l'échelle de combinaison l'échelle d'un

semaine et en fait ces trois volumes là
seront relatif l'un à l'autre plus les
combinaisons dans tes entraînements
seront longues volumineuses et plus le
travail sera au passage intense plus
cela raccourcira ta séance à l'opposé
moins le travail sera intense et
volumineux plus ta séance pourra
perdurer dans le temps et s'étendre
jusqu'à 2h et plus tu réduiras le temps
de travail de tes séances plus tes
entraînements pourront être fréquents

plus courtes souvent au sol pour
récupérer ma mobilité pour travailler
l'aspect technique qu'on retrouve dans
le onearm on stand la onearm planche et
les combinaisons au sol une journée où
je seraai fatigué à ce moment-là à mon
niveau je ne ferai peut-être même pas un
seul combo très volumineux du type xxx
et cetera je dirigerai probablement vers
quelques combinaisons courtes pour
directement enchaîner sur du travail
plutôt technique au sol oh et O et cette
adaptation de mon entraînement en
fonction de mon état de forme ressenti
me permettra également d'être le plus
régulier possible sur la semaine et
d'accumuler un volume d'entraînement le
plus conséquent possible à l'échelle
d'une semaine sans pour autant me
surfatiguer ou me mettre en danger à
l'échelle d'une journée une dernière
petite chose dans vos entraînements plus
vos exercices est combinés mais seront
volumineuses plus les temps de repos qui
ponctuent votre entraînement se devront
d'être longs et oui mon temps de repos
si je fais seulement 10 push-up ne sera
bien sûr pas le même que si je fais 12
push-up 12 Press et 12 secondes de hall
pour des exercices considéré comme court
à votre échelle votre temps de repos
devrait être équivalent à 2 3 voire 4
minutes pour des combinaisons très
longue poussé à l'échec on ira plutôt
chercher entre 4 5 6 voire 7 minutes et

que le temps de repos devrait être
progressif au fur et à mesure de
l'entraînement et oui même si tu fais
une combinaison courte si tu l'as fait à
la fin de ton entraînement et que tu es
déjà fatigué tu ne vas pas spammer avec
des intersections de seulement 2 minutes
entre chacun de tes exercices pour
