उनको एक लीड जानकारी दी जा रही है लोगों

के उनके काम की तो ऐसी बहुत सारी महिलाओं

का योगदान है कि वह चौधरी बीसवीं सदी की

भारतीय महिला बहुत ही वैज्ञानिक थी

जिन्होंने होमी जहांगीर भाभा विक्रम

साराभाई से लेकर नोबेल पुरस्कार परिचय कि

भौतिक शास्त्री पीएम एस ब्लैक कैट के साथ

काम किया वह एम जी के मेनन के नेतृत्व में

कोलार गोल्ड फील्ड में प्रोटीन का परीक्षण

मेथी शामिल रहे हैं तो अ कादंबिनी गांगुली

भारत की पहली महिला स्नातक और पहली महिला

अधिवेशन थी 1886 में कंपनी देश के पहले

महिला डॉक्टर बनी थी यही नहीं भारतीय

राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के अधिवेशन ने सबसे

पहले भाषण देने वाली महिला का गौरव हि

कादंबिनी गांगुली को ही प्राप्त है डॉक्टर

कादंबिनी गांगुली पहली दक्षिण एशियाई

महिला थी जिन्होंने यूरोपीयन मेडिसिन में

प्रशिक्षण लिया था उन्होंने कोयला खदानों

में काम करने वाली महिलाओं की लचर स्थिति

पर भी काफी कार्य किया डॉक्टर राजेश्वरी

चटर चाहिए इस भारतीय वैज्ञानिक और

शिक्षिका थी वह कर्नाटक से पहली महिला एक

जूनियर भी रही डॉक्टर राजेश्वरी चटर्जी ने

माइक्रोवेव इंजीनियरिंग और एंटीना एंकरिंग

वर्कशॉप में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया जब

कभी बीज गणित का जिक्र होता है तो डॉक्टर

रावण परिमाला का नाम जरूर आता है रमण

परिमाला ने बीजगणित में बड़ा योगदान दिया

है गणित के क्षेत्र में योगदान के लिए

उन्हें 2005 में दखल एकेडमी ऑफ साइंसेज

पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है कमल

किरण देवी ने बायोमेडिकल रिसर्च के

क्षेत्र में काफी काम किया है कंकड़ देवी

ने ही सबसे पहले स्तन के अनुसार और

अनुवांशिकता में संबंध के बारे में बताया

था उन्होंने शुरुआती दौर में के अवसर पर

कई शोध किए उनके अभूतपूर्व काम के वजह से

ही भारत सरकार ने उन्हें चिकित्सा विज्ञान

के क्षेत्र में 1982 में पद्म विभूषण से

नवाजा था डॉ दर्शन रंगनाथन की प्रसिद्ध

अकार्बनिक रसायन लगी थी जो उन्होंने जैविक

रसायन विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में काफी काम

किया इसमें प्रोटीन के क्षेत्रों में किया

गया महत्वपूर्ण काम शामिल है अच्छी तरह

डाक्टर अन्ना मणि एक प्रमुख भारतीय मौसम

वैज्ञानिक थी उन्होंने भारत में मौसम से

जुड़े उपकरणों के डिजाइन और निर्माण में

आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए कार्यक्रम का

विकास किया है इन महिला वैज्ञानिकों ने

अपने अविष्कार और खुद से ना केवल देश का

मान-सम्मान बढ़ाया बल्कि विज्ञान के

अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में शोध को एक नई दिशा

वैज्ञानिकों से जिनकी बुद्धि मेहनत और

निष्ठा के बल पार्थ भारत ने अंतरिक्ष में

भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन यानी इसरो

की महिला वैज्ञानिकों ने अपने काम से न

केवल अंतरिक्ष की दुनिया में नई ऊंचाइयों

को छुआ है बल्कि अपनी उपलब्धियों से पूरी

दुनिया में भारत का मान-सम्मान बढ़ाया है

और सफलता की एक नई इबारत लिखी थी

मैं अपने पहले प्रयास में भारत के मंगलयान

यानि मार्स ऑर्बिटर मिशन के सफलतापूर्वक

मंगल ग्रह पर बीच कर भारतीय महिला

वैज्ञानिकों ने यह जता दिया कि वह किसी से

कम नहीं है इन महिला वैज्ञानिक मिला माता

है मुख्य वक्ता का जो भारत के दूसरे

चंद्रयान मिशन की प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर थी

इस रो में इस स्तर का काम करने वाली वह

पहली महिला वैज्ञानिक थी प्रोजेक्ट

डायरेक्टर पूरे प्रोजेक्ट की सबसे बड़ी

अथॉरिटी होता है इससे पहले वह चंद्रयान-1

के अलग-अलग पहलुओं उसमें आने वाले डाटा का

विश्लेषण करती थी बाद में उन्हें

चंद्रयान-2 की लॉन्चिंग से लेकर उसके

कंप्लीशन तक का जिम्मा दिया गया साइंस

जनरल नेचर ने मदर या वनिता को 2019 के

सबसे प्रॉमिसिंग साइंटिस्ट की सूची में

शामिल किया है ऋतु कर इधर ने चंद्रयान-2

में मिशन डायरेक्टर का जिम्मा संभाला था

इससे पहले वे संख्या-11 के में हुए दीप्ति

ऑपरेशन डायरेक्टर के तौर पर काम कर चुकी

है उन्हें 2007 में उन्हें इसरो का यंग

साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड मिल चुका है यह हमारे

लिए गर्व की बात है जैसे ऋतु करिदार तो यह

अनुराधा टीके ने भी मार्स मिशन में काफी

महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई फिलहाल निवेशकों

की सतत लाइट सेंटर में Jio सेट प्रोग्राम

डायरेक्टर के रूप में काम कर रही है

उन्होंने डिसाइड ऑयल और जीसैट-10 की

लॉन्चिंग में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है

कि महिला वैज्ञानिकों में नंदिनी हरिनाथ

इस रॉकेट साइंटिस्ट है और वे रुके बंगलुरू

स्थित सेटेलाइट सेंटर में काम करते हैं

नंदनी हरिदास ने मार्स ऑर्बिटर मिशन यानी

मंगल यान वे डिप्रेशन डायरेक्टर के रूप

में काम किया था

इसरो के सिस्टम इंजीनियर मीनल संपत बिना

खिड़की वाले कमरे में लगातार दो साल तक

देश की महत्वाकांक्षी अंतरिक्ष परियोजनाओं

को पूरा करने में लगी रही उन्होंने

परियोजनाओं को तेजी से पूरा करने के लिए

एक दिन में 18 18 घंटे तक काम किया मीनल

संपत ने मंगल मिशन में एक सिस्टम इंजीनियर

के तौर पर अपना योगदान दिया है कि

वैज्ञानिक मोनिका दत्ता ने मंगल परियोजना

में मीथेन सेंसर के लिए परियोजना के आयोजक

के तौर पर काम किया मौमिता और फिकल

प्रणाली के विकास और सूचक के लक्षण वर्णन

के लिए जिम्मेदार थी

वैज्ञानिक डॉक्टर सीता सोमासुंदरम ने भी

मिशन मंगलयान में काफी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान

दिया डॉक्टर सीता और उनकी टीम को यह

जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी पेलोड में 400 मिलियन

किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करने के बाद लाल ग्रह

की परिक्रमा करने को सुनिश्चित करें इसके

लिए उन्हें ज़मीन पर काफी कड़ी मेहनत करनी

पड़ी डॉ मंजू शर्मा कर्मपाल मंजू शर्मा जो

पद्मभूषण है और उनको डीबीटी व सेक्रेटरी

फॉर्मर सेक्रेट्री रे मुनिया और वह पहली

महिला वैज्ञानिक थी जो नेशनल एकेडमी ऑफ

साइंसेस एक ऐसी एकेडमी है जो दूध हमारे

देश में सारी साइंस को रिप्रेजेंट करती है

तो एक पहली महिला वैज्ञानिक जूस में

प्रेसिडेंट बनी तो उनका संयोग बन रहा है

और ना केवल साइंस में उनका योगदान रहा है

साइंस को बढ़ावा देने में और वह भी

महिलाओं को पुरुष योगदान को बढ़ावा देने

में उनका बहुत योगदान रहा है केरल में

जन्मी तथा अमरीका यह आर 1988 में विक्रम

साराभाई स्पेस सेंटर से जुड़ी और अब इस रो

में कार्यरत है इस वक्त 2022 में लॉन्च

होने वाली घड़ियां मिशन की ज़िम्मेदारी

तथा विकास को सौंपी गई है तथा अमरीका की

विशेषता एडवांस लांचर टेक्नोलॉजिज में है

इस रोमिंग उपग्रह प्रोजेक्ट की महिला

निर्देशक बनने का मौका दूसरी बार जिस मचा

भारत के पहले स्वदेशी राडार इमेजिंग

उपग्रह रिसैट-1 की लॉजिक का श्रेय उन्हें

जाता है इसरो के दिग्गज वैज्ञानिकों की

के सदस्य हैं जो पर ग्रहों को मॉनिटर करती

है महिलाएं जब काम करती है तो शुरू से ऐसा

कहा जाता था कि उन पर डबल बटन होता है

क्योंकि उनको घर के कामों में भी अपना

पूरा योगदान देना पड़ता है और जो वह भी जो

भी कार्य करती हैं चाहे वह साइंस का हो या

कोई और कार्य को तो उसमें भी योगदान देना

पड़ता है तो कुछ चेंजेस तो आते हैं बट

जैसे-जैसे समय बदल रहा है चेंजेस भी चेंज

हो रहे हैं तो मेरा मानना यह है कि अगर

महिलाएं था नहीं उनको कोई कार्य करना है

तो कोई ऐसा चैलेंज नहीं है जिसको वह पार

नहीं कर सकती और हर तरीके का हमारा जो

प्रोत्साहन है जो मैं कह सकती हूं

गवर्नमेंट जो बहुत तरीके के प्रोत्साहन दे

रही है वह सारे उन चैलेंज से ऊपर चला जाता

है इस रोग से धोकर अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष

एजेंसी नासा तक भारतीय महिलाओं ने अपने

हुनर का लोहा मनवाया है भारतीय अंतरिक्ष

अनुसंधान संगठन यानी इसरो की महिला

वैज्ञानिकों ने एक से बढ़कर एक अंतरिक्ष

मिशन को सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम देकर दुनिया को

अचंभित कर दिया था

कि आनंदीबाई जोशी भारत की पहली महिला थी

जिन्होंने विदेश में डॉक्टर की डिग्री

हासिल की उन्होंने पेंसिलवानिया के महिला

लौटने के बाद उन्होंने मेडिकल साइंस और

स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में काफी काम किया

कि डॉक्टर इंदिरा हिंदुजा ने कहा कि पांच

महिलाओं की गोद भरने में मदद की है साल

1984 में भारत के पहले टेस्ट ट्यूब बच्चा

ज्ञान मत इंटरफैलोपियन ट्रांस्फर राजधानी

दक्षिण गंगोत्री की स्थापना की जो भारत का

अंटार्कटिका में पहला स्टेशन है भारतीय

अंटार्कटिका कार्यक्रम में उनके योगदान के

लिए डॉ पंत को उनके तीन सहयोगियों के साथ

अंटार्कटिका पुरस्कार दिया गया

बाल टेक्नोलॉजी में अपने योगदान के चलते

किरण मजूमदार शॉ विज्ञान की दुनिया में

किसी पहचान की मोहताज नहीं है जैव

करने वाली किरण मजूमदार ने मधुमेह कैंसर

और आप प्रतिरोधी बीमारियों पर शोध के साथ

से एक-एक रथ जैविक दवा कंपनी बनाए 2010

में अमेरिका की महत्वपूर्ण पत्रकार साईं

दुनिया की 100 प्रभावशाली लोगों में किरण

को जगह दी थी 2014 में फ्यूचर मैगजीन में

किरण को एशिया पैसिफिक में सबसे

प्रभावशाली महिला करार दिया गया था

भारतीय महिला वैज्ञानिकों ने केवल विज्ञान

और चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में ही मुकाम

हासिल नहीं किया है बल्कि गणित अंतरिक्ष

और खगोल शास्त्र में भी शानदार उपलब्धियां

हासिल की

अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में शानदार काम करने

वाली और भारत की मिसाइल महिला और

अग्निपुत्री नाम से जाने जाने वाली कृषि

थामस ने डीआरडीओ यानी डिफेंस रिसर्च एंड

डेवलपमेंट ऑर्गेनाइजेशन में अपने शानदार

काम से सबका ध्यान खींचा भारत की

कल्पना चावला को अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी
