eat good for the most part I don't drink
soda I think that's a big plus all I

water I don't have too much sugar I'm
not a sugar guy I for some reason sugars
it's not really my weakness it's a lot
of people's weakness but I love fast
food I love fried food and I can't give
that up you know I mean I want my whole
life man I've always been like I want to
look good I want to like feel good I
wanna like eat better but I just [ __ ]
can't but I can't just like cut foods
out of my diet and I realize that I just
can't do that like I can make 70% of my
diet like good wholesome food but then I
want my [ __ ] you know I want my
McDonald's
I want my Burger King I want my Buffalo
Wild Wings I want those things I want my
goddamn pizza so the way I had to
compromise with that is okay I'm not
gonna lose weight if I keep eating junk
food but I don't want to give up junk
food coz I could [ __ ] die tomorrow and
if I die tomorrow I wasted my time
having a [ __ ] diet and diets don't
last you know I did a detox once like 3
years ago me and my mommy did a smoothie
diet
I cut 30 pounds in two weeks it was
crazy and that lasted like three months
I was healthy for like three months I
was literally only eating clean and then
I went to an event and I had like a
burger or something and it's been it's
been AIDS ever since I've been eating
non-stop bad food so I just I realized
that I can't do that but then I also
can't work out to work out it's like the
thing is I'll get on a good gym cycle
I'll be I'll be making gains okay I'll
be on there for like a month
and then if I fall off for three days
it's done bag goes in for two more
months it's like literally how I am and
I realized that so the only way I was
truly able to lose weight to be
healthier to like do all those things is
that I have just been playing so much
basketball like just so much basketball
and not even because like I don't do it
as a health thing that's the thing I
don't do it because I'm losing weight I
don't do it because like for the cardio
I don't do it for those reasons I do it
because I genuinely love it so much and
it's making me it's like killing two
birds with one stone it's literally like
that like I'll be tired as [ __ ] and I'll
still be shooting and then like okay
okay one more shot and then I'm done and
then I'll shoot it and I'll make it I
guess Ohio let's keep playing for like
another two hours that's literally what
happens I'm not going there trying to
burn so much weight it's just it just
happens because I'm so happy alone I
realize that is the only thing I really
can do is there's fine things I [ __ ]
love that also help me stay in shape and
that's kind of what really worked for me
that's kind of what has been helping me
lose so much weight that's what's helped
me made me feel good about myself
it's been such a really good experience
you know it is balling a lot then I'm
not saying you guys have to play
basketball like if you have any sports
that you like love just do the more it
is anything that kind of gets you out
there and then I feel like naturally it
makes you want to eat better for example
like yesterday night I had Buffalo Wild
Wings let me give you guys example I
went to the gym today
and I didn't enjoy the energy that I had
so now I'm gonna probably eat something
healthier throughout the day today
because I won't get energy tomorrow you
feel me so I'm not eating healthy to eat
healthy I'm eating healthy for
basketball that's literally why I'm
doing it but it's killing two birds in
one stone and it's not a hard schedule a
stick to if I fall off for three days
don't ball for three days I'm still
gonna want a ball you know what I mean
I'm not gonna fall off because I want to
do it but I want to go to the gym like I
want to I'm not like for any other
reason other than myself and I feel like
we should all do that like my mom for
example she's always like wanted like
something like she's always not okay I
wanna do diets I wanna go to the gym but
same thing meet her I'm the exact same
problems we both love food and we both
hate working out well like we don't have
to you don't either we don't have to we
don't want to let me tell you guys
something crazy that I did you can't
judge me on this so yeah

grade gym class is watching this and you

incredible because I used to get called
out for this all the time but I used to
be like nah like no way okay so I got a
bad ankle injury at one point in gym and
I [ __ ] hated gym back that because
our coach used to make us do crazy [ __ ]
and I actually get an ankle injury one
day and I told him I'm like yo look i'ma
set out today like my ankle hurts and
then I saw the next day and then I stood
up the next day and that's how the next
day cuz my ankle actually hurt though I
just kind of like stopped doing gym for
like three months

it hurt but I almost like faked it just
so I don't have to go to gym for like
three months and my coach always used to
call me out on it that's literally how
badly I didn't want to do gym super
embarrassing I know but I literally

quicker that way cuz think about you
didn't eat anything no carbs no nothing
you literally had nothing so what's your
body gonna burn what's going to use for
energy it's gonna use your fat for
energy so you know I mean and that was
like another way I lost a lot of fat
really quick so this is another tip so I
don't eat breakfast really I don't eat
til I come home from the gym I don't
have anything in the morning and I have
it for like three months I just wake up
go straight to the gym work out come
home shower start my day and it's such a
good
can feeling it's like every single day I
don't know why I wanted to make this

to make it because I don't know a lot of
people were asking and I feel like if
