zone and I'm going to show you some of
my habits and perspective shifts that I
live by every single day that have been
massively improving my mental physical
spiritual emotional and even Financial
Health so you can get inspired to do
those things yourself because I
personally think you deserve the best
you know you only have one life and
we're only getting older so we only have
certain amount of time before we take
that Massive Action to better our future
and get the most out of this
existence and I I think personally when
you see someone else do something it
inspires you to take that action in your
own life rather than someone just giving
you a bunch of Life advice it's actually
like watching the person do those things
and how it impacts them in a lot of
different ways for me personally I've
struggled a lot in my life I've had a
rough childhood which caused a lot of
issues I've been addicted to social
media I've been addicted to playing
video games like I know what it's like
to struggle I've been depressed I've
been anxious I had social anxiety so I
know what you're going through it's not
easy being a human in today's society we
are constantly being over stimulated and
being told what to do what way you
should live your life there's just
abundance of information that is just
constantly contradicting to the point
where you don't know what path to take
and there's so much choice that it
becomes so overwhelming that the best
thing to do is just to procrastinate and
not do anything but today that changes
we're going to take small consistent
steps steps from today that over a long
amount of time is going to make you feel
so much better about yourself you're
going to feel so much more happy you're
going to have so much more abundance so
much more joy and peace in your life
because your future version is dependent
on you to make better choices to start
creating the reality that you're happy
in that you're enjoying living in rather
than just like waking up every single
day and living by same different

so habit of the day number whatever it

today I sat in journal my intentions
which is to focus on all the good things
that I have got going on in my life
rather than a in my mind to drift off
into negative and think like I don't
have all these things my life sucks my
life is not good enough I want to force
myself to open my perception on all the
things I get to do every single day
powerful tool to set yourself up for a
great day is Journal your intentions the
difference between intentions and
expectation is that if you don't meet
your expectations which most of the time
my expectations are way too high that
often leads to disappointment but
intention is basically being more
present with your Conscious Creation
you're constantly creating realities and
if you allow your focus to go in
autopilot and you start focusing on the
negatives in your life that's exactly
what your day is going to become so it's
important to set some intentions at the
start of the day to Simply know exactly
what is the goal today right you can
always make a day better by being
intentional so my question to you is
what is a great day for you what does a
great day look like and if you have a
bunch of things that you enjoy doing
then it's about focusing on doing more
of those things and less of the things
that are stealing your energy like
scrolling social media watching TV and
just doing a bunch of things that are
not serving the person you're trying to
become you always have to to deprive
yourself from some of the things that
are not serving you so you have more
energy and time and effort that you can
direct towards the things that are
actually giving you a lot of fulfillment
and joy and

content every single day is a great way
to put yourself in your comfort zone
because we all have fears of of judgment
and fears of rejection and we are all
afraid to be authentic when it comes to
being in front of the camera and
exposing ourselves to people that might
potentially reject us or judge us for
that whether you've been through high
school and maybe you were on popular kid
or maybe you got picked on by some
shitty kids like my example I was from a
different country when I moved here I
didn't speak the language I was
different people didn't accept me they
picked on me and essentially give me a
fear of judgment and rejection because
when that happens to you in your younger
childhood or in your high school
experience you learn to basically stay
invisible and not allow other people to
see you for who you are so being able to
do that every single day and exposing
myself I'm essentially teaching myself
that it's okay to be seen it's okay to
put myself out there and essentially
overcome those fears because the only
way you overcome the fear of judgment is
by being okay with being
judged the only way way you overcome the
fear of rejection is being okay with
being rejected that's that's how you
take away the power from those fears so
rather than staying invisible playing it
small force yourself to step out your
comfort zone and do things to be visible
teach yourself that it's okay like if
those people are going to judge you like
do you really care about that anyway
those people are not supposed to be in
your life you're looking for people who
are going to support you people who are
going to love you for just the way you
are you know so at some point you're
going to have to start accepting
yourself and understanding that it's
it's okay if people are judging you or
rejecting you for the way you are
because those people are not supposed to
be in your life you didn't get to you
didn't get to choose the way you look
you didn't get to choose the color of
your skin you didn't get to choose where
you're from so the fact those people are
judging you for things that are out of
your comfort zone that's shame on name
so accept yourself because we all have
imperfections we all have insecurities
we all have things that we want to
change about ourselves so rather living
in the mindset of body and life
dysmorphia start accepting yourself and
understanding those things are out of
your control so rather than like
resenting them start accepting them
because you deserve to be you at a full
authentic level

oh I freaking love summer nights it's
it's night time but it is still bright
so I want to extract some gratitude for
today it was definitely a very mediocre
boring stagnant day and you have to
learn to appreciate those days
because when it comes to working on
yourself staying off social media and
avoiding those High dopamine energetic
activities you're going to experience a
lot of boredom and mediocracy in your
day-to-day life so you have to learn to
embrace it and get comfortable with it
because that's also you stepping out of
your comfort zone being comfortable
being bored because all those little
habits that you're doing every single
day like journaling meditation working
out call shs being more mindful they add
up to massive amount of compound
interest change over a long amount of
time so you have to learn to trust the
process and not expect things like
instant results and instant
gratification that social media teaches
you to do okay so learn to be patient
learn to trust the process and
appreciate the boredom because if you
can appreciate being bored then you'll
always be happy life is not all about
highs and chasing dopamine and whatever
else life is about enjoying life and
sometime life is a little bit boring
Life's a little bit stagnant and that is
okay because as long as you're making
consistent changes every single day your
life is going to get better you are
going to get better because you deserve
to witness your fullest potential and
your fullest potential is sitting
waiting for you on the other side of
