all these forms all these things that we
identify with all these things that we
perceive is of course a product of our
minds it's a product of our perception
so in this video I want to share with
you guys a lost ancient technique that
we use to access no Minds um before I
talk about the technique I would like to
explain something to you guys we need to
understand the connection our minds have
of our bodies you can basically Bally
say our brains is our bodies and all the
emotional tension all the tension that
goes on anxiety whatever it might be all
turbulence that goes on in the mind has
a adverse effect on the body you know so
that's why it's pivotal that you obtain
a peace of mind you obtain a Calm Mind a
powerful mind strong mind so your body
can in turn be strong healthy calm all
the other good stuff
so one of the things one of the things
that is quite apparent when you look at
people's bodies there is a lot of
muscular tension in different regions it
might be in their legs it might be in
their chest it might be in their neck
regardless a lot of people are
constantly with tension and they they
don't really relax themselves they don't
really know how to relax and a lot of
times it's the mind
that stops them from relaxing so this
technique it basically oblates the mind
you get a chance to see how it feels to
exist with no mind you actually become
enlightened so this is the technique and
this is just a precaution I want you to
do this technique in a place that is
safe stay away from sharp objects stay
away from anything that precarious
remember your mind will detach and I
don't want you hurting yourself but like
I said before your body is like a remote
control you orchestrate the flow of
energy in your body my Palms are
open the energy is open my Palms are
down the energy is basically closed you
know what I'm saying unless I open up
you know what I'm saying so basically
this is what I want you to
do we all know that the breath is
connected to the brain and I I I tend on
doing a video about breathing so look
out on that but basically our breathing
is directly connected to our brain and
our brain waves and our mind change the
way you breathe you instantly change
your mind so this is the technique I
want to give you a very simple movement
very simple movement you open up the
center you open up your psychic centers
in your body basically your chest your
throat and your higher chakras and you
you do this by basically doing this you
stand shoulder width apart and you you
basically just go
down like
that okay that's the movement I want you
to do you're basically moving down
here's the catch this is what I want you
to do now I want you to breathe
in and once you breathe in I want you to
hold it so this what I want you to do
you breathe
in hold it and go down hold that same
breath and go
down and keep holding it keep holding it
keep holding it go as low as you can go

holding it basically by staying in this
position you're basically commanding
your body to open up all the centers
that lead to your brain and so forth and
by you holding in that breath you're
basically pushing all of the channels of
energy to your higher chakras so that is
why it's pivotal that you holding your
breath as you do this motion and all you
have to do is wait for your body to
enter no mind and it's that simple try
it right now you holding your breath of
course I don't want to do it in this

just now you probably won't believe me

saying saying so try this technique out
holding your breath just wait for it
guys and it will happen you will enter
no mind and this is something that is
great for the body because once you shut
off your mind you actually get to relax

have fell down but I just decided to be

when you're in that position just let
your body do what it wants to do so you
might want to lay on a bed or anything
that you feel comfortable with but as
you stay in this
pose go as low as you can go holding
that breath and just wait and it will
happen it takes about 10 seconds 20
seconds 30 seconds and it kicks in all
