and I'm going to tell you why is social
media called D Ms and I'm talking about
Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter
this is the best medium if you have more
time than money and as the topic of this
video is how to get your first client in
your online business or AI automation
agency I guess you will have more time
than money so if you really start with
zero and want to get your first client
and then start from there and bootstrap
the whole business and you don't have a
budget of a couple hundred or a couple
thousand dollars then you cannot touch
ads you cannot touch cold emails because
that costs money you cannot touch
influencer marketing you cannot touch
any expensive newsletter tools or
whatever you actually are broke you have
no money and you want the client and
this my friends is why social media is
so crucial in our life because Instagram
Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and all the
other crap is is completely free yes you
don't have money for automations like
Auto igdm or something which actually
saves you more than an hour every single
day but as we just said you have more
time than money so you don't care about
automations right now what you going to
do is you are going to use Facebook
Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter and you
have to decide where your target
audience is so if you have more
corporate clients and are searching more
CTO or CEOs of bigger larger smmes or
medium-sized companies or Fortune 500
companies or whatever then you probably
are better placed in LinkedIn then on
Instagram if you are searching for
cryptocurrency Deion or cryptocurrency
companies or nft related companies for
your business then probably the best
place to search is Twitter so what I
want to tell you is every Niche has
their own main channel of communication
Instagram and Facebook go hand inand
most of the time and as our in our
example our audience was Instagram
growth coaches obviously we did Outreach
only on Instagram uh because this is
where our audience is and depending on
your Niche you need to decide on which
channel and all of them are for free and
you can send messages on all of them to
random strangers and this is all you
need to get a new client so the next
step is choose your channel of audience
and in our case you need to choose warm
audience first and after that the only
decision you have is Facebook Instagram
LinkedIn or Twitter or two of them three
of them or four of them that's what you
need to decide look where your target
audience is talking and communicating
and go there see so the third bucket is
about ads cold emails influencers Etc
all of these things come with the cost
all of these things are nice ads are
great for some products cold emails are
amazing and are really fun we also talk
about that on this channel so if you
want to do cold emails click the link on
top of the screen right now influen on
marketing and all the other forms of
marketing paid articles whatever PR all
of this comes with cost and in this
example it's about getting your first
client or getting your next client for
free so we're not talking about these
channels because they are not for free
but your Instagram account is for free
and if you have more time than money
then you just sit there and send so many
DMS every single day until you get a
client okay this was literally all the
setup we needed all the knowledge and
all the tips and tricks I have told you
are going to be placed into reality
right now because the next step is
research and send out the messages now
we're going to contact our potential
leads and our potential clients and we
are going to close them down as your
first or next client and all of this
will be completely free step number four
research and send you know your product
you know the niche you have an amazing
offer you also know where to find your
clients and you also know which channel
you are going to use to reach out to
them so you have everything you need to
now reach out to them so topic number
four research and send and always
remember Volume Plus consistency is the
key I have seen so many businesses I
have talked to so many entrepreneurs and
whatever who are complaining that they
don't have enough clients nobody likes
their product and nobody listens to them
and they always get ignored M me me
screaming ass sorry but you
need to put in consistency and you need
you need to put in volume people don't
give a about you and your product
everyone is trying to sell something
everyone is screaming buy mine buy mine
wherever you look it's already an
advertisement then you know it and I
know it so why do you expect if you DM
200 people that one of them will just
say yeah sure I want to buy your product
especially if you have a higher ticket
product and not selling a $20 software
but you're selling a $2,000 integration
or whatever you need to send out the
volume and you need to be consistent
with that because that's the only way to
be successful in everything in life by
the way so Volume Plus consistency is
the key never forget that if you do
everything I show you here for just one
week I can't guarantee you get a client
I most probably can't even guarantee you
you don't get the client because the
chance of not getting a client is higher
if you just do it for a few days and
just send a few DMS on one platform
that's not how it works when I started
doing this I send I think 100 DMS a day
with two accounts for 2 weeks 3 weeks we
straight and at the same time I was also
setting up cold emails because we had a
little bit of a budget I was setting up
cold emails as well so if you tell me
you don't have three or four hours every
single day to get your first client then
you don't want that first client and you
didn't deserve that first cant so volume
and consistency is the key step number
one search for proper leads in your
target audience we already talked about
the niche we already talked about the
medium now we decided in our case the
nich's Instagram growth coaches who have
enough followers so they get a lot of
DMS so our AI makes sense and we are
searching for them on Instagram next
step is to go to Instagram and search
for Instagram growth coaches use
hashtags use other accounts use
followers of use text use post likes you
know how Instagram works you find
everything you need there so now you
have to find your perfect client in
Instagram and as soon as you found them
on Instagram you're starting to like
you're starting to engage you're
starting to follow and for the first
outre reach you better use your personal
profile this profile better looks good
and you better have a few followers on
there you better watch this video which

how your profile needs to look like what
your message needs to be like how to
send those DMS how to not look like a
weirdo and all of these other

to get the highest percentage of replies

Instagram game works and actually it's
the same thing on Facebook it's the same
thing on LinkedIn so you can use that
for every other channel as well this
part is very important you are going to
send the maximum amount of DMS per
Channel Instagram Facebook LinkedIn
Twitter whatever every single day I
don't want you to skip a single day if
it's Instagram only you have to send out
50 DMS every single day or you don't go
to sleep and don't send 50 50 random DMS
send them to a good target audience send
them good messages and always follow up
with people who didn't answer you I know
it's a mess I know Instagram is not
really great to do that especially if
you have no money otherwise you can ask
us to build tools for you but we are
doing this broky version so you have no
money so you are sitting on your phone
and sending 50 DMS every single day to
get the new C and be aware of those
reals don't you dare click on the reals
because it will just eat your time you
need a client right now so you have to
work for it always be aware of the
limits you have for the other platforms
I currently don't have them in my mind
for Instagram it's clear it's 10 DMS per
hour and 50 DMS per day this is what
you're going to send out until you have
your first client and never forget
volume negates luck so if you do enough
volume and if you are consistent with it
I guarantee you will get new clients so
volume negates luck you don't need to be
lucky to get a new client all right now
we have sent our first messages and we
are going to send at least 50 messages
per day to our target audience to get a
new client because you decided to watch

something the speed of answer the speed
of the response is one of the biggest

fast as you can don't come around the
corner and say I'm replying every day at
9:00 p.m. to all the messages and then
again next day nobody gives a you
will not get a new client you have to
reply as fast as as you can turn on
those notifications reply to every
message instantly as it would be your
best friend and trust me this will help
a lot then the next thing to keep in
mind try to get a reply first and try to
get the call later you're not trying to
get a sale with the first message you
are sending okay the target of the first
message we are sending is to get a reply
we want our target audience to reply
back that brings us in the main inbox
folder that brings him to read your name
that opens up a conversation so with the
first message don't try to close the
deal because you will never do it but
with the first message try to get a

for example nobody gives a about so
much personalization because you're
sending 5,000 DMS but as you're just
sending 50 DMS a day on Instagram you
need to make the best out of every
single DM tip number three don't be
weird a no is a no if someone say says
no don't say yes oh but what about this
and I think this and my website and my
service and my product nobody gives a
if someone says no accept it be
respectful and say why can I ask you why
would you mind sharing me the reason why
and so on we just talked about it but
don't try to convince them uh first of
all it's weird second of all they can uh
report you in Instagram and if you get
many reports your account will be banned
and blocked so don't be weird and the
third reason for not being weird is it's
always harder to get a no into a yes
than to go from neutral to yes so
instead of wasting your energy for this
person just continue with the next one
and this is the last tip of book
meetings and close clients be
transparent honest and upfront with your
clients your first clients should not
only be clients they should be your
raging fans they should be your fans in
the future these people are your most
important Community the people you are
serving for free in the beginning they
spend time and they risked their own
time for maybe a shitty outcome if you
keep them successfully entertained with
your product or service then they are
going to be your raging clients they got
the service for free or very cheap they
see the value and this is super
important if you do a great job with
your first three free clients trust me
on this they will recommend you to other
people which will come to you to get a
paid service so they are actually
opening doors for for you with other
clients and the best way to get a new
sale with the lowest amount of effort is
to get a referral or a suggestion from
someone who already is your client
people tend to like what other people
say and other people's opinion and if
this guy you're just close for a free
service really loves your product he's
going to tell other people in his
Network about your product about your
business about your service and you will
get new clients by having this free
client in the beginning and making him
super happy overd deliver this is
important you need to overd deliver and
now you'll say oh it's free why should I
overd deliver because you want these
people to become your raging fans they
are not your client these people need to
be your fans and our first client is
actually our biggest fan and is one of
my favorite clients till this date and
he will know who he is when I show you
the screenshots in a minute but it
actually works he already brought us
three four five new leads just because
he likes our product just because other
people asking about the product and he's
happy to suggest them and send them and
refer them to us at omnus doai so we can
build products for them as well so now
this is everything you need to know to
get the new client go through the whole
video again write down everything you
need go and download this document from
our resource app do whatever is
necessary create your Instagram account
or prepare your Instagram account as in
the videos I have mentioned then go
through the strategy and send out your
messages I don't want to hear anyone
complaining anymore I cannot get new
clients if you do everything I teach you
today then I guarantee you new clients
and if that doesn't work or the only
thing how this can still up is you
are super weird in sales calls so
someone needs to close this deal and
someone needs to close the lead in a
sales call so try to get better at that
for sure second option is your offer is
trash your offer or your product or your
service is trash if that's the case
nobody can help you with a sale no
strategy will help you try to get your
product and your delivery and your
service right because this is actually
what will sustain a business and grow a
business for you you can use all the
game and all the strategy in the world
if your product is in the end
nobody will be happy nobody will refer
you your reputation will die quickly and
nobody wants that so all of this only
works if you have a decent product a
decent service and if you have someone
in the world who could benefit from the
service or product you are delivering
that's the case and you do what I just
told you and you stay on top with
consistency and volume I guarantee you
will get your first client or your next
client very quickly with this strategy
for absolutely zero money the absolute
last step now is if we have done all of
this you have successfully gotten your
first client and now you have budget and
you want to scale up or you don't want
to waste any more 2 3 4 hours a day
texting on social media this exactly
also how we did it now you are ready for
Automation and tools and also other
mediums of Outreach let me show you the
last part is as soon as that worked you
got your first free clients you already
are collecting your retainer from the
second month you maybe already got some
paid clients as well so there is some
cash in the bank you need to scale up
first of all I would uh in in our
example as we were using Instagram only
my first goal was to automate Instagram
Outreach so I spent 2 hours less on
Instagram every single day to do that I
use Auto igdm these days this is our own
software you can just go to auto IG
dm.com and simply check the website this
is an automated tool for Instagram
Outreach and it automates sending the
DMS and stuff like that so I would
invest in something like this one seed
account is 39 bucks per month and you
save more than an hour a day I think
that's more than clear that this makes
sense the next tool on the list which I
would start if you have some budget is
instantly. a or LM list as well well um
this is to automate Cod emails similar
to what Auto igdm does to Instagram
instantly is the same thing for emails
basically and uh with huge features and
functionalities um but with it comes
also domain cost email cost stuff some
other cost as well you need to generate
the leads and whatever um we have videos
for that also on our Channel go and
check that out so I'm talking about cold
emails as well then the next step would
be V Vexy or lemlist to automate your
LinkedIn campaigns I think they there's
also other ones drippyy there's so many
tools for LinkedIn it's crazy so
depending where your target audience is
you rather scale with Vexy than in Auto
igdm for example so if your clients are
on LinkedIn and not on Instagram
obviously Auto igdm makes no sense and
other way around if they're on Instagram
and not on LinkedIn then wxi makes no
sense as well and you should rather use
Auto igdm then the non plus Ultra and
the biggest and best way to scale
Limitless is ads or influencer campaigns
right right so if you have ppcs or other
campaigns let's say especially ads it's
very easy to scale so if you have an ad
where you can put in $10 and you always
get out $20 and your profit margin is
big enough then you can just scale up
your ad from $10 to $100 or ,000 and if
the row ass or if the return on invest
stays the same then you will be able to
print money with that strategy but this
also pre- requires an automated delivery
and so on so this is more interesting
for SAS services or whatsoever similar
to to igdm so we can on board 10 new
clans today or 100 new clans we don't
need to do anything for it then ads make
sense and influencer campaigns make
sense and so on for higher ticket offers
for agency offers I really love cold
Outreach because cold Outreach has more
of the personal touch and people still
like to text to each other and this is
why I'm very big on Instagram or general
social media Cod DM Outreach as promised
in the beginning of this video I'm going
to show you some screenshots of our
first client and how I attracted him
with code DMs on Instagram I will show
you the text messages I will show you
the chat on Instagram I have a few

will explain what I did there and how it

I just scheduled for tomorrow thanks
great talk tomorrow and then at the time
of the call I also sent the link in
Instagram because that's the point of
contact even if he booked the meeting in
his calendar it doesn't mean he's
checking his calendar or he's really
taking it serious send him a message in
Instagram or wherever you talk with with
him first with the link and the chances
of him uh being in the call showing up
is much much higher so yeah that's
everything I wanted to show you I hope

able to understand this full strategy
and why this actually works I hope you
now understand how you should approach
new clients for your business and I also
hope that you understood that nothing in
life is coming for free and that you
need to work for your first client
especially the first few clients are the
hardest ones really trust me if you go
with volume and consistency if you put
in the amount of work if you have more
time than money put in the work and I
guarantee you if your product or your
service is not you will get your
first clients and your next clients with
exactly this strategy you don't even
need to change that strategy if this
works for you this can get you two three
four five new clients every single month
so just go ahead put in the work
especially when you don't feel like it
