and today we have the ultimate guide for

Solstice of Heroes 2024 a brand new

event that has just gone live within

Destiny 2 showcasing everything you need

to know about this event including how

to acquire the weapons and those shiny

new armor sets because this year there's

actually a totally different method to

acquiring your Solstice armor sets

compared to every other year and so

let's get started now first off you want

to head to the Tower and talk to Eva

lante she is going to give you kind of

the starting uh things you need to begin

your Solstice 2024 journey and one of

those things she's going to give you is

the brand new Solstice Forge this is the

main item you're going to be interacting

with for the entirety of this event it's

kind of like the cookie baking oven for

the dawning so it's accessible within

your quest tab as you can see and when

you do open it up it's going to have

different armor sections so you're going

to start with helmets and gauntlets but

later on that's going to expand to all

of the different potential armor slots

and each of these slots has different

bounties available three of them and

these special bounties they are going to

be the key to unlocking your Solstice

armor set and understanding exactly how

these bounties work is key to getting

your armor efficiently

but before we get into that right off

the bat guys you want to just grab one

of the easier ones like the elemental

kills one and just get it done because

that's what the initial Quest from Evil

lante wants you to do and as soon as you

complete one of these bounties and talk

to evil lante you'll unlock all of the

rest of the slots right so you just want

to get that done as fast as possible

because you can only have for example

one helmet bounty on at a time but you

can have one of all the different slots

on at a times you can have a helmet

everything right so again you want to

just Spam through that first initial

Bounty super quickly so you unlock the

full all five different categories of

armor so then you can start really

farming so let's talk about these

bounties as you can see they come in

three different tiers there is silver

tier bounties now these are going to

cost one Silver Leaf and they're going

to be very easy just again it's usually

Elemental kills and then you get a bonus

for using a certain element of either

weapon or ability and importantly they

reward five alloy of their particular

category so if you grab a helmet Bounty

it's going to award helmet alloy this

again is going to be how you actually

get your armor once you get 100 alloy

then you can go and Forge your armor

piece but again we get back to the T TI

the green tier of bounties as you can

see they are going to cost two silver

leaves but they will reward 15 alloy now

these often can definitely take longer

like potentially even if you're really

grabbing uh these low tier bounties fast

enough for example you can use the

destiny companion app on your phone and

grab them from there just in orbit you

can spam through these uh lower tier

bounties even faster than the green tier

bounties the green tier bounties are

usually either producing orbs or

defeating targets with elements of a

certain ability but then you also have

as you can see the gold tier bounties

now these reward 50 Alloys so in terms

of efficiency if you can get these done

you're halfway to forging your armor set

like it is a huge chunk of alloy but

they always have much harder objectives

whereas the other bounties you can

complete anywhere like you can just go

in free roam kill enemies produce orbs

and spam them out so quickly these ones

you have to do either raid encounter

completions or dungeon encounter

completions or potentially Nightfall

either score or even doing a Grandmaster

Nightfall is an objective I've seen so

if you do have a team as you can see we

had the dungeon ones well we just went

into the very first encounter in

Prophecy dungeon it's actually a super

easy encounter like you will need a team

but if you can get one you can pound

these out with really not too much

difficulty again if you're picking

specifically super easy encounters and

then just completing them over and over

again so just keep that in mind but

another massive tip guys is that you

really want to prioritize bounties you

can complete at the same time so as you

can see here I had a situation where I

was able to grab the bounty for

producing orbs for like all of my

different armor slots so all I need to

do now is go forth and make as many orbs

as possible and I'm going to be

completing like four or five bounties at

the same time that is super efficient

and some massive tips for these orb

production ones because they are the

plus 15 ones and they're super common

first of all remember that it works

anywhere you can actually go into a

private match as you can see set the

super Regen to 50 times normal put on

something like a bubble if you're Titan

put on the crest of alpal lupy for more

or production and as you can see sit

there and spam the crap out of your

bubble over and over again for really

cheesy orb

production however keep in mind that all

of these orb bounties the bonus

objective that will make it go faster is

using a certain element of subclass or

Prismatic so if you have Prismatic

honestly I think it's even more

efficient to just go around somewhere

like the edz go to the different public

event zones and rally up on those flags

get a free super head to a nearby law

sector make sure to put the Power

preservation helmet armor mod on for

even more orb production and then simply

slay out on ads with a roaming super and

keep fast traveling rallying doing that

again and again and you will get these

bounties done in no time very

efficiently now importantly however

another massive important tip about the

bounties is that they do cost silver

leaves to purchase so if you're trying

to do them efficiently and you go

somewhere like shiroi for example as you

can see obviously super easy to slay out

on ads and get the bounties done here

but you're not going to be earning any

silver leaves to purchase more because

silver leaves are going to drop from

activity completions so when we are

farming the dungeon first encounter uh

for prophecy like luckily that also

gives us silver leaves so it is often a

good idea to specifically do maybe a

strike maybe a certain activity to get

those bounties done because you need the

silver leaves for completing it but

another one that's really easy is

actually public events that's right you

get silver leaves done for public events

so if you're doing the orb generation

Strat of just going around just stick

around and actually complete the public

events and then that will give you the

silver leaves enough to fund more Bounty

purchases now another very important

thing to know about these bounties is

that you can refresh them as you can see

for the cost of five silver leaves you

can completely refresh the three

available bounties for a certain slot

and just get another three this can be

useful if you're already locked in for

example let's say you're locked and you

have a team for a grandmas Nightfall

maybe it's worth refreshing a couple of

the other ones to try to find another

Grandmaster Nightfall or Nightfall

points Bounty so you can complete a

bunch of the gold ones at the same time

like I've had two of The Raid ones pop

up at the same time I grabbed two

Nightfall ones as well again like if you

can double up on those gold ones that's

going to be super super efficient but

keep in mind you might want to savior

silver leaves because if you complete

any one Bounty for for an a particular

armor slot it refreshes all of the

available bounties upon completion so

for example let's say you have a gold

Nightfall one and you're thinking oh

I'll do this with my friend when they

get on I'm just going to do this lower

tier silver Bounty while I wait you kind

of screwed yourself because as soon as

you complete that silver Bounty all

three of the again for example helmet

bounties will refresh and you might lose

that Nightfall Bounty you were maybe

saving so keep that in mind every single

time you grab and complete a bounty it

gives you three new ones every single

time but moving on from there guys once

you have eventually acquired 100 alloy

for a particular armor slot then as you

can see you can go into your Solstice

Forge and a new option is available to

click on in the right side and it's

called forging an Ingot for whatever

armor piece you completed now super

importantly super importantly guys you

might

not want to click this now why is that

well we are going to be going through

again in this video everything you need

to know for how to acquire the armor set

but we haven't really talked too much

about weapons and that's because the

weapons are actually really easy to

acquire uh but they're mainly going to

drop from bonfire bash which is the

seasonal activity for SCE of Heroes

right we're going to talk about some

bonfire tips in a sec but here's why I'm

talking about this now and here's why

I'm saying maybe don't click on forging

an in it what you need to do to forge an

armor piece is to complete a bonfire

bash but that means guys that before you

do any of the armor stuff you're only

ever going to get weapons Solstice

weapons to drop from bonfire bashes so

if you are not interested in getting the

armor done if you don't want to Farm

multiple copies of the armor and try to

get good stats for the armor it might

actually be worth not clicking not

getting the forging and Ingot Quest W

and so that way every time you do

bonfire bash you're only going to get

weapons so if you want to farm the god

rolls for the weapons first that is

actually going to be the most efficient

way to get them so you're not you know

now getting armor on top of the weapons

you're just getting the weapons way more

likely to actually get the god roll that

way but with that tip out of the way if

you do want to acquire your armor you're

going to get that forging Ingot Quest

again uh the actual Quest is just to

complete a bonfire bash and so once you

do that as you can see guys uh the quest

is going to complete and then I'm going

to open up my Solstice Forge interact

with that right hand item and boom it

will give me a Sublime armor piece for

whatever particular piece I am forging

in this case the sublime Helm again now

for future bonfire runs I have unlocked

the ability to get more Sublime Helms

and as you can see from a future run you

get a lot of them all right so keep that

in mind but you're actually not done yet

because as you can see if I go back into

my forge on that right hand option for

the helmet now I have the incandescent

helmet Quest importantly uh the

objective here is just to stoke the

bonfire but you can see in the bottom I

actually need more helmet all 50 more so

I will simply need to do even more of

these helmet

bounties however something very

important has actually changed with

these helmet bounties so after you forge

a particular armor piece you can

actually see right here the descriptions

of the rewards for these bounties now

have high stat armor as a reward so

every Bounty I do now for the helmet

after I've for fored it after I acquired

my first one well now I have a really

good chance to get a high stat Sublime

helmet as you can see uh right here in

the background gameplay so that is going

to be how you farm high stat Solstice

armor you just forge it all and then

keep doing the bounties to get more and

more drops but they're going to be

guaranteed high stat drops but in any

event once I do eventually acquire 50

more Essence at as you can see right

here I'm able to uh purchase this new

rightand column uh interactable Quest

and it's going to now give me the quest

to stoke the bonfire so I need to stoke

it 20 times let's talk a little bit

about bonfire bash here it's the new

activity for this uh new event and it's

just going to be roaming around this e a

area and killing a bunch of enemies

until eventually uh when you kill the

first wave the second wave has a mini

boss that drops these different like

items you can pick up the igniter now

these igniters do not have a long time

to pick up like you have just a few

seconds to grab them so a massive tip

guys is Chuck them like if you're the

only person there as you can see you can

Chuck them from across the map they

actually have a pretty good degree of

tracking and you can get all three back

to back if you're quick unfortunately

for a lot of these spawn points they're

going to like around the corner and you

can't really see where the bonfire is in

those situations going as a team so

everyone can pick up one or you know

just grabbing one trying to Chuck it

going back grabbing the other one to

guarantee you get it in is probably the

right move every once in a while you're

going to have taking enemy spawn you're

going to have to go and uh find out

where they're spawning there's going to

be an objective marker you kill them and

that will let you continually throw in

these igniters now importantly guys um

when you get to 30 igniters 30 of the

Stokes basically uh then the actual

activity will end so you have a long

timer and the timer will just end in a

boss will spawn and based on how much

you've stoked the bonfire your rewards

will be greater the more you stoke it

but again if you get all the way up to

30 that's the max then all the time

remaining will just be dropped and the

boss will spawn the boss is pretty darn

easy to kill as well so the 20 Stokes

really aren't bad and it doesn't even

just count you it counts your teammates

Stokes as well so you're going to get

this done pretty much the first bonfire

bash completion you do and then finally

once you get this done you're going to

click it and then interestingly you just

get it like there's actually nothing you

need to put on for your helmet as you

can see it just applies the glow for

your helmet now importantly if you're

doing this free to play you're always

going to get this white glow and then

the colored glows are going to be what

you purchase in eververse so just keep

that in mind guys but yeah that is going

to be the entire process everything you

need to know along with a bunch of tips

for acquiring the solstice armor as well

as the solstice weapons guys that is
