play00:36

about what's happening in this space

play00:37

it's hot at the moment and I wanted to

play00:40

um this Wellness

play00:54

um business uh to new heights her name's

play00:57

Abby Whittaker and she's passionate

play00:59

entrepreneur health and well Enthusiast

play01:02

strategic thinker leader in the fitness

play01:03

industry 12 years of experience in

play01:06

working in the Fitness and Wellness

play01:08

industry and um her big driver is

play01:11

community and I know we say a lot

play01:13

community community honestly community

play01:15

at the moment is is where it's going to

play01:16

be

play01:17

um creds she's founded a studio called

play01:20

in float pilate studio in 2018

play01:23

uh with the mission to provide high

play01:25

quality group pilate classes for the

play01:26

Sunshine Coast she's my new neighbor up

play01:29

here and I went to visit her Studio it's

play01:31

it's you know the community is really uh

play01:34

buzzing in and it's really worked I

play01:36

think you've got your second studio

play01:38

um launch as well which is a huge

play01:40

success welcome to the show thank you so

play01:42

much for having me

play01:44

Abby um I think I we came across each

play01:47

other uh maybe you came to our one of

play01:50

our immersive events it was great to

play01:51

have you there because that was actually

play01:52

in Sunshine Coast and I was like oh and

play01:55

uh you made it last minute it was so

play01:56

excited to have you there and uh there

play01:58

was something about your energy and your

play02:00

uh just your energy and your flavor that

play02:03

you're you're really a thinker and um

play02:06

I'm a thinker too Abby and sometimes

play02:07

people go oh Richard you think too much

play02:08

and I found another thinker it's Abby

play02:10

and so you think a lot you think but you

play02:12

create and you move fast

play02:15

um and I want to kind of maybe start

play02:17

with your journey of business um you've

play02:19

been in the game for 12 years

play02:22

um maybe a broad question but

play02:24

you know what I've found in Sunshine

play02:27

Coast is Pilates is moving really fast

play02:32

than I think other places from what I'm

play02:35

hearing and seeing and smelling and

play02:37

talking to people

play02:39

um tell me about your journey of Pilates

play02:41

why did you open up Studio up

play02:45

um so basically I was back in the day I

play02:48

was working in the marketing industry

play02:51

um in like a corporate role and I just

play02:54

decided that it wasn't for me I didn't

play02:56

feel super

play02:58

um connected with what I was marketing

play03:00

and putting out and so I took a role in

play03:04

a gym in a health club actually and part

play03:07

of my like pay package was to do Pilates

play03:10

courses so I did the mat work course and

play03:12

the reformer course

play03:14

um fell in love with it and

play03:18

um a lot of our clients used to say oh

play03:20

I'm moving to Sunshine Coast do you have

play03:23

any way you can recommend there and

play03:25

would always just be like oh no like

play03:27

there's no there was none up here at the

play03:29

time

play03:30

and a few years later my partner and I

play03:34

really wanted to move to the coast

play03:36

he's a sphere fisherman and we were just

play03:39

at the time there wasn't a lot of jobs

play03:41

up here and we just said let's just

play03:44

it wasn't this straightforward but we

play03:46

were like let's just let's just do it

play03:49

let's just move there let's just start

play03:50

make a way to make our own money there

play03:52

and have our own business and I said I

play03:55

can teach Pilates I've got marketing

play03:57

background and he had a sales background

play04:00

and he's just really good with people

play04:02

um so yeah we just kind of jumped in and

play04:05

did it we just I think we had

play04:09

four thousand dollars to our name that

play04:11

we had to live on for like four months

play04:13

and we're like we have to open by this

play04:15

month otherwise like we're we're toast

play04:18

and yeah that's just how it all started

play04:21

right under pressure and uh making it

play04:24

happen now opening a Palladio studio is

play04:27

no um you know cheap it's not it's not

play04:29

you know going out and saying okay I'm

play04:31

gonna do some personal training you're

play04:33

buying boxing gloves and you're putting

play04:34

the car on the waste that's what I

play04:35

started off you know in the car got my

play04:38

weights got the boxing glove out I mean

play04:39

you've got to buy

play04:41

um reformers tell me about that process

play04:43

when you're not sure if it's going to

play04:45

work the business you're new to it and

play04:48

you're on you know you go invest take me

play04:50

through that mindset that it you know

play04:52

someone's out there they're going hey

play04:53

I've got to open up a studio investment

play04:54

how do I do it can you can you take us

play04:56

through that process

play04:58

um yeah so I guess we so we had both

play05:00

worked in like a similar setup to what

play05:03

we have now and so we kind of

play05:06

um had seen the process of how it all

play05:09

works in terms of financially we did

play05:11

have savings

play05:12

um financially but we knew that we had

play05:14

to put everything that we

play05:17

um had into it

play05:19

um and we also have both of us have some

play05:21

parents who

play05:23

um are entrepreneurs and business owners

play05:25

and I think my dad said to us he said

play05:28

well do you know what this is it's

play05:30

actually just like a really cheap

play05:31

business course if it fails you'll learn

play05:34

a lot and you'll probably learn a lot

play05:35

more than you will doing three years at

play05:37

Uni

play05:39

um and he just said just just jump just

play05:41

take the leap just do it uh so that was

play05:44

kind of like the kind of thing that put

play05:46

the nail in the in the coffin

play05:48

um in terms of financially

play05:51

and getting it all set up my partner's

play05:53

super amazing the spreadsheets not my

play05:56

finest moment but he's the one who's got

play05:59

like everything set up like on a

play06:00

spreadsheet this is what we need to do

play06:02

we kind of figured out exactly how many

play06:06

like what memberships we would need how

play06:09

many people would need in order to

play06:12

um you know start paying back like what

play06:13

we owed and to start making enough money

play06:17

to live on

play06:19

um and we were just like let's just do

play06:21

it let's just do it I think we just kind

play06:24

of I don't know we just knew that we

play06:27

could yeah love it I think um

play06:30

you know I remember opening up my first

play06:32

place I was so naive and naive all the

play06:35

word green I don't know if you heard

play06:36

that word green and just a bit cold

play06:38

around the years or something and you

play06:40

just go and do it right and I think

play06:42

that's the beautiful thing about

play06:42

business it's a beautiful thing about

play06:44

opening up your first business it's like

play06:45

you need a bit of like just naive and

play06:49

you don't know what's around the corner

play06:51

and I think people go oh yeah you you

play06:52

should read this and do this and we've

play06:55

all got to go through our own mistakes

play06:56

you know and you just got to make sure

play06:57

you go through a bit faster and not not

play06:59

unpack your suitcases yeah I think as

play07:02

well sometimes when you are green

play07:05

um or have that name the it is kind of

play07:08

beneficial like for us for example with

play07:11

our machines are a former Pilates

play07:13

machines we

play07:14

um chose to purchase pretty cheap

play07:16

machines

play07:18

um because that's what we could afford

play07:19

yep and it was fine in our community

play07:23

because

play07:24

there's was no reformer here so it was

play07:26

like nobody had anything to compare to

play07:28

and people were just stoked that we were

play07:30

bringing this amazing

play07:31

um Fitness here but

play07:33

I think that sometimes when if we had so

play07:37

much experience and so much knowledge

play07:38

and overthought that process so much we

play07:41

might have been like well there's

play07:43

absolutely no way we have that amount of

play07:45

money to get the machines that we

play07:47

actually are our end game

play07:50

um and I think that maybe it would have

play07:52

um you know stopped us from moving

play07:54

forward with doing the studios and I

play07:58

definitely see that with so many people

play07:59

it's like oh but my website's not

play08:01

perfect so I'm not going to launch it or

play08:04

you know I can't have the machines at

play08:06

once I'm not going to open and I can't

play08:07

have this that I want I'm not going to

play08:09

do it and it's kind of just like just do

play08:11

the thing and then just figure that out

play08:12

later love that love that overthought

play08:15

the process that is definitely a big one

play08:18

for a lot of people including myself we

play08:20

overthink

play08:21

get to it need something better get it

play08:24

done just get it done and then you'll

play08:25

learn from there it's really good

play08:28

um

play08:28

all right let's just go a little bit

play08:30

into the studios I think we've kind of

play08:32

maybe skipped that a little bit talk

play08:32

about the studios what it's about

play08:34

um you've got two right

play08:36

so in 2018 we launched our first studio

play08:40

in caloundra and it's basically got two

play08:44

rooms it's got a group reformer room

play08:47

with 14 machines and then a group uh

play08:50

Matt Pilates yoga and baru yep and

play08:55

um basically it just

play08:57

runs on like a membership base or packs

play09:01

uh I guess the main thing that we

play09:03

brought like at the start when we first

play09:05

opened it I wasn't like our community is

play09:07

everything like I didn't I didn't have

play09:10

that thought process

play09:12

um like it just didn't even come to me

play09:14

like I was just trying to survive but I

play09:17

think that um we did kind of have I did

play09:21

have an idea and both of us had an idea

play09:23

that we wanted to to be a safe place for

play09:25

people to work work out we wanted people

play09:27

to walk out feeling really amazing about

play09:29

themselves

play09:30

um feel nice Long Tall lean uh to feel

play09:33

like that they had given them tie

play09:36

themselves some time to move

play09:39

and and time for themselves away from

play09:43

the busyness of our lives and we wanted

play09:46

it to be inclusive for all Fitness

play09:48

levels all body types all genders all

play09:51

everything so we kind of started with

play09:54

that and then I think as a result of our

play09:59

personalities can't joined

play10:02

um we created this beautiful community

play10:04

and we also created like that really

play10:08

great vibe in the studio because I think

play10:10

that we're both we both kind of embody

play10:12

all those things that I just spoke about

play10:14

so

play10:15

um that layered with the fact that

play10:17

Pilates is actually amazing and is such

play10:20

a great form of exercise

play10:23

um it was just kind of really easy to to

play10:26

pull it all together and to build that

play10:28

Community around it because

play10:30

we're both so passionate about it and we

play10:32

both like I like I talked about working

play10:35

in marketing roles where we marketed

play10:37

something that where I marketed

play10:39

something I just didn't believe in that

play10:41

say like still to stay truly believe

play10:43

that anyone who tries it can benefit

play10:46

from it

play10:47

and yeah so it's like obviously there's

play10:49

passion behind it as well yeah so good

play10:52

tell me about

play10:54

um

play10:54

that passion like you when you started

play10:56

like uh 2018 how many classes like for

play10:59

anybody who's going oh I want to sort of

play11:01

scale up how were you teaching the

play11:03

classes all of them did you have

play11:05

instructors straight away when did you

play11:07

sort of hire that first person in the

play11:10

studio to teach

play11:11

so we started off with

play11:14

um tree instructors yep including myself

play11:19

um actually sorry for instructors

play11:20

including myself

play11:22

and on our first opening day I actually

play11:26

didn't teach I had to go to um my

play11:30

husband's Nana's funeral that day and so

play11:34

we actually opened the studio without me

play11:37

actually being the instructor which is

play11:39

pretty wild

play11:40

um it is wild yes yeah but they did it

play11:44

the girls did amazing and uh so at the

play11:48

start I taught about 25 classes a week

play11:52

um which one of my friends who was an

play11:54

instructor at the time was like you know

play11:55

that's not sustainable and I was like I

play11:57

know it's not sustainable but

play11:59

um I'm just gonna do it for now because

play12:00

I want to get all to know all the

play12:02

clients and I just want to be there and

play12:04

be present for everyone

play12:07

um and then

play12:09

after that I kind of dropped down to

play12:11

maybe 15. okay

play12:13

yeah yeah because you've got uh I just

play12:16

wanted to sort of highlight you know you

play12:17

opened your second Studio up

play12:19

um and you got this tell me about the

play12:22

decision to do a second studio and

play12:26

you know it's hard to run one you know

play12:30

like sometimes we're talking the show

play12:32

like oh let's get to 100 and that kind

play12:33

of stuff but going from one to two to

play12:35

three these are substantial different

play12:37

things that you need to do what's the

play12:39

one lesson or two lessons that you

play12:40

learned opening the second Studio up

play12:43

um so to be honest the opening of the

play12:45

second Studio has been a pretty

play12:48

um

play12:49

smooth process yep I do think that like

play12:52

the main things when opening a studio is

play12:54

to really consider the location

play12:57

um we almost opened our first studio in

play13:01

a location

play13:03

um in the industrial area which I now

play13:05

looking back at it no it wouldn't have

play13:08

been as successful as what we are with

play13:10

where we are now

play13:12

um

play13:13

but from going from what from going from

play13:16

one to two I guess the important thing

play13:18

for me is to always have that

play13:21

um presence in the community that I'm a

play13:24

part of and

play13:26

I've always felt like if I had too many

play13:28

studios I wouldn't be able to stretch

play13:30

myself across all of the studios so

play13:34

um we actually partnered with

play13:37

um someone that was a friend and also

play13:40

working with us at caloundra to open the

play13:44

second studio and she's kind of become

play13:46

that Community Builder that face of that

play13:49

second studio so that's worked really

play13:51

well for us but I definitely think

play13:54

um Partnerships uh can be truly tough

play13:57

and I think that if you are considering

play13:59

going into a partnership just really

play14:01

consider it make sure you have

play14:03

everything written down you've got all

play14:05

the right legal contractual things put

play14:08

together so that there is

play14:10

um little or no room for

play14:12

um error

play14:13

so good uh it sounds like you learned

play14:16

when you say you know it's smooth it was

play14:19

smooth like

play14:20

you learn a lot from The Experience

play14:23

um and I think that the trust opened

play14:26

that second one for anybody who's

play14:27

thinking about it the third one it's

play14:29

like well sometimes it's not that slow

play14:31

because you've learned all that in the

play14:33

first one and then you open the second

play14:35

one it's like oh my gosh this was easy

play14:37

and I thought yeah you've done that

play14:40

you've done the hard yard there so

play14:42

um kudos to you super exciting now

play14:46

all right let's do a couple questions

play14:48

around

play14:49

um

play14:52

around marketing the business

play14:54

um what are one or two great strategies

play14:56

you'll use to grow

play14:58

um the studios

play15:00

um so one of our main strategies that we

play15:02

use is

play15:04

um a funnel like a a short program that

play15:07

allows people to come and try the studio

play15:10

app for more than just one session so we

play15:12

run a 21 day program it gives people

play15:15

enough time to come try the studio get a

play15:18

feel for it get a feel for the

play15:21

instructors the vibe of the studio the

play15:23

community

play15:25

um and we I usually find that if people

play15:27

sign up for that and they actually come

play15:29

to their classes they are

play15:32

very likely to sign up just because

play15:35

um they've gotten that experience and

play15:37

they kind of

play15:38

fall in love with it like we know that

play15:40

they do sometimes it's just a matter of

play15:42

getting people in for their first class

play15:45

literally and then they're like oh why

play15:47

haven't I been doing this sooner

play15:49

um

play15:50

so that's one of the things we've done

play15:52

and I think

play15:54

I guess like the second one is just

play15:57

hiring really good people

play16:00

um who then start to help you build that

play16:02

Community I know that's not really a

play16:04

marketing strategy but I guess

play16:06

it is a way of marketing I suppose

play16:10

um well having a great service and

play16:12

getting some great feedback referrals

play16:14

testimonials case studies I think um I

play16:17

think it's a very fair point you know

play16:19

like you said before like you you're in

play16:22

marketing with something you didn't like

play16:24

um you know this is probably where it's

play16:26

like okay I can use my marketing and

play16:28

make it something that I really enjoy

play16:30

but yeah it works really good so I think

play16:32

that's a solid Point make sure you have

play16:34

a great product right yeah totally a

play16:37

great product and a great team because

play16:38

your team is a reflection of what you do

play16:41

especially in our business where

play16:43

um it has been set up in a manner where

play16:46

I don't have to be there full-time or

play16:49

all the time

play16:51

um so you know your team you have to

play16:53

just be able to know that your team are

play16:57

like on your same page

play16:59

is it hard to find good team what's your

play17:01

hacking finding good um team members

play17:03

Abby come on that's the big question of

play17:05

2023

play17:07

jeez it's I definitely think it's hard I

play17:10

think that we're at a point

play17:13

for us because they

play17:14

had to work for

play17:16

um but I was just talking about this

play17:18

with someone the other day I think that

play17:21

um

play17:22

good team members are quite hard to come

play17:25

across and I think that we've just

play17:28

collected like one or two like really

play17:31

solid really loyal

play17:33

team members every like year yeah and

play17:36

then so at clams we've just got a really

play17:38

solid team like we've got yeah just

play17:41

those people who have stuck around

play17:42

almost since the beginning

play17:45

um and then we've we're building that at

play17:46

petunia as well so there's not really

play17:48

any hack like we just put a thing out

play17:51

for instructors or we have people

play17:52

approach us and ask us now most the time

play17:55

yeah we always just meet them see if

play17:58

they they feel like a good fit for us

play18:00

and then also if

play18:02

we're a good fit for them and then from

play18:05

there we get them to come to a trial

play18:07

class and kind of we might ask some of

play18:10

the clients how they felt about the

play18:11

class like separately after the class

play18:14

and then we'll kind of know if they're

play18:18

going to be a good fit and sometimes you

play18:20

think they are and

play18:22

you Mentor them and train them and then

play18:24

they go somewhere else and it's kind of

play18:26

crappy but it just is what it is love it

play18:29

now

play18:30

um I was quickly going to touch on some

play18:31

other parts of your entrepreneur world

play18:34

and you've got an app as well uh the

play18:37

info app and was that a covert app was

play18:39

that a pre-covered app where would that

play18:41

come into the game Abby

play18:44

um that was a postnatal app a postale

play18:46

lab yep Yeah so basically I had just had

play18:50

my baby and I just was thinking

play18:56

I was just thinking I want to be able to

play18:59

spend more time at home with her and not

play19:01

um always feel like needing to go to the

play19:04

studio and I just thought

play19:06

what a better way to do that than to

play19:07

create something that

play19:10

can be enjoyed

play19:12

by more than just the local community

play19:16

um to the world

play19:18

um and that's kind of where that came

play19:20

from it's been a very rocky road but I'm

play19:24

still I think we're just almost at the

play19:27

top of the mountain now just going over

play19:28

that last little hump with it so we

play19:30

launched it and now we're re-releasing

play19:32

it it's got lots of um updates lots of

play19:35

things out of that are going to be

play19:37

amazing on it so I'm excited about that

play19:40

and what's the app call it out what is

play19:43

the download of it

play19:47

flow active very good download that it's

play19:50

a great app got it on my phone all right

play19:52

let's I just want to sort of finalize

play19:54

some things I'm like

play19:55

what I'm hearing in this conversation a

play19:57

couple things one Community two just get

play19:59

it done get it get the work done don't

play20:01

overthink don't overthink it

play20:03

um you've talked about having a

play20:04

supportive partner

play20:06

um

play20:08

and great team you know you've got a

play20:10

great team good business good team they

play20:12

want to come and work for you

play20:14

can you just maybe give a couple more

play20:17

advice pieces on someone who is

play20:18

interested in starting a fitness or

play20:20

Wellness business and they're like in

play20:21

their head about it Abby they're going

play20:22

oh my gosh I can't afford the rent I

play20:24

can't do this I know the money there's a

play20:27

computer up the road

play20:28

um what's some lessons that you know you

play20:30

could give to your younger self Abby

play20:35

um so I just want to point out one thing

play20:37

that I didn't mention before in our

play20:39

first Studio we had no competition when

play20:41

we opened yep in our second Studio we

play20:44

have multiple competitions where we

play20:47

opened

play20:48

um launch was just so successful in both

play20:51

and both are just as successful as each

play20:54

other so I'm just going to say that

play20:56

about competition with where I start I

play20:58

like that I like that

play21:00

um I think my thing with for anyone

play21:03

who's kind of thinking of doing it is

play21:04

the first thing is actually just do your

play21:07

due diligence make sure that you look at

play21:09

the numbers and like fully understand

play21:12

what is it going to take for me to

play21:14

actually have a profit here that I'm

play21:17

comfortable with like a profit that I

play21:20

can that is more than just going and

play21:23

teaching 25 classes at a different

play21:25

studio right so that's like my main

play21:28

thing is I just sometimes look at

play21:31

businesses and I just think like did you

play21:33

even like think this through like did

play21:35

you you know and I just think that

play21:38

that's really important and I think that

play21:39

that's something that my husband

play21:40

definitely has instilled into me is just

play21:44

actually knowing your numbers because

play21:47

yes you can hire accountant all that

play21:49

stuff but at the end of the day you need

play21:50

to know your stuff before you get

play21:53

started

play21:54

from there you can work backwards

play21:57

um and go okay do I think that I can get

play22:00

100 members yes okay perfect how am I

play22:04

gonna like take those steps back and and

play22:06

make that happen

play22:08

with the lease and stuff obviously

play22:10

within those numbers you have to have

play22:14

budgets for what you're willing to pay

play22:17

for your space

play22:19

um and that fit into that otherwise you

play22:23

could just end up paying a crazy lease

play22:26

for your dream space but

play22:28

you're losing money

play22:30

so I think that one massive piece of

play22:34

advice is just

play22:36

do that work to actually understand it

play22:40

and if you don't understand it make sure

play22:42

someone else helps you and helps you

play22:43

understand it

play22:45

secondly

play22:47

um with when it comes to competition my

play22:49

take on competition is that there is

play22:52

enough like in a small party Studio of

play22:55

14 machines

play22:57

there is enough people in these areas

play23:00

and where we live to

play23:04

fill up

play23:06

tens or hundreds of bloody Studios right

play23:10

so maybe not hundreds but like say there

play23:13

was 20. there's still enough people to

play23:15

go to all those Studios and benefit from

play23:17

the movement so for me we just try not

play23:19

think of people as competition we just

play23:21

think of them as another great way for

play23:24

people to find out about Pilates and get

play23:26

into the movement and because we're very

play23:29

different to other Studios we have our

play23:32

own flavor our own Flair we just feel

play23:36

like people will come to us who align

play23:38

with our labor in our plan and want that

play23:41

energy and that Vibe and the other

play23:45

Studios they'll go to those Studios if

play23:47

that's more of their thing and that's

play23:49

completely great as long as they're

play23:50

doing Pilates and awesome

play23:53

well I love that I think that's my

play23:56

favorite part of this whole conversation

play23:57

the end

play23:58

um just in regards to around how you

play24:00

look at competition

play24:02

um you know the abundance of people

play24:05

the right people go to you the right

play24:07

people with other people but you know be

play24:08

happy for them they're actually

play24:10

having movement and um you know the the

play24:14

right people will come to you I think

play24:16

it's a really great way

play24:17

to look at that and I think that's

play24:18

definitely some 100 energy that you give

play24:21

out

play24:21

um

play24:22

like anything it's you can be the first

play24:24

or you can be one of the first then all

play24:27

of a sudden there's more it's like and

play24:29

and you look at competition different

play24:30

ways like oh well I was here first and

play24:33

then and then you drown in that sorrow

play24:34

and it's like a story

play24:36

um but I love the way you look at it

play24:37

it's like yes there's an abundance of

play24:39

there I think that's a beautiful way to

play24:41

look at

play24:42

um look at that because it's totally

play24:44

true you know we have Australia that has

play24:46

most of Australia is not in gyms or

play24:48

health clubs or or exercise routines and

play24:51

there's still a lot of work to do

play24:52

overall so I think it's a really good

play24:54

way to look at it

play24:55

um

play24:56

beautiful I look at it

play24:59

anything else Abby that um that we've

play25:01

missed today I I guess I think you've

play25:03

answered all my questions I had for you

play25:05

um

play25:07

tell me about the future of um inflow

play25:10

the future of Abby uh there's a lot of

play25:13

um a lot of exciting things on the

play25:15

horizon is there anything that you want

play25:16

to share with usabi

play25:18

um you know there is you know I do

play25:21

loaded loaded questions yeah so up to

play25:24

you what you want to share but but I'm

play25:25

I'm generally interested in your um your

play25:28

entrepreneurship I'm interested in your

play25:31

excitement for business and I I think

play25:34

that's such a beautiful thing to have

play25:36

excitement about business

play25:38

and um you know you give it a crack you

play25:40

give it a go and you make things happen

play25:41

so what's on the horizon for you next

play25:43

Debbie

play25:44

um so I feel quite passionate about

play25:47

moving a bit more into like a mentoring

play25:49

phase

play25:51

um or time in my life or whatever it's

play25:53

called

play25:55

um I do love business and I love

play25:58

um that I've been able to create such an

play26:00

amazing business around something that I

play26:01

truly believe in

play26:03

um and I want to help other people do

play26:06

the same I'm not super interested in

play26:09

franchising

play26:10

um but I'd like to go as far as

play26:14

as close to franchising as possible

play26:16

without franchising so I want to

play26:19

help people I wanna

play26:21

take people away from feeling like

play26:23

they're our competition and into having

play26:26

their own thing and being guided through

play26:30

these steps to be able to launch

play26:32

successful bloody Studios so I think I

play26:35

would really like to go into that

play26:37

um space and I've already stepped into

play26:39

everything that comes with that like

play26:41

teacher training

play26:43

um things as small as you know Merchant

play26:46

like merchandise that they need pieces

play26:49

of equipment Etc so I think I'll

play26:51

definitely be moving into that there's a

play26:53

lot more this year

play26:55

um but there's also I also just have so

play26:59

many ideas and so many things

play27:02

that I want to do but I think that's the

play27:04

main one for this year love it and I

play27:06

love hearing your ideas and things and I

play27:08

I I I I

play27:09

genuinely love when I used to have this

play27:13

thing Abby where it used to be like an

play27:14

ID book and we had like a a book my

play27:18

business partner we just every time we

play27:20

run a one-page idea out and by the end

play27:23

of it I think we had like 100 pages in

play27:25

this book and sometimes it's just the

play27:28

beautiful art of creating creating idea

play27:30

seeing seeing if it makes sense

play27:32

sometimes you may not launch it

play27:34

but it makes something else work way

play27:36

better yeah so I think it's I think

play27:38

entrepreneurship's a beautiful concept

play27:40

and

play27:42

um I you know I think you've done a

play27:43

great job I think you've done a great

play27:45

job on getting

play27:46

the studios where they are at the moment

play27:50

sorry I just I might I think you've done

play27:52

a great job of getting the studios where

play27:53

at the moment and um yeah look forward

play27:55

to the next stage of Abby I think we'll

play27:57

have you back here and um I'm glad

play28:00

um I'm glad these studios are pumping

play28:03

along at the moment awesome thank you so

play28:05

much for having me and look forward to

play28:07

our next chat thanks Abby now where can

play28:09

everybody hook up and see what you do uh

play28:12

play28:13

play28:16

play28:20

don't have Instagram

play28:22
