also for my own ADHD these are five
supplements that I have found that
really help with Flow State and having
that Clarity focused mind the very first
supplement I experienced this back when
I was in college and I struggled
significantly trying to pay attention in
class and keeping up with the professor
and writing down notes I just couldn't
find myself to have it in that flow
State and I remember that I tried out
this particular supplement that made all
the difference where not only could I
remember
the information I was writing down but I
can keep up with the professor and and
it put me in this complete Flow State
instead of being super stressed about
writing down notes and what I'm
referring to is something that actually
increases blood flow to your brain and
because some of the biggest problems
that people have when they aren't in
that flow state has to do with their
prefrontal cortex that's basically the
front of part of the brain that deals
with our working memory deals with our
task initiation and a lot of things that
require for us to be focused and get in
that flow State and so the couple
supplements that I'm referring to is goo
baloba and bopa Maneri but also even
Rosemary all three of those do increase
blood flow to the brain and so one of my
favorite combos that I use that have all
these and a few other things that I
think are really beneficial is brain
regain now brain regain has both these
it also has a few of things that I think
are really beneficial as well it has go
toola which does help with anxiety so it
can help you get in that flow state but
it also has fossil tillering which can
help with the memory recall that you
would need need when you're in that flow
State the second supplement I find that
this can be so beneficial to put you in
the Flow State especially if you're a
deficient in this particular type of
nutrient and that is omega-3 fatty acids
now there's been plenty of research on
this that people who are deficient in
omega-3 fatty acids will have issues of
being in that flow State and have that
consistent focus and productivity
throughout the day and also be able to
handle stressful situations to when it
is needed and required of you when those
stressful moments happen that you can
put yourself in that flow State and
where I do find that this can be
significantly beneficial is when you put
yourself in a fasted State putting
yourself in ketosis and this is why a
lot of people who find when they're on
the keto diet or doing fasting that if
they do it long enough that they find
that they are more in that flow State
and I find this true for myself my
patients and clients when my body is in
a fasted State because what happen is
where your body tends to switch its fuel
source from instead of using sugar as
fuel and glucose we'll switch it over to
using ketones to be able to use that and
as better form of fuel is using fat is
Fuel and I like actually supplementing
omega-3 fatty acids when I'm in that
state especially if I'm only trying to
benefit being in the ketosis State
versus just other benefits that come
with fasting on top of that omega-3
fatty acids are also really helpful for
inflammation it helps with combating
with oxidative stress so oxidative
stress to the brain so it's also a great
protectant the third supplement has a
lot to do with not only helping with the
production of glutamate and also
dopamine which is absolutely required to
help yourself to be in that flow state
it also protects the dopamine receptors
so it helps build and modulate and
regulate a lot of different dopamine
throughout this process and the
supplement I'm referring to is an acetyl
lyine also known as NAC and you will
find NAC in a lot of different brain
supplements and there's a good reason
why is because it does help a lot with
the production of dopamine and
protecting the dopamine receptors and
that's what's required if you want to
have that consistent Flow State
