diriwayatkan Beberapa kisah Seperti di

banyak ulama mengatakan bahwa
orang-orang itu berkeinginan memiliki
harta Tetapi dia berdusta dengan
berpura-pura menjadi fakir miskin dan
meminta-minta kepada orang lain Imam
Gazali radallahu Anhu berkata
bahwa banyak riwayat yang berisi
larangan untuk meminta-minta dan ancaman
yang cukup keras akibat perbuatan
demikian tetapi diantaranya ada juga
beberapa hadis yangenarkan
meminta-minta dapat disimpulkan bahwa
meminta-minta adalah haram Tetapi
keadaan terpaksa dan tidak ada upaya
lain yang bisa dilakukan maka
meminta-minta menjadi
Halal Haram Kara yang Mang dihamkan
yaitu dia berasang
Allah memberikan nikmat yang tidak cukup
seumpama seorang hamba yang
meminta-minta kepada orang lain karena

kedua dengan meminta-minta orang itu
menghinakan dirinya di hadapan makhluk
selain Allah padahal Jika dia
menghinakan diri dan merendahkan diri di
hadapan Allah subhanahu wa taala maka
itu adalah kemuliaan karena ada
kenikmatan tersendiri dalam menghinakan

mengapa Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi
Wasallam berkali-kali memberi peringatan
dan ancaman yang begitu kerat atas
perbuatan ini Rasulullah Sallallahu
Alaihi wasam bersabda Siapa yang meminta
dariku maka aku akan memberi kepadanya
dan siapa yang tidak meminta-minta
melainkan hanya kepada Allah subhanahu
wa taala maka Allah subhanahu wa taala
akan memberinya Kekayaan Aku lebih
menyukai orang yang tidak meminta-minta
kepadaku dibandingkan dengan orang yang
meminta-minta
kepadaku dalam hadis lain Rasulullah
Sallallahu Alaihi wasam bersabda

bagimu suatu ketika setelahrib Umar
radallahu anu melihat seorang pengemis
meminta kepada seseorang maka ia
menyuruh orang itu untuk memberinya

setelah itu sekali lagi umaradallahu anu
mendengar pengemis itu meminta-minta
maka umarallahu anu memanggil orang yang
telah Ia suruh untuk memberi makan
kepada
pengemis
kepada kepada pengemis lalu Berk aku
telah menyuruh kamu untukemberi makan
kepada pengemis tadi dia menjawab Saya
sudah memberi dia makan Umar radhiallahu
Anhu kemudian melihat kepada pengemis
itu dan dilihatnya ada sebungkus roti di
bawah ketiaknya Umar radallahu Anhu
berkata kepada pengemis itu kamu
bukanlah pengemis tetapi seorang
pedagang yaitu
pengemis bukan orang miskin dia
meminta-minta supaya dapat mengumpulkan
roti lalu menjual roti itu kepada orang
lain kemudian Umar Radiallahu anhu meras
semua roti yang ada di tangan pengemis
itu dan diberikannya kepada unta-unta
sedekah untuk dimakan
kemudian sambil memukul pengemis itu
dengan cemeti ia berkata Jangan ulangi
lagi perbuatan seperti ini Imam Gazali
radallahu Anhu berkata bahwa jika
sekiranya meminta-minta itu tidak haram
maka Umar radallahu anu tidak akan
memukul pengemis itu dan juga tidak akan
merampas roti daripadanya sebagian orang
menentang perbuatan Umar Radiallahu anhu
itu mereka berpendapat bahwa khalifahleh
