Mut jos hän pystyy niinku sen jo olemassaolevan vahvuuden yhdistään siihen ICT-osaamiseen

Joka ei hänellä välttämättä nyt oo kovin vahva tai tunnu omalta

Niin silloinhan saadaan luotua tällainen niinku aika uniikki paketti

Se on tietty sille ihmiselle itselleen tosi arvokasta, hän pystyy erottautumaan työelämässä

Mutta hän myös silloin tuo jokaiseen keskusteluun, mihin hän osallistuu, ni ihan erilaisen näkökulman

Kuin suurimmalla osalla muista ihmisistä on, jotka sen saman pöydän ääressä istuu

Koko ajan enemmän ja enemmän puhutaan diversiteetistä, ja siitä että ei olla vaan sellainen homogeeninen massa
