adendum 2019 itu atas perubahan tiga
tiga perubahan yang pertama gudang
Handak kemudian lokasi TSF dan mulut
tambang nah ketika itu di komisi penilai
AMDAL pusat dan juga sekber sekber lewat
teman-teman Bakung suaidi dan juga kami
terasa memberikan masukan-masukan sampai
akhir 2020 bahkan sampai April 2021 itu
kan tidak ada mendapatkan persetujuan
apapun dari klhk baik persetujuan Apakah
itu layak atau tidak layak sekitar tahun
2021 dpm kembali mengajukan revisi atas
Adenium AMDAL tahun 2019 gitu dan
disidangkan pada tanggal 27 mei 2021
yang lalu Paskah mereka melakukan sidang
kemudian KPA memutuskan untuk memberikan
waktu 30 hari kepada dp-mu untuk
memperbaiki adendum itu dan sampai hari
ini kita tidak mendapatkan apa dokumen
revisi atau apa gitu dan sampai hari ini
dpm sendiri juga belum ya belum
mendapatkan izin lingkungan Apakah layak

Kita menyayangkan sebenarnya ketika Cina
sudah
menerapkan
yaitu atau keamanan Bendungan tapi
ternyata itu hanya berlaku di
domestiknya di dalam negerinya tapi
tidak berlaku di Indonesia
kita berharap kebijakan itu ya berlaku
juga di di luar dari Cina sehingga
indikasi
risiko bencana yang selalu kita Suarakan
Akibat keberadaan PT DPL itu harusnya
ditindaklanjuti dan harus
diusut sesuai dengan panduan-panduan
yang ada di
pemerintahan Cina tersebut secara khusus
misalnya pemerintah Cina bisa
menghentikan pendanaan
[Musik]
perusahaan tambang ini hadir sejak
1998 diberikan kontrak karya tapi sampai
mereka kemudian
beraktivitas membangun infrastruktur
tidak banyak informasi yang kami tahu
sangat penting informasi itu bagi kami
karena mereka hadir di ruang hidup kami
di kampung kami
apalagi kami tahu ini resmi informasi
dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana bahwa
Kampung kami ini daerah kami ini
merupakan
patahan gempa
Apakah ada jaminan bagi kami untuk hidup
kami tidak terancam kan tidak ada
terkait air sumber air kami bener-bener
di situ sumber air dari hanya berjarak
kurang lebih 200 meter dari pintu portal
sumber air itu mengairi memberi suplai
air untuk kebutuhan di 8 desa
sumber air yang kita temukan memang di
lapangan yang paling sangat terpengaruh
itu adalah sumber air di desa longkotan
itu yang disebut dengan masyarakat
dari aktivitas tambang
kurang lebih jarak antara pusat
aktivitas tambang dengan sumber air leh
pucuk itu 270 meter
dan sangat khawatirkan hasil dari
pilihan kita menyimpulkan bahwasanya
dengan aktivitas tambang ini akan air
itu berpotensi tercemar karena melihat
dekatnya aktivitas tambang dengan sumber
air dan juga
akses yang terbatas masyarakat
2021
permohonan kami ini di sidang dan di 20
Januari 2022 permohonan kami dikabulkan
dimenangkan oleh komisi informasi pusat
Tapi sayangnya pihak Kementerian SDM
belum juga memberikan permohonan dan
saat ini mereka malah mengajukan banding
ke PTUN
tidak adanya sampai hari ini izin
lingkungan masukkan-masukan masyarakat
dan ahli independen dan juga komplain
masyarakat atas petisi yang kita ambil
sebanyak 2200 tanda tangan itu cukup
efektif gitu ya kalau kita mau bilang
itu cukup efektif untuk mengulur paling
tidak mengeluh izin lingkungan itu gitu
belum sampai kita membatalkan Harapan
Kita kan sampai benda betul-betul itu
dibatalkan karena memang sesungguhnya
tidak layak karena kita berada di daerah
resiko bencana gitu
[Musik]
Jangan dibuka karena kasihan lah
pemerintah sama masyarakat di sini

karena hancurlah nanti jadi lautan
itulah Pak kami mohon supaya ada nanti
peninggalan saya yang saya tanam apapun
di saya dan saya biar bisa anak cucu
saya dan semua meresapi Bagaimana
enaknya saya dulu mulai kecil sampai
besar saya di desa ini Pak karena saya
tidak mau mendukung tambang Buka di sini
tetap saya menolak Pak harapan terbesar
saya
perusahaan itu tidak usah beroperasi di
sini biarlah masyarakat di sini hidup
dengan bertani dengan damai dan
tidak ada ancaman untuk merusak
lingkungan dampaknya nggak saat ini
terjadi mungkin 5 tahun lagi atau 10
tahun lagi atau beberapa tahun lagi kita
nggak tahu tapi itu harus Kita waspadai
jadi Harusnya kita sebagai masyarakat
harus memperdulikan kenyamanan dan
keamanan kita terlebih dahulu Kami hidup
bahagia sejahtera dari pertanyaan kami
mohon kepada pemerintah itu investasi
yang datang sekarang ditutup
