बीते एक दशक में भारत की रफ्तार की गवाह

दुनिया बनी है तरक्की की निशानी यह गगन

चुंबी इमारतें रफ्तार का दूसरा नाम है यह

सड़कें जमीन पर जहाज सरीखी सुविधाओं के यह

साधन कुछ सेकंड्स में कई किलोमीटर की दूरी

तय करने वाली यह ट्रेंस भारत ने आज विकास

और आर्थिक प्रगति की जो हा पकड़ी है उसमें

देश के पर्यटन उद्योग की बड़ी भूमिका रही

है अब भारत दुनिया के टूरिज्म के मैप पर

हॉट स्पॉट बनकर उभरा है भारत वह देश जहां

घुमक्कड़ के शौकीनों को वह सब मिल जाता है

जो किसी घुमक्कड़ की चाहत होती है अतुल्य

भारत की चमक और आकर्षण ने भारत को विश्व

में एक ऐसे देश के रूप में पहचान दिलाई है

जिसके पास हजारों सालों की परंपरा और

गौरवशाली इतिहास है विश्व पर्यटन दिवस के

मौके पर आयोजित समारोह में केंद्रीय

संस्कृति और पर्यटन मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह

शेखावत ने देश की खासियत का जिक्र किया

उन्होंने बदलते भारत की तस्वीर को पेश

किया उन्होंने कहा कि देश में कनेक्टिविटी

के विकास अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलनों यूपीआई

और डिजिटल क्रांति का सबसे अधिक फायदा

पर्यटन उद्योग को मिला है मैं आज गर्व के

साथ में कह सकता हूं कि किसी एक सेक्टर ने

को यदि इस होल ऑफ द गवर्नमेंट अप्रोच का

सर्वाधिक लाभ हुआ है वो टूरिज्म का सेक्टर

है 150000 किमी नई सड़कें 500 से ज्यादा

नए एविएशन रूट्स और 150 से ज्यादा नए हवाई

अड्डों के निर्माण नए रेलवे

इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के बनने हाई स्पीड रेलवेज

के प्रारंभ होने के चलते आज निश्चित रूप

से संपर्क में जिस तरह की वृद्धि और

सुगमता आई है उसने देश के टूरिज्म सेक्टर

को एक बहुत नई ऊंचाई दी है इसी के साथ-साथ

में पिछले वर्षों में जिस तरह के बड़े

आयोजन किए गए जी-20 को जिस सफलता के साथ

और जिस स्केल के साथ में भारत ने जिस बड़े

स्तर पर जिस तरह से आयोजित किया 60 से

ज्यादा डेस्टिनेशंस पर जिस तरह से इसका

आयोजन हुआ उसकी गूंज और चमक आज भी पूरा

विश्व जो है वो महसूस कर रहा है भारत

अभियान यूपीआई और डिजिटल क्रांति इन सबके

चलते हुए भी निश्चित रूप से टूरिज्म के

सेक्टर में बहुत बड़ा लाभ हुआ है केंद्रीय

संस्कृति और पर्यटन मंत्री ने इस मौके पर

विभिन्न मंत्रालयों राज्यों और केंद्र

शासित प्रदेशों के साथ मिलकर विभिन्न

पर्यटन स्थलों के विकास के लिए मास्टर

सूची जारी किए जाने की घोषणा की इस शुभ

अवसर पर मैं एक महत्त्वपूर्ण घोषणा आप

सबके सामने करना चाहता हूं कि पर्यटन

स्थलों के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए समर्पित

एक मास्टर लिस्ट शीघ्र हम जारी करने वाले

हैं और इस महत्त्वपूर्ण सूची को पर्यटन

मंत्रालय संस्कृति मंत्रालय सिविल एविएशन

मिनिस्ट्री

रेल सरफेस ट्रांसपोर्ट मिनिस्ट्री और

बंदरगाह और नौका वहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय

संयुक्त रूप से मिलकर के तैयार करेंगे यह

सूची आने वाले समय में पर्यटन क्षेत्र के

विकास के लिए नए डेस्टिनेशंस के डेवलपमेंट

के लिए जो है एक मील का पत्थर के रूप में

होगी और आने वाले तीन वर्षों में विकास इन

स्थ के विकास की प्राथमिकता को लेकर के हम

पर्यटन स्थलों को नए पर्यटन स्थलों को

विकसित करने की दिशा में काम करेंगे और यह

अतुल्य भारत के अद्वितीय स्थलों को विश्व

के पटल पर लाने का एक नया प्रयास होगा इस

सूची को हम सार्वजनिक रूप से जारी करेंगे

ताकि प्राइवेट इन्वेस्टमेंट और इंडस्ट्री

के दूसरे स्टेकहोल्डर्स भी इस दृष्टिकोण

से अपना इसमें योगदान कर सके इसी के

साथ-साथ में देखो अपना देश पीपल्स चॉइस जो

कंपटीशन माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के

मार्गदर्शन में प्रारंभ हुआ है और जिसके

बार माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने जिसकी अनेक

बार चर्चा की है

उस में जो सूचीबद्ध स्थल होंगे उनको भी

इसमें सम्मिलित किया जाएगा भारत आज जब

उद्यम और विकास की नई पटकथा लिख रहा है 70

मिलियन प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार पैदा

करने वाला पर्यटन क्षेत्र भारत को विश्व

की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने

में एक बड़ा रोल निभा सकता है भारत आने

वाले विदेशी पर्यटकों की संख्या हर वर्ष

तेजी से बढ़ रही है अकेले 2023 की बात

करें तो जनवरी से दिसंबर के बीच

9.24 मिलियन विदेशी भारत आए जो पिछले वर्ष

के मुकाबले 43 फीसद ज्यादा है बीते वर्ष

में

2.32 लाख करोड़ रुपए जुटाकर देश के पर्यटन

उद्योग ने अपना प्रबल सामर्थ्य दिखाया है

यह आंकड़ा 2000 22 के मुकाबले

65.4 फीसद के शानदार उछाल को दिखाता है

साल 2030 तक दुनिया में इस लिहाज से भारत

चौथा सबसे बड़ा बाजार बन सकता है सरकार ने

साल 2030 तक पर्यटन उद्योग के जरिए 56

बिलियन डॉलर विदेशी मुद्रा हासिल करने और

अगले सा वर्ष में 14 करोड़ नौकरियों के

सर्जन का लक्ष्य रखा है देश में पर्यटन को

बढ़ावा देने में नागर विमानन मंत्रालय अहम

की हिस्सेदारी 10 फीसद से 11 फीसद है जबकि

भारत में यह योगदान अभी महज 5 फीसद है

सरकार का संकल्प है कि आने वाले वर्षों

में ग्लोबल बेंचमार्क तक पहुंचे वैश्विक

स्तर पर भारत के पर्यटन और आथित्य सेक्टर

को बढ़ावा देने और उन्हें सार्थक परिणामों

तक पहुंचाने के लिए सरकार उद्योग जगत समेत

सभी हित धारकों के बीच सहयोग जरूरी है

सरकार इसके लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही है

पर्यटन मंत्रालय विभिन्न योजनाओं और

प्राथमिकताओं के जरिए देश के टूरिजम

सेक्टर को सशक्त बनाने में लगातार जुटा है

अतुल्य भारत अभियान अपने तीसरे चरण में है

इस अभियान ने वैश्विक रूप से भारत को

पसंदीदा टूरिस्ट डेस्टिनेशन बनाने में

महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है अतुल्य भारत

की तरह स्वदेश दर्शन और प्रसाद योजना का

भी काफी लाभ मिला है इन योजनाओं के तहत

सरकार 6800 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा की लागत

से 120 परियोजनाओं को पूरा कर चुकी है

स्वदेश दर्शन 2.0 के तहत जहां 57 नए

स्थलों को अधिसूचित किया गया है वहीं

आस्था और विरासत के कई पुराने केंद्रों को

मिली भव्यता दुनिया भर के पर्यटकों को

अपनी ओर खींच रही है आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण

2023 24 के मुताबिक भारतीय पर्यटन क्षेत्र

में 2023 में मजबूत पुनरुद्धार दिखाई दिया

जिसमें विदेशी पर्यटकों के आगमन में पिछले

वर्ष की तुलना में 43 फीसद की बढ़ोतरी हुई

उद्योग ने 203 में 92 लाख से ज्यादा

विदेशी पर्यटकों का आगमन देखा भारत में

पर्यटन क्षेत्र तेजी से विस्तार कर रहा है

विश्व आर्थिक मंच के यात्रा और पर्यटन

विकास सूचकांक 20224 में भारत 39 में

स्थान पर है भारत ने पर्यटन के माध्यम से

2.3 ट्रिलियन रुपए से ज्यादा की विदेशी

मुद्रा प्राप्त की है जो पिछले वर्ष की

तुलना में

65.6 फीसद ज्यादा है
