and today i'm going to make him try it
baby dogfield all right
let's get mocking
what i'm doing what's up man she's a lot
taller in person how you doing i'm good
i'm a little nervous i've seen i've seen
an episode or two so you said a little
bit yeah i've seen the the kawaii one
where you guys are eating old penis so
well first of all i just want to say
thank you so much for your time i know
you're a very busy young man
having time to come here i appreciate
that are you being african before i
haven't no no yeah that's good because
today
i'm about to take you to africa here we
have a
fufu this is it's called
all right so this is english it's from
nigeria
so so what's there's got to be a catch
here because this food kind of looks
normal but it can't it can't be right no
no no don't wait
don't worry follow me you ready yeah
of your hands like this
you go here
and just soak together
[Music]
you think what do you think
isn't this fat you like spicy
yeah i do that's actually really good
it's good what is gonna be good
i feel like i'm somehow getting pranked
right now but yeah it's great it's
awesome
when did you know what he was doing on
tick tock is gonna make you be
this yeah kind of person being when um i
mean that was that was kind of always my
plan like when i first started it i saw
it as a way to
be able to kind of take a different path
than everyone else in my town was and
going to school and then going to
college getting a nine to five meeting
someone from our town getting married
staying in the town i was just like i
want to do something different and then
when i found social media uh it just
like it
i just had a passion for it instantly
like i i love creating videos i love
being able to find different ways to
hustle online and then when i turned
about 17 after like two and a half years
three years of doing social media i got
invited on a social media tour and i
think after i was able to finally see
like my my fans and supporters in person
yeah was when i first realized like
this is legit like this is something i
could do are you grateful for the ticked
up oh 100 i think even more i'm grateful
for the the the fans that have followed
me from tick tock it gave me my start it
helped me get to where i am today
i mean before i was doing tick tock
it was like i was playing sports and
having like these side hustles like i
was always trying to make money off of
the sports i was playing when i found
social media i was like all right how do
i turn my social media now into another
entrepreneurial endeavor like i did with
the sports so how do you feel 25 minutes
how long would it take you to to get 25
minutes on tick tock um i would say i
mean you're
four and a half years of our world huh
yeah you have to put a lot of hard work
right like people think like no you have
to work hard right you have to be
creative you have to think what you do
people that are on the outside they
always they always see the grass green
on the other side right so they look at
the tik-tok world and
they think it's like super easy to be
making the content and i'll give it to
them it's not like we're rocket
scientists not like you should get it
forward
but yeah we're doing we're doing like
we're thinking of that creative and it
does take a certain type of person to be
able to consistently think of five
different video ideas every single day
like i was posting five videos every day
for a good two years and a half and so
it's hard oh yeah definitely but the
social media influencers that are truly
talented and
and and really are in uh they have that
drive they have that hard work ethic
those are the ones that you see really
rise to the top because they don't just
stick to social media they try to branch
out if that's them founding a company if
that's them
starting a career in acting or in music
and really taking it seriously not just
saying oh i'm a musician because i want
to be it's it's really putting in that
work but you see a lot of social media
influencers trying to branch out and i
respect that one i'm i'm very surprised
you don't follow me
do you follow me on twitter search only
follows seven people there
wow and he's really coming at me for not
following i'm not joking you know he's
asking i'm not coming here asking so go
ahead you see me yeah now it's time to
follow me now all right let's do it and
i'm gonna follow you so you're gonna
you're gonna follow me i won't think
about it but you have to follow me
how do you get gen z interested in sport
today i honestly think the nba has done
the best job at marketing to gen z
because
through
the culture of the nba these players in
their fashion
that post-game interviews how viral
these clips go how the nba is posting
all their stuff over social media the
fact that you guys are comfortable doing
shows like this that's how you reach gen
z there's other leagues right now and
that's why i'm helping out with the nhl
this sport is like you don't talk you
show up to the rink in your suit and tie
you play hockey you leave you go home
that is it there's no like social media
involved there's no like walking in with
a super fly suit on and it's it's just
not a part of the sport for some reason
and it's it's what has caused gen z to
be so attracted to the nba because
people want to see see how you're acting
when you're not in the game right they
want to know how what your personality
is like that's why that's how they
become real fans of you let's talk about
your business you have a lot of business
how do you get 19 19 yeah
yeah with everything you're doing it's
impressive i got to give a lot of credit
to the team i have i mean michael gruen
is my business partner in everything i
do for example we have it we just
started an nba agency like four months
ago nba agency yeah and so wow that came
to be because
it's really as simple as i was watching
the show ballers and i was just kind of
like huh
i would love that life so i just went
downstairs the next morning i was like
hey michael you want to start a sports
agency he looked at me and he was like
hell yeah let's do it so the next day we
started his kids right here he's the
definition of anything is possible thank
you man you know you put your mind there
keep it up thank you you know keep it up
because you're going to spend a lot of
people out there you know because
sometimes
i always say you know you don't want to
you you don't have to come from
rich family to be successful in life
so now you got
in sport agent basketball agency
do you do
how many players do you have already uh
right now we have about two players we
just started signing kids within the
last probably month we we're focusing
more on starting for this next draft
year coming up because we had to go
raise money get some funding um but yeah
starting off
now yeah yeah we raised 19 million
dollars for my venture fund so with that
it's it's a lot of like financial tech
consumer tech
health and wellness space as well we
invest in and it's typically series a
series b like early stage investments
right
before any of these companies are even
close to public and then production
company with mark wahlberg
going and finding different life rights
that's something that i'm super
interested in always also a lot of
unscripted content so
shows that are actually a lot of the
time in the sports space
a couple companies we've co-founded
there's annie energy which is the energy
drink just got released in like 400
walmarts so that's been awesome
it's been amazing like we went down to
north carolina um and actually showed up
to the walmart and there were like
thousands of kids outside waiting to go
and get this any energy so it was just
an unreal feeling to go in and see a
product you've worked on for a year and
a half to now be sitting in a walmart
aisle is just like well it's unreal i
love it man i love it
thank you dude so you come you come from
nothing huh
i wouldn't say nothing i mean my parents
really really always did their best
yeah exactly like my dad's a teacher my
dad's a high school teacher so okay and
then my mom's a speech pathologist and
it was never like we weren't having food
on the table and we lived in a good home
it was just we weren't we were
definitely in that so you have a middle
class family a
high school teacher yeah you see going
to school
no no i dropped out in high school so
what did that say about it because
what did you say about it my parents
thought i was gonna be a lawyer when i
was younger so it was like there was
definitely a standard put on my head
when it came to school like i was a kid
that had to be like a high honor student
i was getting i had to be getting like
85 and up 90 enough so
especially when it came to math i mean
like my dad i would be on the ice in the
morning we'd go to morning skates at 4am
for hockey before school started my dad
would be out with me i wouldn't be doing
i'd be going back and forth doing
suicides doing drills and hockey working
on my conditioning right and i'd come
back and i'm gas and i'm sitting there
like heaving almost throwing up my dad
would come beside me and i think he'd be
like hey good job man like you killed it
right he'd come beside me and go
what's seven times four and i'd be
sitting there i'm like dude really
you man like
i'm sweating my ass off right now oh
yeah teacher at heart so um when it came
to me talking to them about not going to
school anymore not doing college the
conversation started at college and my
parents were in grade nine they were
like you still have to go to college you
still have to go you got to get good
grades um you can still do the social
media stuff and make money but use that
money to help you with school and then
as they saw me
not just sticking to social media but
really treating it as as a business yeah
they started to accept more and more
like all right our kid is a smart kid
he's going to figure it out so then it
turned into all right you got to finish
high school you have to finish high
school so i was doing high school up in
school in public school until
my senior year my senior year i switched
into online schooling just because i was
founding a company at the time i was
opening a talent management company in
la so i was kind of
battling with school and that and then i
ended up moving to la to found the
company that year and i just kind of
fell out of school like i wasn't working
on it as much but i was working on my
businesses so my parents were like all
right that justifies why you weren't
finishing high school it's not like
you're going to land being a bum you're
actually doing something oh yeah because
you know when everybody when you know
when eight people have a la of you know
it's powered always drinking and yeah
getting crazy that's what parents think
of l.a right yeah so okay you're 19.
so that's mean you you're not able to go
in clubs
yeah
yeah yeah yeah no you're big big time
i don't know if i'm big time yeah you
have 25 million followers and tick tock
is big time even my daughter know you i
didn't know you about it so my point is
now you live in hollywood now yeah
you know hollywood hollywood he didn't
change
um
no i think it definitely i think there
was definitely a time where of course i
let l.a like get to me a little bit too
yeah there's been times where i've
noticed like
my ego's high or maybe my friend comes
up to me is like hey man you've just
been acting like a little bit of like
today like could you and it's just like
you know what yeah let me like think
about that but that's why i also like i
have people around like michael gruen or
i brought my my friend came out here to
help me out with a lot of my work if
that's like the agency or um i actually
have a basketball page called the clear
place that has like a quarter million
followers no one knows i run it like no
one knows i'm a part of this account
it's like completely ancillary it's just
because i love
you know some people now people know i
just gave you i just gave you the story
i've never broke before so but uh no
it's it's bringing those guys though
like i grew up with that kid gavin since
i was nine with himself yeah yeah that's
what i try to do it's like you got to
keep your circle tight it's it's having
that good base like that's why that's
why i respect my parents so much and
like i i always try to stay stay calm my
parents every week and my sister and my
younger brother when you come visit you
here yeah what do you think what if how
many think about your house when they
when they
they were they were just kind of in awe
they were like cool
that was crazy yeah yeah i'm sure they
were so proud of you huh yeah no of
course i mean seeing my family i feel
like it brings me to that base it brings
me from if i'm either too far south or
too far north it brings me right back in
the middle and they're able to kind of
center me out that's why i'm out here to
fight for my family right like to make
sure that my my parents never have to
worry about money and can retire early
and to make sure that like my younger
brother and my younger sister are
chilling and i can get my parents a
house in florida or wherever they want
when they retire like that's that's kind
of the goal for me like that's i just
want to be able to set my family up and
then i think i'm successful well the
only thing if you stay true to yourself
you're gonna you know do whatever you
want because you have like potential you
know keep her up thank you man how do
you believe in l.a
um two years you like basketball yeah
so are you lakers fans or keepers phones
if i'm picking between the two i'm
probably going clippers because you and
kawaii
i'm toronto i'm from toronto i'm toronto
thank you tonight so it's like i follow
my guys okay you guys want us the champ
you know what i'm saying i was there at
jurassic park actually oh you were there
when you guys won so crazy absolutely
insane you started to act now
yeah or you that's that's you oh that's
your dream um i i've done a little bit
of acting in my life uh just super tiny
roles that's before tick tock before
taking before like i was big on tick
tock or anything it was back when i was
like 16. so three years ago i did two
small independent films i had very small
roles in them like six lines it wasn't
big at all after that i just kind of
fell in love like i did a musical i was
the lead of a musical and i was in
eighth grade and then i i went to second
city a bunch in toronto just learning
improv and now i'm taking acting classes
and meeting with my acting coach and not
only acting but wanting to produce films
as well sway house
can you tell me about swirl house yeah
like what's fun
yeah it was fun it was fun i mean it was
it's like if you were living with four
of your teammates five of your teammates
we were all kind of bumming together we
were like what if we made this permanent
how many of you guys was there
it started off with six of us and then
it grew to about eight nine of us was
there any competitions
we were competitive dudes we
always we're trying to one-up each other
those friends you guys see friends to
know
most of us
it helped us all grow like because we
were all
pretty much boosting the other people
right if i'm posting my friend and he's
posting me on his account and then
another friend's posting us there's
seven accounts eight accounts nine
accounts that are kind of all posting
with the same people and we're all
tagging each other and pushing each
other's followers so
let's talk about your diss track um
god i hate yeah let's do it first of all
uh before we talk about it do you regret
doing that no you know nah it's called
still so
yeah yeah why why is this why
oh boy all right so
so what happened was there was this kid
and uh he tried to end up hooking up
with my girlfriend right
and his kids were your friend he was he
was your friend he was my friend yeah he
was very he was a close friend of mine
we went on tour together and
yeah we were we were very close
like
top five best friend
top three best friends so then um
so then
he ended up they were at an event
something happened he was trying to
flirt with her i heard about it
and he pretty much was just like oh i
don't care so i was like okay kind of
let it slide didn't do anything off the
bat and then
um he ended up getting a picture of of
his
exposed on the internet
and he was like sending it to some girl
and he was like still
in the caption i was like all right this
is a perfect opportunity to just
absolutely make fun of this kid um
i'm gonna make a distracted song i'ma
roast the fact that he got exposed about
it and then kind of like uh tell the
story so
posted it and it absolutely crushed i
mean
that's kind of oh it did really good it
got like 100 million views across across
platforms like i think it's like 40
something on youtube 27 on spotify and
like another 20 something on apple music
that's the guy already took your
girlfriend no this isn't the guy that
took my girlfriend this is not the guy
no the guy who took your girlfriend
there was your body buddy
yeah it's like six months ago wow it's
still it's still fresh huh it was just
one of those situations where i was like
it's kind of out of my control like i
was just like it's better to just kind
of
take it on the chin like be upset for a
while and then move on like
you guys see talking now no no no i
don't talk to them
you have a new girlfriend i guess
no no no since that you see single yeah
focusing on my companies focusing on
where i'm going in my career and and
kind of just having fun yeah single life
gonna sit with that for a while oh yeah
yeah and don't watch yeah
i got time just be careful
you know that's beautiful definitely you
know what i mean
you got me yeah i got you
there's bugs in this yeah it's balls of
crickets
this is how we're gonna make this happen
with that if you want to just no all
right okay okay all right you ready
that's disgusting man
canada or america canada easy it's hard
to beat home how do you beat home right
there's something about it
how much
do you worth money wise
how much
you think how much do you are
such such a cocky thing to answer i'll
take a drink okay good
i like how big of a drink do is that is
that a goldfish no it's a crooked
what part of the cricket is that his
body
the body of crickets
all right
so off-putting man i don't even think
that should be warm i think would be a
better cold okay so you then answer the
questions then all right you don't have
to do it
all right tick-tock or trailer
um
i mean i have to be i have to be
all right
oh
wow
you doing what
didn't i drink so i didn't have to
answer that yeah but you have to give my
initial reason
i have to drink and still give a reason
what is this game what is this game okay
i just drank the last stop
if you have to pick only one person to
be in business with between
david pogba or mark warburg yeah
okay yeah
about it yeah you really want to take a
shot all right 100 want to take a shot
there's no way i'm answering that
question there's no way not a chance wow
yeah
they are that good to you like that both
of them oh of course i don't
give me a good shot
let's go i can't just like search you
block this right right no no no you have
to make big shots
all right no puns are getting me out of
this one let's go let's go
there you go
i like that
where your phone
do you have a business with mark warburg
yeah
how long you guys been doing business
together
um it's been about
five months five six six months now it's
doing well yeah how's your friendship
good good good like that yeah yeah i
mean good good i would say good good
we're to find out now let's find out you
have to facetime him if he don't pick
your call yeah you take a shot okay
if you pick your facetime call yeah then
you're good okay let's go you save

petrified there
[Music]
it's very simple first i'm going to boil
water
and then add some salt
so now i'm gonna put the eggs in very
gently
first one in
and the second
that's it
i'm going to let the eggs cook for 25
minutes no more than 25 minutes that's
it max 25 minutes you got it
now the egg is ready i'm gonna let the
eggs cool down for a minute
now i'm ready to park the egg
okay
it's correct
hmm
this is a very popular food in
philippine and southeast asia
so in flipping they use
vinegar in vietnam the sausage pepper
just like me because you know i love
salt pepper easy money
voila

just drink the juice first and then i'm
gonna open everything sweet i mean it
kind of just smells like egg

i don't know
i don't know if there's any juices
okay now i'm going to open everything's
now

[Music]

in the south asians okay you know so
it's not something that we just made no
yeah i mean i'm sure someone's somewhere
as i watch

the baby man that's gotta be the baby
