They promise 13 tips for improving delve runs, especially in tier 8 delves, and encourage viewers to subscribe for more content. The first tip is about enhancing Bran’s performance by upgrading and selecting the right curios for combat and utility, as these can significantly impact delve success.
🔥 Using Bran's Abilities Wisely
The focus is on Bran’s campfire ability, which can provide a 5% primary stat boost if utilized effectively. The speaker advises making sure to grab the buff when it appears, as it can significantly enhance performance during difficult pulls. They also highlight that not every enemy in delves needs to be killed and that objectives often provide more than enough opportunities, allowing players to avoid unnecessary fights.
🎯 Maximizing Utility in Delves
Here, the speaker emphasizes using utility skills like crowd control (CC) that often go unused in raids or dungeons. These abilities, such as fears, stuns, and silences, can make delves easier by allowing players to avoid or neutralize dangerous mobs. They encourage players to explore their talent trees and think creatively in challenging delve situations. Group play is also suggested as a viable alternative if soloing becomes too difficult.
🔄 Restarting Delve Runs and Adjusting Difficulty
This paragraph explains how players can reset delves to preserve Bountiful loot and retry after failures. It also suggests that dropping from tier 8 to tier 7 delves may be beneficial for players struggling with difficulty. hey folks this is Kanani delves have
changed quite a lot in such a short
amount of time things have been buffed
things have been nerfed and some
strategies that folks were using at the
start of the Season don't really hold up
too well anymore but all is not lost you
can still get your 603 and 610 gear from
tier 8 delves without too much extra
hassle we're going to go through 13
super useful tips and tricks that can
help make your delve run smoother and
more reliable to help you clear the
those tier eight delves and Beyond now
before we jump in be sure to hit up that
like button and subscribe so you never
miss another video one of the best ways
you can boost Brand's overall power and
Effectiveness besides leveling him up is
to collect upgrade and swap around your
equipped curios you can equip one combat
curio and one utility curio and these
can actually make a huge difference some
of these curios are just really bad and
not worth using at all some of them can
even make your dels harder or get in the
way or just kill bran every pole which
isn't ideal so play around with them
maybe think about what you've been
struggling with the most and pick a
curio that would help with that
specifically if you're looking for some
general advice some of the best ones I
found are the porcelain Arrowhead Idol
this one increases the chance to crit
mobs when it procs which is just a huge
chunk of extra damage that can help you
kill stuff really quickly if you're
dying a lot the unbreakable iron Idol
can be a good pickup too it will spawn
and taunt every everything when you drop
to low Health giving you some time to
either finish off the pack or heal
yourself up a bit if you're struggling
with a specific pack you can also just
wait for this to come off cool down to
give yourself better chances of success
and then for utility the Amorphis Relic
is really strong this one either
increases your max Health damage and
healing or increases your movement speed
and haste it's a big damage buff no
matter what and can give you the extra
Health you need to survive or the extra
speed you need to kite there's no
downsides here only sweet Buffs to enjoy
you can get more relics by completing
delves they're found inside the chests
at the end something else that you
should keep in mind is that taking bran
as DPS all the time might not
necessarily be the best option anymore
doing a bit more damage doesn't really
mean that much if you are dying in 10
seconds opting for brand to go healing
might give you enough leeway to actually
kill the trash packs instead of it being
a race of trying to kill the trash
before it kills you healing lets you
play a bit slower and safer so it's
definitely worth considering if you're
struggling through your delves this
option is even more important now due to
some of the most recent bug fixes
apparently bran was bugged and could
have massively increased damage in
health allowing him to carry your delve
entirely by himself that bug has
apparently been fixed so if your brand
suddenly feels less powerful and seems
to die more often that's actually
intended that's the bug getting fixed
but in addition to that bug being
addressed Bran's damage and healing was
buffed up by
125% that's not enough damage to make up
for those huge bugs but buffing his
healing as well makes that option more
viable so at the very least bran will be
more reliable now but this does leave
his potential damage quite a bit lower
than before but his healing is now
basically twice as good so if you
haven't played with bran as a Healer
recently maybe give it a try it may make
your run smoother and allow you to pull
a bit more or let you take down a boss
that was killing you too fast previously
if bran isn't going to be pumping those
damage numbers like he was before well
at least he can keep you alive much
better now personally I actually prefer
to run with bran as a Healer when I go
into solo delves now the real trick here
seems to be staggering the potion
pickups Bran's main heal is a red potion
he throws on the floor he'll throw three
at a time and it's not just an instant
heal when you pick it up it's also a
decently long heal of a Time effect that
Stacks up so if you pick up one potion
then wait a little bit pick up the next
potion wait a bit then pick up the third
potion you'll spread that healing out
further and you should be able to stay
alive much longer if you spread your
potions out enough you can even keep
your Stacks when the next round of
potions comes out so if you play this
perfectly you can run around with a
massive heal overtime effect and become
almost invincible so if you're
struggling after the changes try bran as
a Healer it's also very important to
remember that you can swap things up
halfway through you can change anything
related to Brand the checkpoints found
about halfway through each delve so if
you want to swap him from DPS to heal to
try and survive through a boss fight for
longer or swap him back to DPS to try
and nuke down an annoying pack you can
do that if your curios don't seem to be
helping or you want the taunt one or
some more damage or some more healing
change things up don't bash your head
against a wall without trying to change
things up at least a little bit the
checkpoint gives you that opt option so
make good use of it I've also seen some
folks mocking bran for popping down his
campfire whenever he needs a little
break but you actually want Bran's
campfire to go down sometimes I always
try to finish the first pull of a delve
on decently low health so the campfire
comes out if you eat at the campfire for
long enough you'll get a 5% primary stat
boost that Stacks with all other food
Buffs 5% primary stat is a significant
buff and could make the difference
between a close pull and being able to
destroy your foes so whenever that
campfire goes down make sure you grab
the buff or renew it it only lasts for
10 minutes so you may have to renew it
at least once during your delve run now
something that may seem kind of obvious
is that you don't have to kill
everything in your delve runs I run a
couple of pugs where they pull
everything in sight and sure you can
kill everything but you don't always
have to there are a lot of delves where
you can zoom through by killing very few
packs which not only make your delve
much faster there but it's also just
much easier the same thing goes for
objectives usually there are more
available objectives than what you
actually need to do so if you need to
kill five things there are usually seven
or eight of them if you need to collect
six things you'll usually have about
nine scattered around the place so take
a peek at how many objectives you need
and how many are available to you you
might not need that one surrounded by
Angry Elites and monsters you could just
finish off your run with a nice easy
single mob that won't send you into a
crazy Panic as brand runs off and leaves
you to your sad fate the next one might
also seem obvious but I'm going to throw
it in here for the folks who may be a
little rusty delves are the perfect
place to whip out that utility you never
get to use in dungeons or raids I'm
talking every kind of CC you have fears
stuns slows Roots blinds knockbacks
knockups silences dispels all of it dig
through your talents for anything that
could help most raid builds or even
dungeon builds from places like Wowhead
often don't include a lot of Niche
utility options because you don't really
get a chance to use them in those
situations but almost anything goes in
delves priests can mind control or
dominate mind and they can use mind
sooth to skip packs super easily Mages
can use invis to skip trash packs or
drop aggro Hunters can charge through
packs of monsters with turtle and Fain
death on the other side there's a lot of
extra utility hiding in your talent
trees so don't just pull a group and
face tank them for the entire time be
tricky be sneaky use every tool at your
disposal who knows struggling through
dels might just make everyone a much
better player at their class and spec
because we have to think outside of the
box for once now even with all of the
recent tuning and changes playing in a
group is still a viable option you don't
have to struggle through by yourself
bran can't carry a delve by himself
anymore so you're probably going to have
a harder time solo when compared to the
start of the Season he Liv seem to get
the short end of the stick here because
while healing brand might be a better
option now that doesn't really help you
out if you're wanting to roll as a
Healer yourself I guess you could double
heal and never die but that would take a
very long time I know a lot of folks are
still grouping bya the group find a tool
so if you're struggling to finish your
Del solo it might be worth popping into
a group to see if that's any better
right now group delves do seem to take a
little bit longer because everything has
a lot of Health but it might still be
the safer option for some folks
personally I think duoing as a tank in
DPS or as a Healer in DPS is the best
middle ground right now that's how
nadara and I have been doing our Dells
and they've been pretty smooth overall
so if you're really struggling groups
are still an option now something that I
don't think a lot of folks seem to know
is that you can restart your delve run
if you finish a bountiful delve you've
probably noticed that the delve is no
longer Bountiful you can only do them
once per day after that it's just a
normal delve until the daily reset comes
around and makes four New delves
Bountiful but you can back out of a
delve if you haven't finished it yet
reset the instance and it will still be
bountiful so if you run out a live so
there's a really nasty zeia pack you
can't avoid and can't seem to kill you
can reset your delve to try again all
you have to do is run outside rightclick
your portrait reset all instances and
head back in it's like it never happened
and the delve will still have all of its
wonderful Bountiful loot waiting for you
at the end and if tier eight is still
proving to be too difficult despite all
of these other tips you can knock it
down to tier 7 and not lose too much in
terms of rewards the delve will be quite
a bit easier when compared to tier eight
so you may be able to push through the
stuff that was killing you on tier eight
but I know you're probably worried about
the rewards and losing out on the maxed
out tier eight gear tier eight delves
drop item level 603 gear which is three
of eight on the champion upgrade track
tier 7 delves drop that down to 950
seven gear so you do lose six item
levels but the loot is still on the
champion upgrade track it drops as one
of eight Champion so the upgrade
potential between these two drops is the
exact same they can both go up to a
ofate champion and item level 619 the
only difference is you're going to have
to spend some more carved crests and
some more Valor stones to get those tier
7 or 597 rewards upgraded to the same
level so this is going to be up to you
and how hard the tier eight dels
currently are for you if tier tier 7 is
easier and you have plenty of spare
crests for the extra upgrades running
the lower tier Del might not be such a
bad idea this next one is a little
specific but it could make all the
difference in some of your delve runs
there are quite a few delves which are
underwater and you may have found
yourself fall victim to the good old
underwater breath boss you're supposed
to gather the air bubbles to keep your
breath bar up but there's a much easier
way to just remove the entire mechanic
there are various ways to breathe
underwater one of the cheaper options
right now in the auction house are the
draic water breathing potions they last
for an hour so you can clear your delve
easily in that time and you won't have
to worry about your breath at all pretty
much any way to breathe underwater will
work here so if you find another
consumable or you have the fishing rods
that Grant underwater breathing or if
there's a friendly warlock outside the
delve you can get the underwater
breathing buff instead there are plenty
of ways to remove that particular
mechanic from the underwater delves if
those potions are too expensive you can
Al pop down to Taris and buy up some
good old nog and foger elixir you can
spend a couple of gold for a whole bunch
of this stuff and there's a chance when
Ed to turn you into a skeleton which
grants underwater breathing it only
lasts for 10 minutes so you might have
to use a few for each delve depending on
how fast you're going but it is a very
cheap underwater breathing option you
may have forgotten about another very
useful tip is to look out for the
Gathering notes in delves even if you
don't have the Gathering professions
yourself bran will mine he can herb but
can even fish in spots like Bridges or
just anywhere near water so you can walk
away with some extra materials that you
can pop up on the auction house for an
extra few gold but bran will only gather
this stuff if you run him pretty close
so keep your eyes peeled for some
Gathering nodes and bran will give you
some free mats that you can sell you
also have a chance to get some rare
materials when bran gathers including
the profaned Tinder boxes this is one of
the methods people have been using to
farm them and with them selling for a
very pretty penny you could potenti make
some good gold out of Dells as well but
only if you keep an eye out for those
Gathering nodes and take brand over to
them so you can get some free materials
now as folks are starting to run out of
their saved up Coffer keys I think it's
also important to note that it can still
be worth running the Bountiful Dells
each day even if you don't have a relic
Coffer key to open the special chest at
the end the normal Bountiful delve
chests have a chance to contain one of
the delve maps that guarantee you 610
loot in your next delve run and you
don't need a key to get that chest or to
open it so it's totally worth doing them
even if you can't open the lock chest at
the end due to running out of Coffer
Keys Maps do seem to be very RNG based
though some folks have managed to get
their hands on five or more this past
week While others still haven't seen a
single one so keep trying you'll get
your Maps eventually and then you can
look forward to that 610 gear bran will
also continue to earn massive chunks of
experience for every Bountiful Del you
complete so he'll get some extra levels
more Stacks ofies Buffs and he'll be
able to help you out more in the future
future which should make your dels
easier and easier as he continues to
level up so even if you don't get any
loot or Maps leveling bran will always
be worth it if you want to go even
further than that some players have even
been farming regular delves just for the
chance for Zia to spawn zackia can drop
gear radiant Echoes and maps and it
seems like there's no limit on how many
times you can see them so they should
have a chance to spawn in any delves you
do so if you have a bunch of time you
can Farm zeia endlessly as well now the
last tip I have for you is that you can
actually get more than four Keys per
week you probably know about the four
restored Coffer keys from the weekly
cashes and events but you can also
combine key shards together to get even
more keys to get even more loot from
dels there are two main sources of these
key shards the first is just random
World quests sometimes A world quest
will offer you 25 key shards for
completing it so keep your eyes on your
world quests I check the world quest
every day when I log in just to make
sure nothing is sneaking by and I'll
complete any that reward the key shards
for every four World quests you complete
you'll get an extra key to use in your
Dells the other source comes from your
radiant Echoes which you'll be
collecting from Bountiful delves in the
Coffer chests you get one radiant Echo
per chest you unlock so one Echo per key
spent essentially you can use radiant
Echoes to power the world Soul events
that you'll be able to see on your map
when you have radiant echoes in your bag
to start the event you can spend one
echo or five Echoes to get five times
the rewards so usually it's a good idea
to do the five times Echoes it's the
same thing as doing it five times with a
single Echo but instead of spending 25
minutes killing random stuff it's just 5
minutes all you have to do is kill as
much stuff as you can in the 5 minutes
given to you everything you kill
increases your score at the top of your
screen and the higher your score the
more key shards and Valor Stones you're
going to get the rewards seem to cap out
at about 400 Valor stones and 225 key
shards when spending five echoes so if
you can get your score high enough
you'll get two more keys to run your
Dells so for every five Bountiful Dells
you run and every five Echoes you get
you can get another two keys which means
our weekly key earnings should be around
seven per week if you do everything on
offer I would also recommend you do the
radiant Echoes events in a group if you
can maybe drag a couple of guildies in
or rope in some friends or just create a
group in the group finder you share your
score across your group so the more
people you have the higher score you're
going to get things can get a bit weird
sometimes if you do this in a raid I've
seen some folks say their rewards were
bugged and they got a lot less than they
expected so I personally stick to
parties of five as the max you might not
get as high a score as a raid but the
rewards seem to cap out pretty quickly
anyway so I don't think the raid really
offers much and raids are always a bit
weird with this kind of thing making a
raid or party will be up to you though
but that's all the tips and tricks we
have to make your dels more Bountiful
and more comfortable as you work on
clearing through those tier eight delves
and collecting all of that wonderful
loot how do you feel about the delve
system with all of these changes in
place and are there any tips you would
give your fellow players to help them
out in a pinch leave all your thoughts
