I'm drunk or some bad's going on um I

just not going our way but yeah

when we stayed over at Lydia's dad's

so Alfie slept next to me and Lydia he's

a massive unit now so he's absolutely

safe to do so and basically in the night

he just kept kicking the living [ __ ] out

of me and it just got to a point I was

like yeah I've had enough of this see

you later so what you reenacted it so

you're on the bed I was on the bed here

on bed here and I was

like I see is a hand come up like this

pillow he's like I said what are you

doing I'm sleeping on the floor I

literally I'm not even

joking he

stropped honestly I just got to point

where Alfie would not stop kicking me I

was just like mate you are pissing me

off right now I'm going bed so so I

slept on the floor and then like the

weather and the wind just kept me up all

night so I probably am just feeling a

bit more worse for wear today cuz of

just lack of sleep like about two hours

later I was like you did you invite me

back to bed I like are you sure you

don't want to get back in you yes I do

it was so uncomfortable on the floor uh

yeah so I just like graveled back to bed

luckily fell asleep for a few more hours

and then uh and then got my and then got

up for the day and woke up to the

Internet situation that we had to deal

with today yeah come believe you didn't

V I was like half asleep like what the

heck is he doing a but hey just another

day in the life of Tom but yeah I think

think we're going to get our red down

get a good rest and then uh tomorrow's

going to be a rough day because I've got

the gym but the reason why it's going to

be a rough day is we're starting a new

program um because we're going into a

new block of exercise weeks um and

Charlotte is GNA kick my ass because

we're going to go from like like lots of

lots of weights to lesser amounts but

heavier we need to eat more food right H

we need to eat more food oh yeah yeah

apparently I got to start bulking a lot

more now so you might you're going to

see a picture put a picture of Tom in my

most recent waiting on screen there

apparently you're going to see me go

from that to a bit more bulked out so

don't know how that's going to go

looking forward to see where where it's

going and all I can say is trust the

needed was a good night's sleep to stop

I've actually just talked to you guys

about the gym session that I was going

into doing and honestly I've just got

back from doing it and I feel so good I

feel so fresh and I feel so motivated

honestly I don't want to get into a

routine of going to the gym every day

because it's just I ain't got the time

for it but man if I came back from the

gym every day feeling like this like woo

ready to take on the world I would

consider oh wait picture on screen we're

talking about putting a gym in the

basement I have no excuse if we do that

then every day I should wake up get the

P the blood pump in and get her going um

but I obviously need to end this Vlog

there's been a lot of rambling and

talking in these Vlogs but sometimes you

just got to keep it real just got to

have a Down to Earth chat with you guys

and that is exactly what we did but as

of tomorrow we are getting back on it

we're getting the Vlogs in full swing

and we are getting [ __ ] done and getting

motivated so I expect to see you guys
