okay so for starters if you are a young
boy and you're watching this video and
you clicked on this video because you
want a growth spurt you want to grow
taller you want to be stronger comment

with some truth i love some truth the
truth will set you free and most people
will not tell you this off the rip but
genetics
genetics will play a big part in how
tall you will be how short you will be
how big you will be how skinny you will
be how long your hair will be the chance
that if both your parents are short you
won't be the tallest person but there
also is still that possibility that you
could be there could be a bigger person
that holds more muscle mass or holds
more fat so what do they do they get on
the treadmill they go for runs so that
they can lose fat you can have a leaner
person like me who grew up grew up
skinny i had to put on muscle mass i'm a
leaner person i have spiderman

question real quick that kind of goes
hand in hand with what i just said i'm
18 and i'm 5'8 and my parents are five
three and five eight can i still grow
bro so first of course you can still
grow because you're only 18 right and i
don't know the exact age limit for when
males stop growing but i can tell you
right now that when i was like 22 i was
still growing so the fact that you're
only 18 and you're five eight now yes
you can outgrow your father you know
what i'm saying my father is six one and
i'm six six so i outgrew my father i'm
15 and i'm 5'4 15 years old and i'm 5'4
is it possible for me to reach at least
five seven this is going to answer a lot
of you guys ask this kind of question a
lot of you young ones if you are young
you're 14 15 16 years old you still have
a lot of opportunity to grow so have
faith in that you are super young so
obviously you're gonna still be growing

a little bit about my growth spurt story
in the last video i did and the guy
asked me dude at what age you grew from
six one to six six and somebody actually
responded to him and he said i was 16.
when i was 16 i had a crazy growth spur
and i already said that i was having a
lot of growing pains at night now this
isn't going to happen for everybody but
it was my case i had a crazy growth
spurt and i'm actually going to put on
the screen another example of somebody
that grew taller at a young age went to
my senior year i was six three and then
obviously my senior year i was 16. now
obviously everyone is in a.d everyone
isn't anthony davis but you guys heard
it from the man's mouth himself he was
senior year going into his senior year
he was 6-3 and by the end of the year he
was 6-10 and there's a lot of stories
like that there's actually another
example of that which is gordon hayward
which i'll put on the screen right now
gordon hayward was another person who
had a crazy growth spur alright so like
i said genetics plays a huge part in you
growing taller but i'm going to give you
guys a couple tips on natural things
that you guys could do that will
hopefully allow your body to grow
properly like it's supposed to so the
first thing is make sure that your
posture is right you don't want to
slouch you don't want your shoulders
rolling forward you want to make sure
that your chest is out like this and
your shoulders are back now the reason i
say that is because if you slouch i have
slouched before if you slouch it's going
to take away maybe a half an inch maybe
an inch maybe two inches depending on
how much you're slouching you want to
make sure that your spine is healthy
right you want to have a strong spine
especially if you're an athlete so the
best thing for you to do is stand up
tall right that's why they say stand up
tall because that's the tallest you can
be when your chest is sticking out you
also look more confident you present
yourself as a more confident person by
standing up tall so first things first
when you're sitting down when you're
playing the video game whatever you're
doing make sure that your posture is
right tip number two is going to be what
i mentioned previously you want to
stretch out and you want to eat healthy
and the reason i say that is that's not
going to guarantee that you grow taller
but if you don't eat healthy you eat
processed foods you eat foods that
aren't meant for your body you're not
eating foods that are alive foods that
help you grow then there is a
possibility that you will start your
growth eat the right foods make sure
that you're stretching out make sure
you're doing those things so that your
body can flourish the way it's supposed
to okay back in the room but i want to
freaking crush something real quick
everybody telling you guys to
drink milk do not drown yourself and
drinking dairy cow milk dairy milk is
calcium infused you guys want natural
stuff you get yourself some
multivitamins get yourself some natural
multivitamins eat your fruits eat your
veggies there's so many other ways to
get your calcium and not drown yourself
in drinking cow milk i promise you you
will waste your time that is not the
natural calcium you need you need
natural stuff in order for your body to
do what it's supposed to do in

don't drink dairy milk if you don't
drink cow milk what type of milk do you
consume i drink almond milk and i drink
oat milk both very natural milks that's
what i drink that's what works for me
i've also been asked what type of how
much have i been stretching or when do i
stretch i stress in the morning when i
wake up i do a nice deep stretch in the
morning and then after my workout i'll
do a little stretch just to make sure my
body isn't super tight and i don't deal
with any injuries and then if you guys
