Outlines
🕰️ The Perception of Time and Its Relativity
This paragraph delves into the concept of time as perceived by humans, contrasting the physical and atmospheric time with the subjective experience of time passing or not passing. It discusses Einstein's theory of relativity and how time slows down as one approaches the speed of light. The speaker reflects on personal experiences of time, such as the desire to grow up as a child and the realization that time is relative, with different meanings at various stages of life. The paragraph also touches on the human tendency to fill idle time with activities, highlighting the challenge of enjoying leisure without feeling discomfort or the need to distract oneself.
🧘♂️ The Mind's Restlessness and Meditation
The second paragraph explores the restless nature of the human mind and the difficulty of achieving true leisure or relaxation. It contrasts the superficial rest provided by activities like watching TV or engaging in hobbies with the deep rest achievable through meditation. The speaker notes that while meditation can be beneficial, it requires significant practice. The paragraph also discusses the tendency to avoid confronting unpleasant internal thoughts and memories, which can stem from unresolved childhood issues or traumas. The speaker suggests that understanding and addressing these internal discomforts is crucial for personal growth and mental health.

It discusses the concept of parents being unable to provide a light-hearted upbringing due to their own burdens. The speaker also touches on the idea of humans as part of a larger cycle of life, where the actions of ancestors continue to influence present generations. The paragraph suggests that understanding this cycle and taking responsibility for one's part in it can lead to a more profound sense of self-awareness and personal growth.

Salve a
tutti quest'oggi Io
urazione
fisica molto studiata
da Einstein il quale parlò appunto della
relatività del tempo
e capì addirittura che man mano che ci
si avvicina all velocità della luce il
tempo rallenta e addirittura potrebbe se
l' oltrepassa tornare indietro eccetera
eccetera ma qui noi parliamo della nost
no concezione del tempo di come lo
percepiamo noi a secondo di come
stiamo c'è il tempo che passa c'è il
tempo che non passa
mai il tempo che passa
e per esempio una persona anziana dice
Mamma mia quanto tempo è passato da
allora
no bambino che vuole crescere dice
questo tempo non passa mai io ricordo
che da ragazzina volevo crescere
per per diventare indipendente
e questo tempo sembrava eterno no dopo
piano piano invece ho cominciato a
vederlo sotto altri aspetti E
effettivamente man mano che l'età è
avanzata non non aspettavo più il tempo
come qualcosa che correre per farmi
piacere ma correva già troppo in
fretta quindi il
tempo il tempo a noi
relativo è qualcosa che spesso noi
dobbiamo far scorrere Nel senso che
dobbiamo far passare il tempo allora se
io non sono impegnata in
un'attività devo avere spesso un'altra
attività in cui occuparmi il famoso
ozio
l'ozioso così ozio perché andavano nelle
ville sul mare
spesso o anche da altre parti ma
comunque luoghi panoramici e lì si
divertivano con gli amici
ma l'ozio di per sé è
difficile cioè è difficile come elemento
piacevole perché in qualche modo questo
spazio va riempito Altrimenti c'è una
forma di
disagio il disagio sta nel fatto che
quando
noi non abbiamo la mente impegnata in
qualcosa da dentro sorge qualcos'altro
qualcosa di poco
piacevole Siccome la maggior parte della
gente
non ha una sensazione piacevole nel
vivere Allora deve occupare la mente
così non sente quella
sensazione spiego
cose
belle e non sappiamo come tacit Carla
e
andate in autobus metropolitana vedete
Appunto questa cosa no di gente che
guarda il
telefonino per trascorrere quel tempo
non in
ozio cioè devono impegnare la
mente per ottenere un effetto simile
Senza doversi occupare
comunque
e quindi noi stiamo col telefonino o
facciamo il cruciverba o facciamo altre
cose o Guardiamo la televisione A volte
anche a programmi che poco ci
piacciono perché è sempre meglio quello
che non ascoltare il dentro perché
dentro ci sono delle cose poco piacevoli
il che
dimostra che la maggior parte delle
persone non hanno dentro di sé delle
cose
piacevoli O almeno hanno delle cose
piacevoli ma hanno anche delle cose
spiacevoli che cercano di
evitare le cose spiacevoli che cercano
di
evitare sono quelle dell'infanzia che
rimangono tutta la vita finché non le
abbiamo tirate fuori cioè
ricordate
Noi abbiamo una mente come ho già detto
che
cancella le cose spiacevoli o i traumi
del
passato per non farci stare troppo male
darci modo di
crescere però da
adulti questa sensazione continua a
imperare cioè la sensazione rimane si
cancella il ricordo si cancella il
grande dolore però in parte rimane in
dagli altri
quindi il tempo che passa deve superare
questa disistima E questa paura degli
altri disistima di sé paura degli
altri il che deriva dalla paura dei
genitori so che ai genitori non piace
però noi funzioniamo
così quindi il tempo che
passa lui noi non lo viviamo esattamente
nel presente no
piuttosto difficile
e qualcuno c'è riuscito tipo Freud Jung
insofferenti eccetera eccetera dipende
dai
toglie i sensi di colpa No perché i
passato totalmente allo stadio
mentale dove si è staccato dalla
realtà passare il tempo vuol dire quindi
cercare Di
scavalcare l'angoscia che abbiamo
dentro e pochissime persone sono Salve
dall'angoscia
La maggior parte sono
angosciate ma si distraggono chi Con la
partita chi col sesso chi Con la
carriera chi con lo studio o con
laboratorio eccetera eccetera ma si
distraggono
magari abbiamo dei riscontri Noi no E
devono essere dei riscontri che dobbiamo
pure mettere in forze perché è sempre
una cosa creata da altri Cioè ci
rendiamo conto che se fossimo nati in
un'altra nazione noi crederemo in una
divinità diversa Questo è
fondamentale ma ci sono tanti altri
schemi per esempio il poter vedere i
genitori No La maggior parte della gente
dice no Io ho avuto una buona infanzia
andrai all'Inferno E allora me la
rido oppure Io andrò in paradiso e tu no
morte io salirò in paradiso e tutti
paura
che se gli altri non riconoscono la
stessa Fede possa venire qualche dubbio
eccetera
Gli alieni eccetera
quindi le
persone
No quelle che non
credono dicendo Non lo so Non io so
salto il sonno No eccetera eccetera
che da noi è considerato una un'
abiezione
produco no Quindi faccio guadagnare il
padrone il paese eccetera eccetera
senza sospettare minimamente che il
nostro ordinamento potrebbe riguardare
rilassamento dovrebbe
servire anche a discriminare a pensare a
rivedere a riflettere riflettere
l'ateo
e cioè le nostre conclusioni devono
essere conclusioni dettate dal buon
senso e dall'osservazione ma non possono
essere
eterne
ora dobbiamo pensare che le nostre idee
possono cambiare perché magari
incontrano una realtà più esplicativa
che ci fa credere in
altro Questo lo dobbiamo mettere sempre
in
conto non pensare di aver
scoperto tutto
conosciamo quindi noi ci
creiamo dopo lavoro Se abbiamo
possibilità del Dopolavoro E siamo
fortunati noi europei ad averlo noi
occidentali
rovinati
Consap
è una dimensione decisamente migliore di
questa per chi non ha
attraversato grandi
riflessioni la morte rimane un po' Uno
spauracchio oppure viene rimandata
all'infinito gli antichi Non so gli
i militari No soprattutto di poter
morire senza paura cioè di non avere
paura della morte di riuscire ad
affrontarla a sacrificarsi per la Patria
per l'imperatore eccetera eccetera per
Roma e così
via quindi era un tentativo di superare
la paura della
morte noi non abbiamo più di queste
dediche non siamo portate a
farle Meno male e possiamo vedere la
gente com'è e il mondo
com'è molto meglio quindi forse sarebbe
meglio
diverso
quindi volta che dovete far passare il
tempo chiedetevi Di cosa avete paura se
non credete di avere
paura Spegnete tutto e rimanete da
solo per pochissimo
tempo e poi mi fate sapere magari se
avete trovato delle cose buone o delle
cose
cattive Un saluto a tutti
ah
