The mantra suggested for remembering dreams is 'raw ohm ohm', which is meant to be repeated to help recall dreams upon waking.
What is the significance of floating as an indication of successful astral projection?

🌌 Introduction to Astral Projection
The speaker introduces the topic of astral projection and its relation to the physical world, which is governed by 48 laws, such as Newton's law of attraction. They explain that astral projection involves entering a parallel dimension while maintaining conscious awareness. The speaker reassures that there is nothing to fear in the astral world, as it is connected to the physical body through an 'astral cord.' This process occurs naturally every night. The physical world is described as a state of sleep, controlled by the ego, while the astral world offers different experiences and laws, such as the ability to float or pass through walls. The speaker emphasizes the importance of training to achieve astral projection and suggests practices like maintaining a blank mind during the day to increase the chances of becoming conscious in the astral world.
🔮 Techniques for Astral Projection
The speaker shares personal techniques for astral projection, such as focusing on the heart's beating to avoid the mind's chatter that keeps one 'asleep' during the day. They describe the sensation of feeling electricity and a pull during the astral projection process and advise not to move during these sensations. The speaker also suggests meditating on a candle before sleep to quiet the mind, which is an obstacle to astral projection. They mention the 'soul key' technique, which involves remembering one's being (subject), focusing on the current task (object), and being aware of one's location to differentiate the physical from the astral world. The speaker advises taking a small jump to test if one has successfully entered the astral world, as floating would indicate this transition.
📔 Practical Advice for Astral World Exploration
The speaker provides practical advice for those interested in exploring the astral world. They recommend using a mantra, 'raw ohm,' to help remember dreams, which are important for understanding the ego and recognizing repeated mistakes. The speaker suggests keeping a dream diary to record these messages. They also offer to help analyze dreams and guide individuals through the astral projection process. Transcripts
welcome to my channel for the three
mountains today we are going to talk
about astral projection the afterworld
first of all we are going to focus on
this physical world
it's governed by it 48 laws so for
example one law is Newton's law every
object is attracted to earth
so we cannot float we cannot fly what is
in the astral we can now what is exactly
astral projection
what we trying to do is to enter the
parallel dimension
but awake with the consciousness awake
so I have two drawings here one of
somebody who is sleeping on a bed and
that person has entered the astral
dimension and is awake there is nothing
to fear about the astral world because
as you can see there is an abstract
chord that unites our astral body to the
physical one this is a natural process
that happens every night whether you
like it or not whether you are aware of
it or not the moment you fall asleep
your astral body comes out and is
attached to the body through the astral
court it is the same one as the one with
which we are born the this chord that is
cut as soon as we are born now in this
physical world we are asleep we live a
sleep and the ego is in control of our
body of our mind of our heart our motor
centered instinct and the sexual centers
now once we enter the astral world we
can see that this parallel dimension is
governed by
laws so we only have 40 24 laws so we
can float we can trespass a wall with
one thought of a place we are
transported there in order to achieve
entering the astral world awake we need
to train ourselves I'm now going to tell
you that it is easy but everybody can do
it and it's just a question of time and
training practice what I would like you
to do in your everyday lives when you
are awake during daytime is try to keep
your mind in blank try to cut the
chattering mind because the chattering
mind keeps you asleep
during the day so if you are asleep
during the day of course during the
night you will be asleep as well and
there won't be many chances for you to
wake up in the astral world now one of
the meek that has worked for me is to
use the concentration on the heart so
basically you go to sleep you are lying
on your bed but you don't really fall
asleep if you notice the process of
falling asleep you close your eyes and
the mind starts producing lots of
thoughts like you have a river of
thoughts and you just follow one of
those thoughts and then you are gone so
instead of doing this what you will try
to do when you are lying down on your
bed and you are about to go to sleep is
try to focus your mind pay attention to
the heart to the beatings of the heart
and try to follow them and do not let go
so the mind will try by all means to
drive you away from these you know
concentration but if you
stick to it then you will manage to
Astra project so basically you start by
listening to your heart try to you know
maybe you turn your head to one side
against the pillow so you can hear it
better and with your mind try to imagine
the heart first and of course the most
important thing is try to remain still
do not move your body at all so first
you will hear the beatings not so loud
then they will start becoming louder and
louder and at some point you will
imagine no you will not imagine actually
you will see the heart and then you will
feel a little an electricity running
through your body and at that point
please please do not move because the
astral projection is taking place so you
will feel an electricity running all
through your body and the next thing
that you will feel is a pull and then
you will be out of your body and into
your room into your own bedroom but in
the astral world the astral world is not
different from the physical world
actually it is exactly identical to the
physical world but there are different
laws so you will see yourself in your
bedroom and maybe you will think oh if I
have failed No once you are outside of
your body take a jump a small jump and
you will notice that you float if you
notice that then congratulations you are
in the astral and you are awake now
another technique to try to help you
enter to do astral projection is to do
meditation on a candle for 10 minutes
before going to sleep
this helps us to quiet this chattering
mind that does not help us at all
just the chattering mind is really an
obstacle for astral projection so if you
do that please remember to you know blow
the candle off before you really go to
sleep because it's dangerous to fall
asleep with you know with the burning
candle then the next thing the next
technique I'm going to show you is the
soil technique or the salt key this
technique was given by master Samael on
where and this technique you are meant
to use it during the day so soulkey
stands for subject object and location
as we tend to fall asleep or to be
asleep work asleep and live asleep Yahoo
during the day so he has shown us how to
try to use this salt technique as much
as we can during daytime
it stands for subject so from time to
time you should not forget your being
so this is me here the being so we must
not forget our being we must not
identify ourselves with people or events
outside you know in the outside world
for example if somebody comes and is
angry and shouts at us then we tend to
react and shout back yeah for example
then we have identified ourselves or for
example if we are watching a movie and
we see that two lovers are kissing each
other and crying and then this mood
passes to us and we start to cry too so
then we have identified ourselves with a
male lover or the female lover we must
not forget ourselves our being that's
why we take a distance
we say here I am yeah for example if we
are offered an alcoholic drink if we
identify ourselves with a drink then we
will end up drunk because we will lose
control of ourselves but if we keep our
distance yes we don't forget ourselves
then we will not fall into the danger
zone of drinking and falling asleep the
second one o stands for object object
means what am i doing yeah so life is
full of tasks you from the moment you
get up to the end of the day you have to
do things and those tasks require our
attention I do understand that you have
many tasks to accomplish but try to
prioritize so try to do them one by one
and the most important one the most
important one first and until that one
is not finished
do not start thinking of the next one
that you have to do yes so if you are
for example cleaning the kitchen
only cleaning the kitchen and put your
mind there take a look at things that
have to be done and just focus there and
do that but if you allow your mind to be
somewhere else then you are not in the
present moment and you are asleep yeah
so Martin attention must be on the task
that you are doing now or else you are
asleep during things and during hours
without realizing that you are asleep
and the last one is location location is
where am i yeah so basically from time
to time it is good that we take a look
around at the place where we are and ask
ourselves where am I am I really in the
physical or in the astral yeah because
the afterworld actually it's identical
to the physical world but the difference
is that
some weird things can happen you can see
weird things like you know a tap open
and overflowing all over the floor water
over everywhere and you're just you know
you are just looking and you know
realizing oh what's that you know you
need to try to see if everything is in
order in its own place and if you find
something weird then it is good that you
take take a jump a small jump and if you
float it means that you are in the
astral hmmm now and the last thing that
I am going to give you for you is that
when this mantra when you wake up in the
morning try to remember your dreams and
if you cannot then this mantra is
excellent for remembering our dreams it
will come as a flash into our minds when
we are doing the effort of remembering
the dreams the mantra is raw ohm ohm if
you try to repeat it several times the
dream should come back into your mind
and well I would advise you to try to
repeat it and remember your dreams every
morning when you wake up and try to keep
a dream diary next to your bed because
every dream has an important message
regarding your egos regarding what you
are doing wrong for example some people
get repeated dreams the same dream every
night all often they are showing the
person that he or she is doing something
wrong and making the same mistake so
keep a dream diary and I will talk about
dreams in another video I would like you
to leave your comments and if you do
have dream
then try to leave a comment if you want
help with you know with analyzing the
dream I can help you and I won't mind of
trying to guide you throughout but these
are the basic exercises for entering the
astral world I hope they are as useful
to you as they were to me as they are to
me still and good luck trying to uh sir
project and I'll see you in my next
video
